Before I begin, I want you to know something important. What you’re about to read is not a theory, a belief system, or an attempt to convince anyone of anything. This is my personal story. A human story. It is the journey of how I learned to see without my physical eyes and, in doing so, discovered a deeper truth about who I am and what we are capable of.

Some truths don’t arrive loudly. They don’t crash into your life or announce themselves with certainty. They arrive quietly, almost shyly, as if asking whether you are ready to notice them.

For most of my life, I sensed that I was more than my body. More than my thoughts. More than the roles I played in the world. But sensing something and truly knowing it are two very different things. I didn’t want to believe. I wanted experience. I wanted something that would leave no room for doubt.

Mindsight became that turning point.

The Question That Wouldn’t Let Go

Years ago, while watching the documentary Superhuman, hosted by Caroline Cory, I witnessed something that stayed with me long after the screen went dark. Children were shown wearing blindfolds, yet they could read, identify colors, and move through space as if their eyes were wide open. They weren’t guessing or pretending. They were seeing in a way that defied everything I had been taught about perception.

I remember sitting there quietly, feeling something shift inside me. If children could do this, then what did that say about human potential? And more importantly, what had we forgotten as adults?

That question followed me for years.

I searched for answers, for teachers, for anyone who could explain how this was possible. Eventually, I found two people online who had been teaching Mindsight for a long time through seminars and group trainings. But the reality was simple. I couldn’t afford it, and I couldn’t travel across the country to learn from them. The door felt closed before I ever reached it.

So I made a choice that would shape everything that followed. I decided to explore this ability on my own. At first, I worked with fragments. Short clips. Interviews. Whatever pieces of information I could find online. There was no structure and no feedback. For a couple of weeks, excitement carried me forward. Then the darkness set in. Session after session, there was nothing behind the blindfold. No images. No clarity. Just silence.

I drifted away from the practice and returned to it off and on over the years, never quite knowing what I was doing or whether I was even close. Without guidance, it felt like walking without a compass. Eventually, frustration won out, and Mindsight faded into the background of my life.

Learning to Stop Trying

Everything changed in early 2024, after a deep awakening to who I truly am. Something inside me knew it was time to return to Mindsight, not with urgency, but with patience.

This time, I committed quietly. Every other day, I practiced for fifteen to twenty minutes. No expectations. No chasing results. Just showing up.

Months passed. Most sessions were still in darkness. There were moments of frustration and self-doubt, but something subtle was shifting. I began to understand that Mindsight does not respond to force or effort. It responds to allowing. I had spent most of my life in an analytical mindset, trying to figure things out, trying to control outcomes. Mindsight asked me to do the opposite.

Breathwork became essential. Meditation softened my mind. I learned how to be present without reaching. How to relax into awareness instead of pushing for results.

Slowly, something inside me changed.

The Day the Window Opened

November 30, 2024.

I was standing in my dining room, facing the backyard where my pool sits. The sun was incredibly bright that day, flooding the room with light. That contrast between light and darkness mattered more than I realized at the time. I had my blindfold on, and my timer was almost finished. I had already accepted that this would be another unsuccessful attempt.

At that moment, my body yawned deeply and stretched naturally. As my guard dropped, something unexpected happened. A small window opened in my awareness, no larger than a nickel. At first, it was cloudy, like looking through frosted glass. I could see color but no detail.

Then, unmistakably, I saw blue. It was the water in my pool. Clear. Defined. Real.

My heart started racing. I tore the mask off, convinced there had to be a hole. I inspected it carefully. There was nothing. No cracks. No gaps. I put it back on, waited a few seconds, and the window opened again.

I called my wife into the room, barely able to contain myself. I asked her to hold up her fingers, to move, to do anything at all. She held up two fingers, then four, then eight. She laughed and danced exaggeratedly, and through the blindfold, I saw her clearly.

“I can see you,” I said, my voice shaking.

That moment didn’t feel magical. It felt grounding. Like something ancient had remembered itself through me.

Mindsight is not about seeing better. It is about seeing differently. It is perception without the physical eyes, awareness without effort. It is seeing with the eyes that were never closed in the first place. Once it happens, even briefly, something irreversible occurs. You no longer believe. You know.

Today, through my podcast and platform Beyond the Frequency 369, I share this journey openly. What was once deeply personal has become something I feel called to offer others. I now host remote online workshops, free from high-priced seminars or inaccessible barriers. Just real people, learning to remember what they already carry within them.

So far, over forty-six people have opened their windows. In 2026, many more will.

TAKE ACTION: If something stirred in you while reading this, trust that feeling. Mindsight isn’t about becoming extraordinary. It’s about remembering who you were before the world told you what was possible. If you feel called to explore it further, you can find Cesar through his podcast and website, Beyond the Frequency 369.

Some truths don’t need to be proven to the world. They only need to be proven to yourself.
