Everyone talks about finding your purpose, as if it were a street corner, a place you hope to get directions to. But that isn’t how it works. Your soul purpose isn’t something you find or accidentally stumble onto.

If you enjoy mystery stories—following clues and gathering information to get to the bottom of things—this will be engaging for you.

Your Soul Vision Blueprint isn’t revealed all at once. It unfolds one breadcrumb at a time as you remember your story, reclaim your gifts, and gather back the pieces of yourself you’ve scattered throughout a lifetime.

A sculptor takes a block of stone and chisels it until it takes the form the artist envisions. According to Michelangelo, the sculpture is already inside the marble. His role was merely to uncover it. In the same way, you can become the sculptor and gently chisel away everything that isn’t truly you until the person your soul always intended emerges.

Your soul communicates with you 24/7, although it may be too quiet for you to hear. The good news rarely arrives with a bang; it’s more like a quiet whisper and a trail of breadcrumbs—quiet clues and little nudges that, when we look back, form a trail leading us home.

Your Soul Blueprint Leaves Clues

You are the mystery we are about to solve. The stories of your life and the things you wanted to do or be in childhood are pieces of this puzzle, your Soul Blueprint, your living guide to your life down here on Planet Earth.

Are you ready to take this Soul Blueprint journey with me?

Clue #1

What fascinated you as a child?

I recall sitting at the kitchen table when I was 5 years old, eating a bowl of Cheerios, and singing the commercial song: “When I grow up, I want to be a fireman, everybody knows, they eat Cheerios.” I didn’t want to be a firefighter, but I knew I wanted to be someone who helped people and maybe saved lives.

What fascinated you as a child when you were still free to daydream? My friend Patricia knew at 4 or 5 that she wanted to be an actress because she created stages and performed for her family regularly for fun. It was her passion, and she grew up understanding that her soul blueprint was about healing through bringing love and compassion to the stage.

What did you dream about before your dreams were reined in by school, memorization, boredom, a 40-hour-a-week stifling job?

When no one was telling you who to become, who were you naturally becoming?

Clue #2

What challenge has followed you your entire life?

Recently, I understood a pattern that kept me small my entire life, despite many opportunities I didn’t recognize. Looking back, I saw that I was so quick to judge my failures that I walked away from what I had built right before the opportunities arrived. I would lose confidence in my work and in my own creations when someone else criticized them.

Countless projects were started, even completed, but never promoted.

That pain I carried and the fear of rejection have finally forced me to trust my own voice. Often our deepest wound points toward our greatest gift.

Maybe your blueprint isn’t despite your struggles. Maybe it’s hidden inside them, waiting to be seen.

Clue #3

What comes naturally to you that others find difficult?

I’m a natural collaborator and usually discover the missing pieces in a project that absolutely need to be addressed. Something I think is so obvious, others completely miss. And because it comes naturally to me, I completely forget that it’s one of my superpowers.

People often dismiss their gifts because they feel effortless, and they’ve always been doing it; it’s no big deal.

“I’ve always been intuitive.”

“I’ve always understood animals.”

“I’ve always seen patterns.”

Hello…That’s exactly why they’re your superpowers. They’ve always been part of you.

Clue #4

If I had to choose one clue above all the others, it would be this one.

What keeps calling you back? Where does your attention go? How do you spend your time? As a young girl, I always tried to make people feel better if they were in emotional or physical pain. Years later, I realized my path was healing, and I became a chiropractor.

Where do your interests lie?

Books.

Places.

Ancient cultures.

Healing.

Teaching.

Music.

Art.

The stars.

This kind of “soul” fascination doesn’t go away. Even when you ignore it, it returns.

It returns.

Clue #5

Who are you always helping?

When I was younger, I thought I would die before 28 because I couldn’t see my mission and had no idea what my purpose was or what I was here to do. But at 26, I was guided by my higher self, that voice within, to enroll in chiropractic school. By the time I turned 28, I knew my purpose was to heal, inspire, and encourage others as I supported them in embracing their best version of themselves.

And now, as a Soul Vision Mentor & Architect, I point my clients in the right direction to find themselves.

Sometimes, our blueprint reveals itself through the people around us, and we interact. I was always trying to help people feel better, but I was clueless. I didn’t recognize it as the superpower it is.

Clue #6

What experiences changed you forever?

This is a biggie for me. Years ago, I was injured and couldn’t practice chiropractic any longer. I lost everything—my home, my car, my chiropractic practice—and was in terror. Then I remembered I had always wanted to write a book and had been told most of my life that I was psychic, even though I had never “used it” or practiced as a psychic. I even had an M.S.in Counseling I could put to use.

I was forced to pivot, using my untested intuitive empathic gifts instead of my physical chiropractic skills. This step wasn’t easy, but I would do it all over again now that I’ve gained confidence in my path as a Soul Vision Guide. Only later did I realize I wasn’t leaving my path; I was moving deeper into it.

Chiropractic has always been one expression of healing. Soul Vision became another. I was meant to be a Soul Vision Architect, a mentor to others, helping them remember who they are. It’s written into my Soul Blueprint.

The point is, this very painful event became an initiation that changed the direction of my life.

Without these painful but necessary initiations,  you wouldn’t be who you are today.

Clue #7

What won’t leave you alone?

That dream.

That idea.

That project.

That book.

That conversation you’ve wanted to have for years.

Purpose has a way of knocking until we finally answer.

I’ve always dreamt of sharing my wisdom on large international stages, inspiring, motivating, and uplifting others. I held that dream for all these years, and over the last few years, I’ve slowly begun speaking around the world.

Perhaps these clues aren’t random at all. Perhaps they’re the breadcrumbs your soul scattered long before you arrived here, waiting for you to notice them.

As a child, I always sensed I had been a healer. Long before I became a chiropractor, I was completely fascinated by herbs, energy, dreams, and the magical world. As a little girl, I didn’t have language for it. I simply knew.

Looking back now, I can see those weren’t random interests. They were breadcrumbs leading me back to my Soul Blueprint.

The truth is, your Soul Blueprint has never been hidden from you. It has been patiently introducing itself throughout your entire life. Sometimes we simply need to look back with new eyes to recognize what our soul has been trying to tell us all along.

Soul Reflection

This week, spend a little time becoming a detective of your own life.

Ask yourself:

  • What fascinated me as a child?
  • What has always come naturally to me?
  • What challenge shaped who I’ve become?
  • What dream refuses to leave me alone?

Don’t try to force the answers. Simply notice what arises. Your soul has been scattering breadcrumbs all along, and they are already waiting for you to follow.

If these questions evoked something within you, but you’re still unsure how the pieces fit together, you don’t have to figure it out alone. Sometimes another pair of intuitive eyes can recognize the patterns we can’t yet see ourselves, and that can make the next step easier.

TAKE ACTION: If you’re standing at a turning point or sensing that there is something more, explore The Soul Vision Discovery Session. In this private conversation, you’ll connect the dots between your life experiences, uncover the gifts you’ve carried, and discover the next step your soul is inviting you to take. Sometimes, one meaningful conversation is all it takes to see your life through an entirely new lens.
