Some awakenings don’t arrive through revelation—but through the body, and through moments when life slows you down enough to listen.
For Monika Benoit, the path into healing began early, shaped by deep sensitivity and a quiet knowing that something essential lived beyond words. As life moved her through serious health challenges, altered states of consciousness, and motherhood, her understanding of divinity became embodied. Healing, for her, was never abstract. It was learned through breath, sensation, and the nervous system itself.
In this conversation, Monika reflects on how safety in the body becomes the foundation for intuition and transformation. She shares why regulation must come before expansion, how subconscious beliefs are formed, and what it means to move from control into trust. Through lived experience and a powerful EFT demonstration, she offers a grounded invitation for conscious leaders and visionaries to heal without force—and to listen more deeply to the intelligence within, as readers can continue reading or listen in by subscribing for free on Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Amazon Music, or YouTube.

I want to hear your own journey of awakening. I love hearing honest, real stories about the journey to consciousness, mindfulness, and spirituality. Did you grow up with some sort of faith tradition as a kid, or did that come later in life?
Monika Benoit: As a child, I grew up around the Catholic faith, but it was more tradition than meaningful conversation about God. It was church on Easter, and—because I’m Polish—the blessing of the Easter baskets. Those kinds of traditions stayed with us, but there weren’t any deep discussions about faith or what God really is.
Because of that, I found divinity in nature. I was a very sensitive child. From as long as I can remember, I could feel what other people were feeling—those subtle energies—even before I had the language to understand them or knew what they meant. That sensitivity required me to get away sometimes, to recalibrate and recharge. Nature became that place for me.
In nature, I felt a sense of wonder and amazement—something I couldn’t quite put into words, but could feel deeply within myself. That feeling, to me, was the divine. It was far more meaningful than sitting in a church. Over time, life brought me more and more initiations that taught me what faith and divinity truly mean. It wasn’t one lightning-bolt moment, but a series of experiences.
One moment that really stands out happened when I was sixteen. I actually took magic mushrooms with a group of friends who had built a Native American sweat lodge in the woods.
As teenagers?
Monika Benoit: Honestly, it was amazing to be surrounded by people who wanted to explore their consciousness instead of destroying it.
We took the mushrooms in the sweat lodge, and I began to understand the meaning of life in a completely new way. My consciousness felt like it was expanding. I started to perceive the building blocks of life itself. Sacred geometry revealed itself to me—I could look at a tree and see that it was made of sacred geometry. I understood, not just intellectually but viscerally, that we are beings of light at our most fundamental core.
Something shifted within me through that psychedelic experience. Later in life, I would go on to serve as a professional psychedelic guide, because there is something truly remarkable about how consciousness can expand in those states—especially when you’re surrounded by the right people and guided by clear intention.
But integration is everything. Even after a profound shift in consciousness, if you don’t integrate it into your daily life, it slowly fades. That’s what I experienced as a teenager. For days afterward, I felt different. I wanted to eat whole foods. I naturally avoided processed foods—not because I was told to, but because my body guided me to do so. I wanted to talk to different people. I saw life differently. But without proper integration, that clarity gradually slipped away as I returned to my “normal” life.
Still, those experiences stayed with me. Later in life, psychedelics inspired me to help others professionally because I saw how powerful they could be in working with anxiety, depression, and trauma. I experienced that healing myself and supporting others in using psychedelics with intention and purpose was deeply fulfilling.
Eventually, though, I realized that relying on psychedelics could also become limiting. Over time, I came to trust the tools we already have within us. The practices we cultivate through the mind and body are even more powerful than any external substance. My work evolved in that direction, especially as I went through other initiations—many of them involving my own body.
I’ve had several life-or-death experiences that taught me my body itself is divine. The relationship I have with my mind and body creates my entire life. That relationship—with myself, my mind, my body—is a form of divinity and a form of faith. It taught me not to externalize power, but to find it within.
One of those experiences was appendicitis in high school. It got so severe that my appendix ruptured, and by the time I was taken to the hospital, it was almost too late. The doctor said they were lucky I had been brought in when I was, because I was almost gone. That experience taught me not to ignore my body’s whispers. The pain had gone on for days, and no one—including me—had really taken it seriously.
A few years later, I developed a brain virus that affected my cerebellum. It took away some of my basic motor skills. I couldn’t drive. I couldn’t write. I couldn’t speak normally. It was a rare and strange occurrence, but it taught me how sacred even the most basic functions of the body truly are.
When I recovered, simple things felt divine. Taking a step forward in a straight line felt sacred. Writing in a journal felt sacred. Speaking clearly felt like a miracle. Driving a car felt miraculous. These ordinary actions became extraordinary, and they gave me a deep appreciation for the fact that we are living miracles.
That experience showed me that we are gods and goddesses in our own right—and that honoring the body as a temple matters deeply. It also inspired me to explore the mind-body connection on a much deeper level, which continues to shape both my faith and my work today.
Amazing. How old were you when you had this brain virus?
Monika Benoit: That was when I was a freshman in college.

You had some challenges as a young adult—my goodness. You were really walking through all kinds of things: appendicitis, a brain virus.
Monika Benoit: It was all part of the journey—initiations that helped me understand myself and trust myself on a deeper level. Ultimately, they led me to become a healer. As I healed and went through that inner journey, I began connecting the dots and asking deeper questions: Why did I manifest these circumstances?
It took time for me to get there, but eventually I realized I’m not a victim—I’m a creator. So I had to ask, How did I create these experiences?
What I found was the answer lay in the mind-body connection. When traumas and emotions go unacknowledged, they don’t disappear—they live in the body. They can manifest as discomfort, illness, or disease. Sometimes there’s even a kind of soul contract at play, a wake-up call.
These events—getting sick, falling, being challenged—inspired me to dig deeper, to investigate life more fully, and to learn more about how we function as human beings. And eventually, that allowed me to help others.
Did you find, as you were growing up, that you were always more of a helping-type person, or did that shift through those illnesses?
Monika Benoit: Being very sensitive as a child, I witnessed the suffering of those around me. I could feel their pain, and my very first role became holding space.
I held energetic space for my parents, who worked endlessly. They sacrificed tirelessly as immigrants—we came to America from Poland when I was two years old to build a better life. I watched them give up so much for that dream. I could feel their exhaustion, their struggle, and I wanted to help. As a child, the only thing I really knew how to do was hold space and send them love—to say, in my own way, Mom, Dad, it’s going to be okay.
What I later realized was that I also picked up their patterns: overworking, proving my worth through productivity, and pushing myself to the brink of burnout. I learned many beautiful things from my parents, but I also had to unlearn some conditioning and core beliefs that eventually became detrimental to me.
Once I identified those patterns—having to prove myself through hard work and sacrificing myself to the point of martyrdom—I became a more effective healer. My childhood experiences, witnessing pain and responding with compassion, started me on that path. Then, deeper inner work helped me develop those abilities over time.
Motherhood was another major opening. Becoming pregnant and having children opened my heart in an entirely new way. It deepened my desire to nurture and to be of unconditional service to other human beings. That experience strengthened both my capacity and my calling as a healer.
I began researching further, pursuing additional certifications, and delving deeper into my training. My pregnancies, in particular, inspired me to expand my work with hypnosis. I had already started training, but I wanted to use hypnosis specifically for childbirth. I wanted all-natural, medication-free pregnancies and births.
I discovered the Mongan Method of hypnobirthing, which is an incredible approach to medication-free labor and birth. Using self-hypnosis, I was able to have all three of my children with no medication, no interventions, and no doctors. That experience gave me firsthand proof of the power of the subconscious mind—and how deeply we can influence it.
Creating hypnotic audios for myself and working with my own body in that way was extraordinary. It reinforced the truth that we already have the tools within us. That experience led me further down the path of hypnosis training.
I was fortunate to train under Marilyn Gordon, who combines EFT tapping with hypnosis and has developed a powerful healing method that has truly served both my clients and me.
How old are your kids now?
Monika Benoit: My oldest daughter is 18, my middle son is 15, and my youngest is 13.

Oh, that’s so fun. My kids are 26 and 22, so they’re out of diapers and on the way. They say, and it’s so cliché, that the days are long and the years are short, but it’s absolutely true. It all flies by. Every age really is special.
Your website‘s tagline really stood out to me: Your nervous system is the gateway. I love how you bring together the subconscious mind, the body’s importance, and your lived experience of the body’s divinity and sacredness. And hearing that you had three births without any medication—you are Wonder Woman. That’s absolutely amazing.
What does this mean, exactly—your nervous system is the gateway? Help me understand that.
Monika Benoit: No matter how many affirmations we say, how much journaling we do, or how many good intentions we have—no matter how beautiful our vision board is—if our nervous system doesn’t feel safe, we will inevitably self-sabotage.
When we don’t feel safe, we contract. We take actions that move us two steps backward instead of forward. So when we’re trying to create change—setting a goal, transforming our life, manifesting something—we first need nervous system safety. That simply means a felt sense of safety in the body.
Can I jump in here for a moment? Because that path of performance and productivity—that was my path too. I loved it. And honestly, I didn’t even know what “feeling safe” meant until probably three years ago. I went on my own somatic healing journey, doing a lot of body-based work, and I realized I had never truly felt safe.
If you had asked me before, I would have said, “Yeah, I think I feel safe.” But once you actually experience it, it’s transformative. It’s empowering. What you said earlier really landed—until you feel safe, you can’t expand. You said it so eloquently. Can you say that again?
Monika Benoit: I’m not sure I can repeat it word for word, but essentially—if you don’t feel safe to expand, you contract.
And until you feel that, it just sounds like words. So, how would you help someone like me a few years ago? I knew my heart was closed. I wanted more openness, more expansiveness—but I didn’t have the language for it. What symptoms might someone experience that signal they’re not feeling safe, even if they don’t know how to name it?
Monika Benoit: If you take a moment to tune in to your body, it’s always communicating with you. Any discomfort, ache, pain, or lingering emotion is a message—something asking to be acknowledged.
When we approach the mind-body connection with curiosity and ask, What is craving attention right now? What feels off?—that becomes our first clue. We don’t need to overcomplicate it. Just noticing what doesn’t feel at ease can tell us a lot.
Even the simple invitation to “tune into your body” can feel deeply uncomfortable for some people. And that discomfort itself is a clue—it often means there isn’t yet a felt sense of safety. That’s why meditation feels unbearable for so many people.
Yeah, absolutely.
Monika Benoit: If you don’t feel safe in your nervous system, why would you want to sit still for five, ten, or twenty minutes? It can feel like torture. That’s why many of these methods don’t work—we haven’t yet healed the underlying trauma, and we don’t have the tools to do so.
So how do you help a client when you say, “Let’s tune into your body,” and there’s immediate resistance? Especially for people—maybe a lot of men—who think, Tune into my body? How do I even do that? What’s your approach?
Monika Benoit: EFT tapping is incredibly helpful in those situations because it’s fast and effective. You can do it immediately, and most people feel a shift very quickly. We’re creating a sense of safety and relief in real time, and you can almost measure it as it’s happening.
Instead of forcing someone to tune into their body when there’s resistance, we get curious about the resistance itself. Where is it? Is it an ache, a headache, an emotion, a thought, a belief? Whatever shows up, we can work with it through tapping on the acupressure points.
As the process unfolds, people typically begin to feel more relaxed. If they’re open and receptive, we can work together to guide them toward a felt sense of safety.

I just have lots of questions. And especially since EFT tapping is very popular these days, I’d love for you to explain it for people who may not be familiar with it. What does EFT stand for? What does tapping actually do? And then I’d love for you to walk me through a short experience so people can follow along.
Monika Benoit: EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Technique, and Gary Craig pioneered it. Interestingly, Gary Craig was an engineer—he wasn’t a healer or a spiritual teacher at all. He was studying the work of Dr. Roger Callahan, who explored the mind-body connection through acupressure and acupuncture points.
In traditional Chinese medicine, there’s an understanding that energy flows through the body along meridians—essentially energy highways. When energy becomes stagnant or blocked, it can manifest as discomfort, emotional distress, or even disease. Acupuncture uses needles to release that blocked energy, but with EFT tapping, we simply use our fingers.
We tap on specific points on the face, hands, and body to help release stagnant energy. What we consistently see is a reduction in anxiety, fear, trauma-based responses, PTSD, and many other emotional and physical challenges. I could honestly spend an entire hour just talking about the benefits of EFT.
One of the most exciting things is that there’s now solid clinical research supporting its effectiveness. Dawson Church has led extensive research validating EFT, and there have been what I would genuinely call near-miraculous results in the field.
For anyone curious and who would like a free tapping-point chart and a guide to EFT, you can find them on my website at MonikaBenoit.com—it’s one of my free resources. And I’d love to guide everyone through a short tapping sequence right now, if you’re open to that, David.
Of course. And just as a side note, you’re saying things while you’re tapping, almost like affirmations. How do the tapping and the speaking work together?
Monika Benoit: We begin each tapping round with a very specific setup statement, which allows us to start without trying to change anything.
When we try to force change, what happens?
Resistance.
Monika Benoit: When we go to war with something, we create pushback. So we begin by letting go of resistance. The classic setup statement is: “Even though I have this problem, I love, honor, and accept myself anyway.”
We say that statement three times. What’s important is being specific about what we’re tapping on. We choose a particular emotion, sensation, or memory. Before we start tapping, we try to gauge how intense that feeling is, because afterward,we want to check in and see if anything shifted.
But the most important element is the addition of love and self-acceptance. For some people, saying “I love, honor, and accept myself” can actually feel very difficult. And that’s okay. You can adjust the wording.
You might say something like, “I’m okay with myself,” or even, “I don’t hate myself today.”
I’m okay. I don’t hate myself today. That works.
Monika Benoit: Exactly—and I’m serious. You cannot mess this up. There’s no such thing as doing EFT wrong. As long as the intention is there—even though I have this problem, I’m okay—that’s enough. You’re letting yourself off the hook, at least for now.
If you’re doing EFT with a child, the language might sound like, “But I’m still a good kid,” or “Mommy and Daddy still love me.” Something simple and accessible that they can understand.
What we’re doing is introducing love, compassion, forgiveness, and self-acceptance into the process. Even though I have this problem, I love and accept myself as much as I possibly can right now.
While we say that setup statement, we tap on what’s called the karate chop point—the middle of the side of the palm. You can use either hand. That’s where we typically begin the tapping sequence.
There’s also an alternative starting point that’s a little more involved. It’s located near the lymph nodes in the upper chest. If you gently press around this area, you’ll likely find a tender spot—that’s where lymphatic congestion often collects. Once you find it, you make small, gentle circles there.
Have you found it?
I don’t know, but I’m going to massage that spot. Yeah, I think I’ve got it.
Monika Benoit: Perfect. So once you find that sore spot, we say the setup phrase. Let’s do this together. Is there anything that’s calling out to you right now, David? Any sensation in your body—aches, pains, anything you’d like to tap on today?
What’s coming up for me is navigating the health challenges that my parents are facing. I carry the weight of that—it sits with me.
Monika Benoit: Thank you for sharing that. Does it show up in your body at all? Maybe as a weight on your shoulders, or as a physical sensation?
Worry. Worry in my head. Yeah, definitely worry in the head.
Monika Benoit: Worry in the head. Can you describe it a bit more? If it were a sensation, would it feel heavy, prickly, or tight?
I love the word you used earlier—contracting. It feels contracted. Dark and heavy. Yeah. Dark, heavy, and contracted.
Monika Benoit: That’s really helpful. Naming it is important. As we tap through the points, instead of distracting ourselves away from it, we’re going to focus in. I know that’s not always pleasant, but for this exercise, we’ll gently stay with the contraction, the heaviness, the worry in the head.
As we tap, we’ll choose one word or phrase to keep us focused. Sometimes, when I’m working with someone, I go into a kind of flow state—almost like channeling—and certain words come through that help clear the emotional charge. But for teaching purposes, we’ll keep this very simple.
So instead of letting the mind wander—thinking about something unrelated—we’ll stay with the focus. If this were a movie, what would you call it? What title would you give this feeling?
Worry about Mom and Dad’s future. Not a great movie title, but that’s what it feels like.
Monika Benoit: That’s perfect. Specific is exactly what we want. So, “worry about Mom and Dad’s future” will be our phrase as we tap through the points.
Before we start, we’re going to check in with intensity. David, close your eyes for a moment and tune into that contraction in your head. You’re safe here with me—I’m holding space for you. On a scale of one to ten, with ten being the most intense heaviness you can imagine and zero being nothing at all, where would you place it?
Probably a seven.
Monika Benoit: Okay, a seven. You can open your eyes. Let’s begin by tapping on the karate chop point. You’ll tap where I tap and repeat after me. I’ll break the setup statement into two parts.
Editor’s note: This conversation includes a live EFT tapping demonstration. To experience this portion fully, we invite you to listen to the episode on your preferred podcast platform or watch the video on YouTube.

Monika Benoit: How does that feel, David? Tune in for a moment.
Oh wow. You are good—really good. That was powerful. It was my first time doing something like this in a deeper way. I’ve done little exercises before, but this was different. Even though it was just a short session, I felt a real shift.
You mentioned earlier that you go into a flow state, and I could feel that. It’s obvious you’ve been doing this for a long time—this is like a second or third language for you. I could feel you speaking a language that I trusted, and then somehow that language started moving through me too.
And that realization—if I don’t worry, it means I’m not loving them—wow. That’s a big belief I’ve been carrying. And I can feel how that belief lives not just in my mind, but in my body.
Monika Benoit: Yeah.
Thank you so much. That was such a powerful taste of the work. When you’re working with a client, how long is a typical session? And when someone comes to you—knowing that you work with multiple modalities—do you have a specific path you take them down, or do you draw on different tools depending on the situation? What does that look like in practice?
Monika Benoit: It’s very intuitive. When I connect with a client, and we talk about their goals, I can sense what level of healing they’re open to—what they’re ready and willing to receive. From there, we take it step by step.
Sometimes a simple conversation is enough. That may be all someone is ready for in that moment. Other times, free resources—like audios—are the right place to start. And then some clients are ready for deep healing work.
EFT is especially powerful because it allows us to access deep healing in a very compassionate and loving way. Even when we’re working with material that might feel scary or uncomfortable, it doesn’t have to be overwhelming or retraumatizing. We can address deeply rooted issues gently and often see noticeable shifts within just a few minutes. That sense of relief can be incredibly nourishing.
If someone comes in at a high level of distress, tapping can quickly help them return to a sense of safety and well-being. But if a client is dealing with recurring life patterns—or wants to make significant changes—we then look at subconscious programming. That’s where hypnosis becomes especially helpful.
I often explain it like this: hypnosis allows us to “hit the record button.” In early childhood—especially before the age of seven—that record button is always on. We’re absorbing experiences and forming core beliefs about the world. Is the world safe? Is it abundant? Are people trustworthy? Will I be supported? These foundational beliefs are formed very early on.
As adults, we’re often still operating from those subconscious programs without realizing it. Hypnosis allows us to intentionally access those deeper layers and rerecord beliefs that no longer serve us.
From a physiological perspective, hypnosis works by altering brainwave frequencies. This happens naturally throughout the day, but in hypnosis, we enter those states intentionally and safely. In those altered brainwave states, the mind is far less resistant, which makes subconscious change much easier than simply repeating affirmations at a conscious level.
In practice, we might use hypnosis to reprogram limiting beliefs, EFT tapping to release trauma still held in the mind and body, and then layer in new, healthy beliefs that support a more aligned and fulfilling life. Most often, we use these modalities together.
For those who really want to commit to the work, I offer a VIP mentorship program with different levels of support. That’s ideal for people who are ready to roll up their sleeves and go deep.
How many of the clients you work with are focused on life transitions—things like relationships, career changes, or navigating a breakup or a new beginning? And do you also work with entrepreneurs and other healers? Who is the client you love to work with the most?
Monika Benoit: I love working with the heart-conscious coach and the heart-conscious leader—what I like to call New Earth visionaries.
A New Earth visionary understands that we’re here to collaborate, to serve one another, and to build something better together. But what often happens with these open-hearted people is burnout. I know that from firsthand experience.
When you care deeply, when you want to make a real difference, and when you have both a big heart and big goals, it’s easy to over-sacrifice, overwork, and eventually hit exhaustion. That’s something I lived myself, and it’s something I watched my parents go through as well.
So the people I work most closely with are entrepreneurs and conscious coaches with a big vision, but who have hit a wall. That wall might show up in a nine-to-five job, where they’re thinking, I want to launch this coaching business—how do I do that? Or it might show up within their business itself, where they’ve been trying for years but keep running into self-sabotage.
Together, we uncover subconscious patterns and childhood trauma that may not have been addressed yet. We clear those blocks with EFT tapping and reprogram limiting beliefs with hypnosis. What really lights me up is supporting people like you, David—people who are here to help uplift the collective. When we work together and help everyone feel optimized and supported, that’s how real change happens. We can’t do it alone.
My work is about helping New Earth visionaries feel their best, so we can collaborate and truly bring this new way of being into the world.

It can be so easy to think, “I’m here to help others,” and then forget to ask, “Who’s helping me?” We all need support in different seasons of life. You mentioned your VIP mentorship program—what does that include?
Monika Benoit: The mentorship program offers a variety of virtual tools. Clients get access to my website, which includes a library of hypnosis audios and meditations designed to optimize the mind and energy field.
Each client also receives a personalized hypnosis track that I create specifically for them, so they can enter a deep state of self-hypnosis tailored to their needs. Depending on how deeply someone wants to work, packages are available in six-, twelve-, and twenty-four-session lengths, along with group offerings as part of the mentorship experience.
When a client is ready to complete their work with you and move forward, what’s your ultimate hope for what they’ve experienced and how they feel?
Monika Benoit: When I meet someone, I can see their greatness. When I meet you, David, I can sense and feel your power and imagine you fully embodied in it—and that’s true for every person I work with.
Sometimes we need someone outside of ourselves to hold that vision for us, especially during low moments when we don’t fully believe in ourselves. One day we may feel strong and confident, and the next day not so much. Having someone who can remind you of who you truly are can make all the difference.
What I love most is witnessing the brilliance, power, and unique energy each individual carries, and helping bring that version of them into full expression. That also means being honest. Because I sense energy clearly, I see both the light and the shadow.
I’m very transparent with my clients about where self-sabotage may be happening, what shadow aspects need attention, and what truly needs healing. That honesty allows us to clear what’s in the way so they can step fully into the greatness that’s already possible for them.
One of the things I find fascinating as I follow the work of conscious leaders, healers, and coaches like you is how your own growth shows up in your business—your shifts, your refinements. Part of your evolution has been operating from what you’ve called a queen archetype, which I love. Many women resonate with that archetype in both life and business. But you’ve recently shared that you’ve shifted more into the archetype of the oracle. You’ve spoken about this publicly, so I’m curious—what brought about that shift? And what’s the difference between the queen archetype and the oracle archetype for you?
Monika Benoit: Thank you for that question—it tells me you really paid attention. That was definitely something I shared recently, and it reflects a shift in my own self-identity.
To build a career, grow a business, and balance family life, I had to step into being a ruler within myself. I embraced the queen energy so I could rule compassionately over my own inner kingdom. That archetype gave me a sense of sovereignty and strength—it became the backbone that helped me manifest abundance, resources, and stability so I could live a full life and be in service to others.
That was the essence of the queen for me. But what shifted was a deeper realization: collective freedom ultimately comes down to individual sovereignty. We don’t need another ruler—we need to remember that we are each our own inner ruler. Freedom doesn’t come from the outside. So I can’t bring people freedom by ruling as a queen; I can only help them discover their own inner truth.
That’s where the oracle comes in. The oracle is the bridge between the unseen and the seen. What I resonate with now is helping people see what they already carry within their hearts—those visions they sense when they close their eyes—and allowing that inner knowing to materialize.
The oracle brings intuition forward. Instead of ruling, we’re listening. We’re letting intuition lead. That’s what I teach my clients: how to trust intuition, how to listen to it, how to distinguish between emotional reactions and true intuitive responses. We’ve also talked about balancing intuition with logic—because we still need common sense and grounded awareness, even when we’re operating as oracles.
My version of an oracle is someone who teaches others how to become their own oracle. It’s really just a poetic way of describing someone who knows how to use intuition and read the energetic forecast around them—because our energy creates our reality.

Beautiful. It’s so meaningful to witness people evolving in their work as healers and business owners. We’re not static. There’s a natural ebb and flow over time. I became a pastor at twenty-five, and I’m definitely not twenty-five anymore. I’ve gone through many transitions in how I see myself and the world. So it’s inspiring to hear you speak openly about your evolution. It makes me reflect—where am I trying to rule, and where could I lean more into intuition? You become a mirror, and that’s powerful.
If people want to work with you, book a session, or explore your work, what’s the best way for them to connect with you?
Monika Benoit: I offer a wide range of free resources on my website, MonikaBenoit.com. There you’ll find free EFT tapping handouts, hypnosis audios, meditations, and a Quantum Manifestation Startup Kit—a thirty-day journal designed to guide you in manifesting your dream life. There’s also a curated list of my favorite manifestation resources, along with lots of other nourishing material.
I also host live streams on Instagram at Monika the Quantum Oracle, where we do tapping together and have conversations with other conscious coaches and healers. And I host the Beyond Human Podcast on YouTube as well.
Yes—and you’re also on TikTok. I’ve seen a lot of your tapping videos there. They’re incredibly encouraging. I really love your work. Monika, it’s been such a pleasure to be with you. Thank you for what you’re doing in the world, and thank you for the tapping demonstration—I genuinely felt the shift. You’re powerful, and you’re clearly in the flow. It’s been wonderful spending this time together.
Monika Benoit: Thank you—it was truly an honor. I so appreciated your message at the beginning of our conversation, and it was a joy to be in your presence. I really adored our time together, and I hope we’ll connect again in the future.
