What if the power you’ve been searching for was never lost…only forgotten?
Most of us have felt it at some point…a childhood dream that felt too real to ignore, a knowing that didn’t come from anywhere we could name, a quiet sense that we are more than the life we’ve been handed.
In this conversation, Lori Reising, a metaphysical mentor, psychic channel, astrologer, and founder of Raw and Wild Hearts, opens up about growing up adopted in rural Iowa, feeling like an outsider in her own skin, and carrying a spiritual awareness that the world around her couldn’t quite hold.
At the heart of it all is a deeply human story of abandonment, resilience, and a woman who followed her inner knowing all the way back to wholeness. Whether the idea of channeling and ascension is familiar territory or brand new ground, this conversation will meet you exactly where you are and gently remind you that you may already know far more than you think.

You live in Iowa, which I love. I love talking to people who live in places different from where I live. I’m here in Southern California, and yet, because we live in such a global culture—and as a spiritual leader, you have a pulse on what’s unfolding—what do you feel is happening on the planet right now?
Lori Reising: First of all, I want to touch on that Iowa piece, because I think it’s so important that we remember that when we have acupuncture points globally, that’s how we light the field up. It’s really important that we’re connected in this global network to accelerate what we’re doing individually, because what we’re doing internally becomes the external.
With the holographic universe—as within, so without; as above, so below—what I’m really seeing right now feels incredibly exciting. We all made it through 2025, and a lot of people are talking about ascension, collective evolution, or an acceleration of consciousness.
But what I’m always doing is looking at the root. And the root of that is collective remembrance. Remembrance is actually the automatic ascension.
We don’t have to learn ascension. We don’t have to learn consciousness acceleration. We clear, we remember—and the ascension already is, because that’s how we came in.
Beautiful. So, what do you sense we are remembering the most right now?
Lori Reising: We’re remembering our power—the highest technology that exists—which is this vessel. It’s incredible what can move through us when we are whole.
When I speak of the root, I mean returning to wholeness. And when we’re in our wholeness, we are the portal. We don’t have to look for one, create one, or outsource our power. It all comes from within.
And from that place of sovereignty, when that power comes together, that’s where humanity accelerates at such a rapid rate.
I’d love to go back in time, if you don’t mind—even to your childhood. Did you grow up in a household with faith or spirituality, or did that come later for you?
Lori Reising: I did. I grew up in a very religious, very conservative household in a small town in Iowa.
But the reality is, I was born a starseed. I came in knowing—I didn’t have to remember. And at the time, that felt like a burden, because I couldn’t reference what I knew anywhere outside of me.
I felt very other. Different. Outcast. Even less than. It took a lot to keep me on this planet, because it was so hard to be here knowing what I knew.
My story is pretty incredible. I was adopted—I was wheeled away at birth and never held. Then I was adopted at three weeks old into a beautiful family, who are actually the reason I’m still here.
Even though that environment also created a space where I felt so different, where I couldn’t find my lineage or that sense of sacred connection, I’m also very clear that they are why I stayed.
I was filled with faith and devotion, but I couldn’t understand how it was being spoken about around me. I knew we were divine. I knew we could levitate. I knew we were the miracles.
So when I was in church and hearing about miracles as something outside of us, I was confused.
I became very isolated at a young age and ended up connecting more with nature and animals, because that made sense to me. I spent a lot of time alone, and I knew I had gifts—I’ll say “gifts,” because we all do—but I had that awareness from a very young age.

What did that look like for you? What was the evidence that you knew something was different?
Lori Reising: I knew what everyone was thinking—and it didn’t match what they were saying.
So it felt like I was being gaslit every moment of my life. That’s a very intense space to be in, especially as a child.
As I got older and could name my psychic abilities, I would feel this excitement when I’d see those little astrology scrolls at gas stations—you know what I’m talking about. Something would light up in me. It felt like remembrance.
There was this knowing: there’s something powerful here, something magical.
But everything around me told me that was bad—that who I was at my core was wrong. I was deeply connected to the earth, very embodied, and people would label that as “witchy,” but in a negative way.
So I internalized that. I thought I was negative.
I kept trying to fit into boxes to make life easier—for myself and for the people around me. But the more I pushed, the harder it became. And the more I separated from my own soul’s truth.
You mentioned that your family helped keep you on this planet. Was there a point where you didn’t want to be here anymore?
Lori Reising: Yes, absolutely.
They were the initial stewards of keeping me here. And then my biological mother came into my life when I was 19.
When I met her, there was this immediate knowing—I could see myself. She was so witchy, so spiritual, psychically connected, ethereal—everything I was, but had been trying to suppress because I couldn’t find it reflected outside of me.
It was layered. My adoptive family held me here, and then my biological mother brought the confirmation: It’s not just me.
There are more like me on this planet.
That’s when the blood and DNA became the exclamation point. I knew I was on purpose. I was on the path.
I always say—I came in knowing, I came in divine… and then I had a massive human awakening.
What did that look like after 19, as you began embodying these gifts?
Lori Reising: My path really showed up for me.
Every time something told me, “That’s not success” or “That’s not how it’s supposed to go,” my body would override it and take me deeper. So I learned to trust my body, my intuition, my knowing—over the collective narrative.
I studied psychology, but when it was time for grad school, I got a hard no. So I went out West, and I had already started exploring bodywork and massage, which was where I felt most like myself.
That led me to become a massage therapist and eventually work with John Barnes. That’s where the channeling really began to open—through the body.
His work is about cellular catalysis, upgrading cells, and moving through the portal of the body. That gave me a safe entry point into my intuitive and channeling abilities.
But even into my 20s and 30s, I still saw my psychic abilities as a crutch—or even a curse—because of that lifelong gaslighting.
Instead of seeing them as a superpower guiding me, I was still trying to fit into spaces that told me it was dangerous. And that lived experience is what allows me to support others now.

At what point did you fully step into using your gifts in your work?
Lori Reising: I have been in private practice for over 20 years. That was channeling, even though I didn’t always call it that.
But everything shifted when I stopped fracturing myself.
I realized I was being different versions of Lori—one with my family, one in my practice, one in my spiritual life. And when I decided to show up fully as all of who I am everywhere, the channel opened completely.
That’s when things changed.
I started waking up speaking light language. It felt incredible—like the most natural high the body can experience. And I noticed that when my mind took over, it would stop.
That’s when I really understood how the mind interacts with the portal.
You often get contacted in states of least resistance—like sleep. And then you have to look at your beliefs around that.
I’ve never lived in a fear frequency, so I don’t operate from the belief that something negative will come through. That allows me to stay open—like an antenna—receiving messages for the people in my field.
Fear creates constriction. And constriction blocks the channel.
You didn’t seem to carry fear around channeling or dark entities. Why is that?
Lori Reising: Because I was so clear when I came in. I knew the divinity.
I knew what we were capable of. I kept that knowing inside, even when I didn’t express it outwardly.
And my path eventually led me back to that truth… to the point where I actually started levitating in my twenties.
Yes—physically.
Because this body is the highest technology there is, we keep looking outside ourselves—spaceships, technology, all of it—but we continue to outsource our power.
Everything we’re looking for is already here.
And I can tell you right now why you become fractured—do you want to know?
I didn’t know I was fractured. I’m trying not to be fractured.
Lori Reising: When I say you, I’m speaking generally, not specifically about you. But this is where things really start to open, because when you confront this in yourself, everything begins to come together.
Religion got your soul. The educational system got your mind. The medical system has your body. And science got your energy.
So if you’re still outsourcing your power to any of those systems, there’s going to be a fracture in the field. This is where we start getting to the root. The root is: what are your beliefs about these things?
You just shared one of them—how a substance once took you through the portal. Medicine got our body. We start believing that something outside us creates an experience within us.
The path I was led down brought me into spaces where I became the portal—where I could have those experiences without anything outside of me.
My North Star has always been health, wellness, spirituality, and connection with the earth—its cycles, its seasons—knowing that’s who we are. I’ve always been very equipped for the death-and-birth cycles of life. I’ve moved through many of them, and I’ve never feared them.
Because I came in knowing the divinity, there was no fear attached to it. I saw the fear outside of me. I saw it in people’s faces, in the scripture, even in the plaques on the church walls. I would look at them and think, What is this violence? What is this fear? I didn’t understand it.
I naturally came in with an enlightened state, and I didn’t go through the same kind of hypnosis, density, or amnesia that can happen when people enter this physical reality.
As I kept following what the body is capable of, it continued to lead me deeper down that path. When you allow your body to unwind—when you allow yourself to be in the power of your vulnerability, your emotions, your feelings—that’s what clears the field and opens the portal.
That’s what releases the DMT already inside your system. But we learned to believe we need something outside ourselves to access it, and that became a kind of dependency, because we’re so conditioned to learn everything from outside ourselves.

I want to go back to the way you’re talking about channeling, because the way you describe it feels different from other channels I’ve come across. Help me understand channeling from your perspective.
Lori Reising: The first thing I’ll say is that when I really went all in on channeling—when I started showing up everywhere in my life from wholeness, and the field really opened—I got very clear messages that I wasn’t supposed to channel like everyone else.
I wasn’t supposed to channel using English words, because that keeps people reliant on the mind. If someone is speaking a channeled message in language, you’re hearing their mind process the channel first, and then you’re processing it through your mind. It keeps us up there.
I’m always going to the root. The symptom is up here. The root is far below that.
And I used to ask, “Why don’t I get a cool name for the group I channel? Why don’t I get to say all these profound things?” But what I came to understand is that this happens so powerfully through me because I don’t hold the fear frequency.
So when people experience my channel, it can feel jarring. It can feel confronting. But it can also create the fastest awakening they’ve ever experienced, because they’re not just hearing it—they’re feeling it, receiving it, and remembering it through their cells.
It comes through me physically. Vocally, but not through words. Through frequency. Through light.
That’s where people receive the messages specifically coded for them through me. I’m not delivering one linear message for everyone to conceptualize. I’m here for embodiment.
I’m not here to do this to you. I’m in the portal with you. We’re creating it together.
And does that happen more in one-on-one experiences or in groups?
Lori Reising: It’s a group experience. It’s never a personal experience.
And this is what’s so amazing about it: it’s so highly intelligent and so encoded that the channel coming through me will give one person the messages meant for them, and the person next to them the messages meant for them. But if I were just giving everyone my words, then everyone would be receiving the same message.
This way, you’re activating your own technology in the experience. I’m not doing something to you—we’re doing it together.
And because I go so big, because I carry no fear of how people think, feel, judge, or compare, I’ll go bold enough that it can jar someone into awakening in a single moment rather than through a slow, mind-based process.
You begin to feel what’s possible for you that you haven’t yet experienced in your body. Usually, we’re operating under so much control that we don’t even realize how controlled our experience is.
So when people witness me, it may look out of control—even though it isn’t. It can feel confronting. It can bring fear to the surface. But it can also awaken the possibility: Wait, this is possible?
And then the deeper remembrance comes: Of course it is. This is how I came into this body.
You are the greatest healer that has ever walked this earth. We just haven’t even begun to tap into the healing power this body holds. Its power is beyond what the mind can conceptualize.
And yet we keep trying to learn spirituality, learn channeling, learn psychic development.
What I do is help you remember. I help you clear the field and remember through your cells.
And the way you do that in your programs like Channel: Unlearn to Truly Live, what does that actually look like? Are you teaching? Are you channeling?
Lori Reising: The teaching part isn’t really teaching in the traditional sense. What I’m doing is guiding people into clearing the static in the field.
I’m helping you become aware of the subconscious patterns, blocks, old beliefs, and old identities that are suppressing the channel you already are.
Because you came in whole. You came in a channel. You came in psychic. Nothing has changed.
What’s happened is that density has built up, suppressing it.
If we look at the cells, each cell is like an entire universe in itself. You have millions and millions of them. And within them is emotional cellular memory.
Every experience you’ve had can leave a kind of snapshot in the cells. And depending on how you moved through that experience, it can either suppress your unfolding—creating beliefs, stories, and suffering—or it can become part of your divine design, part of the soul medicine you’re here to share.
So, in this program, what I’m really doing is helping people return to their uniquely coded channel.
It can’t look like anyone else’s. It can’t be mimicked. You can’t learn it from a book. You have to live it through your own experiences.
We move through a nine-chakra system, but we’re not learning the concept of chakras. You don’t need to learn the chakras. The chakras are you. They are your soul and essence in this body.
So the process is not about learning them—it’s about living them. You’re already living them, but now you become aware of how you’re living them, where they may be blocked, and you begin clearing those blocks.
From there, you start living your channeled life. You start channeling from there.

From your perspective, what is channeling?
Lori Reising: At the most basic level, channeling is stopping the denial of your innate guidance system.
We’ve become so accustomed to bypassing and denying our innate guidance that it now feels normal. We’ve created strong neural pathways around ignoring what’s true for us, and that starts to feel safer to the nervous system than actually receiving inner guidance and courageously acting on it.
But real guidance is rarely going to look the way the mind thinks it should. It’s going to take you down new paths, new spirals, new directions. It won’t be linear, because life isn’t linear—and we’ve been conditioned by systems that want it to be.
So, at the root, channeling is receiving your innate guidance and believing it. Period.
That sounds like channeling for my own life and guidance. But is there also a form of channeling that serves others?
Lori Reising: Yes, absolutely. There’s a spectrum to everything in life. There’s no final destination, no pass or fail, no right or wrong. And once you begin living from that reality, channeling becomes a way of life.
That’s why I started with the baseline. First, you begin trusting your own innate guidance. Then the field opens more and more. You become more present. And the more present you are, the more open your field becomes.
When you begin living in abundance instead of scarcity, you start connecting with non-physical intelligence. You start connecting with angels, ancestors, ascended masters, star groups, and star families.
Usually, the first level is your highest self. Then the field opens further.
If you imagine your field expanding here and then rising upward into superconsciousness, you begin opening there, too. And once you’re living in that frequency—without the brakes of fear, without asking, Am I doing it right? Is something bad going to come in? Then intelligent life gets the signal and begins to connect with you.
Now it can come through the portal you’ve created.
This is where I think we sometimes get ahead of ourselves by focusing too much on learning. Learning adds on. My work isn’t about adding on. It’s about removing the density and suppression so you remember.
And when you remember, you stop looking outside yourself for how it should look, just because that’s how it happened for someone else. You trust what is meant for you, and then the guidance starts coming through in your own voice, through your own uniquely coded experience.
And yes, that can absolutely become something that benefits others.
However, people channel, I respect it. I think it’s important that there are channels out there speaking in words, because that opens people through the mind and helps them get curious.
Some of the greats have offered so much in that way.
I just think it’s important that we begin looking at the wholeness of who we are and not only start with the mind. When we can experience different kinds of channeling, we stop boxing ourselves into one way.
One follow-up—and maybe our last question on this. Dark forces, dark entities, demonic spirits… there’s a lot of concern around that. I grew up in a system where almost everything outside the box was seen that way. So help me understand… why are you not concerned? Is there ever any concern?
Lori Reising: Because I don’t hold that belief.
Your beliefs are more powerful than anything else.

So are there no dark entities? Is there nothing that could potentially bring harm or negativity in the spirit world?
Lori Reising: We overcomplicate everything, so I’m going to simplify it.
Your beliefs create. You are made of creation energy. So if you believe something is true, yes, it will be true for you. If you don’t believe it’s true, it won’t be true. That’s how powerful you are.
Again, we’re so used to outsourcing our power—listening to something outside of us, then gauging where we are based on what we’re taking in from outside of us.
But when you become solid in your own belief, your own presence, your own integrity—when you really know who you are and how you came here to be—you become unshakable.
When your field is clear, when you’re not dimming your light, numbing yourself out, or checking out of life—when you are present, engaged, and deeply connected to yourself—that belief comes from a different place. It becomes steady. It becomes embodied.
And that’s how we continue shifting humanity in light-seconds.
The work you do within becomes the field without. It becomes the reality outside of you.
What’s interesting is that we often try to figure everything out at such a complicated level that we just end up going in circles. That’s why my work is really about exiting the healing loop.
We get addicted to temporary relief. We do something based on the symptom, we feel a little better, and because we get enough relief, we don’t actually shift the root. So we stay wobbly. The energy stays wobbly.
But when you work from the root—when your energy is clear and solid, when you know the frequency you’re running and what you are available for—then none of that other stuff can touch you.
Most of us, though, have a lot of fluctuation in that space. That creates an opening for our frequency to shift based on what’s happening outside of us.
That’s why I say the work I do creates an inner freedom that was never meant to be circumstantial. It was designed to be inevitable. But most people go from the outside in—looking at conditions first, then deciding who they are from there.
I’m here to help people sit and stand powerfully in the identity of who they came here to be—the soul medicine they came to share, the love they came to embody. And from there, reality begins to bend and shift around them.
Thank you for sharing that. I’m curious about the people who are attracted to your work—the people who really dive in, receive your wisdom, and connect through remembering rather than learning. Who comes to you? Are they intuitive healers, conscious leaders, or everyday people?
Lori Reising: It’s people who feel stuck.
They feel a tapping on their soul, but they’re still justifying waiting. Still justifying staying. There’s some level of scarcity operating, but they know there’s another way.
They also know they came here to do it differently, but often they don’t have the how—or more accurately, the mind is looking for the how. So they stay in what’s comfortable, what’s known.
That creates an internal struggle.
One of my masterclasses was called Slay the Struggle, because you know when you’re all in on yourself—when you’re functioning from wholeness—because that inner battle is gone. You’re no longer feeling that push-pull of I know there’s something more, but I’m also okay where I am.
When you have those two voices inside you, it’s because you’re remembering. I don’t even want to say awakening. I want to say remembering.
You’re remembering, but everything you’ve lived through in this life—and all the identities you’ve taken on—are still holding onto what they know.
So people usually come to me when they’re scared, but their desire to move beyond the struggle has become bigger than the fear, and they still don’t know how to do it.
If you know astrology, I have a Chiron cazimi in my first house, which means I came in as the wounded healer. I used to hate that. I resisted it. I used to experience it through victim consciousness.
But once I realized I could actually hold people through their wound, through their edge, through their stretch—while they falter, while they try to go back—I saw that I could be the strength that holds them until they find freedom on the other side.
A lot of people stay in that struggle their whole lives.
That’s why I say when you come into my world, it may feel confronting. I’m raw. I’m real. I have a deep capacity for vulnerability, and that naturally creates vulnerability in other people, too.
You get confronted with the things you’ve been backing away from.
And then you get to decide: Do I go all in this time? Do I do it in an environment that can hold me, with someone beside me who can cheer me on?
Because once you create a new environment around yourself, the decision is made.
Most people stay in environments that keep them fractured for most of their lives.
You just used the word “raw,” and that’s part of your brand Raw and Wild Hearts. Where did that come from?
Lori Reising: I love that you’re asking me this, because almost no one has.
I still remember it so clearly. I was sitting on a local bus in Costa Rica after a really harrowing experience. I was looking out the window, feeling so raw, and asking myself, What am I doing? Where am I? What is happening?
And then it just came to me: I have a raw and wild heart.
This won’t be the last time I’m sitting on a bus like this, moving through something hard. And somehow, that’s the medicine. That’s the excitement. That’s what allows me to be resilient, adaptable, and connected to the world in an expanded way—across communities, across cultures.
It’s like the magic dust of life.
And what I really want to say is that being raw is your vulnerability. Vulnerability is your superpower. When you start living that way, life changes.
At one point, I even looked up the opposite of wild, which is domestic. And I want to read this because it made everything click for me.
The definition of domestic is: changed from the wild state so as to become obedient and useful to humans.
And I thought, yes. That’s exactly it.
It became even clearer to me why Raw and Wild Hearts came through.

You just said vulnerability is a superpower. Tell me more about that.
Lori Reising: Yes—vulnerability is your superpower.
When you begin to experience vulnerability as a portal into the technology that you are—to higher guidance, higher wisdom, deeper knowing, support, messages—it starts to give you the answers you’ve been looking for.
We’re always searching for answers, thinking we have to go find them somewhere.
But the answers live within.
You carry evolutionary wisdom, truth, and knowledge inside your cells. You came in with it.
Again, your experiences can either create density that suppresses that knowledge or enhance it. They can create expansion. They can move you into a more ascended state because of what you’ve lived through.
But most of us fear vulnerability. We fear feeling.
So we keep suppressing. We keep pushing it down because our nervous system tells us it’s dangerous to be in that vulnerable state.
A lot of that comes from older survival wiring. We now know that many of us are living in relatively safe environments, but our nervous systems are still reacting as if a tiger is chasing us.
That’s chronic stress. That’s the activated state, so many people live in.
When you begin to discern the difference between that fear state, that survival state, that ego control—and the heart, and the feeling, and the vulnerability—the heart will never lead you astray.
Feelings and vulnerability will always give you the information.
That’s the beginning of your channel.
But most people deny even that basic level of their channel. They’re telling it, I’m not available for you because I’m scared. I’m going to stay here in this constricted state until it feels safe enough to open.
And because of that, people justify a “good enough” life. They justify dimming their light. They justify shaping themselves to fit the conditions around them.
Instead of fully feeling what’s there and opening the portal through that experience, they stay in contraction.
But when you go through the vulnerability—when you let yourself move through the journey—you receive the messages, the visions, the images, the power, the knowing.
And then you know where to go.
You have a brand-new book, Unstuck, coming out in mid-May 2026. What’s at the heart of its message?
Lori Reising: At its core, Unstuck is about ending our addiction to healing and fully embodying the life your soul already knows.
It’s an invitation to remember that you are already healed—and that what you’re really doing is recalibrating to that truth.
It’s not that you need to be healing all the time.
Once you recalibrate, you claim a new identity. And when that identity changes, your frequency changes.
When your frequency changes, what becomes available in your life changes too.
And then the people around you rise to meet your frequency, rather than you lowering your own energy to match the reality you’ve been observing.
Why did you write this book? People write books for different reasons. Why now? Why this book? What was the impetus behind it?
Lori Reising: This book is probably lifetimes in the making for me.
Again, it’s about unlearning. It’s about living. It’s almost a manifesto, because the reality is that we are energetic sponges living in a collective culture, and we’re always taking something in.
You’re manifesting all the time. The question is: What are you manifesting?
It’s not just when something “good” happens that you’re manifesting. You’re manifesting from lack or from abundance, from scarcity or from trust.
So this book is really about moving through the lived experience and getting to the root of what is blocking your channel, your guidance, your soul medicine, and your wholeness.
It’s about getting to the root, but it’s also meant to reflect people back to themselves through their own life experiences.
So it’s not just personal development. It’s also a memoir. It’s a manifesto. It’s spirituality. It’s all of it.
It’s meant to take you on the ride of life—not just teach you something or add more information to a system that is already overloaded.
It’s really about how we stop overcomplicating all of this, simplify it, and claim it.

Of course, people can visit your website, TheRawAndWildHearts.com, and follow you on Instagram to stay updated on the book. You’ll also be speaking at New Living Expo in April 2026, and I’m excited to meet you there. What will you be speaking about?
Lori Reising: I hesitate to call it a talk, but I’ll say it’s a talk slash activation transmission.
It’s called You Are Psychic, and it’s really about dispelling the myth that psychic experience is for somebody else—because it isn’t. You are psychic.
Again, this is about removing the density that has kept you separated from that psychic self that you already are.
So we move through the blocks, the limiting beliefs, the old identities that have kept that level of awareness at a distance. Then we move into channeling, and from there we expand into the light grid.
Because ascension does not have to be learned, it already is. You are that. You are enlightened. We’re simply coming back into full remembrance.
It’s really exciting, and I love doing this work in person—especially with a large group—because we get to experience it together.
The illusion of separation is what has kept us feeling so isolated. But when we come together and do this work collectively, we begin to know each other on a level that doesn’t require all the conversation, all the questions, or all the time.
We simply remember each other at the level of soul, spirit, essence, and energy.
That’s what happens in that space with me.
We didn’t talk about this beforehand, but do you ever channel on podcasts, just to give people a flavor of it? Or is it best experienced in person or in a workshop setting? What’s the best way for people to experience your channeling?
Lori Reising: I’ll be honest, in my human self, I’ve hesitated to channel online.
In-person energy is so elevated. It’s so miraculous. People have spontaneous healings in my in-person channelings. They receive immediate downloads. They change their business. They change their life—just like that.
Now, I don’t want to take away from the online experience, because it happens there, too. Occasionally, I’ll let it come through, because my human gets to decide: Am I going to let it through or not?
And when I feel comfortable in a space, or when it’s very clear that it’s time, I’ll say yes.
I’ve said yes more often in person than online, but that’s subject to change. I actually did an online channeling last week with codes that are massive and ready to be on this planet. I had just started sending them out because I was told, Send this out. Get this on the planet. It’s ready to be known.
That one was powerful.
So for me, it’s a living, breathing experience. It’s never like, “I’m going to show up on YouTube and channel every week.” It doesn’t work like that for me.
Even as an astrologer, I work with the energies as they are moving. Everything for me is embodied. It’s not forecasted. It’s not foreshadowed.
People can also book a clarity call with you. What happens in a clarity call?
Lori Reising: Those calls aren’t really about me. They’re about them.
They’re about helping someone find clarity around where they may be suppressed or where density is still living in the system, because I can see more of the subconscious reality.
We live about 90 percent of our lives in the subconscious and only 10 percent in the conscious mind, but that 10 percent is working overtime to control everything.
So if we can begin to see the root—not just the symptom, not just the reality someone is observing—and understand that there is actually a root here, then people begin to understand at a soul level what investment can do for them.
And investment can take many forms. It can be time, energy, and yes, money too.
When I became the full channel that I am, I went and lived out on the land for a year. I invested in that because I decided it was my full-time job. It wasn’t about what was bringing in money. I decided to go all in.
I was going to clear every wound, every imprint. My abandonment wound was still running so strongly in my life, and you’ll read a lot about that in the book. But I reached a point where I said, This is it. I’m going all in until this clears.
And when you truly decide, it’s done.
Most people waver in their decision. But when you go all in with self-integrity, everything changes.
That’s what I help people get clear on. Are you ready for that? And where in your life do those imprints or roots still exist—creating density, static, or what I always see as muck?
I don’t even know if muck is the right word, but that’s how I see it—muck in the cells, muck in the field.
And I help people get clear on whether they’re ready to clear that static.

What’s the best place for people to connect with you—whether that’s booking a call or following you on social media?
Lori Reising: My website is a great place to start: TheRawAndWildHearts.com.
On social media, I’m on Instagram, on Facebook, and I’m just beginning to move over to Substack. I have a feeling Substack is going to become much more of my hub once the book comes out.
So that’s kind of being born right now, too.
But for now, my website, Instagram, and Facebook are all great places to connect. And I’ve got YouTube, too.
Last question. For someone listening who feels drawn—who’s leaning in—but also feels scared, and thinks, “My life is okay, it’s not that bad…” what encouragement would you give them today?
Lori Reising: The easiest way in is this: just ask yourself, What would it feel like if…?
What would it feel like, on the other side of this, if I had that freedom?
Instead of trying to force yourself into believing you already have something when you don’t quite feel it yet, just begin there. Ask yourself:
What would it feel like to be living in my soul medicine?
What would it feel like to be so aligned that I never doubted myself again?
What would it feel like to have my soul on fire?
What would it feel like to know that I am a channeler—and believe it?
Whatever is tapping on your soul, ask that question.
Because if it’s tapping on your soul, it’s for you.
When you were a child, and you had dreams, they weren’t just dreams. They were for you. But over time, we get programmed to push ourselves away from those dreams because of how the world treats them.
But those dreams are actually living in your cells. They came in with you. They were encoded for you to know in this life.
This is an unfolding. There is never one finish line. There is no one-and-done. There is no end to this—even when you leave the body.
And when you begin to move beyond time and allow the unfolding to become your greatest masterpiece, it becomes your energetic legacy.
Then you begin to show up. You begin to invest rather than just expect.
I hope that feels supportive.

"We’re always searching for answers, thinking we have to go find them somewhere. But the answers live within. You carry evolutionary wisdom, truth, and knowledge inside your cells. You came in with it."
