What if someone you loved could continue teaching you from beyond the veil?

Marysol Rezanov grew up seeing spirits, traveling between realms, and sensing realities that others could not perceive. Years later, her grandfather returned from beyond the veil to reveal their family’s shamanic lineage and teach her how to use those abilities.

Today, Marysol is both a licensed clinical social worker and a galactic shaman who helps people address trauma through clinical therapy and spiritual healing. In this conversation, she shares her experiences with starseeds, interdimensional beings, alien abduction trauma, and advanced galactic technology. Whether her perspective feels familiar or challenges what you believe, this interview invites you to consider how much of reality may exist beyond what we can see and why healing our own darkness may be essential to humanity’s awakening.

I want to hear about your journey of awakening to consciousness, mindfulness, and spirituality. I love to take people back to their childhood and where they grew up. Did you have some sort of faith experience growing up, or was that something that unfolded for you later in life?

Marysol Rezanov: I was actually born into this. I didn’t quite understand what was going on when I was a child. I could see spirits and feel them, and I came in with my clair gifts as a child, but no one was there to train me or guide me. So I didn’t have an understanding of what was happening.

All I remember as a little child is that I was very afraid the first couple of years. As I started growing up, I began realizing what was going on and putting two and two together. Then I started trying to learn how to utilize my gifts, develop myself, and gain control of the things that I’m able to do.

Were you talking to your parents about these things as they were coming up, or did you completely keep it to yourself?

Marysol Rezanov: I initially kept it to myself. My parents weren’t really around too much when I was a child, which gave me the ability to spend a lot of time alone. That also led me to spend a lot of time in nature and establish the unique relationship I have with the earth that comes into play today.

I do feel that everything was for a reason. The life experiences I’ve had have molded me into who I am today, and I’m very grateful for that.

What was the first moment you remember talking with someone about what was going on inside of you? Was there someone you confided in or received guidance from?

Marysol Rezanov: Yes. Later on, I found out that my mother had tried to shield the Indigenous roots we have in our family lineage. She moved to America and tried to mask that part of our history.

My maternal grandfather actually came to me from beyond. He’s the one who introduced me to shamanism, magic, and pretty much everything that I practice today. He had already passed away, and he and my mother had had a conflicted relationship while he was still here in this realm, so my mother tried to keep that part of our family history from me.

So this was after he had passed away that he came to you?

Marysol Rezanov: Yes. When I told my mother I knew what was going on, she was shocked. Then she was able to open up and disclose all the information about her family—our lineage, who was who in the family, and who did what. She also disclosed that my grandfather was a shaman, which is very different from the shamanism we often see here in the U.S.

What country was he based in?

Marysol Rezanov: He was based in northern Mexico, in Chihuahua, and he also had a shamanic practice in Las Cruces, New Mexico. He would go back and forth between Las Cruces and Chihuahua.

He was practicing some Apache traditions, as well as different belief systems, because Mexico is a little bit different from here. In Mexico, Central America, and South America, other belief systems can also be tied into shamanism. So his practice was a little eclectic, with different belief systems coming together as one.

I’m curious about him and how his shamanism was different from what someone might practice here in the United States.

Marysol Rezanov: In Mexico, they have Curanderos, and they also have Brujos, who practice magic. Then there are also Chamanes. You can have one skill set, or you can have more than one skill set in Mexico, Central America, and South America. It also depends on what region you’re from.

For example, if you’re from the coast in Mexico, you can also have traditions that come from Africa. Mexico is very eclectic, with many different traditions that can be mixed into one. So the shamanism there can be a little different from the shamanism practiced here.

Marysol Rezanov - Awakened Magazine

You said your grandfather came to you. Was it during meditation? Was it through plant medicine or a dream? How did he teach you?

Marysol Rezanov: I’ve always had the ability to see spirits as well as communicate with them. This is something I also use in my shamanic practice. I have clair gifts as well, which help me at Tierra del Sol and with my mental health work because I can get a sense of people, receive information, and tap into things.

It makes my work a little easier because I’m able to move faster. I can get to the root of the problem more quickly and help people from there.

I’m still so curious about how you learned from him. Did you feel like you were having training sessions with him? Was it more like osmosis? How did you pick up the traditions from him?

Marysol Rezanov: I had a lot of dreams and experiences in between states. I’ve also had the ability since I was a child to astral travel, and I have mediumship abilities, so I’m able to communicate with spirits.

My grandfather would come to me and tell me what I was wired to do. He would take me through other realms, give me tours, and show me things. He showed me what different tools were supposed to be used for and how things were done. He would give me advice not only about shamanism, but also about magic and different cultural belief systems from very ancient times.

Since I was a child, I’ve been able to tap into different realms, dimensions, and worlds. That has been very helpful to me in doing the work that I do and receiving information that I’m then able to transmit to others.

At what point in your career path did you feel called to help others? People learned through your introduction that you’re a licensed clinical social worker and a shaman, as well as what we would call a galactic ambassador, which I want to dive into in a few minutes. Did you go into high school or college knowing you wanted to be in a helping profession? What was that process like for you?

Marysol Rezanov: I’m originally from Las Vegas, Nevada, and even today we still have a very broken system here with a lack of services. A lot of people are in need. It’s also a casino industry, which naturally carries a very low vibrational frequency. There’s a lot of alcoholism, substance abuse, human trafficking, and prostitution.

The work is very needed here. From a very young age, experiencing what I was experiencing, I saw a great need to step in and help others. I’ve also always had a very compassionate heart for others, so I wanted to do something that I’m naturally good at while also being able to assist people.

Were you the kind of person your friends always came to when they wanted to share their problems or challenges, or did that develop later in life?

Marysol Rezanov: Yes, that was the case, and that’s still the case. Even when I’m shopping at the store or standing in an elevator, everybody tells me their problems. They start telling me about themselves. It just comes naturally.

At what point did you have language to put around these experiences? For someone who has this knowing early in life, when did you reach the point where you could say, “I’m actually called to be a shaman”? When did you begin to have language for what you were experiencing?

Marysol Rezanov: I didn’t put a name to it when I was a child. I was just going through the experiences, learning from them, and developing my own personality.

I’ve always had a strong interest in the supernatural, ancient civilizations, interdimensional beings, and UFOs—or UAPs now. I’ve been fascinated with those things since I was a child. I also came in with some memories of my past lifetimes, which gave me clues about what I needed to start healing from the beginning.

I don’t feel like I’ve wasted much time in this lifetime. I feel like I’ve been ahead and have been doing everything that I need to do, so I feel like I’m in a really good place to help others. Unlike many of my past lifetimes, I feel like I’m not being persecuted or killed at an early age. I’m able to function and do what I need to do in this lifetime.

We’ve been talking about shamanism, and I always like to make sure people understand the terms we’re using. It can be easy to use insider language and say, “I was astral traveling,” but someone listening to the podcast may be wondering, “What exactly is a shaman? What does that person do?” How would you describe a shaman to someone who isn’t familiar with the term?

Marysol Rezanov: To me, a shaman is someone who can walk between worlds and between realms—someone who can go to any dimension and do what they have to do to heal whoever they’re healing, as well as themselves and their ancestors. It’s not just working with strangers. It’s also working with your ancestors and cleaning up your family lineage.

It’s making sure generational traits and patterns are broken so future generations don’t have to go through them, and dealing with ancestral trauma. It’s being connected to the earth, the elements, the elementals, the sun, the moon, and the stars. It’s being connected to the waters, mountains, trees, plants, and everything that exists here on earth as one.

What I like about being a shaman is that I feel like everything can be used for healing. If I were stuck in a little room and locked up, I feel like I could still do what I need to do. It’s non-limiting. It’s complete freedom.

There are also other techniques within shamanism, such as psychopomp work, retrieving things, soul retrievals, and doing cleansings for people at a level where you go all the way down to the root. You’re cleansing not just from this lifetime, but from many past lifetimes.

I’m able to work with humans, hybrids, and interdimensional beings. I feel like I have an advanced skill set, and I’m very familiar with the technologies that interdimensional beings use. I’m on the MUFON panel as one of their providers and, actually, the only provider who offers EMDR to treat trauma from abductions for abductees or experiencers. I have all kinds of clients who come to Tierra del Sol.

Marysol Rezanov - Awakened Magazine

You’re such a unique individual in terms of how you help people. Beyond shamanism and your work as a galactic ambassador, you’re also a licensed clinical social worker in Las Vegas and have a large practice that doesn’t include the shamanic work, correct? Help us understand that practice and how it interfaces with what you call Tierra del Sol.

Marysol Rezanov: Here in Clark County, you have to be licensed to practice psychic arts. Anything like tarot requires a county license. Because I take insurance in my mental health practice, I have to be very organized and keep everything separate so there’s no confusion between the practices.

It’s also important that people who don’t want shamanic practices feel respected and can simply come in for therapy if that’s all they want. So there are two separate businesses. Nueva Vida Mental Health is the mental health agency.

I feel like it’s important to have both because the medical and holistic worlds are beginning to interweave. People should have the freedom to choose what kind of method they want to use to heal themselves. I’m allowing people to choose the method they feel most comfortable with and that they see as the best fit for them.

So you have eight therapists who work for you as part of your therapy practice, and then you have Tierra del Sol, which is your own shamanic and galactic practice. How would you describe it?

Marysol Rezanov: I call it a galactic shamanic practice because I do both. I can do earth shamanism, or I can also do galactic shamanism.

And when someone comes to you, are they coming through Nueva Vida?

Marysol Rezanov: Nueva Vida is more of a medical practice, so I don’t really advertise for that. Usually, we get referrals from medical doctors, psychiatrists, and hospitals. Here in the community, it’s a very reputable company, and we’re known for taking a lot of people that other practices don’t want to take because of the difficulty level. We’re known for not abandoning or rejecting anybody. We give everybody a chance.

I feel like we’re in a good place here in the community in that regard. As far as Tierra del Sol, spiritual clients often want to do a combination of both. They might come in for individual therapy sessions and work on trauma from their past or something that’s happening now, and then separately they also go through Tierra del Sol for cleansings, upgrades, or anything else they may need. It’s really on an individual basis.

Will you do both as part of one session, or do you keep them completely separate? How do you navigate that when somebody wants both aspects?

Marysol Rezanov: I’m very compartmentalized and organized. Insurance does not pay for spiritual services, so I don’t intertwine the two. If a client wants a spiritual service, they schedule that separately, and then we take the whole hour just to do that.

And you’ll do both in the same office?

Marysol Rezanov: Yes. We’re spiritually aligned here. All the other therapists who work here are spiritually aligned as well, so we all practice like this.

Marysol Rezanov - Awakened Magazine

When someone comes to you specifically through Tierra del Sol, what are the primary challenges they’re facing? What kinds of issues are they bringing to you?

Marysol Rezanov: A lot of times people come in because they feel stuck, or they have a lot of trauma that keeps repeating itself. You can sometimes see the same problems with their mother, their grandmother, their great-grandmother. It’s the same pattern that keeps recurring.

Some clients come in and say, “Marysol, I feel really sick. I think I’m being attacked.” So I tune into that. It could pretty much be anything.

The one thing I don’t do is any work that’s against somebody’s free will. I’ve had people come in wanting me to do things because they’re possessive over someone or feel like they have to have that person. I don’t do that kind of work. My work is more on the light.

That’s also where the galactic ambassador aspect comes in. I do a lot of work out in nature with stargates, portals, vortexes, the sky, and the earth—working with vibration and trying to prepare the earth for the new world. These are also some of the things I talk about in my presentations. I try to introduce people to what’s going on and what to expect in the new world.

So what is to be expected? A lot of people are in Las Vegas just trying to make a living or maybe have some fun, and meanwhile you’re helping prepare the new earth for them without them even knowing it’s happening. What’s going on?

Marysol Rezanov: They don’t necessarily need to know what’s happening. There are other lightworkers here, and there are actually lightworkers working in the casinos who are able to bring light codes into those spaces.

Even though there’s a lot of negative or lower vibrational frequency here, there are still lightworkers. And this place isn’t for all lightworkers. A lot of people can’t handle the frequency here. They come and say, “I’ve got to get out of here. I can’t handle this,” or they don’t want to go outside. You have to know how to manipulate your frequency here, or you’re not going to survive here. It is a skill set.

Coming back to the new earth that is emerging, what do you sense is happening right now on our planet?

Marysol Rezanov: I see that the light codes have changed and the frequency has gone up, and it’s going to continue to go up. That has been causing some chaos in the central earth with some of the inhabitants and interdimensional races down there.

Because of this, I’ve seen a lot of lightworkers and starseeds being attacked or targeted. That is also part of the shamanic work that I do. I’ve had a lot of starseeds come to me saying they’re being attacked by secret military or by certain interdimensional beings.

What I’ve seen is that somehow you’re connected to these interdimensional beings, whether it’s from a past lifetime, whether you’re part of their family, or whether you’re part of them. This isn’t the first round or the first lifetime this has been happening. That’s what I’ve seen with clients who are going through this.

So this is part of the shamanic work I do at Tierra del Sol—trying to get to the bottom of it across timelines, multidimensionally, and get to the root of the problem where it originates.

In an average session, what does the experience look like? I know it depends on the issue, but are you talking with them? Are they lying down? Are you taking them on a shamanic journey with drumming and rattles? What would a typical session involve?

Marysol Rezanov: It depends on what kind of session it is. If they’re coming in for a cleansing, they lie down on a healing bed, and I do a complete cleansing, which I call an illumination on my menu.

What’s different about this cleansing is that I clean down to the root, to the actual DNA level. Rather than just sending energy or vibrational frequency to something, I’m actually going in, cleansing it, and pulling everything out.

I do a lot of the work internally with my gifts. Sometimes I’ll be sitting down, tuning in, and scanning the body. I’m seeing what’s there—whether there are any implants, chips, cords, or any kind of technology being used. I’m looking at exactly what I’m dealing with and what this person is connected to.

So I could be sitting down doing the work in an in-between space, between realms, or I could also be physically working over the client. But I’m always making sure the client feels comfortable. I’ll ask them, “Who would you like to work with?” I give them the choice and the freedom of will, and I make sure there is trust and rapport.

If they’re uncomfortable with anything, I don’t move forward until they feel comfortable. I’m very much about maintaining that trust with my clients.

Marysol Rezanov - Awakened Magazine

How many people who come to you for shamanic services are already familiar with shamanic work, and how many are simply curious and open to it?

Marysol Rezanov: I’m a little selective about who I take because if someone is just coming to experiment, I don’t think that’s a good reason to do this kind of work. Most people who come for shamanic work are coming because this is the modality they really want.

For example, if I need work myself, I prefer this kind of modality. I would look for someone who does what I do. Sometimes healers need healers, but you have to be careful about who you go to. You want to make sure they’re reputable and trustworthy, that they’re taking care of themselves, and that they’re not going to exploit or harm you in any way.

When I work, I’m always looking at the highest and best interest of my client, their family, their generations, and their ancestors—everything as a whole. I take all of that into consideration when I make decisions.

You mentioned the importance of healers taking care of themselves. How do you take care of yourself in the midst of everything you’re describing about Las Vegas, running a large therapy practice, and also Tierra del Sol? What does self-care look like for you?

Marysol Rezanov: The whole thing with Vegas is very much “as above, so below.” Las Vegas is very similar to the intergalactic work I do with lower-vibrational interdimensional beings who are also here. For some reason, they like Vegas a lot. If you’re here late at night, you can even see them gambling at the tables.

There are also a lot of sightings here. If you’re out in the mountains, you can spot UAPs. It’s a hot spot.

I live my role every day, from when I wake up as the sun is coming up until the sun goes down. I’m out in nature every single day of my life. I meditate. I astral travel. Sometimes I’m physically here, but I’m also not here.

There are technological systems that let you be in more than one place at once. I’m aware of that technology, and I apply it to my advantage. I also take advantage of a lot of things that people aren’t aware of.

If you’re ever at one of the conferences where I’m speaking, I recommend coming to my presentation because I talk about a lot of things that other people don’t talk about. I’m not someone who argues something just for attention or likes. I’m going to speak what I understand to be the truth.

I’m very much about truth, balance, and justice. I want people to feel a sense of justice, to feel good and healthy, and to accomplish both their short-term and long-term goals. If they’re starseeds, I want them to get what they need and actually use what they have or what they receive. I take a very strengths-based approach and support people’s goals.

You mentioned being in two places at once. How does that play out for you, and how is it beneficial in your own life?

Marysol Rezanov: You can be at work, David, and divide your soul or your body so that you’re in different places at once, while your physical body is still doing interviews or whatever you’re doing throughout the day.

And for you personally, what are you doing in those other places? Is it something practical, or are you more often in nature or working on other planes while you’re helping clients?

Marysol Rezanov: I enjoy being in nature more in the physical. I feel like I’m in other planes, in other bodies, more often.

Sometimes I’m completely not here, and sometimes I’m only partially here. It depends on the situation and what’s going on with the frequency.

Your mom is still with us. How do your family members navigate this aspect of how you live your life and experience the world? How do they take all of this in?

Marysol Rezanov: Some of my family members are very, very Christian, and at times I’ve been accused of being a witch or a sorcerer.

I’ve done so much work on myself through all my lifetimes that I’m at a point where I don’t really need to care what other people think about me. I just need to do what I need to do and teach others what needs to be taught during this transition that’s happening right now.

There are a lot of things that need to be done with this transition, so I’m staying focused on what needs to be done.

Marysol Rezanov - Awakened Magazine

Every time we’ve talked, you seem so calm and grounded. What gets you fired up? What actually rattles you?

Marysol Rezanov: It’s really difficult for me to get rattled. I’m very familiar with the higher-dimensional understanding that we come here to experience what it feels like to be angry or sad.

Sometimes I may experience anger simply to experience anger and see what that feels like. In the higher realms, that’s more of an option. That’s part of why a lot of people choose to incarnate here.

For me, it’s about being in a state of stillness or Isness and choosing, “How am I going to react to this?” So I’m usually in a place of calmness. Even with difficult jobs that I get, I’m a little desensitized because I’ve been doing this since I was a child.

A lot of people ask me, “Aren’t you scared?” I’m not scared. So I don’t really get rattled like that.

That’s good, because you’re in the process of helping people. Anything can come your way, and you’re able to say, “Okay, it is what it is.”

Marysol Rezanov: Yes. I have to be able to help them because it’s not about me, my fear, or whether I have doubts. I can’t be thinking, “I’m not going to be able to help this person. I can’t remove this from them. I can’t take this out.” I don’t believe in that.

I don’t believe there are limits. That’s also not the way of the higher realms. I feel like everything is limitless. I don’t believe in the rules that apply here, and I feel like the scientific method only works up to a certain point. If people get stuck in the scientific method, we won’t advance. We also have to remain competitive with other interdimensional beings.

Why is that?

Marysol Rezanov: Because of the technology. A lot of people are still not awakened. A lot of humans and hybrids are still not awakened yet, so it puts us at a disadvantage.

Because they’re unawakened, we still have resistance, and everyone who has had control for so long can hide behind that. We still have a lot of barriers and limitations to overcome here on Earth.

When you say we need to be competitive, do you mean to keep up with other interdimensional races or beings? Is it about protecting ourselves from them? Help me understand why we would need that.

Marysol Rezanov: There’s good and bad in every single race, even the human race. There are good and bad humans, good and bad reptilians, good and bad Draconians, and good and bad insectoids. I’ve had both good and bad experiences with them.

I was fascinated when you talked about the need to be competitive in terms of technology. I haven’t heard someone talk about it that way before. What do you mean by that?

Marysol Rezanov: I talk about this in my presentations. When it comes to weapons, I’m talking about explosions that have been used intergalactically in other galaxies. A lot of starseeds have memories and trauma from that.

There’s also advanced technology with UAPs, including cloaking and invisibility. There are advanced weapons as well. We have guns, but their weapons can disintegrate someone right away. It’s nothing compared to what we have.

That’s what I mean by us needing to be competitive. If we were to be taken over—and I’m not trying to place fear on anybody—we don’t have the technology that other dimensions have. That’s why I’m saying we need to upgrade everything here and step up so we can also be competitive with the races here on Earth.

Marysol Rezanov - Awakened Magazine

How can someone reach out to you for support, particularly if they’re looking for your shamanic or galactic work? What’s the best way to connect with you?

Marysol Rezanov: They can call my office at Tierra del Sol and schedule an appointment. Even if you’re out of state, I can still see you online. With your permission, I can tune into your energy, and we can do the work that way.

If I’m working in an in-between space anyway, we can still get the work done. If we need to work on another timeline or wherever something you’re carrying originated, we can get to the bottom of it.

Your website is TierraDelSol.us, correct?

Marysol Rezanov: Yes, TierraDelSol.us, and the phone number is (702) 220-8486.

You’re also featured in the Awakened Wisdom Oracle Deck that we’re giving away at the Awakened Lifestyle Expo. Your card shares the wisdom, “The light in the darkness is through the heart.” The reflection question asks, “What do I need or want? Are there pending blockages or limitations to release?” And the affirmation is, “I am in control of myself and my decisions. I am the creator of my own destiny.” What does “The light in the darkness is through the heart” mean to you?

Marysol Rezanov: It depends on the state of your heart. What is your heart carrying? Are you carrying darkness or trauma? What has your heart been through? That’s what needs to be healed.

As you heal, cleanse, improve your vibration, and lift yourself up, that’s where the light begins through your darkness. There are a lot of lightworkers who don’t want to work on their problems or their trauma, and that’s not good. You still have to do your own work. You have to work on your own darkness to find the light within it.

Everything is done through the heart and through unconditional love. You cannot have unconditional love if you’re not able to be in that state. Unconditional love means feeling love for everyone and everything, despite who they are or what they’ve done. You’re able to do the right thing for them and work toward forgiveness. That’s what makes the heart light and helps you reach a higher vibrational frequency.

We’ve been asking a fun question to end our podcast recently: What purchase under $100 has made a difference in your life? Does anything come to mind?

Marysol Rezanov: I recently bought a wand at one of the conferences earlier this year. I go through so many tools because my crystals crack or my little cord cutters break, but I have a new wand that was exactly $100, and I love it.

It literally looks like a pen, so it’s like a wand in disguise. It’s made out of metal, and it’s a secret wand that’s very powerful but also very light to carry. You can just walk around the office with it.

So if you need to switch from therapist to shaman, you can just pull out the wand?

Marysol Rezanov: Exactly. I love this wand because it’s like a multitasker. You can use it interdimensionally. You can open things up, close things up, go through things, skip over there and come back out. I’m having so much fun with it. I love it.

Do you happen to know the manufacturer or the person who made it?

Marysol Rezanov: I don’t. I bought it from a friend.

That’s a fun answer—a new wand. Marysol, thank you so much for being with us. Thank you for what you’re doing in the world and for how you’re helping people in so many different ways. It’s been great to be with you.

Marysol Rezanov: Thank you, David. Thank you for having me. And thank you, everybody. Much light and love to all of you.
