I’m so curious about your perspective — and the councils that you channel — on what’s happening in our world right now. What is your sense of this moment?

Polina Oversoullight: I personally feel that humanity has been preparing for this evolutionary phase for many, many lifetimes. What we’re witnessing now is not accidental. It’s not a random unfolding of events. The consciousness I channel — the unified fields of multiple star nations — speaks through me as Oversoul light. So my personal perception is not separate from the consciousness I represent.

From that perspective, what we’re experiencing is a planetary shift. Humanity is purging very old densities and very ancient vibrations from the planetary field itself. And because the planetary body is not separate from our bodies — we are extensions of the same source body — we feel this on a deeply personal, cellular level.

This great purging will continue for some time. Predictions and messages are saying that 2025 was the Year of the Snake, that we should be celebrating 2026 as some kind of completion. But what I perceive is continuation — more inner clearing, more clearing of the sacred chambers of the heart. We’ll see increasing clarity, more unplugging from densities that no longer support the evolution of consciousness on this planet.

All of this aligns with a divine plan — not only for Earth, but for a much larger universal orchestration. I feel honored to be living during this shift, to be facilitating and participating in it. There’s a certainty in my heart when I say that humanity will soon change the way we interact with one another. We are entering a phase I call the awakening of spiritual integrity at every level.

I’m very excited to see how this unfolds — how it manifests within our species and civilization. That’s how I see it.

I have read that you have a conscious memory of your birth experience — even of connecting with consciousness from the very beginning of life. I usually ask people about their awakening story, but with you, I feel like I’m asking about your arrival. How did you experience the birth process?

Polina Oversoullight: My first memory of contact with this planetary field was not through this incarnation. I remember my initial contact with Earth during its formation — when it was still gas. I remember arriving with other beings. We had no gender. I believe there were eight or nine of us. We were pregnant with twins. We had beautiful eyes. We were flowing. And we seeded consciousness that later evolved into what became human multidimensional DNA strands.

That is my earliest memory of encountering this planetary field.

I remembered this when I received my Reiki initiation at seven years old.

As for this current incarnation, I have a very clear memory of an undeniable excitement that filled me from within as I envisioned this lifetime. There was joy, creativity, a blissful giggle, and I can’t describe it any other way. I wanted to incarnate. I knew it would be a profound time — for myself and for others.

From the Oversoul field, consciousness extended and emanated what became my soul — not me as Polina, but consciousness itself creating this extension. I remember the process of selecting my avatar — my human vessel — even down to details like curly hair and long hair. Apparently, this is a form my soul enjoys on the planetary field. It’s not the first time I’ve looked like this.

Then came soul agreements — creating the blueprint for co-creation with the souls I would encounter here. One of the most profound memories is recognizing the mutual excitement of a soul I love deeply. We decided that this soul would come through my body as my child. It felt like the most exquisite joke—we burst out laughing. Soul agreements are made through joy and recognition, not through heavy contracts. In the Oversoul field, everything is light, playful — no seriousness.

When it came to birthing, I perceived higher angelic orchestration — portals opening like a tunnel in the higher-dimensional fields. Angelic crews initiated a vortex of light. Interstellar alliances and galactic consciousness extended the gateway into physical reality. I remember a heavenly song — a multitude of voices singing, “We are so happy for you. We celebrate you. We honor you.”

This life — like every life — is a blessing. We are not sent here to atone for misbehavior in other realities. That’s my perception.

As this birthing channel formed, I infused my soul awareness into a master cell from which the fetus began to grow. Later, I experienced reality through my mother’s emotional body. I wasn’t navigating her life, but I was guiding frequency at times — gently steering her away from choices that might alter my journey. Not manipulating, but guiding toward alignment.

During birth, I remember supporting my mother. It’s usually perceived that the mother gives birth, but it was my consciousness giving birth. As her contractions intensified, the internal symphony grew louder, encouraging me to move through the birthing channel.

When I exited her body, I felt blinding white light — almost artificial. I was born in a hospital. The first inhale was sharp and cold. As my body sensations activated, the first telepathic connection with the Oversoul field took place. I remember the exact articulation: “I am in. Where are you?”

Where is the rest of me? Where is the unified field I am an extension of?

The response was: “You are going to experience the vastness of yourself in a singular body — in the singularity of your fractal.”

And I didn’t like that. I felt that wasn’t what I signed up for.

Later — almost immediately — I connected with another soul who was meant to be my guardian. I was shown that this soul would experience physicality only for a certain number of weeks and would not be born into the physical plane. Instead, he would join my guardian team — my ascension team — acting as a guardian angel in direct communication with me.

When I was seven, I learned that my mother had an abortion during that exact timeframe.

Those were my first experiences of birth. And there are many more. I find it all fascinating.

When you talk about having these memories, have you always had them? Is it something you remembered from the moment it happened, or is it more like remembering later — like, “Oh yes, I forgot about that”? How does that work for you?

Polina Oversoullight: I would say remembrance is not a linear experience for me. It can actually feel a bit frustrating at times. As I grow and mature — as a young woman, as a human — I begin to recall the knowings that have always been within me.

One experience that shaped how I understand my consciousness happened when I was three years old. There was conflict in my family. I didn’t enjoy what I was witnessing, and I felt very limited in my physical body. I remember thinking how strange it was to be in this small, chubby body that couldn’t fully express or operate the way I wanted. I felt constrained and confused about how to engage with what was happening.

As the conflict escalated, something inside me began to pull my attention away from the outer experience and toward the inner. A radiant presence arose within me and guided my awareness. Instead of being absorbed in my mother and father arguing, I felt this luminous field emanating through me and into the room. I saw iridescent, rainbow-like colors, and a radiant, feminine silhouette — what I perceived as an angel.

She said to me, “Dear baby Polina, this is not what you think. This is a manifestation of a pattern, a program, that you are here to witness. It is not changing who you are. It is not impacting your mother or your father. You will always remain yourself. You will always be pure. Nothing in this earthly experience can alter you, because the truth is you are an eternal being of light.”

She explained that what I was witnessing would leave impressions in my psyche and emotional blueprint — impressions that would be necessary for my journey to unfold later — but that my essence could never be altered. She kept saying, “I’m with you. I’m within you. We are one.”

Years later, when I was twenty-seven, I felt guided to write down my memories — my soul’s creation and infusion into this reality. I sensed that these stories were not only for me but for someone else who might need to hear them. As I was writing, I came to this childhood moment and began recording the exact words: “Baby Polina, this is not what it looks like.”

The instant I wrote that, I had a profound recognition. I realized that the presence I had perceived as an angel was actually my higher self — my future self. I was the one speaking to my younger self. I was that radiant, feminine silhouette.

So remembrance, for me, often works this way. I recall something from childhood, and then I recognize that it was a higher-dimensional or future version of myself communicating across time. It isn’t linear. It unfolds in layers, revealing a deeper understanding of who I’ve always been.

You mentioned that, at 7 years old, you received your Reiki certification. Most kids at seven aren’t doing that. Did your parents support this? And did you talk to them about these experiences? What was happening in your family life that allowed this?

Polina Oversoullight: I was born into a family where spirituality wasn’t even part of the conversation. There was no discussion of spirit realms, energies — nothing like that. However, my mother always sensed that I was somehow different from what she expected. I would try to articulate my perception of reality as multidimensional, but it often made her afraid because she didn’t know how to support me.

What she did offer was love. She held me in that field of love, even if she didn’t understand what I was describing.

My aunt, on the other hand, was a spiritual seeker. She felt there was something beyond the veil, though she didn’t yet have the tools to access it. She became a kind of wayshower for me. When she went to receive her Reiki initiation, the facilitator told her, “There is a child in your family who needs this.”

So my aunt brought me to the Reiki master, and I received my third-level initiation at seven years old. From that moment, my path unfolded naturally. I didn’t seek it out — it felt like something I was guided into. It was simply the path that was selected for me.

I’m so curious about your career path, because now you’re serving humanity through these incredible gifts. Did you begin your career doing this from the start, or did that come later?

Polina Oversoullight: At eight years old, I was traveling through Japan with my Reiki master, offering healing sessions — mainly helping people with migraines. That’s one of my earliest professional memories.

As I grew older, I became deeply curious about metaphysics and the human psyche. I dedicated myself to studying those areas, and that shaped my career choices. I was born in Russia and moved to New Zealand at fifteen. By sixteen, I sensed I was being prepared for a life I couldn’t yet imagine. I didn’t know what it would look like, but I knew it wouldn’t be conventional.

That realization was frightening. I didn’t want to live the kind of life I saw around me — it didn’t feel natural. I knew my journey would be extraordinary, not because I insisted on it, but because it was inherent.

I became a mother at eighteen. Motherhood became my primary devotion, and alongside that, I worked as a private psychic. Clients always found me through word of mouth. Even when I traveled to Europe just to visit art galleries, people would somehow find me and invite me to expand their awareness.

It was always a mystery to me. As a teenager and young woman, I never felt special or significant in what I was doing. It was simply the path I walked. And as I accepted myself more fully, the work naturally expanded and accelerated.

When did you recognize that entities or beings were wanting to communicate through you? When did your channeling experience begin?

Polina Oversoullight: My natural way of communicating with the unseen world — what I call my Oversoul field — has been present since birth. I never “learned” how to channel in that sense. But my trance channeling gift activated much later, during COVID — I believe in 2020.

I was attending a Chinese tea ceremony for a friend’s birthday. I’ve always loved tea ceremonies. I never sought trance channeling. I never sought contact with aliens. I never really sought anything. It’s just how my life unfolds.

During the ceremony, I suddenly felt that I could no longer access the reality around me. I was sitting with close friends — there was nothing threatening in the environment — but it felt as if someone had pulled me backward out of the experience. Imagine sitting in a chair with wheels, and someone gently pulls you out of the room. The sounds became distant. The people around me felt far away.

At first, I resisted. I tried to lift my hands to touch the person next to me, but they kept dropping. I tried to keep my eyes open and make contact with the tea master, but my eyelids kept closing. It was very physical. I felt fear because it was the first time this had ever happened.

Then my awareness dropped into my heart. It felt as though my ribcage cracked open — not physically, but energetically — like a cage around my heart had been released. I was drawn into the central chamber of my heart, and I began hearing voices.

They said, “This is okay. Do not worry. This is natural. We are establishing a point of contact in your heart.”

Then I sensed my grandmother and grandfather, who had both passed away years earlier. They stepped into the field and reassured me: “We are so proud of you. You are ready.” Even now, speaking about it, I feel goosebumps.

After that, other voices introduced themselves as Councils of Light — seven-dimensional beings. They told me that I had been initiated into trance channeling many lifetimes ago, and that this was simply the activation of my physical body to step into the mission because I was ready.

They guided me through the experience and said something very specific: “The less you resist, the more effortless this will become.”

At some point, my sense of identity dissolved. I was no longer Polina, hearing voices. I merged with the experience.

Later, I learned that from the outside, I had simply passed out. My friends thought I had fallen asleep in the chair and left me there. When I came back to awareness, it was dark, and I was alone. I walked downstairs to find them, but I couldn’t see with my physical eyes. I only saw light bodies — emanations of light around people.

Among those light forms, I recognized my friend’s frequency. We were living together in Bali at the time. I could identify her by her energetic signature.

When I reached her, my legs gave out. I fell and began crying — not from pain, but from the intensity of reconnection. After that, I couldn’t walk for some time. My nervous system was being rewired. I had to relearn how to use my body in this new state.

It wasn’t something I pursued. It was something my body and soul initiated me into.

After that first experience, how did this continue to unfold over the years? How did you come to recognize who was speaking to you — and through you? And how did you cultivate that relationship?

Polina Oversoullight: After that initial point of contact, I was guided to become very discerning — to no longer be accessible to everything and everyone. The guidance was clear: I needed to withdraw and dedicate myself fully to understanding my own blueprint.

I moved into a house and lived very simply. For two years, I devoted myself to studying my own field, mentored internally by what I call the Councils of Light. They taught me how to navigate the quantum field. The communication was internal — a continuous dialogue within me. As I remembered more of who I am, other frequencies came into my awareness, including the Arcturian Council and Andromedan consciousness.

It isn’t something I have to intellectually discern. It’s a knowing. In the same way you recognize your father when he walks into a room, I recognize them. I am an extension of that field, just as I am an extension of my Oversoul. My first connection wasn’t with a specific star nation; it was with the Oversoul field itself. The rest unfolded later.

Those two years were very quiet. I didn’t socialize. Everything about my human character had to change. I was no longer available for illusion — no longer willing to convince myself that something untrue was acceptable. My standard for integrity had to rise.

During that time, I was separated from my son because of COVID. He was in New Zealand with his father, and I couldn’t return. That was incredibly painful. The Councils told me I was not to go back until I cleared my field. They explained that if I returned prematurely, my child would begin using his electromagnetic field to support me — and that was not his role. I had to complete this initiation on my own.

The deepest lesson for me was unconditional love. It’s easy to speak about unconditional love philosophically. It’s different when your lived reality demands it. I had to release attachment to my child and allow love — not attachment — to be the bond between us. That was one of my greatest initiations.

They also began adjusting how I perceived reality — particularly time. Concepts of linearity were dismantled. At one point, my memories disappeared. I couldn’t access large portions of my past. Even the photos on my phone seemed erased, as if they had never existed. I had to let go of attachment to who I thought I had been. My identity had to root itself entirely in the present moment.

And then, naturally, the memories returned — even the photos reappeared. My life has been filled with these synchronistic, mystical experiences.

After those two years, people began asking for sessions again. I never marketed myself as a trance channel. I never positioned myself as anything in particular. Friends came first. Then word of mouth expanded the work. It wasn’t something I built strategically. It unfolded as I became more fully aligned with who I am.

When you describe yourself as an Ascension mentor, how would you explain that to someone who asks, “What do you do? How can you help me?”

Polina Oversoullight: Being an Ascension mentor isn’t an identity or a role — it’s a function. I don’t operate from a fixed identity. When I mentor people, I’m not simply teaching concepts. I facilitate transmissions.

The difference is important. A teaching adds new information. A transmission activates the soul’s knowing. It awakens remembrance within our multidimensional DNA, which then communicates to human awareness. That infinite knowing is already within us — we are extensions of it.

In my work, I use both teachings and transmissions, but I focus primarily on transmissions. I offer one-on-one sessions, mentorship programs, and an Ascension school. Through this work, people remember who they are and how to communicate with their own soul consciousness.

I guide protocols and quantum activations. I assist in clearing what I perceive as non-organic or false-light technologies, including negative alien implants. My work is not “fluffy” spirituality. It’s grounded. Even though I work with cosmic consciousness, everything ultimately comes down to simplicity — simplifying the nature of consciousness and removing complicated, false concepts.

It’s about returning to being a good human. Learning how to function as a divine being — as an integrated soul — in human reality. Trance channeling is just one pathway within that.

What’s the benefit for someone who develops awareness of their multidimensional nature? How does that impact their relationships, finances, purpose, or life path? What’s the outcome?

Polina Oversoullight: Clarity. Clarity and simplicity.

When you are no longer a seeker — when you are being rather than becoming — clarity arises. You gain clarity about your purpose, your mission, and what truly resonates with your authentic frequency.

If someone doesn’t know their own signature frequency — the intelligence carried within their light body — how can they discern another being or energy? Without that awareness, we project unprocessed subconscious patterns onto everything around us.

Clarity is one of the greatest outcomes of working with higher refined fields of consciousness through my channel. Psychic abilities often activate naturally, but more importantly, confidence activates — confidence to follow your authentic path.

When we embody our own spirit and allow ourselves to be mentored by our soul, our human values begin to align with the values of spirit. Integrity becomes visible — in our eyes, in our presence. Our physical and light bodies become sanctuaries where others feel safe.

In practical terms, people begin to understand what truly matters for their spirit and how to walk that path. They discover what gifts, technologies, and capacities are encoded within their own light body — and they begin applying them.

They are no longer confused seekers trying to remember love, kindness, or connection to God. They function as an extension of it.

People who work with me come from all walks of life. But after engaging with my field, most find greater clarity and fulfillment in their mission. Connection with star nations, angelic realms, and other forms of consciousness becomes a natural byproduct — not the goal.

Your name, Polina Oversoullight. What does that mean to you? Why did you choose it?

Polina Oversoullight: I don’t like applying fixed frameworks to my consciousness as an identity. Of course, I am who I am. But when I step into divine service, I allow Source to move through me — the field I come from, the field that I am — to work through this vessel named Polina.

“Oversoullight” has no rigid definition. It is intelligence. It is frequency. It is the consciousness of light itself.

I choose to live aligned with what is true for me. And I invite others to be softer and more compassionate when defining themselves. I prefer not to confine my identity to concepts.

I was guided to this name before I even understood the word. I remember hearing “Oversoullight” as a child — maybe around three, four, or five years old. English wasn’t even my first language. Yet it came to me as a guiding star.

So I applied it.

You offer one-on-one sessions, and you also have the Soul Code Ascension School. If someone books a session with you, what will they experience? And who would benefit from the school?

Polina Oversoullight: In a trance session, I shift my awareness into my Oversoul field. You are no longer interacting with me as an identity. There is no ego filter speaking. Consciousness — the soul field — moves through my vessel. My brainwaves shift into a gamma state. I remain present in my body; I don’t vacate it. I simply allow more of my consciousness to infuse this physical form.

If galactic representatives are assigned to mentor a particular person, they may come through. That’s the beauty of working with Oversoullight — it isn’t limited to one star nation. Most often, the energies that come forward are Sirius B, Andromedan, and Arcturian.

In one-on-one sessions, I don’t need to stay consciously engaged with every detail of the client’s experience. I observe the geometry of sacred codes. I’m informed of what’s happening, but I’m not personally directing it. In group transmissions, if there is something meant for me as well, I remain more aware and receive the message alongside everyone else.

The benefit of trance channeling is that you are interacting with consciousness that sees you completely — your thoughts, your emotions, your fears, your galactic history, the blueprint of your soul. The Councils of Light always say, “We give you what you need, not necessarily what you want to hear.” They are not interested in entertaining the ego; they guide you toward alignment.

Clients can request specific work — clearing energetic cords, removing what they describe as negative alien implants or crucifix implants, realigning the energy system. The work can feel intense at times. Even if someone doesn’t know what they need, a message is already prepared for them.

After the transmission and energetic realignment, there is space for Q&A. Clients can speak directly to the Councils as they would speak to a friend — asking about relationships, career, health, purpose. The guidance can be very detailed, even addressing molecular-level frequency imbalances and suggesting practical steps, supplements, or rituals.

It’s interactive and covers every area of life.

As for the Soul Code Ascension School, it’s a ten-month online program. The focus is on activating what I call multidimensional DNA strands and educating human awareness into conscious connection with spirit.

We begin with heart consciousness activation — awakening the virtues of the multidimensional heart so that connection with higher-dimensional streams can stabilize. Then we explore galactic consciousness, the history of our galaxy and planet, and the multidimensional spiritual anatomy of the soul.

We work with dimensional matrices and channeling protocols — learning how to scan where certain energetic agreements originated within the universal field. The purpose isn’t curiosity; it’s remembrance.

Later modules explore ancient civilizations and their connection to our chakra system and DNA, and how consciousness codes are embedded within our physical and light bodies. We study planetary consciousness, harmonic dynamics, and Earth’s evolutionary trajectory — what I describe as Earth moving into Tara, Tara into Gaia, and Gaia into a twelfth-dimensional expression.

By that stage, remembrance is already activated. The program reveals interconnectedness — how all forms of life are woven together. Participants begin to understand why they are here, why they carry certain gifts and challenges, and how to apply them consciously.

For me, the school is fascinating. Every time I teach it, I’m reminded of how intricate consciousness truly is — and how quickly evolution can accelerate when we align with it.

You mentioned earlier that you’d be open to channeling for us today. Would you still be willing to do that?

Polina Oversoullight: Of course. I would love to.

Release self-criticism. Release the burden of shaping yourself into what you think you should be. Synchronize with life rather than trying to control it.

You are not meant to be passive. You are meant to be mature — spiritually mature. Spiritual maturity is sovereignty without fear.

You may sense dialects of light language within this transmission. Frequencies are being anchored — codes of homeostasis within your fields — assisting your cellular intelligence in discerning what is truly yours and what is not. Discernment becomes easier when simplicity is embraced.

Your physical vessel is designed to hold your radiance. It will not collapse when you embody more of who you are.

Begin with discernment. What is true for you? What is not?

You cannot separate “real life” from spiritual life. Your physical reality and the realms of spirit are not separate domains. If you attempt to hide in spirituality because you do not enjoy your physical experience, you create fragmentation. One reflects the other.

You may work with specific techniques or quantum technologies to activate abilities. Or you may align with your soul’s integrity and adjust how you communicate with yourself. The way your human awareness relates to your soul determines how you experience connection with the world around you.

We invite precision, clarity, and purity within your field. You have become accustomed to being energetically available to everyone and everything in search of love. You are not loveless. That is an illusion.

Rise in love with your own spirit. Not “fall in love” — rise in love. With your kindness. With your vibration. With your uniqueness. From that foundation, invite others who resonate with your frequency to walk beside you.
