What if the faith you walked away from was actually preparing you for something far bigger?
JJ Brighton spent decades as a conservative Christian, a church leader, and a homeschool mom of eight before a quiet but unstoppable force began pulling her beyond the walls of everything she knew. What came next was a complete reset…a year of silence, a new beginning, and the gradual emergence of gifts she hadn’t yet had words for.
Light language, galactic channeling, and a soul template she now understands as that of an intergalactic diplomat and harmonizer rooted in the energy of the Divine Mother.
This conversation is honest, warm, and at times breathtaking…covering everything from the social architecture of organized religion to the crystalline frequencies of inner earth. She also opens a live channel during the interview, transmitting a message from the Lemurian Grandmothers and receives a deeply personal channeled message in return. Come open and leave expanded.

What do you sense is unfolding in our world right now?
JJ Brighton: For me, the way I see it is that there is a great deal of soul remembrance being activated. I had an incredibly powerful experience during the 6/6 portal of 2026, and I was shown, almost like in a vision, this wave of remembrance washing across the planet. We talk about waves of energy all the time, but I think we sometimes detach ourselves from these upgrades or downloads and forget that they’re literally activating remembrance—things we’ve done before and already know at a soul level.
So what I’m seeing is a profound wave of soul remembrance. That can have a couple of different effects. For some people, it feels exhilarating, expansive, amazing, and eye-opening. For others, it can be more challenging, depending on whether the life they’re currently living is in coherence with the parts of their soul that are ready to come online. It’s an awakening of sorts.
We all know that awakening comes in different phases, and everyone experiences it differently. But I like to frame it as memories coming back online—memories from timelines and experiences we’ve already had as souls.
I’d love to go a little deeper into your own awakening journey. On our show, we love talking about childhood because it’s so influential in how we’re programmed and how we experience life. Did you grow up with faith or spirituality in your home?
JJ Brighton: I did, actually. I was part of a pretty conservative Christian religion. In terms of what was available to me for exploring my own spirituality, though, I feel like it was fairly open, especially within my family. I established a connection with what I called Spirit at a very young age. The way I understood Spirit back then is different from how I see it now, but it was still very real.
I knew there was Spirit, and I believed there were souls beyond the veil—loved ones who had passed, angels, and beings you couldn’t see with your physical eyes but could communicate with. That was already foundational for me as I was growing up. We were encouraged to tune in and listen to Spirit.
I honestly tell people that’s one of the reasons my awakening—or what people might call my channeling journey—happened so quickly. It really unfolded over about two years because I already had that foundation. My whole life, I had been journaling, automatic writing, talking to God, and listening inward. All of that created an incredible platform.
Of course, as with many religious structures, there were limitations. By the time I was around forty, I could feel there was a ceiling. I knew there was something beyond what I’d been taught, and the idea of an external authority telling me what my spiritual framework should be started rubbing me the wrong way.
I found myself asking, “How can someone else tell me what my framework should be if my own intuition is telling me something different?” After spending many years within Christianity as a structured system—which can mean different things to different people—I realized that structure was no longer serving me. Some of the dogma and some of the ideas about the soul simply didn’t resonate anymore.
My husband and I actually began that transition together around the time COVID started. Looking back, I don’t think we were the only ones. During that period, churches weren’t gathering in person anymore. Everything was online, and strangely, it felt like an opportunity to quietly step away.
It was a huge transition for us. I could probably do an entire podcast just on that experience. People definitely saw us as one of those families who were deeply committed. We had a large family; we were involved in Christian education, homeschooling, and all of those adjacent communities.
Long story short, we had actually moved before all of this happened. We’d already unplugged from the social networks where we’d raised most of our children and developed spiritually alongside people we considered mentors. Looking back, it’s amazing how orchestrated it all was, because I think it would have been much harder if we’d still been living there.
We genuinely felt called by God to move. We prayed about it, felt peace about it, and relocated. Then, about a month later, everything began to unravel.
When you say “everything came crashing down,” what do you mean?
JJ Brighton: I mean, the avalanche began. It was the opening that led to realizing that much of what we believed to be true might not actually be what we thought it was.
Was there one particular issue that became the breaking point, or was it more the whole structure?
JJ Brighton: Not for me. I know some people have one defining moment, but I didn’t. It was more like a convergence of things that had been quietly percolating beneath the surface. Suddenly, all the puzzle pieces came together.
Around that time, my channel opened very quickly. I found myself in a fringe Christian group where we were still working with Jesus and angels, but we were gathering in small cottage meetings to receive our own downloads, prophetic messages, and what I would now call channeling. It gave me a place to practice simply opening up and sharing whatever was coming through.
That’s actually where my light language began. I hadn’t been raised speaking in tongues or anything like that. When I first started exploring it, some people introduced me to ideas that felt very “out there” from a Christian perspective. Looking back now, they seem fairly mild, but at the time they felt radical.
I remember hearing people talk about praying in tongues, and something about it deeply resonated with me. I’m also naturally very experimental. My attitude was, “I want to try that.”
So during those little cottage gatherings, I would often open the meeting in what eventually became light language. People began asking me to pray because, within the church tradition, there are also those who practice interpretation. It was all incredibly fascinating to me.

When light language first came through, did it happen all at once or gradually?
JJ Brighton: It happened gradually. I started with praying in tongues, and then I found myself spending a great deal of time in nature. I was connecting with the land and with layers of memory held within the land in a way that’s difficult to explain.
When your channel starts opening, you begin sensing dimensions you couldn’t perceive before—even geographically. I’d be hiking and suddenly feel what I would now call the Akash of Gaia opening. I was picking up timelines, histories, ancient peoples, and what felt like the songlines of the Earth.
At the time, though, I had no language for it. It felt like indigenous chanting. It felt like I was singing to the land—or perhaps singing from another lifetime.
Music had always been a huge part of my life. I sang in church, taught voice lessons, and music was one of the primary ways I expressed myself. So it felt very natural that singing became part of the process. Little by little, those different ways of communicating beyond English emerged together.
It’s funny because I actually have a degree in Spanish and a background in linguistics, so academically, I already had an appreciation for how language evolves. That made the whole experience especially fascinating.
I’m so curious about that avalanche and how it affected your understanding of life, God, and existence. I went through something similar myself. Was it disorienting? Did you find yourself asking, “What is even true anymore?”
JJ Brighton: Yes. It’s interesting that you bring that up, because it’s been almost ten years now, and over time I’ve been able to process much of it emotionally. One of the phases of awakening is working through all of those emotions, and eventually I found a place of much greater neutrality.
Lately, I’ve been doing a lot of work around what I call energy architecture. Part of my soul’s purpose is understanding energetic architecture—how it functions within our bodies, businesses, collective systems, even governments. As I’ve explored that more deeply, I’ve realized one of the greatest shocks of leaving organized religion wasn’t simply the change in beliefs.
It was unplugging from an incredibly powerful social architecture.
For all of its imperfections—and yes, churches certainly have their issues—I personally didn’t have horrific experiences. But we lost almost everyone because the common bond was no longer there. Energetically, we had unplugged from an entire system.
That’s when I began understanding why it’s such a shock on both sides. When someone leaves a religious community after an awakening, it’s not only difficult for the person leaving. It’s also disruptive for those still inside because you’re part of the architecture. You’re part of the circuitry. When one piece disconnects, everyone feels the absence.
I honestly think both sides could benefit from more understanding. I’m no longer bitter about any of it. I’ve reached a place where I can appreciate that every organization or system serves a purpose for the people who need it. For many, it may be an important step in their ascension journey.
If we’re ever going to harmonize different belief systems and structures—if we’re going to truly serve humanity and create a better world—we have to learn to respect one another. We all play different roles, and sometimes those roles change.
When they do, we need to know how to navigate that transition instead of becoming defensive or attacking one another. Beyond situations that are truly harmful, I’m simply talking about differences in belief. I understand people may argue that beliefs themselves can be harmful, but it’s important to remember that your perspective while you’re inside a system is very different from your perspective once you’ve stepped outside it.
One of the biggest realizations my husband and I had was that we’d never actually learned how to choose our own friends. We had a large family—eight children—and every friendship had naturally come through church. When we stepped away, we realized we’d never developed the skill of intentionally building a community outside that framework. That was a profound realization.
It’s a little different because of the type of Christianity you came from. In the evangelical world, it’s much more consumer-oriented. You simply go to the church with the best music or the best preaching.
For me, it came down to this realization: if I’m going to let go of the belief that everyone has to accept Jesus in order to go to heaven, then there are no longer insiders and outsiders.
I was talking with my 27-year-old daughter the other day. She’s on a similar path, and I told her that once I let go of that framework, I stopped asking myself whether someone was Christian or not. They were simply another human being.
The amazing thing was what happened inside of me. My heart opened. I realized I could genuinely love everyone. Before, there was always this subtle question in the back of my mind: Have they accepted Jesus? If they hadn’t, there was an unconscious sense that they were somehow outside. Ironically, my own heart was closed because of it.
When that disappeared, everything changed. This was probably ten or twelve years ago, and it felt incredibly liberating. It was a completely different way of experiencing people.
JJ Brighton: That resonates so deeply with me because one of my soul templates is this feeling that we could all just be one big, happy human family. I’ve always carried that within me.
As a child, whenever I heard people condemning someone or judging them because of the choices they made or what they believed—saying they wouldn’t end up where we would—I felt something I can barely describe. It was sadness. It created so much unnecessary sorrow and grief because I wanted everyone to be together. I wanted everyone to be one.
The framework I’ve created for myself now wasn’t given to me by anyone else. You and I have different frameworks, yet here we are having a wonderful conversation and finding common ground. Before, it felt like there was only one correct framework. Now I feel like I can have a meaningful conversation with anyone and genuinely respect what they have to say.
I don’t have to create separation anymore. I don’t have to judge or pass judgment because, in many religious structures, there’s this subtle layer of continual judgment that you carry every single day. After forty years of living that way, at least in my case, it became exhausting.
Then you have children, and when they begin making choices outside the belief system, it’s incredibly difficult not to become attached to that fear. I’m so grateful that I chose, of my own free will, to create a different framework for myself because it has been far more supportive.
The biggest confirmation that this was the right path for me—and I’m not saying it’s right for everyone—was my nervous system. My older children actually talk about the “before Mom” and the “after Mom.” I always seemed to carry this underlying layer of tension because I was constantly worried about keeping my family together so we would all end up in heaven. That’s a very simplified way of putting it, but that’s how it felt.

My nervous system calmed down, too. The first shift came when I stepped away from full-time ministry as a pastor. The second came when I started releasing some of my theological beliefs.
The biggest one was realizing that I didn’t have to have all the answers anymore. As a pastor, I felt like I had to know the answer to every question, and every answer had to fit neatly inside a particular theological box. If it didn’t, my job was on the line.
Now I’m comfortable saying, “I don’t know. I’m not sure. I’m still figuring it out.”
JJ Brighton: Exactly. That’s your new framework. There are a lot of question marks in it, and you’re comfortable with that.
In Christianity, the boundaries were very clear. If something wasn’t about Jesus, then it was considered satanic. Once you step outside of that framework, how do you know where the boundaries are? How have you navigated that?
JJ Brighton: First of all, I feel like I need to take a deep breath. Even talking about this, I can feel my body processing it. As you know, this is something we continue to process as we grow and shift.
One thing that comes through immediately is how much our nervous system gets attached to ideas of what is true and what is false. At one point, I actually became agnostic for about a year. I completely stopped tuning in. I shut down all of my clairs because I wanted to see what would happen.
What surprised me was that my life didn’t get worse. That experience gave me a much healthier perspective on the work I do now—whether people call it channeling, cosmic connections, or exploring past lives. It helped me understand that not everyone has to resonate with this path, and that’s okay.
It also made me ask myself an important question: Am I just stepping into another belief system and becoming attached to it, believing it’s better than all the others? That didn’t feel good to me. I didn’t want to repeat the same pattern.
So then the question became, how do I build a framework that gives me stability without judging someone else’s framework? You don’t want to become completely untethered. We all need something to anchor into.
The other day, my parents, who have been on this journey alongside me in their own way, gave me a beautiful example of this. My dad was speaking in a group and used the word “true.” I realized I don’t really prefer that word anymore.
Very gently, because we have that kind of relationship, I asked him if there might be another word he could use. I could feel what happens whenever we become attached to something being “the truth.” If there’s a truth, then there’s automatically a falsehood, and people begin taking sides.
Instead, we talked about words like “resonates” or “feels aligned.” That feels much more authentic to me.
I also believe it’s important to intentionally choose the pillars of your life. At some point, you have to decide what your priorities are because those become the energetic architecture that supports you.
We’re constantly creating our reality. When you consciously choose priorities like home, health, peace, or joy, you’re sending that code into your holographic reality, and your life begins organizing around it. So I do think beliefs have value because they help shape the life we’re creating.
One of the most liberating realizations for me, though, was this: it’s nobody else’s business what I believe.
That was huge.
I recently stepped away from social media because it no longer felt aligned with me. For a moment, I wondered whether I needed to announce it or explain myself. Then I realized I didn’t. My beliefs are deeply personal. I don’t owe anyone an explanation.
In church culture, there was often an expectation that your beliefs should be visible to everyone. Today, I feel very differently. My spirituality is something intimate, and that’s how I’ve chosen to navigate it.
The word that comes to mind for me is values.
When I’m clear about my values, they become the framework through which I make every decision. Even with everything we do at Awakened Magazine, opportunities come along that simply don’t align with what we value.
The same is true in marketing. There are certain ways of promoting events or creating scarcity that just don’t resonate with me. Some marketing strategies feel manipulative, and I don’t want to communicate that way.
I hope people can feel that in everything we do with the magazine, our events, and our books. Yes, we still use sales and marketing because they’re practical tools for sharing a message, but I want to use them in ways that feel aligned with our values.
JJ Brighton: That’s exactly what I was going to say. There’s a happy medium. You still have to play the game a little bit.

Exactly. I actually enjoy that part of the game. But there are certain things I’ll try once and immediately know, “No, that doesn’t align with my values.”
Values have become a really helpful compass for me.
I’d love to shift into your channeling journey. Earlier, you mentioned receiving prophetic messages within your Christian framework. At what point did that expand into what you would describe as a more galactic experience?
JJ Brighton: Quite honestly, I experienced what I would call a complete channel reset.
That happened during the year when I became essentially agnostic and intentionally shut down all of my clairs.
Part of what led to that was spending time in a particular stream of Christianity that focused heavily on spiritual warfare. They believed they were battling demons on the etheric planes, entering the courts of heaven, and engaging in spiritual warfare through meditation and prayer.
There were modern-day prophets—people who weren’t accepted by traditional Christianity but operated on the fringes. I remember listening to teachers like Ian Clayton from New Zealand and others who taught about traveling into the courts of heaven, encountering different aspects of God in meditation, and engaging in spiritual warfare.
I became immersed in that world. We were doing what people today might call grid work—trying to heal aspects of the planet’s history and participating in what was often described using very conspiratorial language.
But I eventually realized something.
Living in a reality centered around angels and demons is exhausting.
You’re constantly on alert. You’re always wondering whether something unseen is happening or whether you’re under attack.
As a mother of eight children, trying to raise a family, work, and manage everyday life, I finally reached a point where I thought, I can’t keep worrying about whether a demon is about to knock on the door or whether someone is spying on us astrally.
I was done.
That’s when I shut everything down.
There’s definitely a whole section of spirituality that’s still operating in that paradigm, and honestly, it doesn’t appeal to me at all.
JJ Brighton: Exactly. I’ve experienced it from both perspectives, and to me it’s really the same sandbox wearing different clothes.
I don’t regret going through it. My soul clearly chose to explore that path, and everyone has their own journey. If people resonate with those frameworks, that’s completely their choice.
But one of my deepest values now is protecting my nervous system.
I can’t show up for my children—or one day for my grandchildren—if I’m living in a constant state of fear that something is out to get me. That’s not the legacy I want to leave behind.
So I’ve consciously chosen different sandboxes.
People probably notice that in the things I share. After that year-long reset, my channel opened again, but this time in a very different way.
I had become a yoga teacher and slowly returned to energy healing. I began working with chakras again and gradually found my way into what people would call the lightworker community.
Before that, I hadn’t really connected with that world. I joined a few Facebook communities back when they were incredibly active, met new people, and started rebuilding a completely different social network because no one in my immediate environment could relate to what I was experiencing.
I was listening to podcasts, continuing my own exploration, and offering in-person energy healing sessions. Since I was already teaching yoga, it felt natural to let people know I was also doing energy work.
Eventually, I met a woman through one of those communities, and we became close friends. We’d get on calls together, tune into different energies, and our shared intention was simply to help Gaia—to contribute to the healing of the planet.
It actually felt similar to what I’d been doing before, but there was much more ease.
The galactics came later.
The very first beings I publicly channeled—the ones I even wrote blog posts about—were the Elohim, or at least that’s the name they presented themselves by. I see that as a collective consciousness rather than a single being.
Did they introduce themselves that way, or had you already read about the Elohim and then recognized them when they came through?
JJ Brighton: I already had that framework. I knew what the word Elohim meant. I understood it as Creator beings, and they knew I already had that reference point.
So when they introduced themselves, it was immediate. I’d simply ask, “Who’s this?” and the answer would come: “This is the Elohim.” It felt very natural.
I also had a strong foundation before that because, in my earlier experiences, I’d already been communicating with individual guides, angels, and other beings. Even though I’d gone through that channel reset, I still had years of practice behind me.
I’d also done a great deal of mediumship and ancestral clearing. During energy healing sessions, ancestors would often come through with messages for the people I was working with.
The Elohim arrived first, and then, not long afterward, the Arcturians began coming through as well. I have what I experience as an Arcturian aspect of myself—a parallel expression of my soul, you could say. So that connection felt very natural.
More light language followed, and eventually I launched my podcast.
Looking back, I laugh because I don’t know what I was thinking. I had no formal education in channeling, yet I decided I was going to channel a different being in every single podcast episode. I’d record weekly energy updates and simply ask, “I wonder who’s coming through today?”
At the same time, I was reading Dolores Cannon, whose books introduce you to so many different beings and perspectives. All of those influences were happening simultaneously.
If you go back and listen to my podcast from 2021, almost every week I was channeling a different collective or consciousness. Looking back, I realize it became my practice. It was how I developed my channeling muscles.

I’m curious because many channels seem to develop a deep relationship with one particular being—like Esther Hicks with Abraham. Yet your path has been very different. How do you understand that?
I feel like you’re dating a lot of people, JJ. Maybe it’s time to settle down.
JJ Brighton: (Laughs). I’ve judged myself for that more times than you can imagine, especially when I compare myself to people who channel only one being.
But here’s how I’ve come to understand it.
My bachelor’s degree is actually in International Relations.
Intergalactic relations.
JJ Brighton: Exactly.
I’ve realized that what we choose to study or do in this lifetime is often a reflection of our soul template. For me, it eventually became clear that I’m something like an intergalactic diplomat.
I think that’s why I have access to so many different dialects and frequencies. My role isn’t to represent one being. It’s to facilitate communication and harmony between many different expressions of consciousness.
One of the deeper aspects of my own energetic architecture is that I hold the template of convergence and harmonization. I experience that as coming through what I call the Divine Mother.
She gives birth to all of creation, everything journeys outward, and eventually everything returns home to the Mother. The Mother doesn’t exclude any of her children from the table.
As a mother of eight children myself, I understand this deeply. Every child needs to be spoken to differently. Every child uniquely receives love.
In that sense, what I do spiritually doesn’t actually feel that unusual to me. It’s reflected in how I parent.
My energetic architecture is designed to adapt quickly, communicate across different frequencies, and harmonize those different expressions into one conversation.
That’s the short version of how I ended up here.
One of the things we talked about before recording was creating some space for you to bring through a message today. I’m not sure who’s going to come through, but I’m excited to find out.
Are you open to doing that?
JJ Brighton: Absolutely.
I used to simply open up to whatever wanted to come through. Personally, I’ve never had any issues because I know how to hold my own frequency. I’ve done a tremendous amount of shadow work, and that allowed me to face aspects of darkness that I now understand are simply reflections within Source itself.
These days, when I open, I trust that my heart is being read, and that naturally determines what comes through.
Before we begin, though, I’d love to refine our intention. You know your audience so well. Rather than me simply tuning in on my own, I think it would be beautiful if you offered a few clues or intentions to help shape the message that’s meant to come through today.

This morning I channeled a message from the Light of Christ about peace, which feels especially important right now.
I’d love to hear an expansion on that.
JJ Brighton: Beautiful.
It’s actually perfect because, as we’re recording this in June 2026, our monthly theme inside Lightweavers Global is inner peace.
I immediately see the Dove of Peace coming forward.
With it comes the Dove template itself, along with the keepers of that template—a vast collective of crystalline children.
The crystalline children communicate telepathically. They operate beyond spoken language, although they can certainly express themselves through words.
Over time, my own channeling has evolved beyond simply speaking. Now there’s also a telepathic transmission taking place. I experience my cells communicating directly with the listener’s cells—DNA speaking to DNA. It’s simply a different style of communication.
So, in addition to whatever is spoken aloud, I want to acknowledge that another layer of this message is being transmitted beyond words.
I’m feeling a deepening through the crown… an expansion and a deepening at the same time.
Channeling begins.
Dear beloved ones,
We are a collective you may recognize as the Lemurian Grandmothers.
We come through both voice and presence, carrying what has been called the Christ Light—the crystalline frequency of purity and innocence.
Not purity and innocence in the sense of duality, but as the original essence of Source itself.
We invite you to open to the threads now weaving throughout this field.
They are multicolored.
They are iridescent.
They are carried not only through our presence, but also through the many dragon guides who walk beside those who are weaving with us.
Beloved souls…
We invite you to connect with a version of yourself that exists within the Inner Earth—a crystalline light-body expression of your being.
This aspect of you has been holding a sacred frequency.
It has been singing within Gaia’s crystalline caverns, preserving what you might call the flame of the Christ Light.
Those keepers of the flame are now ready to emerge.
Ready to emerge…
And ready to merge with your physical body once again.
Ready to become one.
Ready to radiate this light upon the Earth for all to see.
This is your invitation to fully accept every experience you’ve lived as a light bearer.
The beautiful.
The difficult.
The painful.
Every lifetime.
Every ending.
Without attachment.
Allow yourself to find the courage to step fully into this template once again.
Without fear.
Without worrying that you will be ridiculed…
Punished…
Or harmed in any way.
We invite you to consider allowing this sacred merging to take place.
As you do, you will feel more at home within your physical body.
You will feel more deeply connected to Gaia.
More deeply connected to nature.
And that connection will support every step of your journey.
Follow the passions of your soul.
Follow the essence of your inner child.
Follow the desires of your heart.
Be courageous.
Be joyful.
You are here to shine.
With great love, we offer you these frequencies and this message.
And now we bring this gift to completion.
And so it is.
And so it is.
And so it is.
(David Channeling) We would love to share a message with you, JJ, if you’re open to receiving it today.
JJ Brighton: Yes, please.
(David Channeling) The light emanating from your heart is incredibly strong.
And it will continue to magnify.
In the days ahead, you’ll begin to see an even greater expression of that light and its impact on the lives of those around you. The people who know you best will notice what you might call an upgrade in your own light technology—a deeper radiance flowing from your heart.
It will begin within your family, but it won’t stay there. It will extend far beyond anything you can currently imagine.
There are dreams you’ve carried that you’ve wondered how they could possibly unfold. Yet they are unfolding at exactly the right time, in the perfect way, through circumstances you could never have planned.
There are even dreams you were almost afraid to dream.
Yes, beautiful things are coming.
Beautiful things connected to your work with Mother Gaia.
Those small seeds you’ve planted—those mustard seeds—are germinating. They are coming to life and will spring up in ways beyond anything you could have imagined.
It brings us great joy to witness those possibilities before you do.
May these words simply become a greater deposit of hope within your heart.
May the hope already alive within you continue to increase, grow, and expand.
May those around you who have lost hope begin to recognize it shining through you, like the brilliant light radiating from your heart. And may your hope awaken hope within them.
You are a mother of hope.
You certainly bring peace, but peace is born from something even deeper than external quiet or inner stillness.
It is born from hope.
Hope remembered.
Hope awakened.
Hope restored.
You help people remember the hope that already exists within themselves.
And that hope becomes the light that ultimately leads them into lasting peace.
The light within you is continuing to magnify.
It is amplifying.
It is becoming even more visible.
Your family will notice it.
Those closest to you will recognize the difference in the days and months ahead.
And from that place, your service will naturally expand—outward, upward, and inward.
May you receive these words, spoken through our dear David, simply as confirmation…
And as another deposit of hope.
You are a blessed mother of hope.
David speaks briefly in light language.
JJ Brighton: Takes a deep breath.

Thank you for sharing that beautiful message. Thank you for being willing to channel it. I wasn’t expecting that at all, but I could feel how much they wanted to affirm that within you today.
JJ Brighton: Thank you.
That was beautiful.
I can still feel the energy.
Wow.
I’m so excited you’ll be joining us at Awaken Lifestyle Expo this August in Costa Mesa, California. You’ll be leading a VIP workshop called “Galactic Telepathy: Awakening Your Cosmic Communication,” and you’ll also be speaking Sunday evening. What can people expect from that workshop?
JJ Brighton: Over the past several years, one thing I’ve discovered is that many people already experience cosmic contact. They’ll have dreams, visions, or moments they can’t quite explain, and when they come into a session, they’ll often say, “There was this one experience…”
The challenge is that they don’t know how to reconnect with it intentionally. They want to experience more, but they don’t know how to create those moments consciously.
Over the last few months, what has been coming through the Crystalline Children and the Whale Mothers are what I call templates of telepathy.
These templates provide structure—a more grounded, practical framework. Rather than simply telling someone to close their eyes and feel into something, they offer actual practices, methods, and step-by-step ways of developing telepathic communication.
In some ways, it feels like bringing a little more masculine structure into something that often seems very mystical or abstract.
I’m incredibly excited because this will be the first time I’m sharing this material with a live audience.
It’s continuing to evolve, and I’m developing it further through online programs as well, but there’s something special about teaching it in person.
And, of course, Costa Mesa is right by the ocean.
The Whale Mothers always love Southern California. There are such beautiful whale frequencies along that coastline, and I know they’ll contribute to the field we’ll create together.
That workshop will be on Sunday, August 23rd. Then that evening you’ll also be presenting “Beyond Earth: Remembering Your Cosmic Timelines.” Tell us about that experience.
JJ Brighton: One of the templates I’ve been working with most deeply lately is remembrance.
A large part of my work is activating remembrance through many different dialects of remembrance.
For a long time, I wondered why so many different light languages came through me. While they certainly communicate, I eventually realized their deeper purpose is to activate remembrance within the listener.
So this presentation will be an experiential journey into remembering our cosmic origins alongside our cosmic guides.
We’ll be creating a very intentional point of connection—one that’s harmonized, embodied, and integrated—rather than simply having an experience that leaves people wondering what just happened.
The evening will be guided and held by the Council of Star Mothers, who will oversee the entire experience.
At the end of the evening, we’ll also bring William Henry, Sheila Seppi, and JJ together for a panel discussion. I’m really looking forward to seeing those three unique perspectives come together.
JJ Brighton: I love panels.
I love watching different frequencies weave together because I think we’re moving beyond the need for a single guru.
More and more, leadership is happening through councils.
When we see a council harmonize—each person bringing their unique voice while contributing to a greater conversation—there’s something incredibly powerful about it.
So thank you for creating space for that.
That will be our Sunday night main event at Awaken Lifestyle Expo. Before we finish, how can people connect with you and work with you directly?
JJ Brighton: I do have quite a few offerings.
Sometimes I joke that they’re like my children—I have a lot of them.
I’m a teacher at heart, so it almost feels like I’ve created my own school where I get to teach all the classes I’ve always wanted to teach.
One of the newest things I’m especially excited about is my YouTube Membership.
If you visit my YouTube channel and click Join, you’ll have access to a new series of remembrance transmissions that I’m sharing in a way I’ve never offered before.
It’s a wonderful way to go deeper than my regular weekly podcast episodes.
You can also find everything through ActivationsWithJJ.com, where you’ll find sessions, activations, and upcoming offerings.
I’m also very active on Instagram, where I regularly share transmissions, updates, and new teachings.
It’s been such a joy to co-create with people across all of these different spaces.
JJ, thank you so much for sharing your story today. Your heart is enormous, your depth of knowledge is incredible, and I know our audience has learned so much from you. Thank you as well for being part of Awaken Lifestyle Expo. I know it’s going to be a truly magical event.
JJ Brighton: Thank you so much, David.
It’s been such a beautiful conversation.
I’m still feeling those messages right here in my heart.
Deep, deep gratitude.
"I also believe it's important to intentionally choose the pillars of your life. At some point, you have to decide what your priorities are because those become the energetic architecture that supports you."
