What happens when loss becomes a doorway—and the night sky begins to answer back?

For Lily Nova, curiosity about the cosmos was never just abstract wonder. It was woven into conversations with her father, deep questions about life and death, and an unshakable sense that reality holds far more than we’re taught to see. After his passing, those questions intensified—eventually leading Lily into unexpected contact experiences, profound inner transformation, and a new way of understanding consciousness itself.

In this conversation, Lily reflects on grief as an initiatory force, the nature of contact and frequency, and what it takes to integrate extraordinary experiences into everyday human life. Her story isn’t about escape or spectacle—it’s about remembrance, responsibility, and learning how to listen when the universe responds. Lily Nova - Awakened Magazine

What do you feel is unfolding right now in our world? What’s happening?

Lily Nova: A lot is happening right now. A lot is being shaken up. I like to zoom out and look at it this way: we’re in what many call the Great Awakening. We’re co-becoming more conscious creators, but at the same time, there’s so much that has been hidden from us.

If you think of it as shining a light into the darkness, that’s the stage we’re in right now. We’re seeing this reflected in the planet’s rising frequency—connected to solar energies, expanding consciousness, and an ongoing evolutionary process. As that happens, it brings shadows to the surface, both collectively and internally. Sometimes that can look like chaos, but alongside it, there’s also a lot of real progress.

Many things are being uncovered right now—corruption, outdated structures, and systems that no longer work. We’re watching those old systems begin to crumble in real time. When I was tuning in for 2026, what I saw was a kind of storm—a political storm. My guidance has been to remain in the eye of the storm when these moments arise: to stay centered, to observe. There’s so much playing out, and there are many layers to what we’re witnessing.

At the same time, especially at the beginning of the year, I was seeing a lot of disclosure coming forward. This includes cosmic or galactic disclosure, as well as disclosures related to people in positions of power who don’t have humanity’s best interests in mind. Alongside that, I see this as a major transitional year—one where old systems are being dismantled, and new ones are beginning to form.

That feels exciting to me. I think it’s going to be a very powerful year, and a very fast one. A lot is going to happen very quickly.

I’m curious about your family life growing up. Did you have any sense of spirituality or consciousness as a child, or did that come later in life?

Lily Nova: My family wasn’t religious, so I didn’t grow up with a religious upbringing. This really came later in my life—and honestly, I resisted it at first. If anything, I felt a slight pull toward Buddhism when I was younger, but nothing fully formed.

My first real spiritual experience came after a dark night of the soul. That happened around 2016 or 2017, shortly after my dad passed away. His death really pushed me to look deeper into spirituality and into questions about what comes after death. I didn’t want to believe that he was just gone forever. That’s when I truly began studying and exploring these ideas—and then everything really accelerated in 2020.

As you were going through that dark night of the soul, were there any resources or teachers that supported you? A book, a guide—anything that helped you along the way?

Lily Nova: A friend gave me a book called Conversations with God after my father passed, and that was incredibly impactful for me. It really opened my eyes. There’s a lot of religious programming that feels dark and toxic in nature—it can make you feel shameful for who you are and doesn’t necessarily help you develop a genuine connection with the divine.

That book became a major stepping stone for me. It helped me feel safe enough to explore spirituality and to consider that maybe there is a creator, and maybe there is more beyond what we’ve been taught.

Lily Nova - Awakened Magazine

You mentioned religious programming rooted in shame. Did that come from culture, family, or friends? I ask because I was a Christian pastor for over a decade before my own awakening.

Lily Nova: I would say it came mostly from culture. I’ve always had an intuitive resistance to it. Part of me feels that it may even be connected to past lifetimes—I sense that I may have had difficult experiences with the church long ago, hundreds of years in the past. That feeling has always been there for me, along with the collective programming surrounding religion.

Thanks for sharing. As I was getting to know you through my research, I saw that photo of your dad—he’s looking up at you. I don’t know the full context, but my heart was really warmed by it.

Lily Nova: Thank you. That’s one of my favorite photos of him. It was taken during a family float trip—we used to do one every year. He was a huge catalyst for me. I think that happens a lot: you experience something very dark or heartbreaking, or you hit a kind of rock bottom, and that becomes the moment when you turn toward something greater than yourself. That’s exactly what happened for me after he passed.

I think for so many of us, that source of strength—whether we call it God, the universe, source, or spirit—shows up in the darkness and the painful moments. I wish it came more easily, but it often seems to come through challenge.

Lily Nova: Exactly. That’s how we learn best, I guess.

You mentioned that 2020 was a major breakthrough year for you, and I know you got into astrophotography around that time. What was happening in your life then? What were you pursuing, and how did that unfold?

Lily Nova: 2020 was a massive awakening for me. I had just graduated with a degree in dietetics and was working my dream job teaching nutrition and cooking classes. I was deeply passionate about health and mental health. But things shifted—the work environment became quite toxic, and I ended up leaving. This was all happening in the middle of COVID, during lockdowns.

That’s when I started turning to the stars. I picked up astrophotography, and it was incredibly healing. It was something new and exciting, and I completely fell in love with the night sky.

How did you even get into that? Who introduced you to it?

Lily Nova: I saw someone I’d known since high school post a photo of the Milky Way, and I was completely blown away. I reached out to them because I didn’t even know that was possible. Now phones can do a decent job, but back in 2020, it felt mind-blowing.

I had just bought a camera because I was getting into content creation, originally for health and nutrition. They took me out, guided me, and taught me the basics—because astrophotography is actually very complicated.

Lily Nova - Awakened Magazine

I would imagine.

Lily Nova: It really is. It’s one of the most difficult and expensive types of photography you can get into. You can photograph the Milky Way fairly simply, but once you move into deep-space objects—like the Andromeda Galaxy or the Orion Nebula—you need serious equipment: large lenses, tracking gear, all of it.

But I fell completely in love with it. I became obsessed. It became my thing, and it was deeply therapeutic—especially during lockdown, when everything else was closed. I think a lot of people found new hobbies during that time, and for me, this was it.

Where was this happening geographically? Were you in the States?

Lily Nova: Yes—St. Louis, Missouri.

So you’re immersed in astrophotography, and then what happens next?

Lily Nova: After a couple of months, my life completely turned upside down. I had my first UFO experience on November 17, 2020. I’d been shooting space photography since the summer, and this was a very close encounter.

It was late at night—around one or two in the morning—and I stepped out onto my front porch to get some fresh air. Like I always did, I looked up at the stars, and I locked eyes with this hovering light. Then a second craft appeared, and this one was close enough that I could clearly see its details.

It was diamond-shaped and had a row of red and greenish-blue lights along its length. It moved in a way that felt intentional—up and down, side to side—as if it were communicating with me. I was in shock, thinking, What is this? It felt like it was confirming that this wasn’t something normal.

Then it came toward me and vanished directly above my head.

After that experience, I feel like these beings—these otherworldly beings—gave me a few months to integrate what had happened. Then they started appearing more frequently. They would show up while I was outside taking photos or filming sunsets. Sometimes they even appeared in my camera view. It felt like they were trying to get my attention.

Over time, I developed a kind of relationship with them, capturing them on camera along with these beautiful orbs and other very unusual phenomena.

When that first experience happened, did you tell anyone, or did you keep it to yourself? How did you process it?

Lily Nova: I told someone—I told my astrophotographer friend. He said it was probably Mars or a planet or something like that. But I knew it wasn’t. I had been staring at the night sky every single night for three or four months. I knew the difference between a planet and what I saw. This object was hovering, moving, and then there was the diamond-shaped craft—that’s not anything we have. The way it moved and then vanished was completely different.

I also told some of my family the next day. My mom believed me because she had seen a UFO herself, but everyone else kind of made fun of me. This was right before UFOs started entering the mainstream conversation the way they are now.

Then, within weeks, I learned there was a section in the COVID bill that required UFO footage to be turned over to the government. That really made something click for me. I realized something was happening—something was changing, and these beings were actually here. That’s when I understood this was important and decided to pursue it more seriously.

Before this experience, did you believe in UFOs or extraterrestrial life at all?

Lily Nova: I felt like there was something out there, but I didn’t know what. I was open to the idea, but I wasn’t part of the spiritual community or the UFO community at all. I was basically a clean slate on this—just open-minded.

Lily Nova - Awakened Magazine

As they started appearing more often, did you begin researching extraterrestrials—watching videos, reading books, or talking to people?

Lily Nova: Yes, I did. Interestingly, the same friend who had given me Conversations with God later gave me another book years ago – Gaia Project 2012: The Earth’s Coming Great Changes.

What’s funny is that they gave it to me years earlier, and I never read it. I haven’t seen or spoken to that friend in a very long time—I don’t even know where they are now—but they ended up giving me two of the most pivotal books in my life. The first one really helped me cope with my father’s passing and opened the door to spirituality. The second became a major stepping stone into my experiences with ETs.

The night I had my first UFO encounter, that book suddenly popped into my head. I hadn’t thought about it in years. It felt like a message—almost like guidance—telling me I’d find answers there. I remember thinking, Please be in my closet. I rummaged around, found it, and thought, Please have UFOs in here. I didn’t even know if it did.

When I started reading, it talked about a consciousness shift, different dimensions, different life forms—and yes, UFOs and galactic beings. That book became a huge resource for me.

I did research other things too, but I noticed that a lot of surface-level UFO information is rooted in fear. There’s a lot of fearmongering. I actually felt like I was learning more through my direct experiences than through what was out there publicly.

This was also before I knew anything about the starseed community. I didn’t discover that until about six months after I started communicating with these beings. Once I did, I found a lot of resonance with people who were having similar experiences. That’s where I found deeper, more meaningful information.

That leads perfectly into my next question—fear. For many people, the default programming around UFOs is that this is scary, dangerous, or harmful. What would you say to those who feel that fear?

Lily Nova: My experiences have been very benevolent. Many of these beings feel like us from the future, or like our star family. That said, there is duality in the universe, just as there is on Earth—so yes, there is a small percentage of negative ETs as well.

In my opinion, many of the negative experiences people hear about are actually tied to government activity. There’s quite a bit of evidence pointing in that direction, and it ties into broader themes of corruption. But we’re moving away from that.

What I see now is a shift toward a more heart-centered paradigm. There are many benevolent beings here helping humanity raise its frequency and remember who we truly are. We’re leaving an old system behind and moving into a more enlightened, positive, heart-based awakening.

Many of these beings are our star family. You can feel it—it feels like family in your heart. We’re related to them. In many ways, they are us. I’ve had incredibly beautiful experiences with them, and so have many others I’ve spoken with.

You eventually wrote a book about your experiences, titled Contact. What motivated you to write your first book?

Lily Nova - Awakened MagazineLily Nova: I wanted to document my experiences as they were happening because I didn’t grow up with this awareness. As far as I knew, it really all began for me in 2020. That year felt like a marker—not just for me, but for many people. A lot of others began waking up and having experiences around that time, too.

I also wanted to help people. In many ways, the book is a guide. The beings I was in contact with taught me so much—how to activate extrasensory perception, how manifestation works, how frequency and vibration shape reality, and the laws of the universe. They taught me about healing through intention, using your hands, working with frequency, and light. These were profound teachings.

I wanted to bring all of that together into one place—to share the heart-opening experiences and the messages I received, and to offer guidance on how others can raise their frequency, activate dormant abilities, and experience these beautiful states of being. These gifts aren’t rare—they’re innate. They’re just dormant for most people.

In your book, there’s a chapter called Important Revelation, which unfolds during a meditation experience. That chapter was especially compelling. What was the revelation, and how did it come to you?

Lily Nova: There were actually a few major revelations in the book—you might have to remind me which one you’re referring to.

Lily Nova - Awakened Magazine

The one about your star family.

Lily Nova: Yes, that one. There’s another twist later in the book, but this revelation came earlier. At the time, I was communicating with these otherworldly beings, and there were people around me who were concerned. I reached out to MUFON, and they were worried about me because I was having so many experiences. I could sense their concern.

But intuitively, I felt that I wasn’t going to get the answers I was looking for there. This felt much deeper than that.

Were they concerned that you might be in danger or at risk of abduction?

Lily Nova: Yes. I think they’ve probably encountered many cases that weren’t positive, so their concern made sense. But my experiences were completely different. I knew that deep down. I felt a soul-level calling and a genuine connection with these beings.

I would talk to these lights, and the feeling was comforting—almost familiar. That was the strangest part. At the time, I wasn’t part of the UFO community at all. I didn’t know anyone else who was doing this. I was completely alone, outside with my camera, documenting these encounters. This was before it entered the mainstream conversation.

After about six months of seeing them regularly and developing a sense of communication, I kept asking myself, Why me? Why are they contacting me? And then the realization came.

I understood that they were my star family—and that I was one of them.

And this came to you during a meditation?

Lily Nova: Yes.

One thing I’m hearing is that during meditation, you’re also having contact. Is that right?

Lily Nova: Yes. Meditation is incredibly powerful, and it was one of the main things I was guided to begin doing after my contact experiences started. Alongside that, I began having communication with spirit guides, the universe, and angels—especially once I committed to a meditation practice.

Even if someone doesn’t enjoy meditating, I always encourage them to try. Sometimes you have to push through the resistance at first. But profound experiences can also come through breathwork, spending time in nature—anything that brings you into a neutral, quiet state. You have to shut out the noise, pull your energy inward, and access this quantum field of information.

From that space, you can have deep revelations, spontaneous healings, and powerful insights. Everything you’re seeking is already within you. You just have to quiet yourself enough to reach that harmonized state.

When you were in meditation and had this revelation, was there something that appeared to you visually, or was it more of an inner knowing?

Lily Nova: It was more of a feeling and a knowing. It was incredibly emotional for me—you can feel so much love. It wasn’t something I saw so much as something I suddenly remembered. My heart would expand, and I cried a lot, especially in the beginning.

This was part of a kind of training period with these beings. They were teaching me who they were, who I was, and what my role was. So it felt like a deep remembering rather than new information.

Lily Nova - Awakened Magazine

When you talk about training with these beings, was that coming through meditation, through seeing the orbs, or both?

Lily Nova: It was a combination of both. For my first year of contact, I went outside every single day to film. I developed a routine where they would meet me outside, and I would capture these beautiful orbs and other phenomena on camera.

During those contact sessions, I would receive feelings and what I call downloads—waves of love, insights, and telepathic communication. My ears would often ring because of the frequency shift. That actually became one of the ways I knew they were around, since they operate at a different frequency.

At the same time, I was deepening my meditation practice. There was a period where I meditated all day, every day, for months. I listened to frequency music and began seeing what looked like a wormhole—almost as if my consciousness were traveling somewhere, or as if quantum information were being downloaded into me. I started receiving visions.

So some of the teachings came through direct contact while filming, and others came through meditation.

Were you working during this time? Did you have a job?

Lily Nova: I actually took over a year off. That was very unusual for me—I’ve always been a hard worker. I started working right after I turned fifteen and had never gone without a job. But during that time, I literally couldn’t bring myself to do anything else.

It felt like the universe wouldn’t let me. Every time I tried to move in another direction, it was like being stuck in quicksand. So what I did all day and all night was film, research, study, investigate, gather evidence, and have contact experiences. I call it my starseed bootcamp.

Eventually, I did rack up some credit card debt. Later, I picked up a small part-time job, and then I was guided to start a YouTube channel. Once my gifts and abilities had developed enough, I began doing Akashic Records readings for people.

That slowly allowed me to transition into doing this work full-time.

Awakening is my full-time job now.

It honestly sounds like a movie script. I’m imagining you going back and forth, having these experiences, while friends and family are wondering, “Is she okay?” Were people concerned about you?

Lily Nova: Yes. Thankfully, my mom has always been incredibly supportive. She’s always been on my side and has let me be myself. Other people—especially some family members—had a much harder time with it. My siblings, in particular, struggled to understand what I was going through.

Eventually, though, the proof was in the pudding. I had the footage. I remember thinking, I’m going to show them. This isn’t something imaginary—this is important. It changes everything about what we think we know about the universe: that we’re not alone, that these beings are here, and that they operate with incredibly advanced technology.

Some of the things I captured didn’t look Earth-based at all. They were very different—almost like plasma ships—blipping in and out. I felt a responsibility to gather evidence and present it to people. Once I had enough proof, people started taking me seriously. After that, there wasn’t much they could say.

And I agree—it does feel like a movie script. At a certain point, I thought, This needs to be a docuseries. That’s part of why I wrote the book. Eventually, I’d love to turn it into a docuseries—or even have someone else pick it up and turn it into a film.

Lily Nova - Awakened Magazine

One of the guides you talk about a lot in the book is Talia. How did you first meet her, and what role has she played in your life?

Lily Nova: Talia was the first name that came through when I was practicing telepathy. But even before that, there was a moment when a golden orb of light appeared—and I wasn’t alone when it happened. Someone else was with me and witnessed it, which was really grounding. He had experience with meditation and spirituality, so I was able to talk things through with him.

He suggested we close our eyes and see if any information came through that way. When I did, this golden orb projected an image into my mind. It was like I could see onto a ship. The telepathy came through visually, and with it came a whole packet of information all at once.

I saw these beings for the first time. They had light blue skin, no hair, and looked very human—almost as if you imagined me bald with light blue skin. They were wearing silver, skin-tight uniforms, very Star Trek–like. It was a crew, and a woman lay on a table with her eyes closed.

I felt a very strong connection to her. I remember wondering why her eyes were closed, and I sensed that she was either connecting directly with me or maneuvering the golden orb through consciousness.

Later, when I was practicing telepathy more intentionally, her name came through: Talia. She’s Andromedan, from the Andromeda constellation. Before that, her civilization originated in Vega, in the Lyra constellation, but they migrated to Andromeda a very long time ago.

She became my guide. I communicated with her every single day, and she began teaching me about consciousness, who they are, and who I am.

And that communication with Talia—did it mostly come during meditation? Would she arise in your mind and speak to you then?

Lily Nova: Yes, that’s when I would receive the deepest information. But there was also a period where I could hear her in my head all day, every day—no matter what I was doing.

Are you still in contact with her?

Lily Nova: Yes. She doesn’t show up in the same way or with the same intensity as before, but she’s still there. That first year and a half was a very intense training period—she was guiding me every single day.

I still feel her presence, and she usually comes through when there’s a major shift or something significant happening. I can still communicate with her fairly often, but not like in that first year, when she was constantly on my mind. She’s very busy—almost like a diplomat—out doing important missions.

I’m curious about how you integrated all of this. In the beginning, you were communicating constantly, you weren’t working, and you were crying a lot. How did you integrate these experiences into your everyday way of seeing and living life?

Lily Nova: It took a lot of integration time. There’s no way I could have gone through that while working a nine-to-five job. It was an enormous amount of information coming through very rapidly, along with deep healing. They helped me heal a lot.

I took it seriously. I worked at it every single day, and it gave me a very strong sense of purpose and mission. You really do need time to integrate experiences like that—but I was all in. I was excited, I felt called, and I went full force.

As you were going through this process, did your dad play a role after his passing? Did you sense him being involved, or am I making a connection that isn’t there?

Lily Nova: No, you’re right—he was involved. I started experiencing communication from him, and that was huge for me. He would show up simply to let me know he was there and that I was on the right path.

At one point—and I write about this in the book—I could also sense his galactic version. I was communicating with him telepathically on a ship. That really shifted my perception, because it showed me that we’re not just living these lives in physical human bodies. Time is an illusion—everything is happening simultaneously.

There are other versions of us, too—galactic counterparts—helping with the ascension of the planet. Some of us are the boots on the ground, incarnated here to help bring in a higher frequency from within the system. Others are supported from outside of it.

That understanding completely changed how I see reality. It was a lot to integrate and process. And yes—my dad shows up from time to time. He was a huge catalyst for me. In many ways, he’s the reason I’m on this journey at all.

Lily Nova - Awakened Magazine

Why do you say that? Why do you feel he was such a catalyst for you?

Lily Nova: Because my dad and I had a bit of a rocky relationship for a while. But then we really bonded, and we were actually very much alike. He was the one I bonded with over watching shows about space and the cosmos before he passed. He introduced me to Ancient Aliens and other theories—he was really fascinated by them.

We used to have very deep conversations together about what else is out there, how reality works, the meaning of life, and what happens after death. Those conversations were a huge catalyst for me.

Then his passing was very abrupt and incredibly difficult. We had just repaired our relationship—it felt like I had gotten him back, and then suddenly he was gone. That sent me into a very dark spiral. But at the same time, it was what pushed me onto my own spiritual journey.

My first spiritual experience happened after he passed, and I’ve felt his presence ever since. I talk about this in my book, but sometimes it feels like he almost sacrificed himself so that I could walk the path I was meant to walk—if that makes sense.

Thank you for sharing that. I really appreciate it.

Your most-watched YouTube video is from footage you filmed on September 9, 2025. That video is incredible—you keep saying the same thing over and over again, and it’s actually really sweet. Can you take us through that day? What were you sensing before you started filming, and how did it all unfold?

Lily Nova: Sedona, where I live, is a very potent portal. There’s a lot of galactic, paranormal, and spiritual activity here—it’s a vortex. That night, my friend and I both felt called to go to a very specific location. It’s about a 45-minute to an hour drive down a very bumpy road, but it’s a known paranormal hotspot where we’ve had a lot of activity before.

The fact that both of us independently felt called to go there that night felt significant, like divine guidance. It was also the 9/9/9 portal, which is meaningful in astrology and numerology. The energies felt very heightened, and the veil felt very thin that day.

While we were there, I started hearing telepathically, Get your camera ready. This was also right after I had posted my first video about ‘Oumuamua, which I believe was a massive catalyst. I had very profound experiences connecting with that energy and with the beings associated with it.

That night, it felt like a celebration—like something had shifted energetically. I kept hearing, Get your camera ready, get your camera ready. And then suddenly, these lights appeared.

They started doing these incredible formations—there were probably six, seven, maybe eight of them. Some were powering up, expanding, changing speeds, and heights. It looked like a small fleet of spacecraft. I grabbed my camera and started recording, and they danced around for us for about an hour.

That felt like a gift. They don’t always show themselves—they’re very strategic about when they reveal themselves and when they allow filming. Early on, I had kind of an agreement with them where I was filming regularly, and then I stopped because the experiences became more internal and less about documentation.

But this time, they made it clear: No, get your camera ready. It felt like they were saying, We’re giving you a gift.

That video went pretty viral. And to me, it really was a beautiful gift from our star family.

Do you know if anyone else filmed that same experience that night, or was it just you?

Lily Nova: I think I was the only one who filmed it. There was a gentleman with us who took long-exposure photographs.

Those photos were incredible.

Lily Nova: Yes—and they really show the movement and dynamics of what was happening. You see them at the end of the video. Those long-exposure shots were amazing.

Lily Nova - Awakened Magazine

You use a term that’s common in the ET-contact community: CE5. Can you explain what CE5 is? And for someone who’s interested in connecting with extraterrestrial intelligence, what can they do to initiate that process on their own?

Lily Nova: CE5 stands for human-initiated contact with extraterrestrials or UFOs. You can go out and do a skywatch and simply set the intention to connect. Meditation can also help you get into a deeper, more receptive state, because contact doesn’t always show up as a light in the sky.

Sometimes it comes through as a feeling—as an overwhelming sense of love—or your ears might ring. There are many subtle ways contact can occur. What’s important is intention. I like to use a specific phrase: I set my intention to make contact with beings of the highest love and light, or with my star family. I like using “star family” because it carries such a warm, positive frequency.

There are many ways they might show up. It could be a craft, a sparkle in the sky, or something more subtle—like stars appearing to turn on and off. They can do things that seem to bend reality. And the experience can be very personal.

I’ve stood next to someone who saw an orb dancing around for fifteen minutes while I couldn’t see it at all. That’s because it’s frequency-specific. They can tune into your frequency so that only you see it. It’s fascinating—it really shows how the universe works.

It’s a lot like a radio. You tune into different stations—country, rock, whatever—and each station is a different reality. So the key is to relax, set the intention, and not try too hard. What you chase tends to run away from you.

I like the phrase set it and forget it. Set the intention, get into a high-vibrational state, ask for a sign, and then just see what happens. I also have content on my YouTube channel that goes much deeper into this for anyone who wants to explore it further.

As your visibility has grown and your videos have reached more people, I imagine you’ve also encountered naysayers, trolls, and people saying some pretty harsh things.

How do you navigate the naysayers and criticism? Do you avoid it, or do you have a way of filtering through it—especially on platforms like YouTube?

Lily Nova: YouTube hasn’t been too bad, actually. I’ve cultivated a really beautiful community there, so most of the time it feels very supportive. That said, whenever a video goes viral and reaches new audiences, there’s always an influx of different reactions.

I was taught early on that if you’re not getting any pushback or ridicule, you’re probably not doing anything meaningful. There will always be differing opinions. A lot of the criticism comes from religious perspectives—people saying it’s demonic. And I think, What about angels? People have experiences with angels, too. There are many different beings, many different forms of consciousness. I’ve seen angels as well as galactic beings.

Sometimes I’ll engage, but most of the time I don’t. I know my truth. People are operating from the level of consciousness they’re at, and they’re doing the best they can from that place. I can’t change anyone’s mind. All I can do is plant seeds and set the intention that my content reaches the people it’s meant to help.

You mentioned resources on your YouTube channel, but you also offer workshops, activations, and other ways people can work with you. How do you serve people, and how can they benefit from your work?

Lily Nova: I’ve taken a lot of what I’ve learned over the years and packaged it into different offerings. I host workshops on topics like activating psychic abilities, including a psychic development class that culminates in an hour-long meditation. During these sessions, I work directly with these beings while facilitating the meditations.

I also use crystal alchemy singing bowls, which are incredibly potent. They help bring people into a very deep state where real transformation can happen—where you can genuinely shift reality and create change.

I offer healing sessions, workshops on DNA activation, connecting with your star family, and similar themes. I go live on YouTube every Sunday, and I also have a Patreon where I host Q&As, psychic updates, galactic updates, and share insights on the current energetic landscape.

In addition, I host spiritual transformation retreats.

Do you have any upcoming retreats people should know about?

Lily Nova: Yes. I have one coming up in Mount Shasta in July—I’m building the website for that right now. That one usually sells out very quickly because I only do Mount Shasta once a year. It’s an incredibly magical place.

I’ll also be hosting a retreat in Sedona in May, and I’m working on that website as well. It may be live by the time this interview is released.

You’re going to be speaking at New Living Expo this April, and we’ll be there as well. It’s your first time speaking at the event—what will you be presenting?

Lily Nova: I plan to share some of the footage I’ve captured and talk about how contact is happening now—and how others can also have these kinds of profound experiences. The footage really helps provide evidence of what’s possible, but it also carries a sense of frequency. It holds an energetic signature that can activate people.

I’ve even had my ears ring just from looking at my own footage, and I’ve been told it’s because of the higher frequencies in it. It’s similar to art—how a piece of art can make you feel something or transmit a message. These spiritual images, the orbs, the footage itself, all carry energy.

So I’ll be sharing that. And if something especially exciting unfolds closer to the event, I may also offer energetic updates and speak to what’s currently happening. We’ll see where the energy is when the time comes.

What are you most looking forward to about being there for the first time?

Lily Nova: I’m really excited to meet new people—very excited. There are also people I’ve been friends with for a while online that I’ll finally get to meet in person, like King Cash. I love him. We’ve been friends since my early TikTok days, back in 2020 when I first started sharing content.

This will also be the biggest conference I’ve participated in so far, so I’m looking forward to that—to meeting people, mingling, and learning as well.

People can get tickets for New Living Expo here. Where’s the best place for people to connect with you directly—your website and social media?

Lily Nova: My website is LilyNovaContact.com. You can find my email, my workshops, other offerings, and my book there.

I’m very active on YouTube—my channel is Lily Nova Starseeded. I’m also on Instagram, where I share shorter content under the name Lily Nova Official.

Lily, thank you so much for sharing your story, for speaking about your dad, and for the work you’re doing in the world. I’m really looking forward to meeting you in person in a few months.

Lily Nova: Thank you so much. This was really beautiful—I loved chatting with you.
