Psychic Medium, Spiritual Healer, Awakened Executive Contributor

Born and raised in Los Angeles, California, Mrs. Dru was never a typical child. From a very young age, she knew—deep in her bones—that she was different. Empathic, sensitive, and highly intuitive, she could sense things others couldn’t. She would feel people’s energy before they spoke, and often knew things without being told. But growing up in an unhealthy, emotionally chaotic environment didn’t nurture this gift. Instead, it made it confusing, frightening, and isolating.

As a child raised in a traditional Christian household, spirituality was present, but narrow. There was God, the church, and the Bible. And yet, Mrs. Dru’s inner world was far more expansive. She saw and felt spirits. She had dreams that would later come true. She would cry without knowing why and carry emotions that weren’t hers. But in that environment, such experiences weren’t talked about. She didn’t feel safe enough to share what she saw with her mother, and she often internalized it, wondering if something was wrong with her.

Still, her soul was awakening.

At around 12 years old, something shifted. She began to gravitate toward books about ghosts, spirits, and psychic abilities. Witch movies intrigued her—not for the fantasy, but for the deeper truth they seemed to hint at. By the time she reached 11th grade, one book would completely alter the course of her life: Restless Spirits by Edna St. Vincent Millay. It wasn’t just a book—it was a mirror.

Reading Restless Spirits helped young Dru feel seen. It told her, in quiet but certain ways, that she wasn’t crazy. She wasn’t broken. She was gifted. Different, yes—but divinely so. In a time when being an empath with unhealed trauma felt like a curse, this book became her saving grace. It planted the seed that her path was valid, sacred, and worthy of exploration.

Adulthood brought new levels of spiritual sensitivity—and new levels of emotional pain. Panic attacks became common. The pressure to fit in with societal expectations clashed with her intuitive nature. She tried to live a “normal” life, but her spirit was calling.

Mrs. Dru often saw spirits around her, sometimes in dreams, other times in broad daylight. The spiritual realm was never silent for her, but at the time, she lacked the language or tools to process it. Desperate for answers, she returned to what she knew: God.

But the God she began to rediscover was no longer confined to a church pew or religious doctrine. In college, she took a world religion class that cracked her spiritual mind wide open. Here, she learned about deities from around the globe, from Hinduism to spirituality. She began to feel that maybe God wasn’t just a “He” in the sky—maybe God was in everything. The trees. The animals. The laughter. The heartbreak. The joy. The breath.

Maybe God was within her all along.

And with that realization, everything began to shift.

Eventually, Mrs. Dru surrendered to her calling. She could no longer run from her gifts. No longer hide her truth to make others comfortable. She embraced the path of the medium, the healer, the guide.

Her first sacred space was a spiritual office she opened in Lake Elsinore, California, directly across from the well-known “Lady of the Lake Spiritual Shop.” It wasn’t just a business—it was a portal for transformation. In that small shop, Mrs. Dru offered healing, clarity, and connection to hundreds of clients.

She quickly realized that her deepest healing came from helping others heal. That every session was sacred. Every cry was a cleansing. Every reading was not just for the client—it was medicine for her, too.

Unlike many spiritual practitioners who use tarot or divination tools, Mrs. Dru channels her messages through automatic writing. This ancient practice allows her to receive direct communication from Spirit—uncensored, raw, and deeply personal. When she enters the session, she simply puts pen to paper and lets the Universe speak through her. Her process is pure. She doesn’t need props. Just trust. Connection. Faith.
Clients often say that her words hit “deep in the soul.” That they’ve never felt so seen, validated, and understood. Her readings aren’t about prediction—they’re about healing. Her mediumship readings often bring through loved ones from the other side, offering closure, forgiveness, and profound comfort.

It’s not just spiritual work. It’s soul work.

Today, Mrs. Dru has been in spiritual service for over 14 years and counting. Her journey from an unseen child to a respected spiritual guide is a living testimony of resilience, transformation, and divine alignment.
She describes herself not just as a healer, but as a bridge between the seen and unseen, the hurting and the healing, the human and the divine. Her business is more than a brand. It’s a movement. A ministry. A mission.

In every session, she holds space for others to remember who they are. To feel safe in their intuition. To speak to ancestors. To forgive. To weep. To laugh. To come back home to themselves.

Mrs. Dru is the founder of Temple of Divine Deities, a spiritual healing practice dedicated to helping people awaken to their higher self, reconnect with Spirit, and release generational trauma.

Temple of Divine Deities offers:

Mrs. Dru believes in spiritual freedom. That we are not here to fit into one system of belief, but to expand into who we truly are. Her spiritual path is inclusive and rooted in love, drawing from Christianity, spirituality, ancestral reverence, and universal energy principles.

She teaches that healing is layered and ongoing, but always possible. That being different is not a curse—it’s a calling. And that every soul she meets is on their sacred journey, just waiting to remember.

Her message is simple:
You are not broken. You are becoming.

Her ultimate legacy is to leave behind not just testimonials, but transformations. Lives that were touched. Hearts that were opened. Souls that were set free.

“This is not a trend. This is not a job.
This is my soul’s work.
My childhood didn’t break me—it prepared me.
My pain was the portal to my purpose.
And I’m here to help others find theirs too.
Namaste”.
