What if the ground beneath your feet could remember everything that ever happened on it?
Amanda Sophia has built her life around that question. She was born in County Wicklow, Ireland, a country with 145,000 sacred sites, and raised among standing stones and fairy glens where she could see the realms most people cannot. As a child, she assumed everyone could. It was only later that she realized her way of moving through the world, in constant conversation with the land and the beings within it, was rare.
After 18 years in America, where Feng Shui first opened the door, and after studying with masters in China, South America, and Australia, which deepened it, Amanda returned to Ireland and to the work she now calls land healing. At its heart is a single idea. The land is a living being that holds love and trauma, as we do. When we witness it and love it, it witnesses us back, and the healing flows in both directions.
Whether you feel called to the earth or simply wonder why certain places feel like home, this conversation will change how you stand on the ground.

Tell us about your journey of awakening to consciousness, mindfulness, and spirituality. Where did you grow up? What was your family life like when it came to faith or spirituality?
Amanda Sophia: I feel like there has been awakening after awakening, and where we are on the planet right now, it almost feels like a daily experience.
I was born and raised in Ireland, and I truly believe we all have a connection and we are all intuitive. It simply depends on whether that gift is nurtured within us or shut down.
What’s amazing about Ireland, where I’m from and where I still live, is that we have over 145,000 sacred sites—standing stones, stone circles, sacred wells, fairy glens, and so much more. I grew up in Wicklow with horses, and every morning before sunrise, I’d be out in the mountains riding. We’d swim in the Irish Sea, spend time in the fairy glens, and nature was always my sanctuary and solace.
I never felt alone because I was connected with the fairy realm. The Tuatha Dé Danann are the ancient light beings of Ireland—the mythical race said to have existed before humans. In fact, Ireland is one of the few countries in the world named after a goddess, Ériu, the goddess of the land.
Spirituality feels very alive here. Even today, many of our ancient traditions remain woven into everyday life. My father was very connected spiritually. If someone passed away, people would often come to him. My mother is very intuitive as well. While my gifts weren’t necessarily encouraged in a structured way, they certainly weren’t shut down. My parents simply allowed me to be myself.
As a child, I would see the fairy realm and the elementals. The funny thing is, I thought everyone could see them. I assumed it was normal until I slowly realized that not everybody was having the same experiences.
What’s funny is that I’m doing exactly what I was doing as a little girl. I always loved sharing, speaking, connecting, and talking about the fairy realms. My parents would sometimes set up a camera on the farm where I grew up, and I would sit there talking about fairies and everything I was experiencing. Looking back, not much has changed.
I need to dig through my parents’ attic someday because I’m sure they still have some of those old recordings. There were reels of me sitting outside, the dogs stretched out nearby, a pony in the background, talking away about the fairy world.
I’ve always felt connected. That was simply my reality growing up.
Like many people, I went through a phase during my teenage years where I felt a bit lost. There was the usual process of figuring out who I was, pushing boundaries, and rebelling a little. Then, in my early twenties, I moved to America. Although I was born and raised in Ireland, I ended up living in the United States for eighteen years.
That move was another major expansion for me. Ireland had been very solitary in many ways—it was me, the animals, the land, and the spirit realm. America felt expansive. It felt like a place where you could become whoever you wanted to be, and there was something incredibly liberating about that.
I began speaking up more and expressing myself more openly.
Like many people, my awakening journey wasn’t only shaped by beautiful experiences. While I can describe an idyllic childhood, I also had my share of childhood wounds and life challenges. A huge part of awakening is doing the inner work. It’s about fully integrating, embodying, and accepting all parts of ourselves.
Not all growth has to come through trauma and pain, but often those experiences become catalysts. Looking back, there have been many moments in my life that felt like major awakenings—events that brought me back to zero and invited me into an entirely new level of expansion.
Honestly, I could probably spend days talking about all the different awakenings along the way.

I’m curious about your time in the United States. Were you working at the time, and how did your spirituality continue to unfold during that experience?
Amanda Sophia: It’s funny because I grew up in Ireland, surrounded by mountains, ancient oak forests, and nature. Then, when I moved to America, my first home was Las Vegas.
Talk about a contrast.
But one thing I really appreciate about Las Vegas is that it doesn’t pretend to be anything it’s not. There’s an honesty to it. In many ways, it allows people’s shadow aspects to surface and be seen. And while that may sound negative, I actually think that’s part of its gift.
The spiritual path isn’t all love and light. Sometimes people bypass the deeper work by focusing only on positivity. But true awakening is embodied ascension. We are fully spiritual beings, but we are also fully human.
Being human includes grief. It includes sacred rage. It includes all of our emotions.
Part of the embodied ascension journey is learning how to honor those emotions, develop emotional intelligence, regulate our nervous systems, and stay grounded in our humanity.
Las Vegas became a different kind of awakening for me because I entered a relationship that was not healthy. Yet it showed me something important. I had to ask myself why I was attracting and choosing that pattern.
That experience opened a profound path of inner work. It led me to explore not only what had happened in my own life, but also what may have been carried through my ancestral line. Today, we know through epigenetics that patterns and trauma can be passed down through generations. I also began exploring past-life influences.
It felt like powerful medicine.
The experience unearthed something deep within me and set me on a much more intentional path of healing and self-discovery. I lived in Las Vegas for a couple of years, and eventually I moved to San Diego.
At what point did you start becoming really in tune with your intuitive gifts and how you wanted to serve the world more spiritually?
Amanda Sophia: I think I’ve always known my gifts because of my ability to see and connect. But the path of how I would serve through those gifts unfolded over time.
About thirty years ago, when I moved to San Diego, people would come into my home and ask, “Did you have a Feng Shui consultant?” And I’d respond, “A Feng what?” I had no idea what they were talking about.
Apparently, I was doing it naturally.
I naturally worked with the land and the energy of a home. Back then, there was no internet, so after hearing the question enough times, I went to the library and checked out every Feng Shui book I could find. The moment I started reading, I got those familiar chills of recognition.
That led me on a journey around the world. I traveled to China and studied with Feng Shui masters. I spent time in South America studying with shamans and priestesses. I worked with Aboriginal elders in Australia. While living in America, I explored wisdom traditions from around the world, seeking to understand the universal thread that connected them.
At the same time, I began building a Feng Shui practice, which eventually evolved into a Feng Shui school. Over the years, I’ve certified thousands of people around the world.
What I was really working with was land healing, geomancy, and energetic alignment. You can bring a home into alignment, but if the land itself is carrying trauma or energetic blocks, it’s difficult for the people living there to truly thrive.
For many years, my work focused on the space, the land, the soul of the land, and the soul of the home. But ultimately, what’s most important is the people’s soul and the soul agreements connected to a place.
We’ve all had the experience of searching for a home. We walk into one place after another and think, “No, no, no.” Then suddenly we enter a space and immediately know, “This is it.”
That’s resonance.
We resonate with the land. We resonate with the home. There is a soul recognition that takes place—a frequency that feels familiar. Often, we’re drawn to a place because we’re there to help heal it, while it, in turn, supports our own healing. There’s a beautiful dance and reciprocity that happens between the two.

Many people are familiar with Feng Shui, but I’d love to go deeper into land healing. You said we heal the land and the land heals us. Why does that dynamic exist? What’s happening there?
Amanda Sophia: That’s such a beautiful question, and I think there are many layers to it.
One of the most powerful ways healing happens—for both people and land—is through being seen, loved, honored, and appreciated.
When we witness the land and truly love it, something shifts. If we stop to admire a beautiful rose, thinking, “My goodness, that’s beautiful,” the land responds to our presence as well. There is a relationship taking place.
Witnessing itself is healing.
Land can hold energy just as we do. Land can hold trauma just as we do. Sometimes there is an energetic resonance between a person and a place. Just as people can find themselves repeating similar relationship patterns with different partners, we can also be drawn to land or homes carrying similar energetic signatures.
If land has experienced violence, destruction, environmental damage, or other forms of trauma, that energy can remain. The same is true for us. Sometimes there is a recognition between our healing journey and the healing journey of the land.
Over nearly thirty years of working with land healing and geomancy, I’ve learned something important. People often talk about bringing offerings to the land—sage, crystals, and other sacred objects. But in truth, those things already belong to the Earth.
What we can offer that is uniquely ours is our presence, our love, and our voice.
I love working with ley lines, the energetic pathways that connect sacred sites around the world—from Machu Picchu in Peru to Delphi in Greece and the Temple of Heaven in China. Some people describe these as the more masculine, energetic currents of the Earth. There are also dragon lines and song lines, which can be understood as more feminine expressions of Earth’s energy.
When we come to the land with a pure offering—our voice, a song, a chant, a hum, or even light language—we can participate in a deeper exchange. Through those frequencies, we work with the Earth and with higher realms simultaneously.
About a decade ago, I began receiving strong guidance to visit specific sacred sites around the world. Today, I lead retreats to many of those locations. In fact, I just finished one in Ireland. We visit sacred sites and ley lines, and groups gather in unity, love, and intention.
What I witness again and again is that people experience profound healing within themselves while the land is simultaneously supported through the work. There’s a beautiful reciprocity between the two.
One of the most sacred gifts we can offer the Earth is our voice. Whether that comes through song, prayer, chanting, light language, or simply expressing our soul, sound carries power.
We all understand this intuitively. A sad song can move us to tears. A joyful song can lift our spirits. Science now supports what many ancient traditions have always known—that sound and vibration affect the body and can facilitate healing.
The same principle applies to the land.
Some areas of the Earth have energetic blockages within their systems. Many people feel called to visit certain sacred sites because they’re participating in that healing process. But it’s important to understand that this work doesn’t require traveling the world.
You can connect with the land from your own garden, a local forest, a nearby beach, or even from your home altar. Some people are called to travel, while others do beautiful and meaningful work exactly where they are.
As you’re talking, I can feel something activating within me. These aren’t concepts I’ve spent much time studying, but something about them resonates. At the same time, the logical side of my brain is asking: how do you know this work is actually affecting the land? How can you tell?
Amanda Sophia: That’s a fair question, and there are many layers to the answer.
One example is geopathic stress, which can often be observed physically. You might see unusual splits in trees, areas where grass refuses to grow, or other signs of energetic disturbance.
Here in Ireland, we have many different types of energetic lines. There are spirit lines, dragon lines, and even what we call famine lines. During the famine of the 1800s, countless people walked these routes in search of food and survival. Some of those pathways still carry the imprint of that history.
There are places where nothing seems to thrive. Then, after healing work is done, you begin to see the land respond. Growth returns. Vitality returns.
Another factor is how people interact with the land. Sacred sites, for example, often carry extraordinarily high frequencies. They’re wonderful places to visit with intention, participate in a ceremony, and receive healing.
But interestingly, you probably wouldn’t want to live directly on one of those sites. The intensity can be overwhelming for the nervous system.
Sometimes the challenge isn’t the land itself but what has been built upon it. When homes are constructed on energetically stressed land, people may experience health challenges, emotional strain, or a general sense of imbalance.
When we work to clear and harmonize those energies, we often see changes not only in the land itself but also in the people living there. The land begins to thrive, and the people begin to thrive as well.

Let’s take your home as an example. You’ve lived there for about ten years. When you first moved in, what did you do for the land itself? And what do you continue to do today?
Amanda Sophia: I literally have a love affair with the land.
There are so many layers to how I work with it. First and foremost, I see the land as a sentient being—something I can commune with and build a relationship with. I live in the countryside on a couple of acres. There’s a sacred mountain across the road, a forest behind me, and sacred wells in every direction.
When I first arrived, everything began with love and reverence.
Just as you would introduce yourself to a new person, I introduced myself to the land. I connected with the ancestors of the land, the energies there, the elementals, and the spirit of the place. I introduced my ancestors to the ancestors of the land and made my intentions clear: I’m here in peace. I’m here to bring love.
For me, it’s about building a relationship.
I’m barefoot on the land every day. I spend time simply being with it. I make monthly offerings and remain in constant communion with it. If you look back through history, there are many traditions where people made offerings to the land during difficult times. In some cultures, when crops failed, women would go out and offer blessings, prayers, and ceremonies to restore harmony and abundance.
What we’re really talking about is a deep relationship.
I live according to the rhythms of the seasons. Here in Ireland, we work with the Celtic wheel—the summer and winter solstices, the spring and autumn equinoxes, and the festivals in between, including Beltane and Samhain, where the veil between worlds is believed to be thinner.
The land is constantly teaching us.
Right now, we’re approaching the summer solstice. The land is abundant, fertile, alive, and wildly expressive. Its growth is exponential. That energy invites us to reconnect with our own inner wildness, creativity, and vitality.
For me, living in harmony with the land means growing food, spending time outdoors, listening deeply, and allowing nature’s cycles to guide my own.
It’s a constant communion between the upper realms, the Earth, and the inner Earth. We are the bridge between those worlds.
To me, this is what New Earth consciousness is about. As connected as we may feel to star beings, ancient civilizations, or higher realms, we must remember that Earth is the Mother Planet. She is the heart.
Part of our evolution is learning to become the connector between heaven and Earth—to bring heaven down into our lived experience here.
Ireland is filled with reminders of this. Earlier, I mentioned our 145,000 sacred sites. Many of our standing stones and stone circles date back five or six thousand years. They’re aligned with the stars and filled with carvings of spirals and sacred geometry.
I often think our ancestors left these markers for us because they knew we would forget.
They understood that life would become busy, that we’d get lost in our minds, distracted by the noise of the world. These sites seem to whisper the same message: Remember who you are. Remember why you’re here.
The land teaches us that growth doesn’t happen through force. If you walk through a forest, you’ll notice that each tree gives the others space to grow. It’s as if every tree is celebrating the growth of the ones around it.
There is so much wisdom in that.
The land is constantly helping us remember. Constantly helping us wake up.
For those of us who live in urban environments surrounded by concrete, how can we have a similar experience with the land?
Amanda Sophia: Absolutely.
Whenever possible, spend time in nature. That can be as simple as sitting on the earth in a local park, walking through a nearby forest, spending time at the beach, or visiting the mountains.
If your schedule doesn’t allow for that every day, perhaps it’s something you do on weekends. The important thing is creating opportunities to immerse yourself in nature whenever you can.
But you don’t have to live in the countryside to cultivate this relationship.
You can bring nature into your home. Fill your space with plants. Grow herbs in your kitchen. Open your windows and doors. Create a flow between the indoors and outdoors. I have water fountains, crystals, and living plants throughout my home. It feels a bit like a jungle.
It’s about maintaining that connection.
One of the first things I do each morning is meditate. Sometimes I go outside, but often I begin by simply connecting. I connect with the Earth below and the cosmos above. I allow my heart to become one heartbeat with the Earth.
Whether we’re sitting in a forest, on a balcony, or in a city apartment, the Earth is still beneath us. She’s beneath every one of us.
The Earth is over four billion years old, and that connection is always available.
We can bring nature inside. We can step outside and meet it. But ultimately, the deepest connection begins within ourselves.
Because in the end, the true home we’re seeking is already within.

You recently launched a certification program called Quantum Land and Soul Healing Certification. Who is this program for, and how might it benefit them?
Amanda Sophia: The program is really for anyone who wants to deepen their relationship with the land and deepen their connection to the ascension path. We’re working with the quantum field, the higher realms, and the awakening process itself.
So many people are experiencing spiritual awakenings right now. I meet people every day whose intuitive gifts are opening, whose light language is beginning to emerge, or who are having profound energetic experiences they don’t fully understand.
Even in my own journey, I went through a period that lasted a couple of years where my body would move in spirals every morning for hours at a time. I don’t even know if I would call it a Kundalini awakening, but it was a very intense, energetic process. Fortunately, I understood what was happening. Many people don’t, and that can feel frightening.
This certification is about understanding the awakening journey. It’s about doing the inner work. It’s about nervous system regulation, emotional maturity, and learning how to navigate these experiences in a grounded way.
Just as we have our own nervous systems, the land has its own energetic system. When we learn to regulate ourselves and work in harmony with the land, healing naturally begins. The land supports our healing, and we support the land’s healing.
The program explores how to work with higher realms, New Earth consciousness, deep communion with nature, and the Earth’s cycles. We also cover grid work, energetic alignment, and how to develop a stronger connection with your own voice and channel.
It’s especially valuable for people already working in related fields—landscape architects, Feng Shui practitioners, energy healers, and others who feel called to this work. We’ll be working extensively with the voice, activating light language, learning spiritual hygiene practices, and developing healthy, energetic, and physical boundaries.
Ultimately, it’s for anyone who feels called to deepen their relationship with themselves, the Earth, and the greater awakening unfolding on the planet.
When did light language first come into your life and work? When did you first hear about it, and when did you begin experiencing it yourself?
Amanda Sophia: My light language fully activated about eight years ago, although I feel it was arriving for several years before that.
For a long time, I felt what I can only describe as an avocado-sized pit lodged in my throat. That sensation stayed with me for a couple of years. Looking back, I believe something was preparing to open.
I’ve gone through many different stages of awakening, and one of the energies I’ve always felt deeply connected to is Raven and Crow energy. Before my light language emerged, I went through almost a year where sounds would come through me that resembled raven calls. Even today, that frequency still comes through at times.
I first heard about light language a few years before my own began to emerge. What I find fascinating is how powerful it can be simply to hear someone else’s light language.
It can be incredibly activating.
I don’t believe one person activates another person’s light language. Rather, I think we activate remembrance. Something within us remembers. Then, when the timing is right, our own expression begins to emerge.
For me, the process took several years, but it officially arrived about eight years ago.

What do you see as the purpose of light language? People often hear it and wonder what it’s actually doing.
Amanda Sophia: To me, light language is a deeper level of communion with the soul.
It’s a soul language.
I believe it’s something we all once spoke about because at its core, it’s frequency. Frequency is the universal language. Long before spoken languages existed, there was vibration, resonance, and energetic communication.
Words are human constructs. At some point, someone decided a chair would be called a chair. Light language isn’t operating at that level. It’s pure frequency.
It’s something we feel rather than intellectually understand.
One way I describe it is that it’s the soul finding its voice. It can be profoundly healing. It can clear energy, support emotional processing, and help restore balance within our energetic field.
I use light language in healing sessions, in land work, when clearing homes, and when bringing through energetic codes. I find it to be a powerful tool for cleansing the aura, emotional body, mental body, and energetic system.
I also believe there are different expressions of light language.
Sometimes it’s simply our own soul speaking through us. Other times, people may be channeling frequencies associated with different realms or lineages. You can often feel the distinction.
There are moments when I can sense a Native American frequency moving through. Other times, it feels Atlantean or connected to another stream of consciousness entirely.
But regardless of the source, I believe it’s important to understand our own soul language first before exploring other frequencies.
That’s where energetic boundaries become incredibly important.
How do you suggest people create healthy, energetic boundaries? What does that process look like?
Amanda Sophia: First, I don’t approach energetic boundaries from a place of fear or protection. It’s not about assuming something is coming to get you.
For me, it begins with personal responsibility.
We have to take responsibility for our own energy, and that always brings us back to the inner work. Being fully spiritual and fully human means things will arise. We experience triggers, emotions, challenges, and old wounds.
Our job is to process them.
We need to speak our truth, establish healthy boundaries, work through childhood wounds and trauma, and keep our energetic field as clear as possible. Whenever something arises, we acknowledge it, process it, and move through it.
That foundation is essential.
In many of my past-life memories, I’ve experienced being a priestess. In those lifetimes, the focus was often on ascending upward into higher realms. But that’s not what’s being asked of us now.
Embodied ascension is different.
It’s about fully inhabiting the human experience while remaining connected to spirit. It’s about bringing the energy all the way through the body and anchoring it into the Earth.
When we’ve done that work and become clear within ourselves—when we know our strengths, understand our shadows, and can recognize whether a reaction is coming from an old wound or a more integrated part of ourselves—we become much clearer vessels.
Then we can remain centered.
Daily spiritual hygiene is also important. Between client sessions, retreats, and energetic work, I regularly clear my own field. Sometimes I’ll jump into the sea. If it’s too cold, I’ll take an Epsom salt bath. I’ll sit beneath a tree, lie on the Earth, or spend time in nature.
It’s not complicated, but it is consistent.
I also work closely with Archangel Metatron and with Archangels Michael, Raphael, Ariel, and Gabriel. Whenever I’m channeling, I set the intention that whatever comes through is aligned with the highest good.
I think that’s a very important distinction.
It’s not about opening yourself indiscriminately to every possible energy. Open channels can attract all kinds of influences. That’s why healthy boundaries matter.
Good boundaries in everyday life—being able to say yes when you mean yes and no when you mean no—are just as important as energetic boundaries.
The two go hand in hand.

I recently had a medicine journey during which I became aware of someone energetically connecting with me in a way that felt draining. It wasn’t even something I normally think about, but the experience showed me the importance of energetic boundaries. What’s your perspective on that?
Amanda Sophia: Wow. To me, that sounds like your higher self bringing awareness to something important. It’s simply saying, “Pay attention. Be mindful.”
Everything is an energetic exchange, especially for people who are highly empathic and sensitive—which is often what draws many of us into this kind of work in the first place.
If you think about it, every interaction carries an energetic component. Even something as simple as getting your hair done involves someone entering your personal field. And when it comes to receiving a reading or an energetic session, you’re consciously inviting someone into your space and opening yourself to that exchange.
So yes, I absolutely believe discernment is important.
We can remain open-hearted, loving, and compassionate while still exercising healthy discernment. In fact, I think discernment becomes stronger as we do our inner work. When we know who we are and remain centered in ourselves, we become much clearer about what feels aligned and what doesn’t.
You mentioned the phrase “embodied ascension,” which is also the title of your chapter in the book New Earth Leadership. In your chapter, you describe five worlds of the fifth dimension: Inner, Natural, Upper, Outer Natural, and Unity. Can you explain those?
Amanda Sophia: Well, honestly, we’ve been talking about them throughout this entire conversation.
The first is the Inner World—doing the inner work and becoming familiar with your own inner landscape.
The second is the Natural World, which is our relationship with the Earth and nature itself.
Then there’s the Upper World, the higher realms and spiritual dimensions we’ve been discussing.
The Outer Natural World is how all of those energies interact and express themselves around us—how the inner, outer, upper, and earthly dimensions weave together.
And finally, there’s Unity, where it all comes together.
None of these worlds exists separately. They’re interconnected. The journey is about bringing them into harmony and learning how to live from that place of integration.
Every time I speak with you, I get the sense that you live life differently from most people. You’re deeply connected to the Earth, yet you’re also raising a family, running programs, and making a significant impact. How do you balance it all? Are you a task-oriented person, or are you just running around naked in the garden all day?
Amanda Sophia: No, no. I’m definitely not running around naked in the garden all day.
I’m chopping wood and carrying water.
I’m a mother of two beautiful children. I have animals to care for. I cook meals. I wash dishes. I do all the ordinary things everyone else does.
But that’s actually a huge part of what I teach.
I believe all of life is ceremonial.
The difference isn’t necessarily what we’re doing. It’s the level of presence we bring to what we’re doing.
I can be in the garden harvesting vegetables. I can be at the grocery store choosing food. But instead of moving through those moments unconsciously, I try to be fully present with them.
I don’t separate spirituality from the rest of life.
For me, spirituality isn’t something that only happens on a yoga mat, at a sacred site, or during meditation. There isn’t a divide between spiritual practice and everyday life.
Mothering is a spiritual practice.
Cooking is a spiritual practice.
Washing dishes is a spiritual practice.
Working is a spiritual practice.
Everything is woven together.
My work and my spirituality aren’t separate because I genuinely live and breathe this work. It’s not something I switch on and off.
And the beautiful thing is that you don’t have to live in the countryside to experience any of this. Other than perhaps walking around naked in your garden, everything I’ve described is available to anyone.
It’s really about the level of presence we bring to our lives.

I think that’s what stands out about you. There’s a presence about you. It’s as if you’re fully living each moment rather than rushing through it. I’m curious—how do your children experience all of this? What has it been like raising them in this environment?
Amanda Sophia: My daughter is eleven, and my son is almost fourteen.
Honestly, they’re my greatest teachers.
I don’t think I need any other teachers beyond my children because they teach me unconditional love, patience, presence, and so much more every single day.
What’s fascinating is that even before they were born, I felt connected to them.
Before my son entered the physical world, I would have experiences in which it felt as if he were taking me into the cosmos each night, showing me where he came from and saying, “Please don’t let me forget.”
Children carry such profound wisdom with them. They arrive remembering things that many adults have forgotten.
And part of our role as parents is helping them stay connected to that knowing while also learning how to navigate life here on Earth.
No way. Are you serious? Before your son was born, were you connecting with him during meditation and dreamtime?
Amanda Sophia: Yes.
During dreamtime, he would take me by the hand and show me around. It felt like he was introducing me to where he came from. The message was always the same: “Please don’t let me forget this.”
We still talk about it today.
Both of my children speak light language. They’ve joined me on retreats, and my daughter and I will actually be leading a retreat together. They naturally channel in their own unique ways.
My son is very much like water—deep, thoughtful, and insightful. My daughter is fire. She’s a warrior, a creator, full of passion and energy.
The three of us are like peas in a pod.
We’re very happy together.

For people who feel called to your work, what are some of the ways they can work with you?
Amanda Sophia: There are quite a few ways.
One of the things I’m most excited about right now is an Egypt retreat I’ll be leading in February 2027. That’s been a long time in the making. I’ve led retreats all over the world—France, Greece, China, throughout Europe, across America, and in Mount Shasta—but Egypt feels particularly significant.
The interesting thing is that I first started putting this retreat together ten years ago, and now, a decade later, it’s finally happening.
I’ve had many past-life connections with Egypt, and for a long time, there was hesitation about returning. But eventually Spirit made it very clear: it’s time.
I’ll also be leading a retreat in Ireland around the 7/7 portal, which feels especially meaningful because Ireland is my home. I love sharing these sacred places that have been such an important part of my own journey.
People can find me through my website, JoinAmandaSophia.com, on Instagram, and through the International Feng Shui School.
My work includes Feng Shui certifications, Quantum Land and Soul Healing programs, light language courses, retreats, and a variety of other offerings designed to help people deepen their connection with themselves, the Earth, and their spiritual path.
Is there anything you were hoping we’d talk about today that I didn’t ask?
Amanda Sophia: Honestly, no.
I’m simply very grateful to be here with you.
Just before our conversation, I finished an integration call with a group of women who attended one of my recent retreats here in Ireland. Whenever I lead a retreat, I offer preparation calls beforehand and an integration call afterward so participants have support as they process their experiences.
Listening to these women share what had shifted within them—the healing, the transformation, the changes happening in their lives—filled my heart.
My cup is overflowing.
I’m in a place of deep gratitude right now. It truly feels like an honor to do this work and to witness people’s journeys. And it’s equally an honor to connect with people like you who are making such a meaningful impact in the world.
So really, I just feel happy and grateful.
Thank you so much for sharing your story and your wisdom. I can already feel something unfolding within me from this conversation, especially around land, healing, and our relationship with the Earth. I have a feeling I’ll be exploring these ideas much more in the months ahead.
Amanda Sophia: Thank you so much, David.
It’s been such a pleasure.
Thank you for creating this space and for the beautiful conversation.
"We have to take responsibility for our own energy, and that always brings us back to the inner work. Being fully spiritual and fully human means things will arise."
