What if the person you are today isn’t the same soul who arrived in your body?

Most of us think of ourselves as one continuous self, born once and carried through a single lifetime. In this conversation, Brenda Zyburt shares a very different story, one that begins before she could even speak and carries through a near-death experience decades later that changed everything about who she understood herself to be. She talks about growing up in a difficult home, building a career negotiating million-dollar contracts, and the quiet guidance that ran beneath both. At the heart of it all is a story about learning to trust yourself completely, especially when nothing around you looks the way you expected.

Whether this resonates with something you’ve always sensed or simply sparks your curiosity, this conversation invites you to consider a deeper kind of intimacy, one that starts within, long before it reaches anyone else.

Brenda Zyburt - Awakened Magazine

Tell me about your own awakening to consciousness, mindfulness, and spirituality. I know you’ve gone through a massive change over the last couple of years, but I’d love to go all the way back to childhood. Did you grow up with some sort of faith or spiritual background, or did that come later in life?

Brenda Zyburt: Great question. A big one.

I did not grow up with religion. My father was raised in a Catholic orphanage, and after that, he wanted nothing to do with religion. It was during the Depression, so you can imagine what that experience was like.

I grew up on a 200-acre farm in Illinois. My father was a carpenter, so it was a very humble upbringing. We had animals; I had a Shetland pony, and our property bordered thousands of acres of woods. I spent my childhood riding my pony everywhere. He was really my guide and companion, and he stayed with me until I was almost eighteen. I grew up surrounded by horses, animals, well water, and organic food. We had five acres of gardens, and my mother canned everything we grew.

It was a very different life. I was isolated in many ways, and at that point, there wasn’t much that resembled what people would call a spiritual path.

My true awakening began much earlier than I understood at the time. I’m a galactic hybrid walk-in. The original soul chose to leave when the body was around twelve to fourteen months old, and my soul entered. When you come into a body that way, it’s challenging. There was a great deal to learn, but I always knew there was more to life—and more to my family dynamics—than what I could see.

As I grew older, that awareness became more relevant through my experiences. I grew up in what I would describe as a very violent family. During the ’50s, ’60s, and ’70s, there was a great deal of alcoholism and dysfunction, so my childhood was very difficult. Throughout those years, I would be taken onto ships where beings counseled me with love. I always had these loving presences with me, although I didn’t really know who they were.

Everything changed profoundly in 2008, when galactic ships began arriving at my home. They don’t simply fly by—they stay until I acknowledge them. Once I do, they remain for a few minutes before leaving.

During that time, I remember my body dissolving into what looked like white starlight particles. It would rise through the ceiling and into the ships. That happened over the course of several weeks. When I returned, I had a deep mark on my lower back, about an inch by an inch by an inch. My children were alarmed, and honestly, I was a little upset because I had no idea what they had done.

Eventually, they told me I was going to expire, so they rebooted my entire system, as if installing a new hard drive. In many ways, 2008 was when everyone who had “received the email” back in the ’60s began stepping into their purpose of helping humanity shift into higher consciousness. It was time for people to wake up.

That was when my awareness began moving beyond third-density consciousness. I started exploring spiritual modalities like Reiki and eventually became deeply involved in sound healing. Today, I have about 100 crystal bowls, and I travel to conferences to offer sound healing, energy work, and frequency work.

That chapter eventually came to a close. In October 2023, I stopped because I realized we don’t actually heal anyone. People heal themselves as they work through the distortions within their own bodies. Around the same time, what I call galactic technology entered my body. It was an intense experience. For about six months, I could hear what sounded like gears turning inside my head, as though adjustments were being made. Looking back, that was preparing me for what happened on December 19, 2025.

I went to a clinic for an IV drip because I had been traveling extensively for work and felt exhausted going into the holidays. I simply wanted a boost—a B-complex infusion and some NAD for cellular support. It wasn’t anything unusual, and I had received higher doses before.

But as soon as the NAD started, it rushed into my heart so quickly that it began to hurt. I told the nurse, “My heart is hurting.” She had been an ER nurse and reassured me that I was fine. I told her, “You don’t understand.” The sensation moved rapidly into my legs and feet until they became numb, then spread across my chest.

What was actually happening was a full-on heart attack.

The technology I carry kept my body alive. At that moment, my spiritual team—and what I call my Golden One—came in. They removed my three-dimensional soul essence because my contracts here had been completed. I refused to come back, so instead, they placed the fifth-dimensional aspect of my soul into my body.

I was gone for what felt like two to four weeks, although in Earth time it may have been only thirty seconds or ten minutes. I had no intention of returning. But when that higher aspect entered my body, everything in my life changed profoundly.

I woke up knowing who I truly am. I am an architect—a creator of realities. People often ask what that means. I create worlds. I create realities. I bring remembrance into form because it is through remembrance that we bring into the Earth what we are here to create.

On December 21, during the winter solstice, I followed my usual morning practice. Every day, I dedicate about an hour and a half to connecting with the Earth, my spiritual team, channeling, and journaling. Around 4:30 that morning, I began seeing lights about the size of Nerf balls moving across the sky from east to west, each one about ten feet apart.

As I watched, they began to move, and I became dizzy. I was told they were the incoming codes for the winter solstice. I asked, “Will everyone receive these?” They answered, “No. They’ll move around the people who don’t need them or don’t want them. The people who are ready will receive them.”

Then I saw the ship that had arrived behind them. As it moved, it seemed to collapse time and space around itself. The experience lasted two or three minutes.

That marked another profound turning point. Since then, my life has continued unfolding in completely new ways. For me, awakening hasn’t been a single event—it’s been the story of an entire lifetime.

My goodness, Brenda. I’ve asked that question a lot of times, and I think that was the most intense answer I’ve ever received. There was a lot there. I loved it. I want to go back to the very beginning. You said that at around twelve to fourteen months of age, you experienced a soul exchange. Is that what I heard? Do you actually remember that happening, or is that something you were later told?

Brenda Zyburt: Kind of both.

A few years ago, my mother lived with me for four and a half years before she passed away, and during that time, we reminisced about many things. I already knew this had happened, but she confirmed it. She told me that when I was a baby sitting in my high chair, I turned blue for more than two minutes. My brothers and sisters remembered it too.

What they didn’t understand was that the soul had died. It choked and no longer wanted to be here. There’s about a two-and-a-half-minute window when one soul can leave, and another can enter while the body is still sustained. I’d already had this confirmed by other beings, but hearing my mother describe it completely solidified what had happened.

The question my friends often ask is whether it was another aspect of my own soul that entered, or an entirely different soul. If someone else’s soul walked into my body today, they would probably look around and think, “What is this?” and do everything differently. But because the body was so young, I don’t think that distinction really matters.

What I did take on were very difficult contracts. It was the purpose behind those experiences that shaped me within what I call the false reality of Earth from a very young age.

Would those difficult contracts include the alcoholism and violence you mentioned?

Brenda Zyburt: Yes. They were very hard contracts.

I write about this in my book, but those experiences included alcoholism, physical abuse, mental abuse, psychological abuse, rape, and molestation. When you look back, you realize how much there was to carry. My spiritual team has taught me about all of those experiences, so I understand them differently now.

At seventeen, I joined the Army National Guard and Reserves. My father had to sign for me because I was underage, and that chapter brought even more psychological experiences. By the time I was eighteen, I’d already lived through so much. Then came relationships and everything else before I truly awakened in 2008.

Take me back to 2008. There were a lot of details in your story. Remind me what happened then.

Brenda Zyburt: By 2008, I was a single mother living with my two children and helping raise my grandchildren.

One day, I was outside playing with my son when I walked into the backyard. You might remember those old concerts where huge spotlights swept across the sky. I saw lights like that far off in the distance and assumed there must be some event happening somewhere.

Then the lights came closer. They turned into the most beautiful violet-purple color, and when I looked straight up, there were three ships above me. The lights connected directly to them. They stayed there for about two minutes before moving across the sky in perfect formation.

That was my first unmistakable, face-to-face galactic experience. It was their way of saying, “We’re here.”

Did you freak out?

Brenda Zyburt: No. You really can’t.

People often ask why ships don’t appear to them. It’s about the frequency of your heart. Your galactic team can’t fully acknowledge you until your frequency reaches a certain level.

Around that same time, the ships were taking me, and they performed what I describe as surgery because they told me I was going to expire.

Brenda Zyburt - Awakened Magazine

Were you having health problems at the time, or did they simply know something was coming?

Brenda Zyburt: Not physically.

What was happening was that I was waking up spiritually. When you grow up in an environment like mine, you don’t develop healthy personal boundaries, which also means you don’t develop spiritual boundaries. As I awakened, everything started coming in—the light, the dark, all of it. They had to intervene so I could learn spiritual boundaries.

This was also when you discovered the one-inch mark on your lower back?

Brenda Zyburt: Actually, they removed something.

There was a deep gouge in my back. They rebooted my entire system. I can’t tell you exactly what they did physically, but I know there’s a great deal of technology within me.

In 2023, one of my crystals suddenly broke in half, and what felt like technology came out of it. The sensation was almost like pulling a net through your nose, except it felt metallic and solid. I could feel it moving up through my chest before lodging in my head.

At that point, there was what I can only describe as a galactic battle over me because this was off-planet technology that had entered through the crystal. Beings who had been here long ago wanted that technology, but the Venusians—the white light beings from Venus—protected me. The experience lasted for weeks and wasn’t easy. I almost died.

When you choose to incarnate with difficult contracts, your guides are there to support your mission. But you still have to experience third-density life. If you never experience darkness, how would you truly understand light? How would you know what you’re moving toward?

Today, I continue to have many out-of-body experiences. I’ve traveled to other planets, and I know my galactic teams very intimately. Everything is happening simultaneously across all time and space. Time exists here, but not in the way it does for them.

When I sleep, for example, I’ll sometimes travel to Sirius B, where my husband is. I’ve connected deeply with that aspect of my life there. When I return after swimming in those waters and being with them, the love I feel is so profound that it can take me days to adjust because they exist at such a different frequency.

I’ve had many profound experiences. It’s difficult to narrow them down because so much of my journey has been deeply galactic.

Fascinating. How do your children navigate all of this as you’ve shared these experiences with them?

Brenda Zyburt: They’ve lived through it with me.

My daughter jokes that we should have a reality TV show, and I tell her, “Don’t even go there.” There are a lot of paranormal experiences that happen around me. Sometimes I’ll wake up and tell them, “You won’t believe where I was last night,” and then I’ll share my dreams.

They listen. They embrace it.

I have a hard time relating to people in general because I don’t watch the news or engage much with the third-dimensional world anymore. I operate at a different frequency. My children understand that, and while they’re not there yet themselves, they want to be. They still have distortions from their own life experiences to work through, and that simply takes time.

You mentioned that you don’t watch television or really engage with the three-dimensional world, yet you have a full-time corporate career.

Brenda Zyburt: I do.

I work in supply chain, negotiating contracts ranging from divestitures and joint ventures to agreements worth five to twenty million dollars. I’ve worked with incredibly talented professionals in aerospace, semiconductors, and medical industries.

Over the years, I learned how to separate my spiritual awareness from the constant demands of the corporate world. Every workplace is filled with emails, metrics, KPIs, and endless tasks. I understand all of that, but I’ve always relied on guidance and foresight. When someone presents me with a vision, I already see the outcome. My role is simply putting the pieces together.

Strategy comes naturally to me. Business is almost like a child’s play. The real challenge isn’t the work—it’s people’s frequency and the distortions they carry. You have to understand where people are before you can work with them effectively.

There were times I had to mask certain abilities. I could literally smell illness in people. One man had cancer, and I perceived it almost like the smell of green infection. Eventually, I learned to close those perceptions down because I didn’t want to experience them all the time.

I filter the world now. I allow in only what I need for my work and negotiations. I love mathematics. I love challenging my mind. I have a master’s degree in Global Business Management, but I often say my spiritual education has taught me far more.

For me, it’s about walking in both worlds while maintaining strong boundaries and staying true to yourself, without allowing others’ distortions to enter your field.

When you use the word “distortion,” what does that mean to you?

Brenda Zyburt: To me, distortion is identifying with the structures of the Earth instead of who you truly are.

People become immersed in politics, economics, the stock market, titles, credentials, and everything attached to their names. Spirit doesn’t recognize any of that. The universe, collective consciousness, sees you through your frequency—through your wholeness.

I’ve experienced that directly. When I left my body, I saw that none of the things we value here—our accomplishments, our bank accounts, our titles—mattered. They saw only frequency.

The galactics learn from us just as much as we learn from them. I’m a teacher to them as much as they are teachers to me. They’re always curious about why humans make certain choices or how our bodies function. They’re continually working with our DNA because they want humanity to thrive physically.

When I think about distortion, I picture different communities. Imagine moving from a stock market group to a UFO group, then to a political group. Every community has its own beliefs, and when you immerse yourself in them, you begin to identify with them.

True coherence is alignment with your Golden One—with your Creator. Everything else begins to fall away because it no longer resonates. It’s like mixing oil and water.

I don’t play political games. I don’t watch television. I don’t engage with much of what I consider third-dimensional drama. That’s the shift. People who remain deeply invested in those systems live in one reality. Those who have moved beyond them experience a different one.

That’s what I mean by distortion. It’s anything that separates you from your true coherence.

You describe yourself as both an architect and a guardian of living systems. You touched on that earlier when you shared your awakening story, but what does it actually mean to be an architect? It sounds like you’re talking about both the three-dimensional world and the fifth-dimensional world. What does it mean to be an architect and guardian of living systems?

Brenda Zyburt: That’s a great question. Thank you.

This is something I’ve been taught over time. I was forged with the Elohim, whom I understand as creators of reality. They bring creation into structure. I see myself as a creator of galaxies, worlds, and universes. Once a world is formed—Earth, for example—you enter it to bring light into matter and coherence into remembrance so that life becomes sustainable. In the beginning, everything was simply energy or gas. Structure had to emerge.

In that sense, we’re all architects. We’re all builders of reality within our own lives. The question is whether we give our power away or stay true to our own path and mission.

I carry memories of Atlantis and Lemuria. I remember working with light technology, with light pyramids and light tunnels alongside ant beings. Despite the name, they weren’t small—they were six to eight feet tall. They were extraordinary.

For me, being an architect is about bringing that remembrance back to Earth and anchoring it here. It’s about remembering who you are, aligning with that truth, and allowing the architecture of remembrance to take form through your life. That’s what I see as fifth-dimensional living. You move beyond third-dimensional reality by aligning with your authentic self. Everything else begins to fall away.

Architecture is staying true to your mission, understanding your soul contracts, and honoring what you came here to do instead of living someone else’s vision. It’s about walking your truth and standing fully in your own power.

Brenda Zyburt - Awakened Magazine

You touch on many of these ideas in your chapter in our latest book, The Awakened Healer. Your chapter is titled The Architecture of Intimacy: Why Sacred Connection Heals the Body, Opens the Heart, Restores the Nervous System, and Returns Us to Ourselves. I think you win the award for the longest subtitle.

Brenda Zyburt: (Laughs.)

When you talk about sacred connection healing the body, opening the heart, restoring the nervous system, and returning us to ourselves, what do you mean by sacred connection?

Awakened Healer - Awakened MagazineBrenda Zyburt: The deepest intimacy you’ll ever experience isn’t with another person. It’s with yourself—with your Higher Self, your soul, what I call my Golden One, and with the Creator.

That is true intimacy.

It isn’t found in another human being. If I’m looking to someone else because of my own insecurities, hoping they’ll give me something I haven’t cultivated within myself, they can’t truly provide it. We often enter relationships looking for what we’re lacking, expecting someone else to complete what remains unresolved within us.

But people are still carrying their own fractures and distortions. Their frequencies may not yet be fully aligned with their own Golden One or Higher Self.

For me, the most fundamental thing a soul can do is align with its Golden One and with the Creator. From that alignment, everything else naturally follows.

I’m a conscious channel. While galactic beings can come through me—and sometimes people even say they see my face change, or that a Native American guide comes through—most often I channel through my Golden Ones, which I experience as a collective consciousness.

They’ve taught me the intimacy of truly knowing myself.

I’ve lived alone for more than twenty years, and that solitude has allowed me to know myself deeply. Since stepping into this higher aspect of myself, that relationship has only become deeper and more meaningful.

Instead of looking outward, we need to look inward. We need to strengthen our own foundation before we can build anything else.

What keeps us from experiencing that kind of sacred connection? One thing you mentioned is looking for it in someone else, but what else gets in the way?

Brenda Zyburt: Honestly, I don’t believe there’s a right or wrong path.

Every soul is exactly where it needs to be. There isn’t a race. That’s something people really need to understand.

Each of us comes in with certain soul contracts and agreements to experience particular frequencies. We have to honor wherever someone is on that journey because they may still have unfinished experiences to move through.

Not everyone awakens in a dramatic flash of light. Our bodies couldn’t handle that. We would simply expire. Awakening happens in waves. Some people awaken now; others, years from now; others, decades from now. They’ll continue living the soul contracts they came here to fulfill.

Each person has a primary soul contract along with supporting contracts that help fulfill that larger purpose. Whether someone becomes a politician, an economist, or a spiritual teacher, they’re still walking the path their soul chose.

There’s no wrong in that.

Souls come here to have experiences. Much of what determines our journey is written into those soul contracts. The invitation is to align with your Higher Self, understand why you came here, honor your path, and trust that you’re exactly where you need to be.

You’ve mentioned soul contracts several times. Are these agreements we’ve made with our Higher Self—or with other people?

Brenda Zyburt: Primarily with your Higher Self and the Creator.

We never truly die. We are infinite beings, and everything is happening simultaneously. The version of David sitting here in this conversation exists here in three-dimensional reality. Still, there may be hundreds or thousands of other aspects of you experiencing different realities at the same time.

Earth chose to descend into third-density experience, and we all agreed to participate. Now that the cycle is coming to completion, many of us are finishing those contracts.

The new souls arriving now are already formed at a fifth-dimensional frequency. That’s why they’re going to be extraordinary. They’re helping usher in a different way of being.

The people already here still have their own timing. If someone still needs three-dimensional experiences, they’ll continue having them. Earth is simply frequencies expressing themselves, and those frequencies lose their power when we stop feeding them our attention.

Where are you with your own soul contracts today?

Brenda Zyburt: My spiritual team—this collective consciousness that supports me—is very involved in my life.

When I do healing work, I often work within what I call the unity field of consciousness, surrounded by many galactic beings. During my morning channeling, they’ll often say, “Sister, we need to work on you today.”

I don’t argue anymore. I simply ask how long the session will be and what area we’re focusing on so I can consciously give permission.

Sometimes I move into different dimensions where I can see and hear the beings working around me. Other times, they simply take me out of my body until they’re finished. They’ll work with my DNA or adjust frequencies needed for whatever lies ahead.

I’ve learned to trust that process.

I also talk in my book about what I think of as an Earth activation process. I often travel alone on weekend trips. One experience took me to the Continental Divide in New Mexico, where ancient volcanoes sit above ice caves. Standing barefoot on the Earth there, I experienced what felt like an exchange of codes. I was activating the Earth with my own codes while the Earth was activating me with hers.

My team prepares me for every place I go. Even walking through an airport, there can be exchanges of DNA codes, frequencies, and energy with the people around me.

I feel completely aligned with my soul contracts now.

Since the Winter Solstice on December 21 through the Summer Solstice, this has been a period of peeling away every remaining layer of third-dimensional reality. My house is for sale, and as I move, I feel I’m stepping more fully into a fifth-dimensional frequency.

I’ve already experienced what I describe as the New Earth in my dream states with the galactics. I’ve seen the light technology, the homes, and many of the innovations that will eventually come. It’s not that we’re inventing something new—it’s that we’re remembering what already exists.

People often say, “I have psychic gifts,” or “I’m an empath.” I see it differently.

You’re simply remembering who you are.

As you become more coherent and aligned with your Golden One, more of that remembrance naturally returns. Psychic abilities, intuitive knowing, understanding your soul contracts—they’re all expressions of remembering your true nature.

Brenda Zyburt - Awakened Magazine

One thing you write is that the fifth dimension isn’t a destination but a state of embodied coherence. That seems to connect directly with what you’re describing.

Brenda Zyburt: Exactly.

People often think the fifth dimension is somewhere we’re going, but it begins within us.

As my third-dimensional beliefs, systems, and attachments—my relationship to work, banking, and old structures—fall away, I create space for something new to emerge.

Your outer world reflects your inner world.

As I become more aligned with my own fifth-dimensional consciousness, I naturally begin building that reality around me. My vision is to create a sanctuary and horse rescue. I’ve already seen, through my experiences with the galactics, animals returning that were once extinct and entirely new species appearing in both the oceans and on land. Those changes will take time, but I believe they’re already beginning.

No one is coming to save us.

We build the fifth dimension by creating it within ourselves through alignment.

Some of what you’re describing could sound, to some people, like escaping from the three-dimensional world. Yet you’re still here living on Earth. Most people listening have jobs, children, mortgages, and everyday responsibilities. How do you reconcile those two realities?

Brenda Zyburt: I understand that question.

The fifth dimension isn’t about escaping. It’s about becoming fully present and deeply grounded.

Higher consciousness shows up through scientists, farmers, teachers, engineers, healthcare workers, and even politicians. As old systems begin to crumble, people operating from a higher level of consciousness will naturally begin creating more coherent structures to replace them.

It’s not about withdrawing from life. It’s about becoming more fully engaged with it.

For me, that means working with animals because I want to create a horse rescue. At sixty-one, I’m entering a new chapter. I’m ready to move beyond the traditional workforce, although I still genuinely enjoy contracts and negotiations.

Today I’m drawn toward organizations that operate ethically and genuinely want to help humanity rather than exploit it.

We need to align our work with our passion and our purpose.

You can’t take the scientist out of a scientist or the engineer out of an engineer. Those gifts remain. They simply become expressed through a higher consciousness that serves the Earth differently.

It’s about creating something more coherent—not escaping what’s here.

I’m curious about corporate contract negotiations from that fifth-dimensional perspective. Most people picture contract negotiators as focused entirely on numbers and hard bargaining. It doesn’t sound especially spiritual. How do you approach it?

Brenda Zyburt: That’s something I’ve been learning throughout my entire career.

I’ve worked in supply chain and contracts for over thirty years. In the ’80s and ’90s, business was often about extracting as much value as possible from the other side. While some industries still operate that way, I’ve seen a gradual shift.

Today I look for ethics. There will always be key performance indicators and business objectives, but relationships should be built on compassion and mutual benefit.

Whenever I structure a contract, I try to present both the strengths and the risks openly. Every business relationship is like a marriage. Sometimes they eventually end, but it’s important to begin on equal footing.

Many of my contracts include statements of work that run 50 to 100 pages because clarity creates cohesion. The goal isn’t simply to maximize profit. It’s to build relationships that are sustainable and beneficial for both parties—and ultimately for humanity.

That isn’t always easy. Sometimes you’re working with CEOs and company presidents who need to see a completely different vision.

But the shift has to begin somewhere.

Over the past five years especially, I’ve had the privilege of working with leaders who genuinely valued fairness. Business is changing, and I believe that change begins as we remove distortion within ourselves and bring more compassion into everything we create.

In your chapter in The Awakened Healer, you describe a powerful meditation you experienced in April 2026 before traveling to Ireland and Scotland. Tell us about that experience.

Brenda Zyburt: That morning my guides told me, “We need to do a session.”

Then they asked me, “How do you understand intimacy?” At first, I wondered where they were going with that question.

As they began working on me in another dimension, I felt my entire root chakra start to vibrate. The sensation grew stronger and stronger until it filled my awareness. It moved upward through my sacral chakra and continued through my body, each energy center carrying a different frequency, until my entire system reached a state of coherence.

Through that experience, they taught me that the deepest intimacy with your own body is what we often seek in union with another person.

For nearly thirty minutes, I remained in that state. It completely reset my nervous system.

Everything we seek already exists within us.

That experience brought my brain, heart, and nervous system into coherence and perfect alignment. True intimacy—whether with yourself or another—creates safety, unity, trust, and profound harmony. That’s the state where the nervous system can truly reset.

They gave me that experience because only a few days later I would face something very difficult.

They were preparing my body for what was coming.

Only afterward did I fully understand why.

Brenda Zyburt - Awakened Magazine

One of the things you include in your chapter is a guided meditation. You even encourage readers to record it so they can listen to it themselves, which I think is a wonderful idea. I was wondering if, instead of reading it, you’d be willing to actually lead us through a meditation today. Would you be open to that?

Brenda Zyburt: Absolutely.

I invite everyone to relax, close their eyes, and simply begin to breathe.

As you breathe, breathe in your Golden One.

Allow yourself to settle. Be here.

There is nowhere you need to go. There is nothing you need to accomplish and nothing you need to fix. Take these next few moments simply to arrive.

Breathe in slowly through your nose, then gently exhale.

With every breath, allow the noise of the day to begin falling away.

There are no responsibilities, no expectations, no worries. Let the endless stream of thoughts drift past like leaves floating down a river.

Simply rest in the present moment.

Know that you don’t need to carry anything right now. Simply return home—to yourself, to your soul, to the home of the architect within.

Now bring your awareness to your feet.

Feel the Earth beneath you—steady, supportive, always receiving you.

Imagine a pillar of golden light extending down through your feet, deep into the heart of the Earth. Connect your roots to that light. Feel yourself connecting to every ley line, every node, every grid, and sense the heartbeat of Mother Earth.

Feel her steadiness.

This light anchors you, stabilizes you, and supports you in your earthly experience.

Quietly say to yourself:

“I am here. I am present. I am safe in my body.”

Take another deep breath and release everything that no longer serves you. It isn’t yours to carry.

Now imagine a second column of golden light descending through the crown of your head, connecting you directly to the Creator.

Allow that Creator light to flow gently down through your body and into your heart, uniting Heaven and Earth within you—spirit and matter, above and below.

Feel that light expanding from the center of your heart like the sun.

Take a moment simply to feel it.

Feel its pulse.

A living bridge of coherence.

Warm.

Bright.

Infinite.

This is the presence of your soul.

Your Golden One.

Your inner sun.

Align with your true, authentic self.

This is the love you’ve been searching for.

It has never been outside of you.

It has always been within you.

Allow that golden light to expand through your chest, your shoulders, your arms, and into every cell of your body until each one shines like a brilliant star.

Every breath brings greater alignment.

Every part of you remembers its true origin.

It’s true design.

Silently repeat:

“I am love.”

“I am whole.”

“I am enough exactly as I am.”

Now allow the golden light to continue expanding through your throat, your voice, your truth, your mind, your wisdom, your knowing.

Let it fill every part of your energetic field.

Allow remembrance to return through coherence.

Now imagine a soft sphere of golden light surrounding your entire body.

This is your field of coherence.

Calm.

Present.

Intelligent.

Breathable.

Alive.

It does not block.

It organizes.

It does not resist.

It clarifies.

Within this field, only truth and coherence remain.

Only what serves your highest good remains.

Silently repeat:

“I choose clarity.”

“I choose presence.”

“I choose coherence.”

“I choose love.”

“I choose to know myself.”

Take another deep breath.

Release everything that no longer serves you.

Now allow yourself to connect even more deeply with your Higher Self, your Golden One, your soul.

Feel the eternal aspect of yourself—the part of you that has never forgotten who you truly are.

Feel that presence standing with you.

Loving you.

Living within you.

Silently repeat:

“I trust myself.”

“I trust my soul.”

“I trust the wisdom within me.”

Simply rest.

Feel the presence of your own being.

Feel the Creator.

Rest in the knowing that you are supported.

You are guided.

You are loved.

You are exactly as you are meant to be.

Frequency is the vehicle.

Love is the passenger.

Raise your frequency and be with your Golden One.

As we raise our frequency through presence, truth, coherence, and conscious connection, more of the soul is able to embody within our lives.

Our awareness expands.

Our love expands.

Our trust expands.

Our remembrance of who we truly are becomes deeper knowing.

Know yourself at the deepest soul level.

Honor the sacred relationship between you, your Golden One, and the Creator.

Now take one final breath.

Breathe it in.

Feel the Earth beneath you.

Gently wiggle your fingers and your toes.

And return to the present moment.

That was incredibly powerful, Brenda. Thank you so much. I had my own experience during that meditation. It was absolutely phenomenal.

Brenda Zyburt: Thank you.

I love guiding people into a connection with their Golden One and their Higher Self before they move into other meditation practices. When you begin from that place of alignment, your own truth has space to emerge.

Brenda Zyburt - Awakened Magazine

I have to say, connecting with my Golden One during that meditation was a profound experience for me. It was unlike anything I’ve experienced before. Thank you for sharing that.

Talk to us about your Architectural Coherence Sessions. These are one-on-one sessions you offer. What can someone expect if they book one?

Brenda Zyburt: Thank you for asking.

I offer both individual sessions and monthly group gatherings for anyone who feels called to participate.

When I work with someone, my role is to hold a coherent field that helps them align with their own Golden One and Higher Self. Healing isn’t about flipping a switch. It’s about gently working through the layers that each person is ready to move through.

I work within what I call the unity field of consciousness alongside my galactic team. There are always many beings present, but ultimately it’s your own Higher Self that’s doing the healing.

No one can override your soul contracts or the experiences you’re here to have. What we can do is help remove blocks, restore greater coherence, and create the clarity needed for you to recognize your own path.

Some sessions involve conversation, guidance, and coaching. Others are primarily energetic work and sound healing.

Every session is unique, but they’re all very profound.

And can those sessions be done remotely?

Brenda Zyburt: Yes.

Most of my work now is done long distance.

How long is a typical session?

Brenda Zyburt: Usually about an hour.

Sometimes a session extends to an hour and a half, especially if someone needs additional time to process afterward. I really honor what each person needs so they leave feeling they’ve had the experience they came for.

Along with your chapter in The Awakened Healer, you’ve also released a new book this year called The Architect Returns: The Blueprint Was Never Lost.

Brenda Zyburt - Awakened MagazineBrenda Zyburt: Yes.

The artwork on the cover is one of my own paintings. If you look closely, you’ll see the face of a Syrian being near the top. It’s also symbolic of a butterfly and the Syrian energies connected with my own awakening.

The book tells the story of my galactic experiences—from Lyra and Sirius to working with the Elohim. It explores the codices I received and the vow I made during Lemuria and Atlantis.

When Atlantis fell, I made a vow to return when the Earth was ready for coherence. I believe that time is now.

The book is really about all the beings who have mentored and supported me over hundreds of Earth years, both seen and unseen.

It’s a very profound book for me.

People often tell me they read it in a single day because they can’t put it down, but then they go back and read it again because each reading reveals something different.

Some of the messages in the book came through from different dimensions. Even now, when I reread them, I’m amazed by their depth. Sometimes a single channeled message feels like it could become an entire book on its own.

I especially treasure the conversations I included with my future self. During periods of transition in my own life, I still go back and read those passages because they bring me comfort.

I truly love the book.

You also have oracle decks. Do you happen to have one nearby?

Brenda Zyburt: I do.

One of the decks is part of the Architect series, and another centers on dragons.

After my awakening, my dragon Serafina returned to me. She had also been with me during Lemuria. Just like everything else, the dragon realm is accessed through frequency, and I’ve worked with dragon consciousness for many years.

That deck carries the energy of Newgrange, awakening, and the dragon frequencies. I designed all of the artwork myself. Although I’m primarily a channeled artist, creating the deck was a different kind of creative experience, and I really enjoyed it.

I also created an Architect Oracle Deck that expands on many of the teachings in the book.

I work with both decks every day.

My artwork often contains channeled messages, and I continue to work extensively with crystal singing bowls.

The crystal bowls are extraordinary.

Whenever my team asks me to play them, they tell me the frequencies travel through all dimensions and across time and space. While the sound certainly supports me, they say it also supports the surrounding community, the world, and even other dimensions because the frequency continues traveling outward.

They’re incredibly powerful tools.

Where can people learn more about your work, book a session, or follow you?

Brenda Zyburt: Everything is available on my website: BrendaZyburt.com

You’ll find my sessions, books, Oracle decks, and everything else there.

Brenda, it’s been such a pleasure getting to know you. Thank you for sharing your story so openly and for the work you’re doing for both people and the planet.

Brenda Zyburt: Thank you.

It’s truly been an honor.

"The deepest intimacy you'll ever experience is not with another person. It is with yourself, your Higher Self, your soul—what I call the Golden One. That is the true intimacy of the Architect."
