In this conversation, King Cash speaks passionately about astral travel, starseed heritage, and his role in the Galactic Federation of Light. From your big picture perspective, what do you see unfolding in our world right now?

King Cash: I’m noticing a few different things happening at once. There’s a shift in the frequency of the planet itself — it feels like the vibration is rising. And it’s almost like that rise is forcing people to shift, too. Even the people who don’t want to change are being nudged… or pushed. It’s as if their minds and their whole bodies are being asked to recalibrate.

I’m especially noticing it in people’s minds. There’s more curiosity. More questioning. People are starting to say, “Wait a second… I’m noticing this. What about that? Is there more to my thoughts and my reality than what I’ve been told?” Some would call it a rise in consciousness, and that’s true. But I actually like to call it awareness. People’s awareness is expanding, naturally elevating their consciousness. I think that’s really cool. I love seeing people ask deeper questions and begin to align more with their spirit.

I’m curious about your own story of awakening, your upbringing. Did you grow up with some sort of spirituality or faith experience, or did that come later in life for you?

King Cash: I was actually very religious. I grew up Christian. But I always had so many questions, and a lot of the time, those questions were shut down. I was also very sensitive to energy, even as a kid, and I didn’t know what that meant. I just had this simple rule in my head: if they feel good, then I feel good.

That was my mentality for a while.

When I got to high school, I realized there was a word for what I was experiencing — empathy. I could feel people’s emotions and even their thoughts. At the time, I didn’t think too deeply about it. I just thought, okay, I feel people’s emotions and thoughts. But it came with anxiety, because I was feeling everything. I was almost forced to learn how to manage energy.

I also grew up in a small town with very little diversity. I was always the black sheep. I was the only Black person. I was the only empath — or starseed, as I would later understand it. I thought differently. I experienced things differently. Everything about me felt different from where I was. But in a strange way, that shaped me. It forced me to look in the mirror and ask, “Okay… who am I, really?”

And with the support of my family, that question became the beginning of everything.

How did your family help you navigate that feeling of being different?

King Cash: My family was with me through everything. My immediate family was incredibly supportive. Whenever I asked questions, they didn’t shut me down. They’d actually ask the same questions. They’d say, “Yeah, I want to know about that too.” So in a way, we started expanding our awareness together.

I really feel blessed to have had that kind of support, especially given the environment I was growing up in. And at the same time, feeling different — feeling like the black sheep — pushed me inward. It pushed me to explore what I call the unseen realm. That’s really what led me to everything I’m doing now.

When you say that forced you to tap into the unseen realm, what was compelling you? Was it the questions, or other experiences you were having?

King Cash: I remember when I had my first experience — I call them upgrades, but humans would call them seizures. For me, it felt like a download of information coming into my body, and it would overwhelm my system. These were happening every month. The doctors couldn’t figure out what they were. No one could.

This started when I was around thirteen.

At the same time, my mind was going deeper. I could feel energy more strongly. I was starting to creep my friends out because I knew things. They’d ask, “How do you know that? How did you notice that?” And I’d just say, “I don’t know how I know. I just know.”

That led me to ask bigger questions. What is this energy? Why can I sense what people are thinking or feeling? What is happening? That’s what brought me into metaphysics.

Then I began interacting with what I now understand were spirits. At the time, I didn’t even realize they were guides. I would hear something about someone, and it would always be accurate. Every single time. I thought it was just my imagination — some random inner voice. But it wasn’t. It was a real presence.

As I kept questioning, that exploration expanded. It led me to ETs, which I came to understand as higher-level extraterrestrials. That really blew my mind. Because the truth I was experiencing felt real to me, yet the world around me said it was impossible or false. So I had to ask myself, what do I do with that?

It felt like a hero’s journey. I had to discover it for myself. And at some point, the ETs communicated to me, “You’re one of us in the physical. You chose to do this. We chose you for this.” That’s when the questions deepened even more: Who am I? What am I? What is all of this?

When you say they told you you’re one of us in the physical realm, was this during meditation? A knowing? A physical encounter? Walk me through that.

King Cash: It was kind of all of the above. I could telepathically hear them — or more accurately, feel them speaking to me. They would start giving me what felt like assignments. They’d say, “We need you to help this person with this,” or “Go do that.” And I would do it. And it would always be right.

At one point, it started to creep me out. So I remember sitting down in my room and saying, “Okay, whoever you are, pull up. Show me who you are. If I’m going to keep doing these divine assignments, I need to know what this is.” At that time, I just thought they were angels or something like that. I needed clarity.

That night, I fell asleep and had an experience that felt completely real. There was a massive ship above my room. I ran outside, and I was pulled onto it. Then I woke up in my bed. I remember thinking, “Whoa. That felt real.” Later, I began getting flashbacks of being on the ship — beings telling me, “You’re one of us on the ground. You chose this mission.”

So I said, “Okay. I asked you to show up, and you did. Now help me understand who I am and let me fulfill my mission.”

After that, the telepathic communication became stronger. The upgrades increased my sensitivity. I developed more abilities. Some people might call it a rabbit hole, but that makes it sound like a conspiracy theory. For me, it was a journey of self-discovery — and world discovery — that I’m still on. And honestly, I find it to be one of the most fascinating things in the world.

When did that moment happen for you, when you said, “All right, show up. I want to see you, feel you, experience you.” How long ago was that?

King Cash: That was in 2021, definitely after COVID. I graduated in 2019, and then COVID hit right after. I’m grateful I got to graduate before everything shut down. But once I finished school, I couldn’t go to university because of the restrictions. So I thought, okay… I’ll just study myself. I’ll study these abilities. I’ll study what’s happening to me.

By then, I’d already been having these upgrades for about four years. My awareness was stronger. I could better understand what was going on. So I started studying metaphysics, studying my abilities, studying different beings. I would see extraterrestrials, then read about them, and realize, wow, someone has already written about this. Or sometimes it would happen the other way around — I’d read about something, and then I’d experience it directly.

Everything felt divinely synchronized. It was lining up in a way I couldn’t question. It reminded me of what the Bible talks about — a relationship with God. I started to understand what that really meant. I thought, this is what people thousands of years ago were trying to describe, but in language that made sense in their time.

I felt like I was translating ancient truth into a bigger truth for now.

A few years later, when schools reopened, they told me I could finally attend university. And I realized… I don’t want to go. I’m already in divine school. By then, I was on social media, working more openly with the ETs, and I just knew — this is my path. I would even say, “I work for the GFL.” That’s how real it felt.

Were you always this passionate about learning, even in high school? Or did that passion come later when you found something that truly engaged you?

King Cash: I’ve always loved learning. But more than that, I loved taking care of people. In elementary school and high school, I was known for looking out for everyone. I could feel the vibration of the whole school. I could sense what was happening across the room. I could tell what my friends were going through — even if they didn’t say anything.

I couldn’t talk about it. It sounded crazy, even to me. But inside, I knew. So I decided, if I can feel everything, then I’m going to make it better.

I also felt something else that I don’t often speak about. Growing up in a small town with almost no diversity, I was basically the only Black person in the school. There were a few mixed-race students, but overall, there was a real lack of diversity. And there was racism. I watched families of color move into town and then leave because it was so bad.

At that time, I felt like I needed to represent — for my people. Now I see all humans as my people. But back then, I felt this responsibility. I wanted to be excellent. I became a tutor. I wanted to ace everything—math, science, everything. I wanted to master it. I wanted to prove every stereotype wrong.

I didn’t even realize until later that this was part of my spirit being trained — being the only one, or one of very few. It strengthened something in me. It built that lion energy. It taught me how to stand tall and create a sense of safety for others.

I loved learning because I hated not knowing, especially in math. I just wanted to understand how to get to the answer. School, to me, felt like a system that could enslave people — but I wanted to use it to free myself. I took every class I could. I thought, I’m on Earth. I want to know how to navigate this planet.

And that curiosity never stopped. Now I just study everything.

Yeah, that is obvious. I think about all those little white kids growing up saying, “Yeah, I had a Black friend.” And there was only one you — that kid.

King Cash: Yeah. I was the token one.

I wanted to break every stereotype. In elementary school, I was the only Black student. My brother was actually the first Black person to graduate from the high school I went to. I was the fourth or fifth. So I felt like… wow. This is a legacy. I want to leave one too.

It felt like I had a duty — like I was changing the world just by changing how people saw race. Sometimes I would forget I was Black. I’d just think, I’m just a person. But my peers would remind me. Some of them were blatant about it. They would ostracize me.

And instead of collapsing under that, I told myself, I’m a lion. I didn’t even consciously know what that meant at the time. I just kept saying it. I’m a lion. I can do this. I wanted to go from being the kid on the outside to being a leader in the school. And in a way, I did.

I went from being “the little Black kid” to someone everyone in town knew. I never saw it as a flex. It showed me what I was capable of on a larger scale. It showed me who I am.

There was also racial tension in my high school. It had been there since my brother’s time — between white students in town and Native students coming from the reserve. When I first went to high school, I was actually excited. I thought, this will be more diverse. This will be cool. And it was better than before, but the tension was still there.

Some of the Native kids had never interacted with a Black person before. The only images they had were from movies — Boys in the Hood, Roots, things like that. And I understood that. Just like some white kids had their own limited ideas, so I realized I couldn’t judge anyone the same way they were judging me. If I wanted to free their minds, I had to free my own first.

I had to remove the judgment from myself.

I’m curious about your experience or perception of racial diversity in the spiritual community. From what I see, especially here in the United States, it’s often a lot of middle-aged white women.

King Cash: Yeah.

Is that ever on your mind — being one of the few Black voices in these spiritual spaces? Or are you just focused on your mission? How does that play out for you?

King Cash: All people of color go through that. We just don’t always say it out loud. And honestly, this is probably the first time I’ve spoken about it in connection with spirituality like this.

Wherever I go, I’m usually either the only Black person or one of the very few. But school trained me for that. That was the divine preparing me. It was like, I need you to know how to stand on your own. I need you to represent.

In my mind, I think of myself as a lion. I think of myself as a hybrid. I’m here to represent the hybrids — the merging of ET and human. That’s my bigger identity. But I never forget my human experience. I never forget what it means to walk into a room and know you’re different.

For example, when I went on the cruise, I didn’t consciously think I was looking for other Black people… but I noticed I didn’t really see any. And sometimes there’s that thought: are people seeing my race first and then disengaging? Are they judging? I can feel it sometimes. I can feel the moment when someone thinks, “Okay… Black guy with locs… what is this?”

But then I speak. And that shifts things.

I’m very fluent in both masculine and feminine energy. I love being around women. I love being in those spaces. And I’ve noticed that just by being myself, I’m shifting stereotypes — not just about race, but about men. I realized part of my mission is representation on multiple levels.

So yes, I think about it. Probably all the time. But it’s never the main focus. It’s just something I’m aware of — and something I move through as part of the mission.

One of the primary topics you talk about is astral projection. For those who aren’t familiar, can you define it? What is it? And when did you first experience it?

King Cash: I was obsessed with astral projection when I was younger. I would literally make lists of everything I wanted to do and figure out how to do it. I wanted to travel. I wanted to make friends. I wanted to help people. I wanted to be a medium and a shaman. I had all these visions.

I wasn’t fully able to project the way I do now until 2022.

Astral projection is the experience of your astral self leaving your physical vessel and traveling in what people would call the spirit world. A lot of movies actually depict it in different ways — the idea of your spirit leaving your body. And people are often afraid they won’t come back. But that doesn’t happen. Your astral self is always connected to your body. It returns.

For me, once I got past the fear and really understood what the astral realm was, the experience became incredibly real. Being in the astral feels just as real as me sitting here talking to you. Sometimes I would sleep for seven hours, but it felt like I’d spent three days in the astral.

I would go to astral schools. I would travel to other planets or different areas of this planet. I started mapping things out. I wanted to explore the galaxy. I wanted to be a bridge between ETs and humans — and at the time, I didn’t even consciously know that was my mission. It was just in my heart.

The astral realm is one of my favorite topics because it’s so immersive. It’s like trying to describe the physical world — there’s so much you can do.

For those who know me, I’ve talked about being what I call a shadow hunter. I loved helping people by clearing negative beings. I even loved bringing kids into the astral. I would tell them, “We’re going to go into the astral realm,” and I’d help guide them out of their bodies. Then the next day I’d see them at the skate park, and they’d be like, “We went out of our body! We did this!” They’d be so excited.

Seeing those starseed kids experience the spirit world — that made me happy.

Okay… how does this actually work? I haven’t experienced astral projection yet. So are you sitting in meditation and setting an intention? Is there a process? And when you say you’re taking kids… did you get permission slips? That sounds risky.

King Cash: I love that you added “yet.”

I can do it in two ways. I can go into a meditative state and astral travel intentionally, or I can simply go to sleep. At this point, when I go to sleep, I already know I’m going into the astral realm. Sometimes I set an intention. Sometimes beings will tell me what assignment or mission I’m going to do. But either way, I know I’m going.

And I can also astral travel during the day, which I love.

After I graduated, I worked as a mentor for kids. That was part of my job. I was helping in households, supporting young people. Some of the parents were totally fine. Others didn’t love that I was talking about spirituality with their kids, especially when the kids would come home excited, saying, “Cass brought me into the stars! We went here and there!” I understand why that would feel scary for some parents.

That experience actually showed me I needed to expand internationally and work more with adults — business owners, psychics, and hybrids around the world. I still work with some young people, but now it’s mostly adults.

And yes, I bring people on astral journeys all the time. I actually enjoy going with someone.

So when you say you take someone on an astral journey — are we meditating together and you’re guiding me? Or are you going on your own and setting the intention for me to come with you?

King Cash: It can happen both ways. But a lot of times, I’ll just go to sleep and think, “Okay, I’m bringing Richard to Mars with me.” And then we’ll go.

Sometimes they remember it clearly. Sometimes they remember pieces. Sometimes they remember nothing. That became a study for me — studying how the human mind interprets the astral realm.

For example, I once went to this planet and was hanging out with some of my friends there. We were walking around this astral city — all kinds of beings, just exploring. And I saw a human friend of mine there. I said, “What are you doing here?” She said, “Oh, I’m just shopping.”

The next morning, she messaged me and said, “I had the wildest, most realistic dream. We were in this city, and you were there with all these people.”

In my mind, I was thinking, you remembered.

But she interpreted it as a dream. And that fascinated me. We were in an alien city — but her mind filtered it through her framework, so it came through as a dream. I love studying that. The way the spirit moves and how the human mind translates it… It’s mesmerizing.

Did you tell her the truth?

King Cash: Oh, yeah.

And honestly, I can’t wait to write a book about all of this. The more I study it, the more I realize how incredible the human mind is — and how much more is happening than we think.

One thing that’s really standing out to me is the lack of limitations in your mind around what’s possible. It feels boundaryless — in a good way. Did you always have that? Or did something shape that way of thinking?

King Cash: I know exactly what you’re saying.

The ETs really stretched my mind. They broke down a lot of the boundaries I had. At the beginning, I would test it. I’d say, “Pull up. Show me.” And they would. Or they’d tell me, “Go to the reserve. There’s someone there who has the tools you need.” And I’d go — and the person would know exactly why I was there. They’d say, “You need this for your mission.”

My mind would just be blown by how well everything was synchronized.

At some point, I realized this was real magic. And I couldn’t minimize it. I couldn’t rationalize it away just to make it feel safe or normal. My human mind sometimes struggles to explain it. Even putting it into words feels limiting. But my soul understands.

So it became this hybrid experience — living fully as a human while also pursuing this ET journey. And honestly, I find it to be one of the coolest lifetimes I’ve ever had. I’ve never had a lifetime like this one. When past-life memories started coming in, and I began to understand why I came to Earth, it shattered even more of the “this is just how life is” mentality.

Even now, I’m still having realizations.

I’ve had to adopt the understanding that reality is stranger than fiction. And fiction itself often shows us glimpses of what the human brain struggles to comprehend. You can go really deep with that.

The only word I can really use for it is magic.

At what point did you shift from having these experiences personally to sharing them — to serving others, even turning it into a business? How did that unfold?

King Cash: I’ve always felt it was my duty to help people. Even when I was younger, I felt like I needed to take care of everyone — to show people what a human really is. I didn’t have those words for it back then, but looking back, that’s what it was. I wanted to represent something bigger. I wanted to show what was possible.

After high school, I started mentoring kids around town. I’d go to the park, and they’d just want to talk about life, about energy, about everything. They started calling me “Sensei” or “The Wizard” because they’d say, “He’ll show you magic.” And honestly, seeing the light in their eyes — that was everything to me.

Even with adults around the world, when I started doing sessions, seeing that moment when something clicks for them — when they realize the spirit realm is real, that they’re more than they thought — that felt like wealth to me. Watching their vibration shift. Watching them step into their mission. That’s what made me happy.

At some point, I realized that if I charged for this, I could make it sustainable. That’s the human side of it — yes, it’s a business. But from the bigger perspective, it’s my Earth mission. However, I can be of service to humanity; that’s what I’m here to do.

You’ve mentioned working for the GFL — the Galactic Federation of Light. What is that? What’s your role? How do you work for them?

King Cash: The Galactic Federation of Light is a collective of beings across the galaxy who have come together with the shared mission of helping the galaxy ascend. All souls are meant to ascend, but there’s a specific journey happening in this galaxy.

When I started remembering more of my history, I realized my connection with the GFL goes way back — even before Earth. I began seeing lifetimes where I played a role in bringing the Federation together in the first place. I started recognizing pieces of those stories hidden in things like Star Wars. Truth is often hidden in plain sight.

As I remembered more, I understood that coming to Earth meant having my memory wiped — and then reawakening to it. From the human perspective, it felt like I “started working” for the Galactic Federation. But in truth, I always was.

The GFL is an embodiment of many different beings — different vibrations — unified by the understanding that we are all one. Some humans would call them angels because of their high vibration. But it’s more like a United Nations for the galaxy — beings aligned in unity, exchanging knowledge, supporting evolution.

When I realized the role I’ve played and who I am within that, I understood something deeper: I am them — in a human avatar. I’m a member of that collective, living a human experience.

And once I fully remembered that, I committed to this journey — fully.

How do you navigate living this human life — relationships, finances, health — while also being this ambassador for the GFL? How do you hold both worlds?

King Cash: Honestly? It feels like a movie sometimes. It almost feels impossible.

One minute I’m on a mission, helping someone, doing this deeper work. The next minute, I’m going to the movies, out to dinner, just talking with people. Then later, I’m in the astral hanging out with ETs, and the next day I’m at a picnic with my aunties.

There was a phase where I really tried to tell everyone the full truth. I’d go around saying, “This is what’s really happening.” And people would just look at me like, “Okay…” It didn’t land. So I had to step back.

I realized part of this journey is actually being human. Feeling emotions. Going through relationships. Dealing with money. Living in a body. If I’m going to be an ambassador, I have to live the human experience fully. It reminds me of Avatar — like Jake Sully stepping into that body. Except here, I had to re-remember who I am while inside it.

It feels similar to how Jesus is described — coming into a human body and then remembering his mission. I had to train. I had to develop. I had to learn how to embrace both my human self and my ET self at the same time.

There’s something beautiful about how different voices carry similar awakening messages. The texture, the personality, the story — it reaches different people.

King Cash: I love that diversity.

We’re meant to reach different people. That’s how it works. When I meet someone like Vivian and see how she shares, how she carries the message, and who she connects with — it’s beautiful. And then I see what I’m doing, and what others are doing. It’s all different expressions.

To me, that’s the Galactic Federation of Light already here.

You see the Arcturians. You see the Pleiadians. You see the Lyrans. You see the dragons. All these different types of beings — it’s like the Federation is already embodied on Earth. Some in human vessels. Some in the astral. Some are here physically, disguised among us.

And religion has been trying to describe this for a long time. Angels. Demons. Wars in the heavens. Chariots in the sky. When you look at the imagery, some of it looks like UFOs. It was people describing what they saw through the lens they had at the time.

It’s like showing someone a TV thousands of years ago. They might call it a magic box that shows moving images. That doesn’t mean it’s not real — it just means their language was limited.

That’s how I see angels and demons. They’re extraterrestrials operating at different vibrations. And just like with humans, there’s polarity. There are positive beings and negative beings. I don’t judge by species — there are positive reptilians and negative humans. It’s about alignment, not category.

Religion was a seed. Now, humanity is moving beyond literal interpretations and starting to see the bigger picture. The events may have happened — just not exactly as written. They were interpretations of spiritual experiences through the understanding of that time.

To me, it’s all connected.

You have this ability to help people understand their starseed heritage. How did you discover that ability? And is it important for people to know their starseed origin?

King Cash: I see it similarly to asking about your physical ancestry. Where are your ancestors from? What’s your lineage?

Now take that into a spiritual context — where has your spirit incarnated? What has your soul experienced before this lifetime?

Some people call it starseed identity. The government would call it cosmic identity or cosmic heritage. I like that phrase — cosmic heritage — because it speaks to the broader story of your spirit.

For some people, it’s deeply important. For others, maybe less so. It’s like physical DNA — some people feel very connected to their ancestry, and for others it’s not central. But understanding your cosmic heritage can help explain why you are the way you are.

For example, in high school, I used to say, “I’m a lion.” I didn’t even know why. Then in 2021, I realized I was Lyran. And I just started crying. I didn’t even know why I was crying — it just hit something deep. It explained why I had certain experiences on Earth. It felt like I was reliving parts of past lifetimes to bring more of my spirit back into this body.

There’s something very magical about how the Earth experiment works.

Everyone has a cosmic identity. Earth is like the capital of the Milky Way — it’s meant to hold beings from everywhere. And as this “Earth experiment” shifts and evolves, knowing where you come from — beyond just your physical body — may become more relevant for people.

If someone came to you and said, “I want to understand my starseed heritage,” what would that process look like?

King Cash: I would connect with your spirit team. They’re always around. They would tell me what you need to know.

Sometimes people come asking specifically about their heritage, but we end up talking about something else entirely because that’s what’s actually important in the moment. But if we’re focusing on heritage, for me it’s very natural. It’s almost like someone asking, “What color is my shirt?” I’ll just see it or feel it.

Sometimes I’ll meet someone and immediately think, “Oh — Pleiadian.” Or, “You’re a dragon.” And they’ll say, “I’ve always felt connected to dragons. I even have a dragon tattoo.” There’s often already a resonance there. They usually know on some level.

What I love is seeing that moment when it clicks for them. When they hear it, their eyes light up. It’s not about giving them something foreign — it’s about confirming something their soul already recognizes. And that confirmation can open a whole new path of self-discovery.

Do you sense anything about me?

King Cash: Oh yeah. You’re very strongly Pleiadian and Arcturian.

The Arcturians are very logical, very knowledge-based. They’re like the universities of the galaxy. There’s a lot of study there, a lot of structure, a lot of wisdom. And the Pleiadians — I’m generalizing here — are very light-based beings. They’re healers, guides, teachers. Very service-oriented.

You’re a mix of both.

How can people work with you directly? What are the ways they can connect with you?

King Cash: I have a Discord server where I teach classes and mentor people with different psychic abilities — all ages. That’s one way.

I also do one-on-one sessions, which I love. The link for that is in my Instagram bio.

I’m working on bigger projects too—I want to create an encyclopedia-style book connected to my astral map. I’m also building a course right now, and that’s going to lead to some even bigger things. I’m excited to expand it all and help more people immerse themselves in what I see as a greater truth that’s slowly being revealed.

You’re speaking at the New Living Expo in April. What will you be presenting?

King Cash: I always let it unfold in the moment.

Whatever the spirits want to talk about, that’s what we do. Sometimes we focus on extraterrestrials. Sometimes astral travel. Sometimes we do what I call divinations—bringing someone from the audience up and bridging with a spirit or ET that wants to communicate.

I love those moments because they show people something tangible. The spirit world isn’t separate. Just as physical people sit in the audience, the spirit sits there too. When people witness that interaction, something shifts. They start asking deeper questions.

That shift — that realization — that’s everything to me.

When people meet you at an event like that, what do you hope they walk away with?

King Cash: A deeper understanding of what this reality really is.

I love watching someone’s vibration shift in real time. You can see it in their eyes. Their whole perception changes. Whether it’s through a reading, a conversation, or just witnessing something happen — I want them to walk away knowing the spirit world is real, and that they’re connected to it.
