What if the moment your soul steps out of one lifetime and into another isn’t death at all—but the beginning of your true purpose?

For Sheila Seppi, awakening didn’t arrive through meditation, a spiritual retreat, or a slow inner calling. It came in an instant. One moment, she was a chronically ill mother of three, barely able to walk. Next, she was jolted awake by a surge of light, stepping into a body free of pain, filled with memories she’d never lived, and connected to a vast collective consciousness she calls the OmniStream.

In this conversation, Sheila shares what it means to be a soul exchange walk-in, how her clairvoyance and healing gifts activated overnight, and why she believes humanity is on the brink of an extraordinary evolutionary shift. Continue reading—or listen on Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Amazon Music, or YouTube—to explore a journey that challenges everything we think we know about identity, incarnation, and the purpose of our soul.

What was going on for you in your thirties? What was life like, and what ultimately happened when you were 38?

Sheila Seppi: During my thirties—and really beginning in my twenties—I developed a whole host of autoimmune issues that kept getting worse as I got older. I was eventually diagnosed with brain tumors, fibromyalgia, and chronic fatigue. I used a cane to walk. I had erythema nodosum, the early stages of RA, and the early stages of MS. Doctors told me that by my forties, I would likely be in a wheelchair.

At that point, I was already walking with a cane, so maybe that’s where I was headed—I don’t know. But I was in constant pain and discomfort. I had three small children—ages three, six, and twelve—and most days I would go to work, come home, lie on the couch, and play with my kids from there. I was very, very sick. And that’s exactly how I went to bed one night.

It felt like seven o’clock in the morning on September 23, 1999, when I suddenly experienced something extraordinary. It felt as if someone reached down, grabbed me by the hair, pulled me bolt upright in bed, and lightning shot through my body. Then everything went completely white. I don’t know how long I was there. Some people have said it sounds like an NDE—maybe it was. All I know is that I experienced a white space that was the most restful, beautiful, unconditionally loving place. I was out of pain. If I had been given a choice in that moment, I don’t know if I would have come back.

But then my peripheral vision returned, followed by my frontal vision, and suddenly I was sitting upright in bed, looking around. I got up, put my feet on the carpet, and it felt like I had never experienced carpet before. As I walked down the hallway, I caught my reflection in the mirror and froze. I stared at myself because it was as if I was looking through someone else’s eyes.

I didn’t know at the time that I had become a Soul Exchange walk-in. There are many types of walk-ins, which I can explain in a moment, but at the time, I had no framework to understand any of this. And yet suddenly, flashes of past lives began appearing—and I didn’t even believe in past lives. I had never read a metaphysical book. I lived in a tight, religious box. I was religious, not spiritual.

You were a Christian. Were you part of a particular denomination?

Sheila Seppi: I was raised Methodist and later chose to become Baptist. But at that time, I was taking my kids to what was called a Christian Church—more Unitarian in their philosophy, but still rooted in Christian doctrine. That was my world. I had no foundational knowledge to even conceive of something like a walk-in. If someone had suggested it to me then, I would have laughed them out of the room.

Yet after those past-life flashes, universal truths started flowing through my mind—information I’d never learned. It has taken me 23 years to write it all down, and that became my Living Light Archives. Around the same time, clairvoyance, clairaudience, and clairsentience all activated at once. I started remembering healing modalities. It all happened so suddenly.

While you were in the hallway?

Sheila Seppi: Yes—standing right there in the hallway while all of this was happening. My background is in psychology, so the only explanation I could come up with was that I must be having a psychotic break. That was the only thing that made any sense. When I started telling people what had happened, they backed away from me—literally and figuratively. But the truth is, when you come in as a walk-in, your vibrational frequency changes.

Within three months, I left my marriage, which was extremely dysfunctional anyway. Three months after that, I accepted a job, moved to a neighboring state, and met my first spiritual teacher. I wasn’t searching for one. While visiting the new town to check out schools for my kids, I was in a hotel flipping through the phone book—back when we used phone books. A tiny business-card-sized ad for “spiritual counseling” seemed to light up on the page. At the time, I still interpreted “spiritual” as “religious,” so I thought, Okay, counseling. That I understand. I called and made an appointment.

I told her, “I think I’m having a psychotic break,” and gave her a little background. By the time I arrived, I was completely worked up. I didn’t want to share my story—I was embarrassed. I didn’t remember my kids being born. I didn’t remember my childhood. I didn’t remember anything before that September. I ate differently. I dressed differently. My personality had changed. I remembered things that sounded crazy to me. Nothing made sense.

Honestly, I thought she would hand me a prescription for a little blue pill, I’d take it, and my old dysfunctional life would just come back online. I truly believed that.

Sheila Seppi - Awakened Magazine

What was going on with your physical body at this time?

Sheila Seppi: I was totally healed—100% healed. When I went back for my follow-up visits, the doctors basically patted me on the head, attributed everything to their medication, and sent me on my way. Honestly, that was a blessing in disguise. If I had been in their position, I would’ve wanted to run every test possible. But no one seemed to notice anything unusual.

And you went off your medication?

Sheila Seppi: Yes—completely. I stopped all of my medications, every single one. My health had been immediately restored. It just took me a little while to realize it because, for the first couple of days, I was still acting sick out of habit. But my body no longer felt that way, and I had all this new energy.

As I was explaining all of this to the counselor, she said we’d have another session and then introduced me to the concept of walk-ins. She gave me a book about it. I was furious—absolutely furious. I got up and left. But by the time I reached my car, the idea had already begun to resonate.

Why were you angry?

Sheila Seppi: Because it was so far out there. I wanted help, and to me, this lady seemed crazier than I was. It didn’t seem possible. But the more I sat with it, the more it made sense.

She had only explained the basic idea—that one soul leaves and another soul comes in—and that was what set me off. I had always been taught that when your soul leaves, you die. You go to heaven or hell and remain there for eternity. But that’s not what happened to me. I remembered being on the other side. I remembered what it felt like for the soul to slip out of the body, and what it felt like for a soul to come into the body. I remembered my crystalline state, because I had come from a place of crystalline, liquid light and geometric forms.

What do you mean by crystalline?

Sheila Seppi: We were liquid light. The reality of it—and I know this sounds far-fetched—is that before my embodiment, I had been with my collective. We were working on the Earth’s crystalline grid. We had melded our consciousness with hundreds of thousands of other conscious collectives. We weren’t embodied; we were pure consciousness. I was in my oversoul state.

We were repairing the crystalline grid because there were so many fractures and so much damage caused by false matrixing and the information that had been beamed into it. The crystalline grid holds the 5D information for this planet, along with Gaia’s instruction guide. Inside it are crystalline ley lines, which many people have heard of. The grid beams information into those ley lines, and humanity is affected by what comes through them. There was repair work that needed to be done.

Did you already know about the crystalline grid and ley lines? Did that knowledge come instantly, or did you read about it later?

Sheila Seppi - Awakened MagazineSheila Seppi: Honestly, until I wrote my first book, Walk-Ins: Cosmology of the Soul, about five years ago, I had never looked any of this up. I didn’t read books about these things. Even now, I have hundreds of books, but I don’t read other people’s material because I don’t want my own information mixed with something else. Otherwise, I start wondering, Do I remember this? Or did I read it somewhere?

I will say that the counselor I worked with was of Hopi lineage. She had been sent to Kentucky by Chief Dan Ima to bring the teachings of the Hopi people to the “white eyes.” She held women’s circles that she invited me to join, and suddenly,my kids had more aunties than they ever wanted. It was beautiful.

Through those circles, we learned various Indigenous teachings, which helped me become rooted in my identity as a walk-in. As I learned about the directional energies, I thought, Oh, those are gatekeepers. Then I learned about the Hopi 20 Count, the Weavers of Time, the Architects, and so many of those teachings correlated with things I had already sensed or remembered.

I eventually became an apprentice to my teacher—the same counselor from that first session—and I studied with her until she passed this past January. Those teachings, as they explained, were some of the original teachings brought from the Pleiades.

So I’m curious about this process of accepting that you are a walk-in. Was there a moment where you said, “Okay, I’m just going to admit it and embrace it”? Or was it a gradual process?

Sheila Seppi: Honestly, sometimes it’s still hard for me to wrap my mind around the concept. It’s just so phenomenal. But no—it was a gradual process. At least I had something I could “hang my hat on” to explain the experience I’d had. And because my teacher was actively working with me, she helped me integrate more fully into the body.

Eventually, I realized that the people I was seeing walking around weren’t hallucinations—they were my spirit guides. The voices I heard when no one was around were also my guides. Then I learned shamanic journeying. Having a name for what I was experiencing—traveling to the upper, lower, and middle worlds—helped me understand that what I was doing was shamanic travel.

On those journeys, I finally met my guides face to face. From the early 2000s onward, they began teaching me and helping me remember. One of the first questions I asked them was, “Am I a body snatcher? If I’m a walk-in, what happened to the other soul?”

They explained birth plans to me—that there had been an agreement in place. Even though what happened felt instantaneous to you or me, in non-ordinary reality, where there is no time, that agreement had already been struck. The soul originally in this body was exhausted. It wanted out. When that happens, the body either expires or a new soul comes in.

I asked why they chose this body, because I didn’t see anything special about me. They told me it was because of my ancestral knowledge—what had been passed down genetically—along with my lifestyle, thought processes, and behavioral patterns. They said, “If we could change you, there was hope for humanity.”

I thought, How bad could I have been? But they said I had no framework, no ability to conceive of anything beyond my rigid beliefs. I was the biggest doubting Thomas. That’s one of the reasons they chose me.

I asked thousands of questions—constantly. And over time, I learned there were other walk-ins. But I assumed they were all like me. I thought everyone had the same experience.

About five years ago, my collective told me, “It’s time to write your book”—to basically come out of the closet. People who knew me and my students said I should write a book, so I did. I had no idea how to write, and it was a struggle, but I got it all down.

Then I started interviewing other walk-ins, looking for someone exactly like me—with the same skills, the same memories, anything similar. I interviewed many people and chose fifteen stories for the book because each one was so different.

I’m a Soul Exchange walk-in: one soul out, another in. My collective told me my exchange was permanent. But I met people who had rotating exchanges—one soul out, another in, then another, like a revolving door.

That sounds very inconvenient. I mean, how do you hold down a job like that?

Sheila Seppi: Most people don’t. I can’t imagine going through multiple exchanges. I had a hard enough time with my integration. I consider myself “easy peasy” because I had a teacher immediately and was firmly connected to my collective.

There are also soul overlays, in which the natal soul remains, but a higher aspect overlays it. Sometimes it acts like a battery charger and leaves; sometimes it stays, and the original soul departs, leaving a portion of itself behind. It’s all frequency, so it makes sense to me.

Then there are soul mergers, where a complete aspect of the over-soul merges into the body. If you imagine the over-soul as a sphere with aspects branching out, one of those aspects comes fully into the body, while the higher source stream connects it all. The auric field houses the spiritual bodies, and the part attached to the physical body is what we call the soul.

In my case, the entire structure was changed out—all my chakras, my energy bodies, everything.

There are poppers—walk-ins who stay briefly and leave, usually no more than two months. There are soul braids, where a full aspect comes in and braids with the existing soul. And there are soul projections, where a galactic family member beams aspects of their soul into the body. Soul layering involves multiple over-soul aspects coming in.

As time went on, I wondered whether I might also be one of those types, in addition to being a Soul Exchange. But even people who were Soul Exchange walk-ins didn’t have the same experience, memories, or information as I did. Some were from planets, some from a source stream, and some from waiting areas. I was from the grid.

When my book went out, one person responded—Ken Lloyd—who was like me. As we spent time together, we realized we are both from the same omni stream. It’s as if one stream split into divine masculine and divine feminine. It’s not twin flames or soulmates—it’s the same stream. We think alike, sense each other, tune into each other. It’s very unusual.

As life progressed, I met more people. My collective always pushed me: go bigger, go bigger, go bigger. I write about that in my first book.

At first, I thought going bigger meant doing more events or healing work. Initially, I only taught spiritual concepts. I got into healing because my collective explained that people can’t drop into the essence of who they truly are when they’re in pain—their energy fragments. They taught me about the multidimensionality of the body, and I took notes constantly. Hence, I’ve accumulated many notebooks over the years.

I started organizing events and inviting speakers. I thought that was going bigger. Then they said, “Go bigger.” So I wrote the book. Still, “Go bigger.”

I wanted to build a facility. They stopped me. Again: “Go bigger.”

Finally, one night, they woke me up and said, “We want you to create a starseed school.” I had no idea what they meant. But they wanted a platform where I could reach other starseeds, help them awaken, and support unity consciousness—recognizing the synergy created when many voices carry the same resonance.

Not everyone resonates with my message. Some people awaken through others who focus more on ascension. The collective explained that this diversity is necessary.

So I formed the Conscious Awakening Network and offered people a channel on the network. Then we expanded into events. I did that for several years, and then they said, “When we asked you to do that, you served as a communication node. You pulled in information from the collective and brought it to life. That sent out a vibratory frequency that activated others.”

When I started, very few people were doing what I was doing. Now there are many.

Then they told me to focus on events. I thought, Great—less on my plate! But really, it was to put more on my plate. I had been doing two podcasts a week—Mondays and Thursdays. They told me to take a sabbatical, so Glenda Dawson now does the Tuesday show, and Phil Gruber does the Thursday show.

And now my collective has me working on the Living Light Archives.

Sheila Seppi - Awakened Magazine

When you say “they,” I’m curious what you mean. And I want to read a couple of sentences from your bio to help expand this even more. Meanwhile, I’m feeling so… less than. Like, geez, I feel like a regular human. I wanna be a walk-in.

Sheila Seppi: Everybody wants to be a walk-in. And if people could request it, everyone would request it. But it’s not glamorous. It’s not what it sounds like—in fact, it can be incredibly painful.

Okay, so this is what you write. You say: “Over the years, more than 128 soul aspects within the OmniStream have revealed themselves to Sheila, each carrying a unique frequency and role contributing to the work she is here to embody on Earth. Sheila is not tapped into this collective as something outside herself; she is the embodiment of the collective and its spokesperson. Together they exist as one.” So, number one—what is the OmniStream of Divine Consciousness?

Sheila Seppi: In the very beginning, when Source desired to know itself, that first implosion of the I AM frequencies came online. For all of creation to take form, there had to be containers—structures—to hold everything. That’s when the liquid-light, crystalline lattice, and the gridwork came into being. That gridwork is the plasmic mind of Source. It holds everything.

That is what we call the OmniStream.

The OmniStream is like a vast container housing countless specific frequencies. We tap directly into it.

In the early days of being a walk-in, I thought I was Arcturian because I resonated with that frequency. I even had a guide tell me, “I am Arcturian, and so are you.” I had never heard the word before. I had to write it down and look it up—and was amazed to find that Arcturians were an actual thing people talked about. It took me a long time to come online with all of this.

As I continued working with my collective—what I now call my ODC Collective, the OmniStream of Divine Consciousness—they clarified my situation. They said:

“Yes, you are a Soul Exchange walk-in. But it’s not like a regular soul. The energy in your body is a tap stream—a direct conduit—into a much larger collective.”

Imagine taking a handful of long strands of hair. The entire handful represents the OmniStream I’m connected to. But each individual hair is its own frequency.

One “hair” may be the Mary Magdalene frequency—she comes through very clearly during many of my sessions. Others might be:

  • Code Keepers of the 144 crystalline templates
  • Guardians of the cosmic web
  • Sananda
  • Various galactic families, whom I experience not as “aliens” but as other beings with souls, are simply embodied elsewhere.

When we leave this life, we might say, “I was an Earthling.” In another embodiment, someone might choose to embody as an Arcturian. It’s just different expressions of consciousness.

Initially, my collective identified themselves as the Collective of Three, though they didn’t reveal who they were. I now know this is my SRT Team.

What does SRT stand for?

Sheila Seppi: Soul Reconnection Technique.

This technique was given to me directly by these beings.

At first, I mainly worked with the Arcturian team—there are three I work with consistently. They come in during healing sessions, and I can actually see them working on people. When I look at someone and shift into that state of perception, I see the grid system that forms their holographic bodies.

When I first started seeing those grids, I was so shocked that I went to the eye doctor constantly. I thought something was wrong with my vision—but it was my abilities coming online.

No way. You literally went to the eye doctor?

Sheila Seppi: Yes. This was early on, when I first started seeing the grid. I had no idea what was happening. I was seeing all these lines and patterns, and I thought I might be having retinal detachment. I truly didn’t know. When I finally told my teacher—embarrassed—she said, “No, honey. That’s the grid system. You’re seeing the holographic grid.”

Later on, I began seeing what I call the trauma body. I see it as little red clouds—sometimes like tiny Brillo pads—that attach to the grid. The redder the cloud, the more trauma is stored there. I can pick up one of these little trauma “balls,” look into it, and tell the stories held inside: the past life, the galactic life, or the childhood trauma connected to it.

I was doing this work with clients when the Arcturian team began stepping in. I would watch what they were doing and then emulate it. They were teaching me—and I was taking notes the whole time.

One day, as they worked, they stepped back. Three new beings appeared—angelic, Andromedan, and Arcturian—and said, “Now we’re going to teach you about the ley lines.”

I said, “Oh, we call those meridians.”

They corrected me: “No, Sheila. We’re going to teach you about the ley lines of the body.”

And they did. They taught me an entire healing modality that I now teach to others.

Is that what holographic alchemy is?

Sheila Seppi: Holographic alchemy is the work I do on the grid system when I’m releasing trauma or facilitating emotional and physical healing. It’s very fast—often instantaneous. People with frozen shoulder have had it released immediately. I once worked with a woman in a hospital who had no muscular strength in her legs—she was lying on the floor. After one session, she was sitting up, standing, and walking.

These results aren’t me. They come through the OmniStream. Because it’s connected to Source, and Source can do anything.

Holographic alchemy is the hands-on clearing work.
The ley lines work is different: I go line by line through the entire body and map the emotional traumas held along each pathway. I teach practitioners how to release those traumas, how they relate to the chakras, and how the body’s grid structures function.

Once the SRT team taught me this modality, they said, “Now you must teach it.”
I resisted. I said, “No, this is my healing modality. I created this.”
They corrected me: “No. We created this. Now it is time for you to take it out into the world.”

That same process is happening with the Living Light Archives.

The Living Light Archives will launch next year, and the first phase is The Initiate. In that phase, people learn from my memories, my collective, and from what my Hopi teacher taught me. It includes:

  • The origins of creation (very different from what many people believe)
  • Universal structures
  • How the soul is constructed
  • Layers of the soul
  • Types of souls
  • Foundational universal teachings

The second modality is a healing system built around what I originally called “codes,” though everyone seems to use the word codex—so I use that now. Codices are tools you call out that evoke immediate change. I was inspired by my mentor, Dr. Victor Frank, who taught me Total Body Modification—how to use vials and electrical tapping to effect instant shifts.

He also taught me a different kind of grid system—how it overlays the body, how to open it, and how to read the information it stores. After he passed, I continued studying with his son, Randall Frank.

Using what I learned from them, combined with the teachings from my collective, I organized all my years of notes into a structured system.

For example, Physical Codex 101 relates to the adrenal system—bringing it back online. But it also includes:

  • Emotions tied to adrenal dysregulation
  • Ancestral healing
  • Galactic trauma
  • Developmental trauma
  • And all the other layers connected to that system

The third level of training is the Living Light Codex Practitioner, where students learn dozens and dozens of codices.

The fourth level is Teacher Training, because I can’t do this alone. I need teachers who can carry this information forward and bring it to others.

Sheila Seppi - Awakened Magazine

Whoa, Sheila. Mind blown. Your experience is absolutely fascinating. I’ve got a number of questions. One that seems simple—when I was joking about feeling “less than” and wanting to be a walk-in—do you find people in the spiritual community who say they’re a walk-in because they want to be? They want to be part of the team—Team Sheila Seppi and Ken Lloyd—but you’re like, “I don’t know if you’re really a walk-in.” Does that ever happen?

Sheila Seppi: It does happen. People sometimes genuinely believe they’re walk-ins, not because they’re pretending, but because they’ve had a transformative experience and interpret it that way.

For people who are walk-ins, there’s a shimmer in their field that I can see. It’s very distinct. But what I’ve found is that many who think they’re walk-ins have had a profound spiritual shift—an awakening, a personality change, a change in diet, relationships ending, moves, new abilities—and they check a lot of the boxes I list on my website.

However, that doesn’t necessarily mean a soul exchange. Right now, people’s vibrational frequencies are rising. They’ve done so much spiritual work that they can connect with their higher self, drop in, and bring in more of their own oversoul without becoming a walk-in. They don’t have to go through the agony I did. Walk-in experiences usually involve trauma—physical, emotional, mental, or spiritual. Not always as radical as mine, but there’s generally something intense that precedes it.

So yes—these individuals may look like walk-ins, but they’re not soul exchanges. They are their original soul, expanding into more of themselves.

I’m also curious about something else. When you hear other spiritual teachers describe creation, the soul, or multidimensional experiences—and what they share doesn’t align with what you know to be true—how do you navigate that? Do you think they’re wrong? Do you correct them?

Sheila Seppi: From my perspective, I know that what I say is right. And from their perspective, what they say is right. Because everything is frequency. Everything is organized in octaves. So it depends on the octave they’re speaking from—the vantage point they’re accessing—when they receive and interpret their information.

Imagine a medicine wheel with the Creator Stone in the center. Someone standing in the South can’t fully see the North. Someone in the East sees something different than someone in the West. Each person’s perspective is true from their own perspective.

That’s how I see it.

I have people tell me, “Well, I just had a reading, and now it sounds like everything they told me is wrong.” And I always say, Absolutely not. I’m not saying I’m right and they’re wrong, or vice versa. I’m saying: “We are sharing from the perspectives, frequencies, and octaves we’re each connected to”.

On top of that, you have to remember—we are billions of years old. We have billions of experiences. You cannot give someone eternity in a box in thirty minutes. No one can.

Suppose you returned to the same person who gave you a reading. In that case, they might give you completely different information later, because you’ve shifted, your soul’s needs have changed, or a different octave of information is needed for your next step.

It’s the same with me.
The information that comes through depends on where you are in your walk and what your soul needs next.

So, with the Living Light Archives, what distinguishes it as being unique? There are so many spiritual teachers doing great work. What makes this one different?

Sheila Seppi: For me, the uniqueness is this: the information is alive. Yes, it’s channeled—but many modalities are channeled. What makes this different is that the modality itself is living, breathing, evolving energy. It affects change instantly. And it’s not just me—it’s replicable. Other practitioners can do it and get the same results. That’s a key distinction.

I know Jerry has something similar, but I don’t know anything about his work. I just know he offers a phenomenal healing modality. That doesn’t mean he is right and I am wrong, or vice versa. We’re each bringing through our own frequency and perspective, channeling higher sources here to help humanity evolve—to elevate consciousness and prepare people for the massive planetary shift underway.

Talk to me about your daily life, because everything you’re describing feels overwhelming. You’ve been doing this for 20+ years, but… are you a normal person? Do you go to the grocery store? How do you even function?

Sheila Seppi: I think I’m normal. I really do.

You have the OmniStream of Divine Consciousness flowing through you—how do you make decisions like chicken or steak or vegetables? Do “they” help you?

Oh, they make all the decisions. Everything is guided.

For example, I just took my granddaughter down to the beach. As I walked, I found myself thanking the crystalline structure beneath my feet. Thanking Grandmother Ocean—well, technically the Gulf—for her presence. Thanking the birds for picking up the crustaceans. That’s partly the Indigenous teachings I’ve embodied over the years. It’s become second nature.

Here’s what a typical day looks like:

I wake up, and the first thing I say is, “Thank you.”
I often ask, “Where did I go last night?” because I know I leave my body during sleep. Sometimes I remember, sometimes I don’t. But I always wake up grateful.

Then I get up, make my one cup of coffee—because I love my morning coffee—eat breakfast, and start my day. And honestly? Right now, I work constantly. That’s just the phase I’m in.

They promise that eventually, when everything is established, my “go bigger” will simply be creating more courses—not redoing massive bodies of information like I’ve had to before.

Sheila Seppi - Awakened MagazineI told them I wanted to take a month off—really disconnect. And they said, “You think you’re going on vacation? No. You’re going to work. That’s what we’re here to do.”

So I work. All the time.

When I finished the Conscious Awakening Network and published my first book, I thought that was it. Then they asked me to write Cosmic Convergence: The Journeys of Walk-Ins, Starseeds, and Hybrids. I did, and invited Barbara Lamb to co-author by contributing case studies.

And that’s how it goes. One step, then a bigger step. One creation, then “go bigger.”

Sheila Seppi - Awakened Magazine

And for people who aren’t familiar with Barbara Lamb, could you give us a quick background on her and why that collaboration was so meaningful?

Sheila Seppi: It was incredibly meaningful for me. Barbara is one of the foremost hypnotherapists in the world when it comes to extraterrestrial contact. She’s also world-renowned for her crop circle research. Truly—if someone doesn’t know Barbara Lamb, they can just look her up; she’s everywhere.

She’s extraordinary—one of the most genuine, loving, caring people I’ve ever met. And she’s supported and encouraged me from the moment I met her. I first connected with her when I was writing my first book, and in the five years since, we’ve become very close friends. It was such an honor to work with her, and an honor that she submitted case studies to Cosmic Convergence that validated and reinforced what I was writing about walk-ins, starseeds, and hybrids.

After that book came out, I included some universal teachings—just enough to whet people’s appetites. I touched on dimensions and densities, the holographic universe, timelines… but only lightly. The Living Light Archives takes all of that to a completely different level.

For people wondering whether the Archives are right for them, I often recommend they start with my course Vibrational Mastery. It gives them a sense of how I bring information through, how I teach, and the frequency of the work.

I should also say—Cosmic Convergence was primarily channeled through one of my beings named Tiamu. When she introduced herself, she brought an enormous wave of healing light language. It was unlike anything I had ever experienced.

Was that your first time experiencing that in such an intense way?

Sheila Seppi: Yes. I had spoken light language before, but not like that. I knew I could speak it, but I didn’t really use it much. When Tiamu came through—she’s an elder mother from Andromeda—her specialty is DNA and the holographic grid. She arrived with so much intensity it was like bam, bam, bam.

I literally woke up talking. I was already speaking light language before I was even conscious. I remember waking up thinking, What is happening? And it just kept pouring out of me. I got up to go to the bathroom—it was still coming. I thought, “I have to eat breakfast, I have to check out of this hotel…” There was no way. I ended up staying an extra day because I simply couldn’t stop the light language.

It was beautiful—but powerful. It came in carrying a healing frequency that I now use in my holographic alchemy work. Before, my work felt etherically physical—I would go in, digest the trauma, pull it out. Now I can send frequencies in and watch the trauma dissipate on its own.

And she—Tiamu—serves as a spokesperson sometimes for the collective, but specifically for the collective of the Yahni The Yahni is the first collective I became aware of being part of. That collective includes the Arcturians, the Andromedans, the Mantis beings, and many others.

And then with the Christ Consciousness, they said, “There’s more—but those aren’t part of the Yahni. They’re part of the larger collective.” And I thought, Oh, that’s cool. Then they started naming things, and naming things, and speaking… and suddenly I had access to all this additional information. That’s through the OmniStream of Divine Consciousness, which is the Source field—the plasmatic mind.

Are the Living Light Archives coming out on a certain day? Are they released all at once? How do people connect with you to access it?

Sheila Seppi: Watch my website, SheilaSeppi.com. I already have several things available.

In December, I’ll be teaching Cosmic Convergence—the material from my book, but really expanded. At the end, I include a bit of codex work as a bonus. Then I have another course in January on The Universal Field & Holographic Grid, where I break down a lot of the elemental structures.

If people take any of these courses now, when the Archives officially launch, I can check the boxes and say, “You don’t need this, this, or this,” and adjust the program and finances accordingly. I want to honor what people have already learned.

Here’s the release schedule:

  • First quarter: The Initiatory Phase
  • Second quarter: The first Practitioner Level
  • Third quarter: The Advanced or Masters Practitioner Level
  • Fourth quarter: The Teacher Training Phase

The full system will be rolled out by the end of next year.

I had hoped to release everything at once, but I’m the kind of teacher who constantly revises my material. I’ll read something and go, “Oh, I forgot to put this in,” or, “This needs updating.” The beautiful part is that once it’s out, I won’t be able to rewrite the whole thing—but I can create addenda.

Thank God I have a wonderful student—now my assistant—who helps me categorize, refine, and build the PowerPoints. She reviews things from a student’s perspective and asks, “What do you mean here?” I would be lost without her. Thank you, Jane.

SheilaSeppi.com is where people can find everything. I’m curious… because I know you channel Tiamu through light language—is there a possibility you’d want to share a message with us today?

Sheila Seppi: Absolutely. She loves to come through. We’ll do a little healing—something to begin releasing emotions around stepping into your full power.

So how does this work for you? Do you drop in immediately? Does it take time? How does it work?

Sheila Seppi: I am them and they are me. I just start. That’s all. Okay… let’s just close your eyes. This is light language.

[Light language segment available via video above.]

Take a big breath in… and out… and let that anchor.

Thank you. As that was flowing through you, what is that experience like for you? And what is happening to me and those who are listening?

Sheila Seppi: So, let me explain.

For me, I’m just talking. The information comes in, and I let it flow. Sometimes people will ask direct questions, and whichever team member wants to come through will answer. But what I see—that’s the fascinating part—is the frequency entering the field.

The field begins lighting up. Sometimes I see it as sparks. Sometimes I see geometric figures because we have what are called nodes—places where the grid lines cross. These nodes open and close to hold information. Sometimes they hold geometry, sometimes vortexes or stargates, and sometimes the healing frequencies themselves.

Not everyone is ready to fully receive what comes in, so the nodes store the information until the person’s vibration rises enough to unlock it. But lately, my team has been a little impatient—they’ll go in, raise the vibration, throw all the codes in, and then it’s like popcorn—just popping open everywhere.

Sometimes the codes go directly into organs. Sometimes into the throat. Sometimes they activate a person’s light language. It depends on what we’re doing and the intention I’ve set—healing, emotional release, activation, whatever it is.

As a holistic health practitioner for twenty years, I often recognize what they’re working on. I’ll watch and think,
“Okay, now they’re working on the myofascia… now the crystalline myofascia…”

My training can get in the way—I’ll question why they do one thing for one person and something different for someone else. They always answer:
“Because this is what this person needed.”

So I let them work while I observe.

People often want to know what happened in their session. I’ll tell them:
“We went inside your kidney and released this… we cleared this trauma…”

When I first embodied, I’d shake someone’s hand and instantly know their health issues or personal situation. I didn’t know what to do with that information then. But now, it’s incredibly helpful. I can read someone’s field without them saying a word.

Sometimes loved ones come in. Sometimes there’s a vibratory frequency stuck that needs to be untethered before they can move forward. Every single person is unique.

And I’m always learning. Truly always. Sometimes in the middle of a session, I’ll pause and say:
“Hold on. I’ve never heard that before—I need to write this down.”
Then I thank them for the teaching because I didn’t know it was possible until that moment.

Sheila, what a joy it’s been to be with you today. I appreciate all that you’re bringing to the world. Thank you for being a servant.

Sheila Seppi: Thank you so much.

"You have to remember: everything is frequency. It’s all laid out in octaves. So it depends on the octave from which someone is viewing reality and where they’re getting their information."
