What if the feeling that you’ve never quite belonged here is actually the most important clue about who you are?

Most of us have spent years trying to fit in, softening our edges, quieting our questions, and pushing through life on sheer determination. Aprille Pullins did the same. Growing up in Tennessee inside a strong Christian faith, she was the kid who always sensed something more: angels nearby, electricity in the air during worship, a frequency humming just beneath ordinary life. It wasn’t until panic attacks, a parking lot Reiki attunement, and the unexpected stillness of 2020 that everything she had been quietly feeling finally had a name.

Today, Aprille is a cosmic soul activator and quantum healer at Cosmic Soul Activation who shares her journey from closet healer to cosmic guide. She breaks down what it really means to be a starseed, how quantum healing works, and why she believes humanity is right in the middle of a collective breakthrough. Whether you’re deep in your own awakening or simply curious about what lies beyond the edges of ordinary reality, this conversation will leave you looking at your own life and your own light a little differently.

Aprille Pullins - Awakened Magazine

I am curious, as someone who’s tapped into what’s not only happening here on this planet, but beyond, what do you sense is unfolding right now here on planet Earth?

Aprille Pullins: I love this question because what’s happening now has really been unfolding for thousands and thousands of years. It’s exciting to see it culminating at this point. I feel like I’ve watched it from afar, and probably most people tuning in have felt that too—witnessing the changes that have taken place on this planet over such a long span of time.

What I see is that we have all these energetic webs—ley lines, dragon lines, energetic pathways running throughout and around the planet. But beyond that, there’s also the web of humanity itself. It looks like this beautiful, glistening spider web connecting all of us across the Earth.

Originally, it felt like we each chose where to go—almost like, “I’ll go to Ohio, you go to Kentucky”—anchoring ourselves in different places to hold and spread certain energies, codes, light, and love. But it goes beyond that, because we are all connected.

When I tune in now—like I did earlier today—I can see points across the planet. Some feel dim, some are bright, and everything in between. What’s amazing is that every time one of us meditates, does healing work, or simply taps into love—whether for a child, another person, or even the sky—I can see that light ripple through the web.

It might seem obvious that it spreads across the planet, but what’s powerful is how it reaches those dimmer points—the places still in darkness. The image I was shown today was like a car’s spark plugs. The system is still functioning, but it needs a jolt. And that’s what we’re doing for each other.

We’re in a pivotal moment—a kind of critical mass—where there’s no turning back. We’ve crossed something. Even with the pain and chaos we see, it’s actually moving us through a collective breakthrough.

The sparks of light. I love that visual.

Aprille Pullins: And it’s not just for humanity or even just for the Earth—which is incredible in itself—but it ripples outward everywhere. Everyone is part of it. In a way, everything is rooting for us.

I’m curious about your own journey of awakening—your path into consciousness, mindfulness, and spirituality. Take us back to your childhood. You grew up in Tennessee, not far from Kentucky where I grew up, so I’m familiar with the culture. Did spirituality come from your household, or did it develop later?

Aprille Pullins: Yeah, faith was a big part of our family and community. Honestly, I didn’t really see anything outside of Christianity growing up.

I had a lot of questions throughout childhood, high school, and college—and those questions didn’t always delight people. But looking back, it laid an important foundation for me.

What I always knew to be true was that I experienced angels around me. I felt connected to God, to Jesus. And even though I wasn’t Catholic, I still felt a connection to Mary somehow—which didn’t feel strange to me.

What kind of Christianity did you grow up with?

Aprille Pullins: We moved around a bit—mostly Presbyterian and Methodist. Then, as an adult, I really sought out a non-denominational space, especially one with music. The music was always important to me—drums, that uplifting, rock-style worship.

No matter what was being said from the front or in classes—and I respect all perspectives—I knew I was tapping into something deeper. Even my kids would say, “You’ve got your antenna up,” and I’d laugh because it felt true.

I could feel that electricity, that love, that connection, regardless of how I interpreted the words. That part didn’t matter as much—I was feeling the experience itself. And that’s what stayed with me.

Aprille Pullins - Awakened Magazine

At what point did you begin having experiences outside of that framework of spirituality?

Aprille Pullins: When I was around 18 or 19, I started having intense panic attacks—things that didn’t make sense at the time. My mom was amazing. She immediately took me to someone she had been seeing for basic therapy, and that’s where I was introduced to meditation—kind of like self-hypnosis at first.

I remember thinking, “Wow, I can drop into this state really easily.” I’ve never been great at sleeping, but I can meditate really well. It just clicked for me.

At the time, though, where I lived, people would say, “Be careful with meditation—that could be bad.” But it felt good, so I kept going.

In my mid-20s, I found yoga—power yoga, because I needed to keep moving. Stillness felt like too much at first. But that opened another door, and eventually I started teaching yoga alongside my other fitness classes.

From there, the doors just kept opening. I’ve always been someone who feels like there’s never enough to learn—I just keep digging. I became fascinated with ancient civilizations, archaeology, and different cultures.

I started noticing how so many traditions were telling similar stories. That’s when something clicked—I realized, “Okay, I’m not crazy. There’s more to this. We’re all holding pieces of the same puzzle.”

And I just kept going deeper.

When I found Reiki—and then angel Reiki and energy healing a few years after starting yoga—it felt like a moment of, “Okay, she’s ready now.”

What was that experience like for you when you were introduced to Reiki? How did that open something up?

Aprille Pullins: The first thing I thought was, “I’m not going to do this in-person training—I don’t even know if I’m going to use this.” I just wanted to see what it was about.

At the time, my husband was having hip surgery and was going to be in the hospital for five days. I thought, “Perfect. I’ll do this online training while he’s there and just try moving some energy around.” And he could feel it. I could feel it. I remember thinking, “Wow… okay, there’s something to this.”

That’s when I turned it inward. I thought, “Maybe I can start healing myself,” because I was going through a huge amount of chaos—physically and emotionally. I was dealing with health issues, and honestly, I was just a panicky hot mess. So Reiki became a tool for me to calm myself and begin shifting—for my children more than anything.

Then came the attunement. I scheduled it remotely and, of all places, I did it in my car right before I had to chaperone a field trip at the zoo. I thought, “It’s fine, I’ll just do this and go.”

But sitting there alone in the car, everything changed. I saw colors swirling, my body started buzzing—I could feel something happening. That’s when I knew this was real, and it pushed me to go deeper.

From there, one thing led to another. But it wasn’t until 2020, during the shutdown, that everything really accelerated. I couldn’t teach fitness classes, couldn’t do in-person coaching—everything stopped. And honestly, it was the best thing that could have happened for me.

It gave my body a chance to heal, which is a whole other story, but more importantly, it gave me space. I started meditating more deeply. I started getting quiet. I began noticing how much of my life had been about powering through—even in yoga.

That pause changed everything. That’s when I really got to work.

It’s amazing how COVID created that pause for so many people—a space for awakening or massive shifts. It was difficult globally, but also a gift in many ways. From Reiki, what came next for you? What began to open up?

Aprille Pullins: Yeah, first I was doing Reiki and angel healing, but I was a closet healer for quite a few years. People in my fitness classes or studio would know, and I’d quietly tell a few people, “I can do Reiki… just don’t tell anyone. Come over.”

I was still in environments where I felt like I’d be judged, like people would think I was crazy. Honestly, I thought my family might disown me for stepping outside of their belief systems. But that was part of my growth—I had to learn to stand in my own path.

Around that time, I had already been exploring other teachings. I was listening to Dolores Cannon, reading Many Lives, Many Masters by Brian Weiss, and I had done a past life regression session myself a few years before 2020.

That experience was undeniable. It was my own story, and while some of it made sense and some of it didn’t, I couldn’t dismiss what I saw.

Then in 2020, QHHT launched online training, which was huge for me. At the same time, I enrolled in another quantum healing program. And the more I practiced, the more things opened up.

Every person I worked with—it was mind-blowing. I could feel energy moving through, and it felt like more and more was coming online. Almost like beings were stepping forward, saying, “Let me speak, let me come through.” It was a lot to process, but I just kept moving forward.

Aprille Pullins - Awakened Magazine

Were you sharing these experiences with your husband, your kids, your friends—or were you keeping it mostly to yourself?

Aprille Pullins: At first, I kept a lot of it to myself. But with these kinds of techniques, you run out of family members pretty quickly—because not everyone wants to participate.

One of my sons was really open—he’d say, “Try it on me, let’s go.” My other son was more like, “Let’s just keep things normal.” He tried a couple of things, but it was a good lesson for me. I realized that everyone is ready in their own time, and just because we can fix something doesn’t mean it needs to be fixed.

From there, I started reaching out to friends. And in the quantum healing programs, we worked in practice groups, so we were constantly exchanging sessions and building our skills together. That’s really how it grew—through referrals, through shared experiences. It just started snowballing.

It sounds like you were already serving others as a health coach and fitness instructor, so as you learned these modalities, it was natural to begin sharing them.

Aprille Pullins: Yeah, that’s exactly it. My husband jokes with me—he says, “Just because you learn something doesn’t mean you have to teach it.” And I’m like… I don’t know, it just happens.

I never set out for this to become something. But what I realized is that I was trying to heal myself through all these modalities—and in doing so, I started to understand my actual mission.

Everything I had done before was still part of that mission. It just evolved. It became a deeper layer of the foundation I was building.

And what would you say your mission is, as you understand it now?

Aprille Pullins: Now I really understand that I’m not everyone’s healer—I had to learn that. But I am here to help starseeds wake up. To help them understand who they are, where they’ve been, and what they’re here to do.

I’m not here to put words into their mouths. We’re here to discover that together—to help them find their own map, if they desire that. It’s about activation and helping them realize they’re not alone.

We really came here to do this together. We just have to find each other.

And a big part of my mission is helping people understand that healing is possible—truly possible. Even if it doesn’t look the way we originally imagined.

For me, this started very early. My mom was always sick when I was growing up, so my journey actually began from fear. I was determined not to be sick. Back then, the message was very much that genetics determined everything—that you were essentially doomed to your family line.

So I studied everything I could. And over time, that naturally turned into teaching and helping others.

You talk about starseeds, and many listeners are familiar with that term—but for those who are new, how would you explain what a starseed is? How would someone know if they are one, and why does it matter?

Aprille Pullins: I feel like I could talk about this for a long time, but the simplest way I can explain it is that a starseed is someone who started somewhere else.

You could say off-planet, or interdimensionally, or moving through different places before coming here. And you asked a great question—are we all starseeds? I would say yes, in some way.

From what I’ve received, even if a soul chose to be with Earth throughout her development, we still originate from somewhere. We don’t just go straight from Source into 3D. There are steps along the way.

But many starseeds—especially those who aren’t fully aware yet—often feel like they don’t quite belong. There can be a sense of unease or friction that doesn’t make logical sense.

I’ve worked with people who move around constantly, thinking, “Maybe if I live here it will feel better… maybe the beach… maybe the mountains.” And those experiences are part of why we came here—but sometimes we lose sight of our mission because of what people call the veil of forgetfulness.

That can be jarring. We start getting glimpses of who we are or what we can do, and we question ourselves.

At least, I did. I thought I was going crazy at times.

For example, as a child, I was completely convinced I was Princess Leia. None of the other girls around me were into Star Wars, but I was running around the neighborhood with my hair in buns, defeating things on my own.

Looking back, it makes sense. It wasn’t that I was crazy—I was remembering something. Maybe not exactly that… maybe just her cousin. I haven’t looked into it.

Aprille Pullins - Awakened Magazine

When you first came across the term “starseed” and began to identify with it, how did that impact you?

Aprille Pullins: I felt free. I felt like I had been searching for that word my entire life.

So many of us feel different. People talk about being the “black sheep,” and that was definitely me. I would shape myself in different ways just to make others comfortable, but I still felt like the odd one out.

When I found that term, something clicked. I remember thinking, “Yes—I need to understand this.”

At that point, I hadn’t fully accessed memories or experiences yet. It was more of a knowing. Like, “I’ve been out there. I don’t know exactly what it is, but I need to find out.”

You’ve mentioned having memories or experiences of other lifetimes or places. Can you share one of those with us?

Aprille Pullins: The first time I really experienced that was after I had done my QHHT training. I realized I needed to understand what it felt like to receive a session, so I found a practitioner locally.

Interestingly, I just found the recording from that session a few days ago.

Right away, I was taken to a bright white ship—huge, filled with light. I was wearing white, with very long white hair, standing at a window looking out at Earth.

That was my first scene.

And I remember thinking, “What is this? I’m not making this up.” It wasn’t something I would have consciously imagined.

In that role, I was simply observing Earth—very early humanity—and I felt so much love for her. Just watching, appreciating.

Then there was a knowing that I would eventually go down and experience life as a human, to understand certain things. That part wasn’t fully clear in that session, but the feeling was.

Later, I understood it as very Pleiadian in nature—observing, going back and forth, sharing information. We didn’t write things down; it was more like gathering in a room, sharing what each of us had observed.

Each being had their own perspective, and we would come together and say, “Okay, this is what’s happening here… this is what’s happening there.”

What stood out the most was the sense of calm. There was no fear. Even though things were being monitored or adjusted, there was complete trust that everything would be okay.

That was one of my first experiences. And over time, more have come through.

I’m curious about the kinds of people who come to you for support. Are they already identifying as starseeds, or are they more like conscious leaders, healers, or coaches? Who are they, and what challenges are they facing when they come to you?

Aprille Pullins: The people who come to me are generally ready for massive expansion. Even when they’re just clicking the button to explore working together, that process has already started. Their higher self is already in conversation.

A lot of times, they don’t consciously know exactly what they’re ready for, but there’s curiosity. Questions like, “Where have I been?” or “What’s my mission?” start coming up.

Many people also come in with some kind of physical or emotional issue—something that doctors haven’t explained. They’ve done tests, scans, looked in different places, and nothing quite adds up.

By the time they reach me, there’s usually been a journey already. And at that point, they’re ready—not just for answers, but for activation, for remembering, and for stepping into something deeper.

Are they typically people in helping professions, or is it more across all walks of life?

Aprille Pullins: It’s a mix.

Because I’m connected to a lot of healing communities, I do receive many referrals from other practitioners. We tend to send people to each other depending on what they need.

But outside of that, a lot of people find me because they’re searching. They’re asking, “How do I figure out who I am?” or “Why do I feel different?”

Sometimes they’ve heard terms like “starseed” floating around, or they just have a sense that something about them is different. And maybe I show up in their algorithm at the right moment.

They come looking for answers.

Aprille Pullins - Awakened Magazine

I’m curious about the culture in Ohio, where you live. Is there openness to these kinds of conversations, or is it more contained within certain communities?

Aprille Pullins: It’s growing. It’s definitely growing.

I’ve actually been surprised recently that many of the people finding me online are in Ohio. Not always right next door—they might be an hour or two away—but still within the region.

In-person sessions are rare for me, but when I do them, people are willing to travel. That says a lot.

There are more conversations happening. People are becoming more open to these ideas and possibilities. It’s not fully mainstream, but there’s definitely movement.

Walk me through what a session with you looks like. Whether someone comes with a health issue or a desire to understand themselves more deeply, what can they expect?

Aprille Pullins: There’s not really a “typical” session, but there are consistent elements.

I do have specific modalities listed—like theta hypnosis—for people who want a particular experience. But I also offer what I call “quantum healing fusion,” where we allow the session to be guided by what the person’s higher self and body need in that moment.

No matter what, we begin by clearing the space—both mine and theirs—making sure everything is sovereign. I’ll energetically clear their home, their land, their environment.

Then we move through the energy centers. Every session includes what I call a spiritual health check. Even if that’s all someone wants, I can focus on that—but it’s always part of the process.

From there, I guide them into a deep meditative state—a kind of quantum space. It’s a place where they can access a version of their ideal environment. Often, that space reveals itself naturally during the session.

Then we bring in support—guides, angels, star family, sometimes even beings like fairies or elves—whoever is present and aligned to assist in that moment.

We’ve usually already clarified what the person wants to explore or heal, and from there, everything unfolds within that quantum space.

It’s very expansive. People often describe it as feeling both energetic and deeply restful—like the best meditation they’ve ever had.

For someone listening who is beginning to awaken and trying to understand what you mean by “everything happens in the quantum,” how would you explain that?

Aprille Pullins: The way I experience it is that we enter a sacred space outside of the physical body. It’s similar to visualization in meditation, where you’re aware that you’re here, but you’re also journeying beyond that.

In that quantum space—within the multidimensional nature of who we are—we’re able to move things in and out of the body. We can release programs, cords, contracts, outdated energies—anything we no longer need to carry.

Then we bring ourselves fully back into the body.

So for me, it’s like meditation on a deeper level. Our body stays here, but we’re going on a much more expansive journey.

Aprille Pullins - Awakened Magazine

I know you’ve offered to guide us through a quantum activation today. Would you be open to doing that now?

Aprille Pullins: I would love to.

There’s a Pleiadian collective here, along with angelic beings and a Blue Avian collective. And no matter when someone listens to this, they’ll receive exactly what they’re ready for.

Something they shared with me is that the timing of this release is very significant—after April 5th—so this will support both clearing and activation. New energies will be able to integrate in a powerful way.

I actually encourage people to listen more than once, because each time, something new can come through.

(Meditation / activation section)

Whenever you’re ready, you can close your eyes. If you prefer to keep them open, that’s perfectly fine too.

Place your hands over your heart and begin to bring your awareness inward.

Let’s take a deep breath together—inhale fully, filling your lungs completely…
and gently release.

Two more breaths like that… inhaling all the way in…
and letting go.

On your next breath, allow your hands to rest wherever they feel most natural.

Your higher self is present with you now—approving, activating, and facilitating this experience—along with your guides, angels, Pleiadians, and other supportive beings.

Only energies aligned with your highest good are welcome here.

Allow golden and silver light to flow in through the top of your head, moving throughout your entire body… clearing your physical, mental, and emotional layers… extending outward into your field.

Let that Source energy move down through your central column of light, sealing and healing any areas that need restoration.

Feel the love. Feel the peace.
Call in the frequency of joy.

Now, gently release anything that no longer belongs to you—old energies, emotions, cords, contracts—letting them rise and return to Source, to be transformed for the highest good.

Take a deep breath as your body recalibrates—like a reset.

Allow higher frequencies to flow through you, supported by your guides.

With your permission, receive.

Now allow any activations or upgrades that are ready for you to come in—whether now or at the perfect moment in the future.

Take a few quiet breaths here… receiving, integrating, trusting.

And when you’re ready, we’ll take three deep breaths together—bringing you fully back into your body.

Inhale…
and exhale gently.

Inhale again, noticing yourself returning…
and release.

One more breath together…
and as you exhale, come fully back.

You can gently move your body—your hands, your shoulders—bringing awareness back.

And finally, either physically or in your mind’s eye, give yourself a hug and say:
“I love you. I love you. I love you.”

We thank all the beings and energies who supported this experience.

And slowly, when you’re ready, open your eyes.

If someone is going through a spiritual awakening—questioning their beliefs or having intuitive experiences—what would you want them to know?

Aprille Pullins: You’re not alone.

It can feel like you are—especially during those darker phases where everything is coming up, and you’re asking big questions. But there are so many people going through similar experiences.

Even people around you might be exploring the same things, but are afraid to talk about them.

I encourage people to look around. Explore. Whether it’s on YouTube, in books, or through teachers—follow what feels right.

Trust your discernment. Not everything is meant for everyone, and that’s okay. But there is so much information available now.

Just keep asking questions. Keep looking.
