New Earth Leadership: Redefining Global Leadership for a Changing World – An Interview with Livia Devi

What does it take to become a New Earth leader? For Livia Devi, it started with losing everything she thought she was.

She had spent fifteen years as a corporate executive between Palo Alto and Ireland. One morning in 2016, twenty-five people were waiting on a team call she was meant to lead when she opened her laptop, fainted on the couch, and woke an hour later to millions of voices in her head. She spent the next six months with a Taoist psychiatrist who recognized she was awakening rather than losing her mind. After a full year of training with the 12D Sirian Council of Light, she became a trance channel for the 7D Arcturian Council.

Today, Livia Devi is a New Earth leader and the curator of the new anthology New Earth Leadership: Redefining Global Leadership for a Changing World. In this conversation, recorded at Galactic Channeling Live, Livia shares her awakening story, the training that prepared her to channel, and a live channeling session in which the Arcturian Council speaks through her, delivering a message of sovereignty, surrender, and divine love.

Can you briefly share your awakening story and how channeling came into your life?

Livia Devi: Everything started for me in 2016. At the time, I had been working in the corporate world for 15 years. I was between Palo Alto and Ireland, and I had just come back to Ireland. One morning, I woke up to find that there were 25 people waiting for me on the phone—my team I managed. We had a big construction project in Armenia. I used to manage construction sites and projects, so it was very different work from what I do now.

I opened my laptop, and I fainted on the couch. About an hour later, when I woke up, I started hearing what felt like millions of voices in my head. At first, there wasn’t a clear message—it was just noise. But from that moment, my journey began.

For about six months, I went through this process of hearing voices. I was supported by someone I can only describe as an earth angel. I can’t really explain the alignment of this person showing up in my life—they guided me through the experience. They helped me understand that I didn’t have a mental problem, that I wasn’t bipolar, but that I was actually awakening.

They introduced me to a completely different reality, and I began to understand what I was tapping into. It was fascinating. After about six months, I started to consciously connect with higher-dimensional guidance—the 12D Sirian Council of Light, the 7D Arcturian Council of Light. I was also hearing my higher self, alongside my ego mind, trying to make sense of everything that was happening.

Did you have any background in spirituality before this happened?

Livia Devi: Nothing at all. I didn’t even know what yoga was, what awakening was—nothing. Ten years ago, in 2016, I was fully plugged into the third dimension. I was a very successful executive, operating from a completely different value system. I was very mental, very competitive, very driven—and successful. I had no connection to the world that I’m now fully in.

When you speak about the Sirian Council of Light or the Arcturian Council of Light, how did you come to know who they were? Were they telling you, or did someone guide you?

Livia Devi: I didn’t have any friends or teachers who could explain what was happening to me. The person who helped me through the first six months of my awakening was actually a psychiatrist in Ireland. I reached out because I didn’t understand what was happening—I was very grounded and logical, and I thought maybe I was losing my mind.

He turned out to be an incredibly awakened human being. He had studied in Nepal, India, and Tibet, and was deeply rooted in Taoist teachings. He had come back to Ireland to help reform psychiatric care and educate doctors that what many people experience is not illness, but awakening.

When I met him, he looked at me and said, “There is nothing wrong with you. Do you know what awakening is?” And I said, “No. I have no idea what you’re talking about. I’m awake—I’m speaking to you right now.”

He invited me to come back every weekend so we could talk. At that time, I couldn’t sleep because of the voices, so he gave me something to help me rest. Over those six months, he helped me stabilize my mind and understand what I was going through.

I didn’t tell my family during that time. It was too confusing—even for me. I only shared it later, once I had already become a trance channel.

What happened after those first six months?

Livia Devi: After those six months, I took a break from work. I told my manager what was happening, and even though he didn’t understand it, he told me to take the time I needed and come back.

But during that time, everything was changing. When the Sirian Council of Light began to come through more clearly, I realized I couldn’t go back to my old life. I had already been trained by non-physical beings from Sirius B for about a year.

From the moment I first heard those millions of voices, it was like a reset happened in my brain. Everything in my subconscious started clearing—identities, conditioning, trauma. It was like my entire system was being wiped clean.

I remember one moment very clearly. I was walking toward my office building, and I could suddenly feel the electrical fields—the wiring, the servers, the energy of everything. I couldn’t physically walk inside. I had to call my manager and ask him to come outside. I told him, “I can’t come in. I can feel the field.” It was such a profound shift.

How did that experience change your path moving forward?

Livia Devi: I left the corporate world and went fully into spirituality. At first, it was like going to the other extreme. But over time, I found a balance.

Now, I bridge both worlds. I work with entrepreneurs, corporate leaders, and the spiritual community. I understand what it’s like to move from a structured, corporate environment into awakening and ascension—it’s a massive transition.

When you begin embodying higher levels of consciousness, at first you might look back at your old life with some judgment. But eventually, that shifts. You start to see people at different stages of their journey, and instead of judging, you support them.

That’s what brings us into unity—understanding where each person is and helping them move forward in their own way.

When you say the 12D Sirian Council of Light was training you, what did that actually look and feel like?

Livia Devi: When they first connected with me, their voices were very clear—almost at the forefront of my awareness. It became a relationship that I developed with them over time. And for a logical, practical person, it’s a very strange experience to suddenly hear voices guiding you and telling you what to do.

One of the first things they taught me was how to trust them. We built a relationship, just like you would with a human being. I tested them many times—I wanted to understand their intention, whether they were coming from the light, whether their messages were aligned and clear.

The training itself was very intense. Every morning, from the moment I woke up until the evening, they would take me into what I can only describe as the quantum field. They taught me about quantum realities, multidimensional mechanics, interdimensional travel—everything beyond what we perceive as physical reality.

I never took plant medicine during my awakening, but honestly, it felt like I was constantly in an altered state. I would be in and out of different states of consciousness throughout the day. Sometimes they would bring me back just to eat or rest, but otherwise, I was moving between realities for about a year.

After that year, they told me, “We’ve downloaded so much information into your consciousness—what would take another human being 40 years, you’ve received in one year. You’re ready.”

That’s when I became a trance channel for the 7D Arcturian Council of Light.

What does that kind of “training” actually involve on a deeper level?

Livia Devi: It’s not just about accessing information. That’s a common misunderstanding. There’s a difference between accessing knowledge and actually embodying it.

For me, it was full embodiment. They cleared everything that was ready to be released from my subconscious—identities, conditioning, trauma—and at the same time, they were downloading new information at a cellular level.

I had to go through interdimensional experiences to embody what they were teaching me. And what’s interesting is that when you shift realities on a quantum level, you don’t just jump from one point to another. You go through a full set of experiences—but your mind doesn’t necessarily remember them.

Time works very differently in the quantum field. What could feel like years of experience there might happen in a second here. That’s how these shifts happen so quickly.

This is also how I work with people now. When someone transforms rapidly, it’s because they’re not just learning something intellectually—they’re going through a deeper shift in consciousness and embodiment.

When you became a trance channel for the 7D Arcturian Council of Light, what did that process look like? Who are they?

Livia Devi: The Arcturian Council of Light is an interdimensional consciousness. They are involved in observing and supporting the evolution of human consciousness on Earth and in other civilizations.

It’s not just one being—it’s a collective. A soul group. Multiple souls expressing as one unified consciousness. I’m connected to that group, which is why they can work through me.

They exist in the seventh dimension, which is non-physical. But it’s important to understand that these dimensions are not “somewhere else.” They’re not far away or in another location. All dimensions exist within the same space—we’re just perceiving different layers of reality.

So when you channel them, what actually happens?

Livia Devi: They work directly through my physical body. My voice changes—it becomes deeper, more masculine. They use my hands to transmit what I call sacred geometry frequencies, light language, and energetic codes.

They work with color, sound, plasma light technologies—different forms of energy that are not part of our usual physical understanding. These are seventh-dimensional technologies.

What they’re doing is helping people shift. Every person is at a different level of consciousness, so the transmission is always unique. It meets each individual exactly where they are and supports them in moving to their next level—whatever that looks like for them.

You mentioned that during channeling, part of the communication comes through in English and part in light language. Is the main purpose of these transmissions to elevate consciousness, or is there another core message that comes through most often?

Livia Devi: Our mission is very focused and precise. We are here to activate New Earth leaders and light leaders into their divine soul mission on planet Earth.

That’s why our work is not mainstream, and honestly, it’s not for everyone. Not everyone is ready to receive that level of transformation or embodiment. We work primarily with people who are here to make a significant impact—leaders, visionaries, entrepreneurs, people building communities and creating structures that support a fifth-dimensional way of living.

These are people who already influence others in some way. They may lead teams, movements, businesses, or communities. They’re already building what I call New Earth structures on the planet.

You referenced your upcoming book, New Earth Leadership. What’s the vision behind it, and what can readers expect?

Livia Devi: New Earth Leadership is an anthology that brings together eight leaders into one unified frequency and consciousness. The book itself was a download I received from the 7D Arcturian Council of Light in 2024 while I was organizing an event in Boca Raton, Florida.

At the moment, there really isn’t another book on the planet focused specifically on New Earth leadership in this way, so this project feels like the anchoring of an entirely new frequency.

The purpose of the book is to support people in stepping into their sovereign power and leadership. These structures and systems already exist within the quantum field, but now they’re being brought into physical reality in a more grounded and practical way.

It’s not necessarily meant for everyone. It’s really about bringing together a collective of leaders who are here to create something new.

When something new is introduced into the collective consciousness, it creates an imprint. Just like trends emerge in culture or marketing, energetic and consciousness-based movements emerge as well. When a frequency is anchored for the first time, it opens a pathway for others to step into that same level of leadership and sovereignty.

There’s also a larger purpose behind the book—to support leadership within existing systems. Presidents, royal houses, global leaders, and people already in positions of influence who may not yet understand fifth-dimensional values and consciousness.

I’m honored to be contributing a chapter to the book. Where will people be able to find it?

Livia Devi: The book will be available across the United States through Barnes & Noble, Walmart, Target, Amazon, and other online platforms. It’s also going to be translated into multiple languages.

And we’ll begin international launches in countries such as Canada, New Zealand, Australia, Ireland, and Romania as we continue bringing the book to a global audience.
