Have you ever wondered why some people simply feel safe to be around?

We’ve all met someone whose presence seems to put us at ease. They don’t have all the answers, and they don’t need to be the loudest person in the room. Yet somehow, being around them feels calming, genuine, and deeply comforting. In this conversation, Ragan Thomson shares why she believes that kind of presence isn’t something we’re born with. It’s something we uncover as we heal. She explores what she calls the “seat of the soul,” the place within us that remains whole beneath the pain, fear, and stories we’ve collected throughout our lives.

Whether you consider yourself deeply spiritual or you’re simply looking for more peace in your everyday life, this dialogue offers a thoughtful invitation to look inward. Rather than searching for fulfillment outside yourself, Ragan suggests that the healing we long for begins by remembering who we have been all along. It’s a conversation about presence, compassion, and discovering that the light you’ve been seeking may already be shining within you.

Ragan Thomson - Awakened Magazine

Your chapter in The Awakened Healer is titled The Soul’s Seat: Remembering Our Light, Truth, and Divinity. In it, you write that healing isn’t always about becoming someone new, but about remembering who we’ve always been.

I hear the word “remembering” often in my interviews and throughout the spiritual community. When did you personally come to that realization in your own life—that you didn’t need to become someone new, a new Ragan Thomson, but instead remember who you’ve always been?

Awakened Healer - Awakened MagazineRagan Thomson: Thank you so much. That’s a beautiful place to begin.

As I reflected on this recently, I realized it wasn’t one single moment—it was a series of awakening experiences that deepened over time. One of the most significant things happened about fifteen years ago when I founded a conscious media company called In the Loving. Our mission was to create conscious media products for families worldwide.

There were five of us involved, and we intentionally built the company through meditation, prayer, drumming, and shared vision. Every aspect of our work came from that collective space of consciousness. Our first project, Baby in Bliss, unfolded over the course of a year, and as the vision became clearer, one central truth kept emerging: it was all about remembering who we truly are.

As we worked together, Spirit kept calling us back into remembrance. It wasn’t about becoming something different. It was about shedding everything that wasn’t truly us. As we did, joy naturally came online, along with playfulness, curiosity, inspiration, and creativity. Those qualities weren’t things we had to create—they were simply revealed.

That was my first real experience of this remembering, although at the time I was still discovering what it meant. Since then, every stage of my awakening has involved clearing more of what isn’t aligned with my true divine light. With each awakening comes a deeper remembrance.

If I had another word for it, I might use it, but “remembering” still feels like the most accurate description. Each time we deepen our awakening, something within us ignites. We don’t simply become more awake—we begin to truly know ourselves on a profound level. That naturally brings greater peace because we’re no longer trying to become someone else. We’re simply settling into the truth of who we already are.

One of the terms you use throughout your chapter—and even in the title—is “the seat of the soul.” What is the seat of the soul? Where is it within us, and why is it so important?

Ragan Thomson: For many years, Spirit has guided me as a facilitator, helping people return to the seat of their soul—to the throne of the truth of who they are.

Spirit has shown me that within every human being is a divine spark, the truth of who we are as an expression of creation. That spark exists in what I call the seat of the soul. As I’ve been shown, it’s located a couple of steps behind the heart. That’s why we often speak of the heart as the gateway or the chamber—it truly is the doorway into the soul’s light.

My work is to help people remember that. If there’s one thing worth remembering, it’s that who we truly are isn’t found outside ourselves. So many people spend their lives searching “out there,” trying to find themselves through external experiences. Spirit continually says, “No, bring them back. Bring them back to their seat. Bring them back to their soul.”

The seat of the soul is your soul’s light. It is the divine spark. It is your Divine I Am Presence. It is presence itself. It is the truth. It is everything you have ever been, everything you are now, and everything you will ever become, because it is the home of your soul.

As you were describing that, I thought about how much of life is spent trying to define ourselves through things outside of us—our identity, our appearance, our wealth, our accomplishments, even our health. Yet all of those things can disappear in a moment. But what you’re describing—the seat of the soul—can never be taken away. It always remains. That feels incredibly hopeful and grounding. It feels like home. Does that resonate with you?

Ragan Thomson: Yes, I love how you shared that, David.

I was recently on a podcast where the host asked, “What is the most unharmable place that exists within us?” My immediate answer was the soul. It is the one place within us that has never truly been harmed. It remains untouched.

Sometimes people will say, “But I’ve experienced trauma. I’ve experienced pain. I’ve been harmed.” And that’s absolutely true. Parts of us carry those experiences. Inner children, unresolved aspects of ourselves, energetic fragments that still hold trauma, karma, grief, or fear—they genuinely experience pain, and we never dismiss that.

But within the soul itself, nothing has ever been harmed. The soul is like a sacred fire that purifies everything and continually calls us home.

I often guide people through meditations where they imagine these wounded parts as threads extending from them. One part might say, “I’m not worthy.” Another might carry the fear of abandonment. Another fears death. Each of those parts has its reasons for existing, rooted in lived experience. That’s where our healing work begins. We lovingly give each part what it needs so it can finally resolve the pain it has been carrying.

Yet within the seat of the soul, there is no fear. There is no problem to solve. There is no worry. The soul simply says, “I came here knowing these experiences would be part of the journey. I came here knowing there would be energy to heal.”

As human beings, we also have a personality. Our personality isn’t our soul—it’s the interface between our soul and the world. It’s shaped by our masks, our conditioning, and any unresolved wounds we still carry. The beautiful thing is that the personality itself can be purified. We don’t get rid of it—we allow it to become soul-integrated.

As those wounded parts heal, they dissolve back into the soul’s light. I often picture the soul as a small sphere of light behind the heart. Every time one of those parts resolves, it returns home, and that sphere becomes brighter and larger.

Eventually, the goal is full embodiment. You’re no longer simply living as a personality navigating the world. You’re living as an embodied soul.

When that happens, your soul’s light shines through you—through your eyes, your presence, your entire being. People may not know why they feel so comfortable around someone, but they feel safe. They feel peace. They feel joy. They’re responding to the soul that’s shining through.

Ultimately, one of the greatest gifts we can give ourselves—and one another—is to embody our soul. When we do, others naturally become curious. They begin asking, “What are you doing? Why do I feel so peaceful around you?” That invitation becomes part of their own awakening journey, and I believe that’s the path humanity is walking together right now.

Ragan Thomson - Awakened MagazineAs you describe this, and as I think back to your chapter, I’m imagining going inward to the seat of my soul and feeling completely safe, whole, nourished, alive, and renewed. It also feels like the place from which I would want to lead my business and my life.

What I find myself wondering is this: Is the goal, eventually, to stop having to “go inward” to access that place and instead simply live there all the time?

Ragan Thomson: Yes. Absolutely. That’s really the beautiful and inevitable outcome of practicing this work.

Sometimes people tell me, “I did this work with you, and everything changed. My life started opening up. New opportunities appeared. I finally left a job that no longer aligned. I feel lighter.” Those shifts can happen surprisingly quickly.

But then they’ll say, “After a while, I slipped back into old patterns.” And I simply remind them: this is a practice.

Every time you return within, your frequency shifts. Your capacity to hold light expands. Spirit is incredibly wise—it doesn’t flood us with everything all at once because our nervous systems couldn’t integrate it. Instead, we’re given exactly the amount of light we’re ready to receive. Then our system recalibrates, our life reorganizes, and eventually we’re ready for more.

That’s when people often realize they don’t just want occasional moments of connection—they want to live from that place. They want to lead from it.

There was a time when I needed to consciously return to my soul’s light every day, or several times a week. I would sit there, purify, cry, grieve, heal—whatever my system needed.

Today, it feels different.

I still love the practice. I still enjoy dropping into the seat of the soul and receiving new activations, especially if life is stretching me or I’m moving through another layer of healing. But it has become more of a lived experience than a destination I visit.

The more we practice, the more naturally we begin living from that place. We don’t have to keep searching for our soul because we’ve remembered it.

At that point, the world no longer tells you who you are. Other people’s opinions no longer define you. You naturally begin checking within instead of constantly looking outside yourself for answers.

That’s what I call inner authority.

You’re living from authentic power. You discover that peace isn’t outside you—it’s within you. You discover that love isn’t something you have to chase or receive from someone else. The love you’ve been seeking has always existed within your own soul.

That remembrance grows over time. Eventually, it feels as though you’ve unplugged from the old matrix of fear and limitation and begun living in a far more miraculous state of presence.

Ultimately, that’s what truly comes online through this work: presence.

We talk about presence all the time, but what is it? For me, it’s simply being fully here. Fully alive. Fully available at this moment.

I’m not claiming I’m present 100% of the time, but I do feel I’m living a deeply present life now. It’s difficult to fully describe with words. There’s simply a profound peace that comes from living here, now.

And that’s where the soul lives. That’s where we find it.

There’s a passage in your chapter that I’d love to read. You write:

“The most profound healing I have witnessed does not begin with fixing behavior or rearranging schedules. It begins with the recognition that you are not separate from the Divine. You are a vessel of it.”

You describe this as a reunion between the soul and Spirit. What do you mean by that?

Ragan Thomson: Well, first of all, I believe the greatest contagion on our planet has been forgetting—the amnesia around who we truly are. We’ve forgotten that we are souls inhabiting bodies, and that we are literally made of Spirit. We are divine fractals of the One.

Spirit is what animates us. It moves through us so that creation can experience itself through us. Some people call it Spirit, others call it God, Goddess, Source, or the Universe. Whatever language we use, it’s the same omnipresent, omnipotent energy flowing through our lives.

As we reconnect with our soul, we also allow Spirit—light itself—to move more fully through our bodies. I work primarily with what I call the Divine White Light. As a white-light facilitator, I experience Spirit as brilliant, radiant white light. When we consciously connect with that light, it becomes the master healer. It purifies the system because Spirit is light, Spirit is energy, and ultimately, that’s what we are made of.

We are luminous beings of light. We are eternal souls temporarily living in a body. When we leave this life, we don’t truly die—we simply move on to the next stage of our journey.

As that remembrance awakens within us, we begin to feel our connection to all that is. We realize we’ve never actually been disconnected from Spirit. Yet so many people identify only with the body and forget the soul.

What unfolds is a beautiful reunion—a sacred marriage between the soul and Spirit. During facilitation, I often perceive it as two lights coming together. The light of the soul reconnects with the greater light of Spirit, and there’s this profound realization:

“I’ve never been separate from this energy, because this energy is who I am.”

Earlier, you spoke about the different parts of ourselves. That section of your chapter really stood out to me. I’ve done a lot of therapy over the years, but not specifically what people call “parts work.” You talk about the inner child, protectors, critics, people-pleasers, and other aspects of ourselves.

Can you help us understand how those parts develop and what they’re actually trying to do for us?

Ragan Thomson: Most of us come into this lifetime as a soul with a very specific blueprint. Before we incarnate, our soul chooses a trajectory—a path designed around what we’re here to learn, heal, and experience. Ultimately, every soul is seeking to return Home, to Source. This lifetime becomes the playground through which that evolution unfolds.

Because we’ve forgotten our connection with Spirit, we experience separation. That forgetting creates pain. In many ways, it’s at the root of the division we see throughout the world. When we forget we’re souls, we begin identifying only as human beings, and that’s where the ego becomes so powerful.

The ego constantly whispers, “You’re not worthy. You should be afraid. You need to protect yourself.” It believes it’s keeping us safe, but in many ways, it also keeps us small.

As we move through life, we begin carrying anxiety, fear, and the constant feeling that we have to prove ourselves. We wake up with endless to-do lists because somewhere inside we believe that accomplishing enough will finally make us worthy.

We also choose our parents before we’re born, even though many people understandably struggle with that idea. Those relationships are part of the soul’s curriculum. They aren’t random. They’re opportunities for growth, healing, and awakening.

Instead of recognizing those experiences as lessons, we often judge them. We judge our parents. We judge ourselves. We feel lonely, unworthy, unloved, or afraid that love doesn’t exist. Those experiences create energetic imprints. Some come from this lifetime, while others have been carried forward from previous lifetimes if they were never fully resolved.

Ragan Thomson - Awakened Magazine

Often, we experience those things subconsciously. Everything you’ve described seems to operate just below the surface for so many of us.

Ragan Thomson: Exactly. It’s like this subconscious layering that settles over us.

I often describe it as a layer of dust or cobwebs covering the soul’s light. That’s why clearing this material is so important. When those layers are removed, the soul naturally shines again. It’s not that joy suddenly appears—it was always there beneath everything that had accumulated around it.

This work can feel messy. It can feel uncomfortable, sticky, even a little overwhelming at times. Spirit and I joke about it sometimes—it can feel “icky.” But even though it’s not always easy, it’s absolutely worth it.

The beliefs we’ve carried—“I’m not good enough,” “I’m not lovable,” “I’m not safe”—eventually become what I call parts. They’re non-integrated aspects of ourselves, and some have accumulated tremendous weight because they’ve been carried for many lifetimes.

Someone might say, “I had wonderful parents. I don’t understand why I still struggle with self-worth.” That’s actually quite common. Sometimes the soul chooses deeply conscious, loving parents because it’s trying to finally heal an old pattern that has existed for lifetimes.

The soul is incredibly intentional. It carefully chooses circumstances that create opportunities for healing.

Patterns become parts. For example, every time someone feels afraid, they might isolate themselves, eat comfort food, or avoid asking for help. That repeated pattern usually belongs to a younger part of themselves—often an inner child that learned long ago that isolation felt safer than vulnerability.

While I do work with past-life memories, everything we need to heal is ultimately available here and now. Sometimes Spirit will show someone another lifetime because it’s helpful, but the healing always happens in this moment.

Imagine a baby in the womb hearing a mother say, “This pregnancy was a mistake.” People sometimes wonder whether a baby could possibly absorb that. I believe they absolutely can. That child may enter life already carrying the belief, “Something must be wrong with me.”

That becomes another part.

Then perhaps at age three, an older sibling says, “You’re a terrible sister.” Later, another experience reinforces the same belief. Over time, multiple moments begin stacking on top of one another, each strengthening an already familiar wound.

I’ve worked with countless people whose lives seemed filled with different people repeatedly pressing the same emotional button. But if they could see it differently, they’d realize those experiences weren’t punishments. They were opportunities. Each one was another invitation to heal that original wound.

Without realizing it, those unresolved feelings simply accumulate. We don’t know how to process them, so they become stored within us. The mind begins creating stories around them, and those stories strengthen the part until it feels like that’s simply who we are. But it isn’t. It’s just an unhealed aspect of ourselves waiting to come home.

You write in your chapter about having compassion for these parts of ourselves. How do we move from self-hatred—or even simply disliking parts of ourselves—to compassion and curiosity? And what happens when we do?

Ragan Thomson: First, we have to be willing to go inward. That takes courage.

One of the challenges we’ve faced on this planet is our relationship with pain. We’ve been taught that pain is a problem—that it’s something to avoid or escape. But pain is actually a teacher. It’s knocking at our door, saying, There’s something here that still needs your attention. There’s energy here that’s ready to be healed.

Instead of listening, we’ve often responded by reaching for the next distraction or addiction. We stay busy. We eat. We drink. We numb ourselves. That’s understandable because we’ve never really been taught how to relate to pain in a healthy way. We’ve been conditioned to see it as a curse rather than an invitation.

Thankfully, we’re living in a new era. More people are awakening, and beautiful healing modalities and practices are becoming available—including this soul work. The most important thing is knowing that you’re not alone. If you’re willing to take that inward journey, you’ll discover that Spirit is already there. We all have guides, angels, teachers, and loving beings supporting us.

One of the simplest ways to begin is through the breath. We often underestimate how powerful breathing really is. Every conscious breath becomes an invitation to receive light and support. Even taking a few intentional breaths begins shifting your state.

Ultimately, we’re here to become deeply self-loving, self-compassionate, and self-accepting. That’s easier said than done because many of us still carry parts that don’t feel lovable or worthy. This is why I love soul work. As we breathe and begin resting in the seat of the soul, our soul itself becomes the facilitator.

As Spirit flows through us, we begin directing that light toward the wounded parts within. At first, it may feel like only a small well of light, but it’s enough. That light naturally becomes courage. It naturally becomes compassion.

Many people tell me, “I didn’t even know what compassion actually felt like until I experienced this.” They suddenly realize the love they’ve been searching for has always existed within them.

From that place, you can begin having a genuine conversation with those wounded parts. You can simply ask, “What do you need right now?”

Often the answer is remarkably simple:

“I need love.”

“I’m scared.”

“I need to be held.”

With your soul present and Spirit flowing through you, that light can be directed right into the center of that pain. The wounded part begins receiving exactly what it has needed all along. It’s deeply soothing.

There are many ways to support this healing. Sometimes it’s energy work and light work. Other times it’s forgiveness.

It can be as simple as saying:

“I forgive myself for every time I believed I wasn’t worthy of love.”

Or,

“I forgive myself for every time I blocked compassion because I didn’t know what it felt like.”

We all carry different layers around these beautiful qualities. Sometimes we simply never learned how to receive them.

In your chapter, you call this process the “Soul Emergence Activation.” For someone hearing that phrase for the first time, what does it actually mean? What happens during the experience?

Ragan Thomson: Everything we’ve been talking about today is part of the Soul Emergence Activation.

It begins by helping someone consciously connect with their soul’s light. For many people, that’s a completely new experience. Some have never even considered that they have a soul in this way.

We begin by creating a sacred container. We connect with the breath, invoke Spirit, and invite the support of angels, guides, archangels, ascended beings, and whatever expressions of Divine presence resonate with that individual.

Very quickly, people begin feeling held. They sense that they’re supported.

Throughout the entire process, the breath remains central. Every inhale becomes an opportunity to receive light. Every exhale becomes an opportunity to release what is being purified.

As that continues, the system naturally prepares itself to move toward the soul.

Then we gently guide all of our attention inward, into the heart. Often I invite people to imagine the heart as a doorway or sacred chamber. Through visualization, they walk through that doorway and begin journeying behind the heart toward the seat of the soul.

People sometimes ask whether that’s really possible.

I always tell them the only limitation is their imagination. We are imaginative beings of light. When we enter that childlike state of wonder, remarkable things become possible.

Once someone arrives at the seat of the soul, they begin experiencing it directly. They don’t just think about it—they feel it. We help them notice the contrast between where they were before and where they are now. Their whole system begins recognizing that something is profoundly different.

People consistently describe feeling peace, lightness, and an extraordinary sense of coming home—even during their very first experience.

As they continue practicing, they often tell me that their lives begin changing rapidly. Opportunities appear. Relationships shift. Old patterns naturally fall away because they simply no longer match the frequency they’re embodying.

Once someone is resting in their soul’s light, we begin working with the wounded parts.

It’s actually very common for those parts to appear at that point. For the first time, they finally feel safe enough to come forward.

A memory may arise. A feeling may surface. A voice inside might simply say, “I feel sad.”

Rather than pushing it away, we welcome it.

Those parts have been waiting to come home.

They might say, “I don’t feel welcome.”

“I don’t feel worthy.”

“I don’t think I deserve to be here.”

And we simply respond with love:

“You are welcome here.”

“Come home.”

Then we ask what that part needs.

Sometimes it’s just one part. Sometimes there are several. Often the answer is beautifully simple:

“I just need Divine love.”

“I just need to know that love is real.”

“I want to come home to the love I’ve been searching for my entire life.”

When those parts receive what they need, they begin integrating back into the soul.

People sometimes tell me the process sounds almost too simple.

I understand that.

My own healing journey was long. I explored countless modalities over many years. Looking back, I feel Spirit was preparing me—not only to heal myself, but also to help others.

Spirit eventually said to me, “Thank you for walking that long road. Now there’s a new process that can help people heal much more quickly.”

That doesn’t diminish the value of the journey I experienced. It built resilience, patience, compassion, and deep understanding. It also gave me the confidence to know that whatever someone brings into this work can be healed.

I’ve seen profound transformation happen in a single session. People can release enormous amounts of what they’ve been carrying and experience truly miraculous healing in the present moment.

That’s what I’ve consistently witnessed with the people I work with.

Ragan Thomson - Awakened Magazine

Would you be willing to guide us through a shortened version of the Soul Emergence Activation so people can experience a small taste of what you’ve been describing?

Ragan Thomson: Of course. I’d be honored.

Let’s begin.

If it feels comfortable, gently close your eyes.

Take a slow, deep breath in through your nose, and exhale softly through your mouth. Continue breathing slowly and naturally.

With each breath, invite Spirit—the Divine, your angels, guides, archangels, and all-loving beings—to infuse your breath with pure love and light.

As you breathe in, imagine a radiant diamond-white light entering your body. It is brilliant, crystalline, warm, and filled with unconditional love. Allow that light to settle gently into your heart.

If you’d like, place one or both hands over your heart.

With each breath, receive more of this beautiful light. Feel it filling your breath, your body, and your heart.

Now bring your awareness to the center of your heart.

Behind your hands, notice a warm, glowing light. It carries that same brilliant diamond-white radiance. Feel its warmth. Feel its peace. It is soothing, comforting, and alive.

This is the light of Spirit beginning to meet the light of your soul.

As you continue breathing, invite even more Divine compassion, acceptance, and forgiveness into your heart. Allow this higher frequency to gently purify whatever has prevented you from fully receiving or expressing love.

Perhaps you’ve believed you needed to achieve something before you could be loved.

Perhaps you’ve questioned your worthiness.

Allow all of that to begin dissolving.

With every exhale, simply release whatever is ready to leave.

Your heart is opening.

The pathway into your soul is becoming clear.

Now imagine your heart as a beautiful chamber filled with light.

The more you breathe, the brighter it becomes. Any dust or cobwebs that once covered your light gently fall away.

Before you appears a luminous pathway.

Perhaps it’s made of crystal.

Perhaps it’s lined with flowers.

Perhaps it simply glows with golden light.

Take a slow walk along this pathway.

Notice the beauty around you.

Notice the peace.

At the end of the path, you see an extraordinary sphere of brilliant light.

As you move closer, its warmth grows stronger.

Its peace becomes unmistakable.

You feel completely welcome.

Allow yourself to step into that light.

Let it surround you.

Let it fill your body.

Allow your soul’s light to move through every part of your being.

You have now entered the space behind your heart.

The seat of your soul.

The throne of your true Divine nature.

This is the light of who you truly are.

The living expression of everything you’ve ever been, everything you are now, and everything you are still becoming.

Pause here.

Notice the difference.

There is nothing to fix.

Nothing to become.

Nowhere else do you need to be.

Only love.

Only peace.

Only acceptance.

If a thought arises…

If a wounded part of you appears…

If a voice says, “I’m not worthy,” or “I’m afraid,” or “I don’t belong…”

Simply notice it.

Imagine your soul sending beautiful golden streams of light toward that part of yourself.

Perhaps it’s an inner child.

Perhaps it’s simply a feeling you’ve carried for years.

Gently say:

“You are welcome here.”

“You have done nothing wrong.”

“You are a divine expression of Spirit.”

“Come home.”

If that part is ready, imagine it gently returning to your soul’s light.

As it does, notice your light becoming brighter.

This is how we become whole.

By welcoming home every part of ourselves that once believed it was separate.

You might quietly say:

“I welcome you home.”

“I welcome you back into love.”

“I welcome you back into peace.”

Take another slow, deep breath.

And now offer yourself forgiveness.

Perhaps silently repeat:

“I forgive myself for not knowing this sooner.”

“I forgive myself for every time I was hard on myself.”

“I forgive myself for believing I wasn’t enough.”

How could you ever be anything less than enough when you are a Divine expression of the One?

You simply forgot.

And now you’re remembering.

Continue breathing slowly.

Breathe in love.

Breathe out fear.

Breathe in truth.

Breathe out worry.

Remember that you are a soul having a human experience.

Every experience you’ve lived has served your growth, your healing, and your evolution—even the most difficult ones.

Perhaps you couldn’t see that before.

Now you can.

Offer a moment of gratitude—to Spirit, to your soul, to your own courage for taking this journey inward.

May your integration unfold with ease and grace.

Thank you, Spirit.

Thank you to the Divine.

Thank you to every soul who shared in this experience.

Thank you so much, Ragan. That was beautiful. It was incredibly powerful. I think for someone who has never experienced this kind of journey before, actually feeling it helps everything we’ve been talking about make sense.

Ragan Thomson: It really does. Sometimes you simply need to experience it once.

From what Spirit has shown me, this is a newer form of healing that’s becoming available on the planet. It’s not better than other modalities—it’s simply different. It carries a different frequency that aligns with where humanity is now.

I simply serve as a conduit for that light. I’m working with what Spirit is presenting as a possibility for us today.

What I’ve consistently witnessed is that people often experience profound shifts very quickly after doing this work.

Ragan Thomson - Awakened Magazine

Tell us how people can work with you.

Ragan Thomson: There are several ways.

I teach a monthly online Spiritual Awakening class where we explore this work in much greater depth. It’s a beautiful journey for anyone wanting to deepen their connection with their soul.

I also have an extensive presence on Insight Timer, including guided meditations, premium content, and a course called The Journey of the Soul. I’m continually adding new material there.

My website, RaganThomson.com, has become much more than a website. It’s really a wisdom library, with meditations, prayers, downloadable resources, and many other offerings.

You’ll also find me on YouTube, Instagram, and other social platforms, where I regularly share new teachings.

One project I’m especially excited about is an online Soul School that’s currently in development. It will explore the soul’s journey from conception through the entire human experience—including conscious parenting, relationships, business, death, and beyond. The intention is to bring ancient spiritual wisdom into grounded, everyday life.

For now, the best place to stay connected is through my website.

And if someone is in the Santa Barbara area, they can also find you teaching in person from time to time.

Ragan Thomson: Yes, absolutely.

I regularly teach workshops in person, and I also serve at Unity of Santa Barbara. I teach at several other locations in Ojai and throughout California as well.

The easiest way to stay informed is by subscribing to my newsletter through my website. Each week I share meaningful content, upcoming events, new teachings, articles—including my work with Awakened Magazine and everything that’s happening both online and in person.

I also have a free Soul Activation meditation available when you join the newsletter, so it’s a wonderful place to begin.

Wonderful. Be sure to visit RaganThomson.com, and I also encourage everyone to pick up a copy of The Awakened Healer and read Ragan’s chapter, The Soul’s Seat: Remembering Our Light, Truth, and Divinity

Ragan, it’s always such a joy to spend time with you. Thank you so much for being here.

Ragan Thomson: Thank you so much, David. It’s always wonderful to be with you.

And thank you to everyone listening. I truly hope you’ll read the chapter and explore the book. I’m deeply honored to be part of Awakened Healer. It’s such a beautiful collection, and it’s been a true blessing to contribute. Thank you.
