I believe that as human beings, we carry not only the ability, but a profound calling to renew ourselves—again and again. Not as a dramatic event reserved for milestones or crises, but as a living, breathing rhythm woven into everyday life.

Renewal is not rare. It is cyclical.

We live inside cycles constantly.
The cycle of day and night.
The rhythm of hours and breath.
The turning of seasons.
Birthdays.
Calendars.
Cosmic almanacs and astrological movements.

Life itself is a symphony of cycles opening and closing.

For me, renewal is simple and courageous at the same time: allowing one cycle to truly close so that another can authentically begin.

The Threshold Between Cycles

At the threshold of every new cycle, we face two fundamental choices.

The first is familiar.
We carry everything with us—every belief, every conclusion, every story we have collected—into the next cycle. We repeat, refine, and reinforce what we already know. The cycle changes, but we do not.

The second choice is ascension.

Ascension, as I experience it, does not mean rising above life. It means stepping into it with brave openness. It means allowing ourselves—at the beginning of a new cycle—to release everything we think we know.

Yes. Everything.

This is where space is created.
This is where the unknown –what we call new– is welcomed.
This is where something genuinely new can emerge—in us and through us.

Information, Experience, and Choice

Each cycle gifts us information.
Some arrive wrapped in beauty and ease.
Some arrive through challenge, friction, and discomfort.

All of it shapes us.

Yet renewal asks a deeper question:
What do you do with what you have learned?

When we pause to contemplate, when we consciously release old patterns, and when we choose again—perhaps differently than before—we create the conditions for new outcomes. I often recall the insight attributed to Einstein: insanity is doing the same thing repeatedly while expecting different results.

True renewal interrupts that loop.

It invites surrender—not to chaos, but to the unknown intelligence of life itself.

When we release what we know, clarity has space to arrive. Depth becomes possible. Truth stops being something we search for and becomes something we express—simply by being who we are.

The Spiral, Not the Circle

Renewal is not a flat circle.
It is a spiral.

Each cycle brings us back to familiar terrain, but from a higher vantage point—wider awareness, deeper compassion, clearer embodiment.

This is the wheel of renewal I live by:
a spiraling movement of growth, evolution, and ascension.

To step into a new cycle as an empty vessel does not mean forgetting the past. It means honoring it without being bound by it. It means releasing what no longer belongs to you, offering gratitude for the lessons it brought, and allowing yourself to move forward unburdened.

This is cellular.
This is emotional.
This is mental.
This is energetic.

It is an upgrade of how we inhabit our own lives.

Renewal as a Way of Being

As we continue to grow and evolve, renewal becomes less about intention and more about identity. It becomes a way of meeting life—with presence, essence, and courage.

Each cycle offers an invitation:
to shed what no longer serves,
to honor what has shaped us,
and to step forward with clarity and truth.

Renewal is not a concept to understand.
It is a practice to live.
A commitment to continuous transformation.
A return—again and again—to the essence of who we truly are.

This is the myth I am here to break:
that we are fixed, finished, or defined by what has already been.

We are cyclical beings.
We are renewing beings.
And each moment is a threshold.

The choice is always here.

Your choice for renewal!
