To Forgive Is to Release the Past
Maestro Juan de la Luz is a spiritual guide and channel of quantum physics devoted to awakening human consciousness through healing, cellular reprogramming, and experiential work with the quantum field (the ‘quantum void’). His work puts multidimensionality into practice—drawing on concepts from quantum physics—so people can access higher-frequency states, connect with their guides, receive guidance, and become their own channels of light. There are experiences that do not end when we believe they are over. They linger in the body, in our memory, and in the interpretation of what we have been through. They influence our decisions, our relationships, and the way we react to life.
Sometimes we believe we have already moved past them, that time has done its work. Yet, it takes only a single word, a situation, or a simple gesture to trigger that memory once again.
It is not the past itself.
It is the way we interpret it, and the energy that this narrative sustains.
And that energy, even if we never give it a name, shapes our reality.

Forgiveness Is Not What We Think It Is
For a long time, forgiveness has been understood as an emotional act, something we must do to bring closure to a chapter, to find inner peace, or to move forward.
But forgiveness, in its deepest dimension, has nothing to do with the other person.
It has to do with perception, with energy.
It is not about justifying.
It is not about forgetting.
It is not about reconciling.
It is about seeing from a different perspective.
For what keeps us bound to an experience is not the event itself, but the way we have allowed it to shape our reality.
To forgive is not to set someone else free.
It is to liberate the way in which we continue to relate to that experience, hence, we free ourselves.
And when that interaction changes, the energy changes with it.
What Is Not Released Repeats Itself
In practice, a lack of forgiveness does not manifest merely as a constant thought; it manifests as an energetic pattern.
Relationships that repeat themselves.
Situations that change in form, but remain fundamentally the same, in energy.
Uncontrollable reactions that we cannot understand.
This is no coincidence. It is energetic coherence.
Whatever is not released simply reorganizes itself, only to reappear.
From this perspective, forgiveness ceases to be an isolated emotional act and becomes, instead, a process of conscious awareness, a way of seeing what we were previously unable to see and begin to reinterpret our story.
Forgiveness is not a mental decision, but rather the opening of an inner space; a space within where our perception shifts. Where we cease to view ourselves as victims of an experience and begin to recognize the lesson it holds. When we integrate that we are energy, we therefore understand that everything we live, we have participated energetically in creating that experience, since we have attracted it.
That shift in perception does not erase the history. But it transforms the energy we experience.
Forgiveness Is Not Something you do; It Happens with Loving Comprehension
This is where many people get confused.
They try to forgive.
They repeat to themselves that they must let go.
They convince themselves that they have already done so. Yet the burden remains.
Forgiveness does not occur through effort. It occurs through integration.
When consciousness expands, that which previously caused contraction naturally loses its power. Not because we have “worked” on it, but because we are viewing it from a different place.
From this perspective, forgiveness is not an action we perform. It is a consequence of having looked deeper. And in that act of seeing, the energy ceases to sustain itself, perpetuating a cycle.
To Forgive is to Shift One’s Frequency
If we are energy organized in human form, then every experience leaves a trace.
That trace does not vanish with the passage of time. It remains active as information.
To forgive is to allow that information to cease defining us.
It is to move from reaction to presence.
From identification with the wound to connection with consciousness, where we integrate it as a learning experience.
From holding onto the past as our identity to inhabiting the present as a possibility.
And in that shift, something reorganizes itself.
The way we perceive.
The way we respond.
The way we live.

A Process That Cannot Always Be Undertaken Alone
The challenge is that this process is not always self-evident.
It does not occur on the surface.
And often, it is not accessible to the rational mind.
There are memories that are not merely personal; they are familiar, collective, and even ancestral. Layers of information that we cannot always see for ourselves.
For this reason, at certain moments, guidance ceases to be optional and becomes fundamental to the process.
Not as a form of dependency, but as a source of clarity.
A space where the invisible can be made visible.
Where perception can expand without resistance.
Where that which seemed stuck begins to move.
This form of guidance does not seek to teach how to forgive. Rather, it seeks to elevate us to the frequency of our essence. Because when we are fully present in our being, we integrate all experiences with love. And when we integrate them, the energy is released.
An Internal Decision
Forgiveness is not an event; it is a decision.
It is not about changing the past, but about ceasing to hold on to it as a reference point for the present, where we are actively creating the future.
It’s recognizing that continuing to carry that energy comes at a cost: it limits our perception, conditions our decisions, and restricts our capacity to expand.
Forgiveness does not change history. But it changes how history lives within us. It changes our energy.
The Portal That Opens
When that energy is released, something opens up.
Not as some extraordinary event, but as a new perception.
A broader way.
Lighter.
More coherent.
That is forgiveness. Not a closing, but an opening.
A portal.
And, often, the beginning of a deeper process.
For when we stop holding onto what limited us, an inevitable question arises:
What else am I failing to observe within myself? Who is still speaking of forgiving me in order to be free? And it is at this point that the process deepens. When that willingness appears, the space and guidance also emerge, allowing us to see what was previously impossible, making the experience an opportunity for expansion.

Juan de la Luz Post to X
Maestro Juan de la Luz has devoted more than twenty years to guiding individuals through processes of healing, multidimensional awareness, and spiritual awakening. Born in Colombia and educated in the United States, he transitioned from a successful telecommunications career to fully embrace his spiritual calling in 2005. A life journey marked by profound loss and deep inner transmutation opened the way to his role as a channel—expanding the vibrational field so people can connect directly with multidimensional Beings of Light and become their own Channels of Light. Through his methodology of ‘quantum physics in action,’ he supports others in activating their gifts and embodying that connection. Today he travels internationally leading retreats and immersions, and resides at the dimensional portal of El Edén in Cali, Colombia, where he continues to serve humanity with consistency, humility, trust, and gratitude.
