We are on an evolutionary journey.

The Earth is evolving. The cosmos is evolving. Humanity is evolving. And one of the great awakenings happening now is the realization that these are not separate journeys.

For many years, our spiritual work has focused primarily on ourselves—our healing, relationships, fears, wounds, ancestral patterns, purpose, prosperity, and the questions that arise when life suddenly asks us to become more.

Who am I?
Why am I here?
What is trying to emerge through me?

That inner work is important. Yet as we awaken, a much bigger picture begins to appear.

Nan Akasha - Awakened Magazine

We are not evolving separately from the Earth.

We are awakening with her.

The waters, mountains, forests, stones, caves, temples, and ancient sacred places of our planet are part of this same unfolding consciousness.

Our ancestors understood this.

Across cultures and continents, people honored the Earth as a living Divine Mother. They blessed springs, climbed sacred mountains, entered caves, built temples in alignment with the heavens, walked ceremonial pathways, and listened to the wisdom of the land.

They knew something we are beginning to remember:

The Earth is alive.

She remembers.

And when we learn how to listen, the land can help us remember too.

The Land Is a Living Record Keeper

Sacred places carry memory.

Imagine the thousands of prayers spoken within an ancient temple.

Imagine generations gathering around a sacred spring for healing.

Imagine the ceremonies, initiations, celebrations, births, deaths, revelations, and transformations witnessed by an ancient grove or stone circle.

Something remains.

I experience these as the Akashic Records of place—living fields of consciousness containing the stories, wisdom, medicine, and possibilities associated with a landscape.

The stones remember.

The waters remember.

The trees remember.

The temples remember.

And perhaps most importantly, our souls remember.

When we consciously enter these places, the outer landscape can begin to open something within our inner landscape.

A spring becomes more than water.
A stone becomes more than stone.
A labyrinth becomes more than a pathway.
A temple becomes more than an archaeological site.

They become doorways. And suddenly we are no longer studying the mysteries.
We are walking inside them.

Pilgrimage as an Evolutionary Journey

This is the inspiration behind The Planetary Pilgrimage Series: Opening the Ancient Portals of Earth, Awakening the Living Consciousness Within.

I see our planet as an enormous living Mystery School.

Different places carry different teachings and frequencies.

Avalon carries the mysteries of the Grail, the Goddess, sacred waters, and walking between worlds.

Egypt carries the temple mysteries of initiation, Isis, Hathor, sacred geometry, and our relationship with the stars.

The Maya lands of Yucatán hold extraordinary teachings about time, cycles, sacred caves, cenotes, the cosmos, and our relationship with the living Earth.

Greece carries the mysteries of the Oracle, the Gods and Goddesses, prophecy, and the ancient Mystery Schools.

Ireland and Scotland open us to ancient stones, sacred wells, Celtic wisdom, and the elemental worlds.

Each place is different.

Each place has its own voice.

Each place has its own medicine.

And each can awaken a different part of us.

We do not travel simply to see these places.

We travel to enter into relationship with them.

We listen.

We make offerings.

We bless the waters.

We feel the Earth currents.

We communicate with the trees, stones, temples, and elemental kingdoms.

And we ask the land:

What do you remember?

What are you ready to reveal?

What am I ready to remember?

Glastonbury: Where Timelines Meet

One extraordinary example is Glastonbury, England—the legendary landscape of Avalon.

Few places weave together so many different spiritual traditions, legends, and periods of time.

Arthur and Guinevere.

The Holy Grail.

Joseph of Arimathea.

Mary and Mary Magdalene.

The Holy Thorn.

Merlin.

Morgana.

Viviane and the Lady of the Lake.

The ancient Goddess traditions.

The Michael and Mary Earth currents.

The Tor.

The Abbey.

The White Spring and Chalice Well.

Ancient orchards, sacred waters and stories of Avalon hidden behind the mists.

You can walk through Glastonbury and feel as though many worlds are occupying the same landscape.

That is what fascinates me.

Avalon feels like a living library where timelines intersect.

Walk into the White Spring, and you descend into stone, darkness, and rushing water, almost as though you are entering the womb of the Earth.

Enter the Chalice Well gardens and another frequency emerges—peace, water, flowers, trees, and a profound stillness.

Climb the Tor and suddenly Earth and sky meet. Wind moves around you, and the entire landscape opens beneath your feet.

Walk through Glastonbury Abbey and stories separated by centuries suddenly occupy the same space.

These places invite us to move beyond our ordinary perception of time.

Opening the Portals

When I speak of opening portals, I am speaking about opening our consciousness to information, wisdom, and possibilities that we do not normally perceive.

The sacred site is one part of the portal.

You are the other.

The landscape carries its memories, symbols, stories, and energetic imprint.

You bring your consciousness, intention, intuition, and willingness to listen.

When the two meet, something can open.

You may receive an image.

A feeling.

A memory.

A message.

A sudden understanding.

A creative idea.

An unexpected solution.

Or simply a profound feeling of recognition:

I know this.

The experience is different for everyone because everyone enters through a different doorway.

This is why pilgrimage can become such a powerful method of self-discovery.

You don’t merely think about transformation.

You walk it.

You touch it.

You drink the waters.

You sit beneath the trees.

You enter the temples.

You walk the labyrinth.

You dream.

You listen.

And gradually, another level of perception begins to awaken.

The Akashic Records Are Not Only About the Past

We often think about the Akashic Records as a place where we discover what happened before.

Past lives.

Ancestors.

Old agreements.

Unfinished stories.

But I believe their greater gift is helping us understand possibility.

The past contains wisdom that can help us create differently now.

We may release an old vow at a holy spring and choose a new relationship with ourselves.

We may stand among ancient stones and suddenly understand a gift we have been afraid to express.

We may enter a Goddess temple and remember our relationship with creativity, abundance, or personal power.

We may walk a labyrinth carrying one version of ourselves into its center and emerge ready to live another.

We are not returning to sacred places simply to recreate the past.

We are retrieving its wisdom to create the future.

You Are the Portal

One of the greatest realizations in this work is that ultimately the doorway is not somewhere outside you.

You are the portal.

Sacred places help us remember how to open it.

As our frequency changes and our intuitive senses awaken, we begin communicating differently with life itself.

We listen to our bodies.

We listen to water.

We listen to dreams.

We listen to synchronicities.

We listen to the Earth.

We become more receptive to the wisdom of our Higher Self and the greater field of consciousness surrounding us.

This does not require us to give away our discernment or authority.

Quite the opposite.

It can bring us more deeply into ourselves.

We become clearer.

More present.

More creative.

More willing to trust what we know.

And perhaps this was always one of the purposes of the ancient Mystery Schools: not to give us all the answers, but to awaken the consciousness capable of receiving them.

Returning to the Living Earth

Our relationship with the Earth needs this remembrance.

We have spent generations treating the planet primarily as a collection of resources.

Pilgrimage asks us to approach her differently.

With reverence.

With gratitude.

With curiosity.

With reciprocity.

Instead of asking only:

What can I receive from this place?

We also ask:

What can I give?

A blessing.

A prayer.

A song.

An offering.

Gratitude.

Love.

Attention.

Our presence.

When we begin relating to the Earth as living consciousness rather than scenery, something changes.

We remember that we belong here.

We remember that we are part of nature rather than separate from it.

And we begin to understand that our awakening and the awakening of the Earth are woven together.

A Planetary Mystery School

Imagine experiencing the entire planet as a living Mystery School.

One sacred landscape awakens your relationship with water.

Another awakens your voice.

Another reconnects you with the Divine Feminine.

Another awakens ancient knowledge.

Another brings you into relationship with the stars.

Another teaches you about time.

Another simply brings you into such profound stillness that you finally hear yourself.

Each pilgrimage becomes another initiation.

Another doorway.

Another piece of yourself returned.

And as we travel from sacred land to sacred land, something extraordinary happens.

We realize that the greatest pilgrimage has always been the journey into our own eternal nature.

My Own Call to Pilgrimage

For more than 40 years, I have opened portals in time and space and led sacred pilgrimages because I have witnessed the profound transformation these experiences can create—a new freedom within and a completely different way of experiencing ourselves and reality.

Each person connects and communicates with the people, places, elements, and dimensions of time in a different way.

Each person discovers their own doorway.

And each person has the opportunity to rise into a new state of consciousness.

The magic that occurs goes beyond healing, solutions, guidance, and inspiration.

It is a reunion with the timeless aspect of the Self.

From that reunion, something beautiful is born: a deeper peace, greater confidence, and the freedom to simply and fully be yourself.

We discover that we are not stuck.

We are not limited to the story we have already lived.

The portals remind us that other possibilities exist—and that we can become channels for timeless wisdom, creativity, love, and new realities of peace, harmony, and abundance.

My Own Call to Pilgrimage

For more than 40 years, I have led sacred pilgrimages and witnessed how deeply these experiences can transform the way we see ourselves and the world around us.

Each person connects with the land, its people, elements, and layers of time in a different way. No two journeys unfold alike. Yet sacred places often help us reconnect with a timeless aspect of ourselves. From that recognition can come greater peace, clarity, confidence, and the freedom to live more fully as who we are.

The land reminds us that we are not confined to the stories we have already lived. Other possibilities are always waiting to be remembered.

The Pilgrimage Within

Glastonbury is one doorway within a much larger planetary Mystery School. Other landscapes may lead us toward sacred water, ancient knowledge, the Divine Feminine, the stars, or a deeper relationship with time.

Wherever the journey takes us, the invitation is the same: to meet the Earth as living consciousness and listen for what becomes possible when the outer landscape awakens the inner one.

The Earth remembers. Perhaps it is time for us to remember with her.
