Express Your Authentic Soulful Self by Enlivening Your Throat Chakra
To breathe, is to be alive in a body. When you take your last breath, your spirit leaves your body. Could it be that the more breath you bring inside your body, the more spirit you bring to this physical reality? No coincidence that Latin word for breathe is “spirare”!
The ebb and flow of our breath reminds me of the ebb and flow of life.

I am consciously breathing in more spirit these days as I allow inspired words to come out of my month with verbal channeling. And I am having so much fun with what is flowing out of me! It’s bubbly, giggly fun.
Our fifth energy center, the Throat Chakra, is located halfway between the heart and the throat at the base of the neck. This energy center is the voice of our soulful self. It expresses our true creative nature. The essence of the Throat Chakra is all about using our voice to express our true, authentic soulful self. It’s the vibration of easy communication and artistic expression. It’s the essence of “I hear and speak the truth with love and compassion.”
A person with an enlivened and balanced Throat Chakra can hear and speak openly and honestly.

It is easy to for them to interact with the outside world and express themselves creatively, taking action as their soulful self and manifesting their true path. Imbalances in the Throat Chakra include perfectionism, an inability to express emotions, and blocked creativity, as well as physical symptoms such as thyroid issues, sore throat, tinnitus, and asthma.
I’ve found that you can enliven your Throat Chakra with any of the following practices:
• Chanting or toning with sound (Om, Ma, Ha).
• Verbal channeling.
• Any artistic expression.
• Breathing in and out of the throat while Central Channel Breathing.
• Any conscious breathing exercise.

Love dissolves any sense of separation. It transmutes challenging situations and brings harmonious balance. Love is the solution.
