Our entire cosmic makeup is born of Elements—substances finely woven together, creating a universal patchwork of atoms, minerals, molecules, DNA, and cells. Together, they form the structure of life—our physical form.
Surrounding this are our energy bodies—multidimensional layers that go beyond the physical, forming subtle fields of vitality and consciousness.

Symbolically, here on Earth, we are governed by the four primal Elements;
- Water is a liquid used for hydration and cleansing.
- Air is a gas that is used to breathe and inspire,
- Earth is a solid which is used to ground and nourish,
- Fire is an energy that is used to transform and illuminate.
Together, these Elements, through their subtle currents, connect us directly with Ether, the fifth Element, the bridge to the higher realms. Ether aligns us with the deeper truth of who we are.
The Elements—Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Ether—whilst always surrounding us, represent something deeper; they give insight into all aspects of our experience and transformation.
This energy appears to us or can be drawn upon when its unique medicine is most needed. And when activated, this energy becomes a powerful force within us. Revealing insight across past, present, and future.
Who are the Elemental Beings?
Surrounding the five primal Elements are Elemental Beings and natural ecosystems; these are ancient intelligences that act as totems and allies. From dragons to fairies to mermaids, whether you believe in them, are skeptical of them, or have encountered their energy before, Elemental Beings are generally categorized and dismissed as mythological creatures, passed down to us as legends in fantasy stories.
Yet sometimes they can come in the form of ordinary creatures, like birds or butterflies, the ones that pass us by unnoticed every day. Whatever the case, there is no denying their symbolic meanings and what they represent. Either a remedy or a sign of what’s to come.
Generally, we don’t go looking for them; these totems come to us through the Ether as messengers, or perhaps they never left our side at all. They may appear in your dreams as intuitive nudges or as normal creatures flying by your window.
What do the Elemental Beings do?
Their presence supports awakening and provides us with their energy medicine. They draw us inward, back to our essence, helping navigate through our time here. Connecting us to our intuition, spirit, and ultimately toward the most primal and pure Element of all: Source, a primary field of light, sound, and frequency, and the truth of existence and all of creation.
It’s these three forces that form the foundation of all intention, the core ingredient in both healing and creation.
These beings tend to show up before the fact, giving us messages, premonitions, and downloads appearing for us because we need them. It’s then the journey we take, such as being that, which then gives us the lessons we look back on and understand why it showed up in the first place.
Where do they live?
Elemental Beings have always been part of Earth’s history, dating back to ancient civilizations such as Lemuria and Atlantis. During those times, Earth was inhabited by Beings who were more attuned to higher states of consciousness, allowing for a deeper connection with the Elemental realms.
However, the cataclysmic events that led to the fall of these civilizations caused the Elemental Beings to disperse. Though they did not vanish entirely, they became less visible in the physical realm.
Today, they still exist—able to shape-shift and move between dimensions—but they predominantly dwell within the 4th dimension (4D), where the veil between the physical and nonphysical is thinner.
How were the Elemental Beings created?
Like all living matter, we’re all created from hybrid star cloud clusters made up of different elements, and whether it be minerals, planets, human life, celestial beings, animals, plant life, etc., we have all been created and evolved over time.
And like all creation, it starts with a thought. Then, with every word spoken and every action taken, more purpose and energy are given to it; the more these thoughts, words, and actions are duplicated, the more widespread and integrated they become.
Why are they called Elemental Beings?
Broadly speaking, all living beings—including ourselves—can be considered Elemental Beings. This is because we are each composed of a unique combination of Elements. No two beings share the exact same elemental makeup; each of us is energetically distinct.
Humans have traditionally grouped the elements found on Earth into four primary categories: Water, Air, Fire, and Earth. Elemental Beings are often seen as symbolic representations—or totems—of these elements. They are generally associated with specific environments that reflect the qualities of their dominant Element. For example, beings connected to forests are seen as earthy and grounded; those who dwell in high places or can fly are linked to the element of Air; and those who live in or near bodies of water are naturally associated with Water.
These dominant Elements serve as a bridge between humans and the Elemental Beings, making their essence easier for us to perceive and connect with in these environments.
Interestingly, we also categorize ourselves similarly. Astrology, for example, assigns us elemental identities—Water, Fire, Earth, or Air signs—based on our birth charts. Beyond that, many of us feel naturally drawn to certain elements through our lifestyle choices and the environments we prefer. Some may feel most at peace near the ocean, while others feel deeply rooted when surrounded by land, or energized in warm, sunny climates.
