What if the key to protecting your energy is something you can actually wear?

For Peter Benson, the path from master mechanic to angel-guided craftsman wasn’t a sudden awakening—it was a steady unfolding born from curiosity, personal healing, and the desire to serve. From decades in engineering and diagnostics to building sacred pendants guided by Archangel Metatron, Peter has bridged the grounded world of practical craftsmanship with the unseen world of frequency, resonance, and spiritual technology.

In this conversation, Peter shares how energetic tools like pendants and anklets can help stabilize your field, why forgiveness was the actual turning point in his own awakening, and how partnering with his wife, galactic ambassador Viviane Chauvet, continues to anchor their shared mission. Whether you’re navigating emotional healing, looking to protect your frequency, or simply curious about the science behind sacred tools, Peter’s story will expand what you believe is possible. I want to hear a bit about your story. Fifteen years as a master mechanic—and then life dramatically shifted. Talk to us about life before your awakening, before the shift. What was the thing that brought this massive change about in your life?

Peter Benson: Well, yes—I was a mechanic for 15 years, an ASE Master Technician for most of that. You know, it’s one of those roles where you’re always learning as you go. At one point, I went back to school for computer science, which led me into the semiconductor industry. I ended up working in that field for about 20 years.

So between those two chapters—auto mechanics and semiconductors—I did a lot of hands-on work: diagnostics, problem-solving, understanding how things function. I relied heavily on common sense, always asking, “How do we find a solution?” In the semiconductor world, I wasn’t an engineer—I was an engineering technician. My job was often to tell the engineer, “Yes, the specs say the machine will do this… but in reality, it won’t.” And of course, they’d say, “Prove it.” So we’d go through weeks of testing and retesting—and, in the end, I was usually right. That’s just how it goes.

Between 2015 and 2017, I began reading authors such as Dolores Cannon, Michael Newton, and Brian Weiss. Their work on regressions and near-death experiences opened something in me. Especially Michael Newton—he talks about the structure of things beyond this life, what happens after we pass. I started wondering, What if this is all real? What if this world is just an illusion—a kind of schoolhouse for the soul?

You seem like a lifelong learner. Were you just naturally curious? Did something specific motivate you to dive into this path?

Peter Benson: Well, life happens. I was going through a family restructuring, and I needed to rediscover who I was. That period gave me the opportunity—and everything just aligned. I began attending meditation and sound baths to gain a deeper understanding of this spiritual modality. I kept asking, If I’m this higher being having a human experience, what is all this? I wanted to understand it more deeply.

Coming from such a dense, 3D-oriented background, feeling energy wasn’t very natural to me—honestly, it still isn’t. I can feel the tools, sure, but it’s very minimal. Yet when I see the impact they have on others—on clients who’ve bought them—they’ll say, “Oh my God, this is so powerful.” And I’ll think, Well, I’m glad it’s helping you! I can feel it, just not as intensely as others seem to—which is awesome in its own right.

It’s been a process—a journey of sacrifice, learning, and figuring out who I am all over again. It wasn’t easy, and it’s not something I’d ever give up. It was a hard lesson… but the biggest takeaway for me was forgiveness. Forgiving myself. Forgiving others who had wronged me. Not in a preachy, spiritual way—but as a personal inner experience. And once I reached that point of forgiveness, things in other parts of my life just didn’t affect me as much anymore.

Talk to me about this question. I’ve read that it became central to your rediscovery: Who am I? What made you ask that? Why was it such an important question for you?

Peter Benson: It started with the near-death experience books I was reading. They kept posing this core question: Who are you? And I found myself genuinely asking, Yeah… who am I? Over and over again, the message in those books was, “We are all one.” And I’d think, Okay, sure—that’s the spiritual mantra. Great. Now what? Do I find a guru to help me figure it out?

But what those books pointed to was something deeper: you don’t need to go outward—you need to go inward. You need to go back into yourself and understand that everything is rooted in yourself. Let’s call it “self-focused.” When you truly understand your frequency—when you begin to grasp who you are and shift the way you think—you can change the life you’re living.

It’s almost like being on a train, going in one direction, and then one day realizing: I don’t want to think this way anymore. I don’t want to feel this way anymore. So you shift tracks. You take another rail. And suddenly, everything changes—the way you feel, the way the world shows up for you. It all shifts.

So for me, the journey began when I started to understand who I was. And to be honest? I still don’t think I can fully answer that question. It’s like in those movies where someone asks, “Who are you?” and the person says, “I’m a doctor.” And they reply, “No, that’s what you do.” Or, “I’m a father.” “No, not your role in the family. Who are you?” And the truth is, I still don’t know how to answer that fully.

But I do know I’m part of Source. And maybe that’s the answer.

Peter Benson - Awakened Magazine

One of the things I’ve found interesting as I continue down this spiritual path is how many tools open up along the way. Whether it’s oracle cards, crystals, or tarot, there are so many resources. For you, tensor rings became something meaningful. Were those the first tools you came across, or did other things lead you there?

Peter Benson: While researching Dolores Cannon and watching interviews on YouTube, I stumbled upon a few clips about Slim Spurling and tensor rings. That got me curious—what are tensor rings? I picked up his book, In the Mind of a Master, and another one that detailed his complete journey: how he discovered tensor rings, the process behind them, and how others started to experience and understand their energy.

What I appreciated is that Slim, like me, was very grounded—he was more of an engineering technician type, not ultra-sensitive to energy. In his book, he mentions that the first time they welded a tensor ring together, there just happened to be someone sensitive in the room who immediately reacted, jumped back, and said, “Whoa, what was that?” That kind of validation helped me understand that even if I don’t feel energy strongly myself, there are people who do, and that feedback is invaluable.

So my path really started there. Then I found others—not necessarily inventors, but people who were implementing this technology. Slim had open-sourced it, so now there are folks all over—in the U.S., Australia, everywhere—creating and using tensor rings. Through learning from them, I figured out how to make them myself. That all unfolded during my transition—while I was deep in self-discovery, attending sound baths, and asking the big questions.

Interestingly, there’s even a tensor ring called the Solomon’s Temple Cubit—it actually changes the color of sound. That kind of thing blew my mind and affirmed that I was on the right path.

Could you explain to people, especially those unfamiliar, what a tensor ring is?

Peter Benson - Awakened MagazinePeter Benson: Sure. Tensor rings are, quite simply, a single wire that’s folded over and twisted clockwise with intention—specifically, to create energies for the highest and best good of all. After twisting, the wire is cut to a precise length, and that length determines its frequency—kind of like tuning a radio to 93.1 FM or 107.7 FM.

Each tensor ring carries a distinct frequency, and those frequencies interact with both the physical and energetic bodies. We’ve discovered enough tensor rings to match all the chakras—and then some. The very first one Slim Spurling introduced was geared toward the root chakra, targeting the physical body.

Later on, he brought in one for the heart chakra, which works more with the emotional and etheric bodies and supports things like DNA repair. Another ring he introduced aligned with the solar plexus—so it carries an empowerment frequency. Each of these rings helps to clear energetic “muck”—things like insecurity, instability, or stuck emotions. If someone is feeling ungrounded or has tension in their home or family life, a root chakra tensor ring can help bring that foundational support back into balance.

And these tensor rings can range in size—from very small to massive, right? What’s the largest tensor ring you’ve ever seen or created?

Peter Benson: The largest one I’ve made was about 10 feet across—so yeah, huge. It was a one-way vortex tensor ring. When I finished brazing it, I jumped back when it activated. The energy was that intense.

These rings are incredibly powerful in their own right. And beyond the energetic impact, there’s also the technology side of things. At its core, a tensor ring is a copper ring—which means it naturally generates a toroidal (or torus) energy field, just like we do.

HeartMath research shows that our heart chakra produces a large toroidal field that radiates outward, and they’ve only been able to measure it up to 12 feet—but they haven’t found a limit yet. Tensor rings generate that same kind of torus field, both outside and inside—like the film inside a soap bubble.

When you have a larger ring, you can pass objects through it—and that act clears and resets the energy of the item. So it can be a very tangible tool for energy work.

Peter Benson - Awakened Magazine

Now, I’d love to shift to another key moment—you received a message from Archangel Metatron about anklets. Was this the first tool you felt divinely guided to create, besides the tensor rings?

Peter Benson: Yes, that moment was still reasonably early in my awakening journey. The original message came through someone else—but as I started designing and building the anklets, Metatron began coming in directly. Then Archangel Michael, Gabriel, and Samuel started coming through as well.

The specific guidance from Metatron was: You need to create anklets using a tensor ring and these five crystals. And they have to be encased in a copper mesh.

Okay, so real quick—because sometimes we gloss over things like, “Yeah, I got a message from Metatron,”—but what was happening in your life at that time? Had you already been introduced to channeling? Was this a channeling experience, or was it something coming through during meditation? How did you receive that message?

Peter Benson: At the time, I was in the middle of an energy healing session—still early in my healing process, working through trauma. The woman I was working with had just wrapped up the session. She was reviewing everything we had cleared and highlighted a few areas that still needed work—pretty standard stuff.

Then, right at the end, she said, “I have a message from Metatron.” And I was like… Who? I genuinely had no idea who Metatron was. That name wasn’t even in my vocabulary at the time. If she had said Archangel Michael, I would’ve recognized that. But Metatron? I had no context. Still, I said, “Okay… what does he have to say?”

That’s when the message came through to her. She was much more energetically sensitive than I was back then, and she relayed Metatron’s guidance: I needed to create anklets—tensor rings embedded with five crystals, encased in copper mesh.

Was there a purpose behind the anklets when the message came through, or was it more like, ‘Just build this’?

Peter Benson: No, there was definitely a purpose. He said, “This will keep your frequency yours as we go through this time.” That was the exact quote.

“This will keep your frequency yours.”

Peter Benson: Yes. The idea is this: let’s say you come out of a meditation feeling amazing—centered, uplifted. Then you head out to the grocery store, and suddenly you’re bumping into people who are having rough days. That good feeling disappears because you’re picking up their energy.

These anklets act like a filter. They protect your energetic field so that you don’t absorb other people’s muck. They help you hold your frequency. Now, of course, they don’t stop you from shifting your energy based on your thoughts or reactions—that’s where self-awareness and self-control come in. But they do help you maintain your baseline field against external interference.

Peter Benson - Awakened Magazine

ArchAngel Michael Pendant

This is a tensor ring. And that’s one you personally made, right?

Peter Benson: Yep, I made this one myself. It’s a wire that’s been twisted and then welded back onto itself right here. As you twist the wire around and bring it full circle, you have to count each twist to make sure it reconnects precisely where it began. That completed loop is what activates the energetic frequency.

Beautiful. Can you walk us through the step-by-step process of how you create it?

Peter Benson: Sure. First, we start with copper wire—we twist it and cut it to precise lengths. Each pendant has two tensor rings: one larger ring for the outer frame, and one smaller ring inside. In this design, both rings use what’s called the “Lost Cubit” frequency, which is aligned with heart energy. We use that for both the Archangel Michael and Archangel Metatron pendants—they’re both heart-centered designs.

Once the rings are formed, we clean the copper. It gets pretty dirty during the fabrication process. After cleaning, we flatten and re-round them, weld the ends, and verify that everything is aligned. Then they go through a deeper cleaning cycle before we antique them—that’s what gives them that aged, darkened copper finish.

I’ve always liked that weathered, almost Merlin-style look—like something ancient, worn with wisdom. That’s where the inspiration came from. Later, we started offering a high-polish version too—those go through a tumbling process until the copper is super shiny, which is necessary for gold plating.

So now we have two versions: the high-polish copper pendants and the gold-plated pendants. They’re both beautiful—each with their own aesthetic and energetic vibe.

And you choose different crystals based on which archangel the pendant is aligned with, right?

Peter Benson - Awakened Magazine

ArchAngel Metatron Pendant

Peter Benson: Yes, exactly. Let me show you the Metatron one—here we go. I’ll twist it a bit so you can see… That’s the Archangel Metatron pendant, and it’s part of what I call the armor set.

It has the same five crystals as the anklets: Morganite, Tanzanite, Lapis Lazuli, Tiger Eye, and Black Onyx. When Metatron gave me the message to use those specific crystals, I had to write it down immediately—I’d never even heard of Tanzanite or Morganite at the time.

And honestly, I would have never put those five together on my own.

Were you in a meditative state when that came through? Or were you on any kind of medicine or in an altered state when you received that guidance? How did you hear it?

Peter Benson: No, this came through the energy healer I was working with at the time.

So she wasn’t just the one who channeled the anklet guidance—you kept working with her, and she was giving you additional messages about the pendants too?

Peter Benson: Actually, no—this pendant uses the same crystal set as the anklets. It’s not a different message or a new design. It’s the same tool, just in a different form. That’s why the crystal combination didn’t change.

So it’s just a new form, not a new energetic signature.

Peter Benson: Exactly. And to add a little fun to it, I started incorporating glow elements. Right now, you can’t see it super clearly, but this one has a blue glow on the outside with a purple core in the middle.

We’ve found through experience—and a lot of feedback from clients—that when people wear these pendants over their heart or higher heart chakra and do an intense heart-centered meditation, the pendant will glow from their energy. Like, literally glow.

I’ve had women come back to me and say, “We just finished this massive heart meditation, and you wouldn’t believe how bright this thing got—it was glowing like I had just charged it under the sun!” And they were in a basement, with no light except maybe some dim fluorescents. There’s no way it could’ve charged externally—it was the energy they were moving through their body.

That’s amazing. So the resin is poured around the crystals and the glow powder, right?

Peter Benson: Yes, that’s how it’s made.

Is there a front and a back to the pendant—or are both sides the same?

Peter Benson: They’re mostly the same. You can kind of tell which side is back—on this one, the material settled differently, and you might see more copper or a bit of variation depending on how we finish it. But every single piece is handmade, so no two are exactly alike. None of them is “perfect”—and that’s part of what makes them unique.

When we’re at conferences, people will ask, “Do you have more of these?” And I tell them, “No, I’m not pulling out the whole inventory.” I want people to feel the energy of the piece, to choose intuitively—not just based on the color or design. A lot of folks say, “Oh, I love the purple ones,” and that’s great, but what’s most important is how it feels to them.

And are you still personally making every single one of these pendants?

Peter Benson: I still do all the copper work myself. As for the resin pouring, glow powder, and setting the crystals—that’s done by either me, my daughter, or my son. My son, also named Peter, actually handles a lot of the finishing work now. It’s become a family effort.

What a great family experience. That’s so cool.

Peter Benson: Yes, it really is. The energy stays in the house, and it’s very stable. Both my daughter and son do fantastic work.

Peter Benson - Awakened Magazine

You’re married to Viviane Chauvet—for those who don’t know. Does she participate in any of this, or is she more of an observer who gives her two cents on the look and feel?

Peter Benson: She doesn’t weigh in unless I ask. Usually, I’ll get an idea and bring it into physical form. Once it’s made, I’ll hand it to her and say, “Okay, feel this—what is it doing? What’s coming through?”

But sometimes she’ll say, “I can’t feel a thing.” It’s like trying to hear a pin drop after sitting in front of an orchestra all day. When you’re saturated with energy—working with crystals and tensor rings—it can be hard to pick up something new right away.

How do people usually wear the pendants? Around the neck? And what do they use—chains, cords, or something else?

Peter Benson: We’ve tested a few options. I tried using vegan leathers, but they dissolved quickly. We also experimented with hemp cords, but they were coarse and uncomfortable. For a while, we had silk lanyards that people loved—but the artist who made them moved on to a different direction, so that source dried up.

Right now, we use leather lanyards with chrome-plated clasps. They’re easy to open and close, very stable, and the 27-inch length works well for most people. It places the pendant right in the sweet spot over the heart or higher heart.

And you offer these on your website and also at expos, right? What kinds of reactions do you get from people when they walk up to your booth?

Peter Benson: It really varies. Some people pick them up and say, “Oh, these are nice. How much?” And when I tell them, they’re like, “Really?” You can usually tell—they’re not energy-sensitive. They’re just browsing, not really tuned in yet. And that’s totally fine. I don’t judge anyone for that. These are energy tools, and not everyone is at the point of receiving them.

But then some people are energy-sensitive—and they’re drawn to the table from 10, 15, even 20 feet away. You can see it happening. They come in already feeling the field. At that point, I walk them through the experience of the pendant.

I tell people all the time: you don’t need to hold it physically to feel it. Go on the website, look at the pendant, put your hand over your heart, and visualize yourself wearing it. The energy connection still works.

When someone picks up a pendant, I always say, “Try them all. Don’t just pick the shiny one or the color you like best. Feel into them.” Over the years, I’ve seen it again and again—some tools just don’t resonate with certain people. They’ll pick one up and say, “I don’t feel anything.” And I’ll say, “That’s because this one isn’t for you.”

These tools are angelically guided. I’m working off an etheric blueprint. Each piece has a specific energetic designation and timing—it may not be for you, or you may not be ready for it yet. You can’t force it. You’ll feel it when it’s right.

So what’s the process you walk people through when they’re holding one?

Peter Benson: First, I tell them: hold the pendant and silently think, “Synchronize with me.” You don’t need to say anything out loud. The pendant will begin to tune itself to your frequency.

Everyone’s energy is different. Some people feel it immediately because the tool is already in alignment with them. However, when you consciously synchronize with it, it removes any disharmony.

Next, I tell them to reset it. That means mentally clearing any intentions that may have been placed on it—whether by others or even unconsciously. It’s more of a mental construct, but it helps realign your field.

Then, I say: tell it to either go to full power or match your comfort level. The tool will then follow your energetic rhythm throughout the day.

Our energy isn’t static. In the morning, we’re usually a bit lower—rested, but not fully ramped up. Mid-morning, around 10 a.m., is when most people hit their peak. Then we dip after lunch, climb back up in the afternoon, and so on. It’s a sine wave. These pendants are designed to track that wave. When you ask it to stay at your comfort level, it follows you—adjusting as your energy shifts throughout the day.

Peter Benson - Awakened Magazine

Just so people are aware of the investment involved—we don’t need to get into exact prices, since those can change—but what’s the general price range for the tools you offer?

Peter Benson: Sure. Currently, the anklets are priced at around $300 per pair. The Metatron pendants start at $350. All the copper pendants range between $350 and $500. If you go for the gold-plated versions, they currently run between $850 and $1,000.

And those are gold-plated copper, correct?

Peter Benson: Yes, they’re 24-karat gold plated—not 18-karat. And, of course, the pricing fluctuates with the cost of gold, so we adjust as needed. That’s one of those things I keep an eye on and just think, Oof, let’s see where this goes.

Your business is called Energies of Service. How did that name come to you, and what does it mean to you personally?

Peter Benson: I had a business years ago that was based on a different kind of work. At the time, I was following someone else’s model, thinking it sounded cool. But I wasn’t listening to myself or my own direction.

When I started creating these tools—after reading so many books, exploring the energies, and doing hands-on experimentation—I had a pivotal moment. I had made a batch of large tensor rings, around 12 to 13 inches in diameter, and brought them to a friend who led sound baths. She placed them underneath her crystal bowls and gave me four to test.

Two days later, she texted me asking for ten more. She said the energy of the bowls had changed dramatically—the resonance was deeper, the vibration lasted longer, and the overall effect was incredibly amplified. That’s when I realized: these tools weren’t just experiments. They were meant to be shared.

I kept thinking about what Slim Spurling had said—how these are tools to heal others. That’s when the name just dropped in: Energies of Service. Because that’s what these are. They’re energetic tools created to serve others.

I’m curious about your relationship with Viviane. I’ve had conversations with her, and honestly, it’s hard even to describe her. She’s a messenger, a guide for this planet. And you—you come across as more grounded, more practical. Like, “How does this work? What’s the plan?”

Peter Benson: The funny thing is—it was exactly what we both needed.

I was deeply grounded, very 3D in how I lived and thought. I was exploring energy and learning, but I was still figuring it out. Viviane was offering a biweekly meditation class at the time, and I attended for over a year and a half.

In person?

Peter Benson: Yes, in person. The store where it took place has since shifted away from that kind of offering, but back then, it was the perfect setting for learning and healing.

For me, it wasn’t necessarily about the Arcturian connection—it was the meditations that helped. I was doing her guided meditations and also attending sound baths with someone else. Both were deeply healing.

Eventually, I asked the teacher out—and that’s how our relationship began. What I bring to the table is a grounded foundation. I help interpret and filter the 3D world in a way that doesn’t pull her frequency down. That’s important because Viviane’s vibration is extremely high.

She doesn’t need to immerse herself in the denser energies to understand what’s going on—I give her that context so she can stay aligned with her mission. Meanwhile, for me, it’s an ongoing process of raising my vibration and staying in alignment so I can meet her where she is.

It’s not without its challenges. But that’s the journey. She needed someone to be a stabilizing force, and I needed someone to help me grow. When we came together, things started moving in a very aligned way.

Peter Benson - Awakened Magazine

So that first moment when you were thinking, Okay, I’m going to ask this woman out on a date—were you nervous? Anxious?

Peter Benson: Oh yeah—definitely. That part’s universal. Everyone gets nervous, worried about rejection, and overthinking what might happen. No different here.

At the time, I was designing finger rings—small tensor rings filled with crystals and glow powder. They were energetic tools in their own right, meant for protection. I was learning about crystals and experimenting with the technology, which led me to make one specifically for Viviane. It glowed in this deep blue-purple hue and was filled with protective crystals.

I made it to support her—she was the teacher, after all—and I thought, If she’s guiding others, she could probably use some shielding too. Once I gave it to her, everything began to shift. That piece was guided into creation. It was one of the first tensor rings that came through specifically for me to make—for her.

How do you see your missions? Are they collaborative? Do you work together or keep things mostly separate?

Peter Benson: We’re absolutely aligned in direction. Viviane heals in an energetic, holographic way. My tools are guided by the angels and are designed to protect, stabilize, or clear energy. They complement each other beautifully.

So, let’s say Viviane is working with a client who’s releasing deep emotional trauma—the kind that’s hard to process all at once. A Shamuel pendant, for example, can help clear that energetic residue while she facilitates healing. It’s a real partnership. The tools and her gifts work in concert.

What’s next for you? You seem like someone who’s always thinking ahead, always creating. What’s lighting you up right now?

Peter Benson: Right now, we’re in the process of developing Starseed Pendants. It’s been over a year and a half in development. People have been asking, “Are they ready yet?” and I get it—but it takes time.

With these pendants, every element has to be intentional: the correct tensor ring, the right crystals, the proper energetic signature. The goal is to create a resonance that helps starseeds feel at home.

Being on Earth can feel like being a fish out of water. These pendants are designed to bring that subtle familiarity, to make you feel whole—without necessarily knowing why you feel that way. It supports easier integration for starseeds.

We have the tensor rings selected and a collection of crystals designated, but we’re still refining the symbols and light language for each star family lineage—Arcturian, Pleiadian, etc.

If someone is early on in their awakening—maybe they’ve got an oracle deck, a few crystals—how would you guide them when visiting your website? Where should they start?

Peter Benson: First, I’d ask them: Where are you on your path? That’s the most important question.

Early on, the awakening journey can feel like walking through a massive buffet—it’s overwhelming. There are healers everywhere, offering a range of services including Orgone tools, crystals, Reiki, and more. And everyone says their method is the best. But honestly, there’s a reason all of these tools and healers exist—because different people need different things at different times.

Viviane, for example, is an incredibly high-frequency Arcturian healer—but she can’t heal 8.5 billion people. That’s why there are so many of us. There’s someone and something for everyone.

So when someone’s exploring my tools, I encourage them to tune into what resonates. Maybe Archangel Metatron is their guide—that might lead them to the Metatron pendant or anklets. Or they feel deeply connected to Archangel Michael—they might pick up a Michael pendant and know instantly: This is mine.

Sometimes people don’t even fully understand why they’re drawn to a specific piece—but they trust that pull. And that’s perfect.

Even on the website, I encourage people to feel into it. Visualize holding the pendant. Put your hand over your heart. It may not be as potent as the real thing in your field, but you can still feel the essence of the energy if your intention is strong.

Peter Benson - Awakened Magazine

ArchAngel Chamuel / PTSD Healing Pendant

And some of these tools—like the Shamuel pendant—can stir up pretty deep emotions, right?

Peter Benson: Yes. Shamuel, in particular, works with emotional clearing. If you’ve experienced trauma, grief, PTSD—anything stored in the body—this pendant will begin to pull it out.

Sometimes people put it on and find themselves crying in a corner. That’s intentional. The energy is moving.

Our bodies are brilliant. They know where to store things that aren’t safe to hold in our core systems. That’s why so many people have aches and pains in their hips, knees, and shoulders—places that don’t threaten organ function. But just because that energy is tucked away doesn’t mean it belongs there.

When you wear a pendant like Shamuel’s, it brings those energies up. If it’s near the surface, you may feel emotional immediately. If it’s buried deeper, I recommend putting it in a safe space. Tell it to go to full power. Then just let the movie reel begin.

You may suddenly remember an incident, a person, a long-buried emotion. That’s your cue. Ask yourself: Do I still need to hold this energy? If the answer is no, tell it to be pulled out—by its roots.

You’ll feel the release. Often, from places in your body you didn’t even realize were storing pain.

Where can people check out the tools, purchase them, or connect with you—whether online or in person?

Peter Benson: Absolutely. Viviane and I travel the world, so one of the best ways to find us is by following her event calendar—either through Infinite Healing from the Stars or The Arcturian University. If we’re coming to your area, you’ll have the chance to see and feel the tools in person.

Where can people buy online or follow you on social media?

Peter Benson: The website is EnergiesOfService.com. From there, you can access everything—including information about the tools, where they’re carried, and how to contact us.

Social media is also under Energies of Service. We’re on Facebook, YouTube, X, and other platforms.

We’re also working on new videos and content to keep people engaged and informed. But the best way to know if a tool is right for you is to try the visualizations. Go to the website, feel into the pendant or anklet, place your hand on your heart, and trust your intuition.

If you want to connect with me directly, there’s a Connect With Me form on the site. I’m happy to send a personalized video or walk you through the process. And of course, if you’re near one of the stores carrying our tools, visit—try them in person and see what resonates.

Peter Benson: Thank you so much for having me on—I really appreciate it.

"Our bodies are brilliant. They know where to store things that aren’t safe to hold in our core systems. That’s why so many people have aches and pains in their hips, knees, and shoulders—places that don’t threaten organ function. But just because that energy is tucked away doesn’t mean it belongs there."
