Have you ever been told that God is Love?

As a child, I remember sitting in the passenger seat of my mom’s car, reading a bumper sticker she had placed on the glove box. It read: “God Is Love.”

I never questioned it. I didn’t even try to understand it. I simply believed that this love must be something vast and profound—something I would one day get to experience, something I would eventually return to.

Years later, during a ten-day silent Vipassana retreat—meditating for 10.5 hours a day in complete silence—I dissolved entirely. I returned to Source.

And to my surprise, I did not experience love.

Instead, I experienced nothing.

No mind.
No body.
No thing.
Not even love.

There was only stillness. Spaciousness. Peace—timeless and eternal.

As my thinking mind gradually returned and I re-entered my body, a question arose within me:

Where is the love?

The answer that came through was profound:

“Oneness is whole and still. It does not move. All experience—including love—is movement. Experience is created from Source, but it cannot be experienced in Source. Source is One. In Oneness, there is no subject and object—no ‘Two.’ Without Two, there is no experience to be experienced. So Oneness created life. And life—this human experience you are having—is where you get to be love.”

Love, I was shown, is the purest vibration—the highest frequency humans can experience. When you experience love, it means layers of fear, conditioning, and separation have dissolved. What once blocked love is no longer there.

Love is pure essence. Pure energy. It is always present in the field.

Because you are a separate soul having a human experience, you get to experience love. And when you return to Source, you return to stillness—having made the most of this extraordinary human journey.

Right now, love exists. It is available to be felt.

It is the frequency that makes you feel alive and light. It expands from the heart and heals whatever it touches. It is kind, compassionate, and caring. It holds all the beautiful qualities within it.

And it is your true nature.

Love is the first frequency created when you became a separate spark of light—a soul. It is the nature of your soul.

Just as the sun is always shining during the day, love is always present in your heart. Sometimes thoughts, emotional patterns, and old conditioning move in front of it—like clouds covering the sun. But the sun never stops shining.

The moment you notice the cloud, it begins to dissolve. In the same way, when you become aware of an old pattern, it loosens—and love returns naturally.

You are a soul. And that means you are love.
