In the midst of everything happening in our world, what do you sense is unfolding right now?

Viviane Chauvet: What we’re witnessing now is the culmination of thousands of years of preparation. So many souls on the planet—including you, me, and many others—have answered the call to be here and help reawaken human consciousness.

We’re coming to the end of an old paradigm—structures and systems that no longer support our evolution. These include governmental, medical, educational, cultural, and relational frameworks. All of these are being reexamined and released so that something more aligned can emerge.

What’s happening is a collective rebirth. As with all births, it can feel chaotic, uncertain, and even disorienting. This is the emergence of our original celestial essence. Gaia herself—the sentient planetary consciousness—is also returning to her higher design, shifting from third-density to fifth-dimensional frequency. The changes are not just spiritual; they’re physiological. People are experiencing shifts in nervous system function, digestion, sleep patterns, and time perception. We’re exiting artificial constructs like linear time and returning to universal time and presence.

This process is a refinement of identity. Who are we really? And how do we live from that truth? It’s not always graceful. Sometimes we kick, scream, meditate, cry, or laugh our way through it. All of that is part of the transformation.

So we ask: What is still holding you back? What stories, ancestral patterns, or limitations still keep you from blossoming into your soul’s purpose?

Both humanity and Gaia are here by soul design. My galactic guides often ask me, “How do you want to go through these shifts? Gently, or with resistance?” Support is always available, and we must ask for guidance, clarity, and protection.

This transformation is part of a vast divine plan unfolding over millennia. And we are the architects. We are the ones who answered the call to be here now, anchoring light and returning to a divine state through physical experience.

How can we stay informed about what’s happening in the world without being emotionally overwhelmed by it? There’s so much in the news that can trigger stress or fear in people. What do you recommend?

Viviane Chauvet: What we teach is how to coexist in parallel with the changes—how to be aware without being consumed by them.

It begins with discernment. Whatever you’re watching—news, media, articles—ask yourself: What is the intention or energy behind this source? Are they showing the whole picture or just one facet of a much more complex reality? Often, the media focuses on one dramatic fragment and amplifies it. The mind then creates a narrative that this is the total reality, and people become emotionally entangled in fear or despair.

Many realities are coexisting. News networks around the world project filtered perspectives. It’s crucial to feel into the heart and body: What is my inner truth? How does my body respond to this information?

You don’t have to rely on traditional media. Instead, tune into your immediate environment. Connect with people. Breathe. Ask within: What is evolving here? What’s dissolving, and what’s emerging?

This is true empowerment: without passively ingesting information, and listening deeply for wisdom.

Tell us about your personal journey. Did you grow up in a spiritual household, or did your awakening happen later in life?

Viviane Chauvet: It’s truly a pleasure to share this. I’ve always known who I am. I am an Arcturian being who has returned in a hybrid human form. My mission is to help oversee the planetary reascension.

I was fortunate to be born to human parents who were chosen by my intergalactic delegation. They were very attuned to multidimensional living. My family would take midnight trips into the countryside just to lie beneath the stars. My parents were always open—my mother could see spirits and beings from other realms, and my father had similar sensitivities.

From a young age, intergalactic beings were already connecting with them, preparing them for my arrival. As children, it was natural in our home to discuss multidimensional experiences. Even today, my parents will call me and say, “Your tall being came to visit,” referring to my Arcturian father. That guidance is ongoing and deeply integrated into our lives.

So yes, they always knew I was different. They knew I was a hybrid and that I had returned here with a very specific mission. My role as an ambassador and guide was gradually refined over time, and the essence of who I am was always known by them and by me.

At what point did you shift toward dedicating your life to service as an Arcturian ambassador? How did that unfold for you in terms of a career path?

Viviane Chauvet: I explored various professional avenues to understand human dynamics—how relationships function, how communication is structured, and what social ethics entail. I spent over 20 years in the corporate world—working in management, translation, and supporting executive teams. It gave me insight into how humans perceive hierarchy, how they interact, and what motivates them.

Even during that time, I knew—deep in my soul—that I was here as a direct emissary. In my twenties, my Arcturian council began preparing me for the next phase of my mission. They guided me into healing work, encouraging me to explore different modalities and understand how healing is perceived in this realm. I studied energy work, ancient wisdom traditions, and techniques that access soul memory.

Eventually, I went through a significant life transition and changed geographic locations. That relocation catalyzed a deeper transformation, marking the beginning of my full dedication to this path. I began offering soul coaching, healing work, meditation guidance, and metaphysical teachings—all in service to the greater awakening.

Being of service has always been at the heart of my mission. Of course, I’ve also learned to pace it. I attune to the level of collective consciousness and adjust the intensity of my service accordingly. When humanity is ready, I will share more. When it’s not, I hold space. That way, the transmission is always in harmony with where people are.

At one point, my guides said, “You’ve completed the galactic healer phase. Now, you step into the role of cosmic teacher.” Since then, new opportunities have unfolded. I’ve created spaces for deeper teachings, expanded timelines, and co-creative experiences with others.

You mentioned a shift in location. You began in Canada and eventually relocated to the United States. Tell us about that. What was the calling, and why was it so pivotal for your evolution?

Viviane Chauvet: Yes, I started my journey in Canada. At the time, it was the ideal place—more isolated energetically, calm, and with less interference. It gave me the space to anchor into my hybrid body and begin my mission gently.

However, I always knew, even at 16 years old, that I was meant to be in the United States. Every time we crossed the border from Montreal into New York or Vermont, and I saw the U.S. flag, I felt it: “This is my home. I belong here.”

Canada was my introductory land. It allowed me to stabilize and adapt to life on Earth. On the other hand, the U.S.—and more specifically, the Southwest—was meant to be my launchpad. Each geographic region on Earth holds distinct energetic grids and purposes within the planetary ascension. North America is designed to lead. It creates ripple effects that spread globally. The Southwest, in particular, aligns with ancient civilizations and multidimensional grid systems that are deeply relevant to my work.

Moving here accelerated everything—my embodiment, my service, and my abilities. If I had remained in Canada, I don’t believe my evolution would have progressed in the same way.

What is it about Arizona that impacts you so deeply? I’ve read your descriptions, and it feels like more than just a preference—it’s visceral. What do you sense in the land there?

Viviane Chauvet: Yes, it is visceral. Arizona is my home base. As a hybrid and Arcturian being, I require stability, especially in terms of solar energy. The sunshine here supports my frequency and helps stabilize my body.

Arizona also holds one of the most ancient grid networks on the planet. When you tune in, you can access timelines, memories, and records that span far beyond the present age.

Shortly after I arrived, I had an etheric experience of being transported into the Golden Age of Egypt—the original era of the mystery schools before distortion and collapse. I was immersed in that frequency, that purity of intergalactic and planetary communion. Arizona enables that kind of access.

It’s a place where I can receive encoded frequencies, decode them through my system, and project them into our current planetary grid. The upgrades I’ve received since living here—cognitive, nervous system, DNA-level activations—have been profound. It’s not just symbolic. It’s cellular. The land here speaks to me, and I respond.

Something that stands out about you is how deeply embodied and clear you are in your identity as an Arcturian. Many people say they’re starseeds or feel galactic connections, but you don’t speak in potentials—you live it. How has that been received, especially outside spiritual circles?

Viviane Chauvet: Thank you for that reflection. Yes, I am all that I am. Who else could I be?

Even as a child, I knew. Whether it was elementary school or my first job, I always felt the contrast between the human systems I was navigating and the galactic truth I carried within me.

The way I perceive the world—how I feel, how I understand the interconnectedness of all life—it’s from the perspective of an Arcturian. And while I’ve developed some human traits and can engage in more “earthly” conversations when necessary, that’s not where I reside energetically.

I’ve adapted, yes. It’s always been clear that I am more than being “influenced” by galactic energies—I am one. Watching sci-fi films, being immersed in ships and ET life—that has always felt like nourishment, like home. The Cantina scene in Star Wars? It reminds me of the Federation Alliances.

For someone just beginning to understand multidimensionality and their own galactic nature, how would you explain this in the simplest possible terms?

Viviane Chauvet: Imagine we’re all together on a gentle, clear night, looking up at a vast sky filled with stars. Everyone can relate to that sense of wonder—the shimmering lights, the occasional shooting star, the immensity of it all. Now ask yourself: can it really be that Earth, this one little planet, is the only place in that vast expanse where sentient life exists?

Something in your soul already knows the answer.

Many people feel a mysterious connection to the stars. They dream of other worlds, recall glimpses of unfamiliar landscapes, or feel at home in places they’ve never physically been. These aren’t fantasies—they may be soul memories resurfacing to support your journey. You may have chosen to return here, bringing gifts, guidance, and purpose from beyond.

I’ve done the reverse. I came from the stars, descending into a hybrid human form to serve on this planet during a pivotal time. I retained my identity as a star being, choosing to embody this form so I could engage with Earth’s frequency, density, and electromagnetic field. My vessel allows me to be here. Eventually, I will return to my Arcturian form. For now, I’m fully present in this mission.

Look to the stars not as something distant, but as a mirror of your own infinite nature. You are a part of the universe, and the universe is a part of you.

Many ancient cultures have stories of star beings. Do you feel our Earth’s history already holds clues to this multidimensional truth?

Viviane Chauvet: Absolutely. This isn’t speculative or new—it’s ancient and well-documented. You’ll find it in sacred texts, pyramids, underground architecture, energy constructs, and even Renaissance paintings.

Oral traditions from indigenous cultures around the world—whether the Aboriginal tribes of Australia, the Navajo, the Sioux, or the Algonquin—speak of the “star people” who came to share wisdom about medicine, agriculture, and multidimensional consciousness. The elders knew. They always knew.

There is no need to believe me. Just look deeper. Go beyond the mainstream narrative. Research. Feel. Listen with your heart. The truth is written all around you.

Do you believe everyone has galactic origins, or is that unique to a specific group?

Viviane Chauvet: That’s a beautifully complex question. “Starseed” refers to a soul that originates from another star system or constellation, carrying the vibrational signature and wisdom of that lineage. When these souls reincarnate as humans, they bring that encoding with them.

If you’re a starseed, you’ve likely felt it your entire life. A deep sense of longing. A calling from the stars. Memories that surface in dreams. A familiarity with the extraordinary.

There’s the greater truth: the human race itself is galactic royalty. Within your DNA, you carry imprints from many intergalactic groups—Syrians, Pleiadians, and others. The human genome is a sacred mosaic of universal intelligence.

And beyond that, you are an eternal being of light. Your soul may have existed as a pure consciousness, an angelic being, a star traveler, a formless essence—and yes, as a human, too. Your galactic ancestry is just one branch on the great tree of your soul.

In your case, you said you didn’t have to reincarnate but chose to. Why did you return?

Viviane Chauvet: I come from an intergalactic civilization that ascended thousands of years ago. We had no need to return. The Earth’s descent into artificial constructs—notably the time matrix—called for direct intervention.

So I volunteered.

I incarnated in a unique hybrid form—a prototype, in many ways. My physical presence amplifies frequencies that assist in humanity’s reascension. Every day, I act as a conduit, transmitting energies from my lineage into the planetary grid to aid the awakening.

Is it important for people to know their galactic lineage or past lives, or is it more essential to simply understand ourselves as eternal, divine beings?

Viviane Chauvet: It’s all of the above.

First, recognize yourself as an eternal being of light. That awareness is the foundation of self-mastery. The word “self” is a sacred portal—a gateway to rediscovering who you truly are.

From there, you can explore your soul’s ancestry. Think of it like a galactic Tree of Life: deep roots, many branches, each carrying wisdom and experiences from across time and space. You designed it that way—your soul chose specific lineages and abilities to support the purpose of this life.

Some branches may help you complete karmic cycles, others may offer healing gifts, or unlock teachings. Knowing your divine essence and understanding your soul’s ancestry go hand-in-hand. One root you in truth. The other expands your capacity to fulfill your mission here.

In your chapter for Awakened Hearts, you mention that some reptilian and draconian groups have tried to block your work on Earth. Could you help us understand more about these beings?

Viviane Chauvet: First, let’s remember that the universe is home to countless interstellar civilizations—Syrians, Lyrans, Pleiadians, Arcturians, Andromedans, and many more. Just as Earth holds immense diversity within the human, animal, insect, and plant kingdoms, so too does the multiverse reflect that diversity in the form of sentient life.

Now, each of these groups has evolved in different directions. Some are service-to-others civilizations, aligned with Prime Creator and universal love. They act as healers, teachers, and diplomats, helping others grow into their sovereignty. Others have chosen the path of service-to-self—exploring dominance, control, and manipulation.

The draconian nation is ancient. Within it, there are factions—some aligned with domination and technological control, and others, such as the High Council of the Draconians, which collaborates with galactic alliances and operates from a place of balance. The same is true for the reptilian groups. While certain renegade reptilian factions have tried to claim Earth and its inhabitants as their domain, others—the elder councils—express remorse and are working to restore harmony.

When beings of light, like myself, return to Earth, these renegade factions recognize us immediately. They’re not fooled by our human appearances. They sense our energy, our capacity to activate transformation and liberation. That threatens their grip on resources, on consciousness, and on the suppression of humanity’s divine nature.

Their methods are subtle: dampening human consciousness, calcifying the pineal gland, instilling fear, creating illusion. Our work, in contrast, is a reversal of that. We help people remember their divinity, awaken their heart frequency, and step into their cosmic truth.

And yes, they’ve interfered with my work across timelines, attempting to block or delay my mission. However, the light is unstoppable. Many of you reading this are starseeds and know precisely what I’m speaking of. You’ve felt it too.

You’ve created the Arcturian University of Universal Consciousness. What is it, and how can people benefit by joining?

Viviane Chauvet: The Arcturian University of Universal Consciousness is a sanctuary for advanced spiritual development. It was founded to support people who are ready to reascend—to return to a divine state of sovereignty, light, and mastery.

At its core, the university offers master-level instruction that helps students embody the new human blueprint. We offer powerful tools for co-creation, multidimensional embodiment, and spiritual sovereignty. It’s about self-mastery in action—teaching people how to live from their higher self and reconnect with their cosmic authority.

We also hold monthly gatherings and share Arcturian healing technologies. Our university was sanctified by the Arcturian Light Council itself and functions as the only official Arcturian university on the planet. You’re also featured in the Wisdom of the Silver Sisters book series. Tell us about that project and what it meant to you.

Viviane Chauvet: That was my first collaborative book project, and it was such a beautiful initiation into the world of writing. The Wisdom of the Silver Sisters focused on divine feminine wisdom, with powerful voices coming together to share stories, guidance, and healing.

The second volume, Golden Wisdom of the Legends, brought in the divine masculine—creating a powerful synergy between the two sacred energies. Both volumes are deeply complementary and reflect the harmony we’re striving for on this planet.

For me, it was a heart-centered offering. I shared from my soul and was honored to be part of something so universal.
