If you’ve ever wondered how to boost your energy instantly or unlock your true potential, this episode will give you practical strategies to do just that. Let’s dive in to our conversation!

You spend a lot of your time talking about and working with people in the area of energy. If someone is listening today and they’re feeling low energy, sluggish—whether that’s physical, emotional, or even spiritual—what could they do in this moment to shift how they feel?
Medge Jaspan: You can shift your energy in a second. Wear clothes you enjoy, and play music you love. I love ABBA. If I wake up not feeling 100%, I’ll put on any ABBA song, and I’ll feel instantly better. That’s my first tip.
I love it. Okay, so put on an outfit you feel good in and play some music that lifts your mood—whatever makes you feel good.
Medge Jaspan: Exactly. Pick a color you love. I love blue, so I wear blue all the time because it makes me feel fabulous. It’s also a way to get to know yourself better. You need to know what you love in order to shift your energy.

I want to dive into your story of awakening to spirituality or mindfulness, however you would describe it. Did you grow up with spirituality in the home, or was that something newer for you as you got older?
Medge Jaspan: I grew up in a very Catholic household and couldn’t talk about this kind of stuff. But I had a gift as a little girl. I thought I could make people happy because I was feeling energy. I always felt energy. It was a gift I discovered over time. As a kid, you have no clue what’s going on, but as I grew up, I realized it was fully me. The last 20 years have been more intense. I blossomed because I was able to be authentic and express who I am naturally.
I know you’re located in Florida at the moment, but the accent I hear doesn’t sound like a Florida accent.
Medge Jaspan: I was born and raised in France, so I’m French. I can’t get rid of this accent. I even tried accent reduction at university, but I was too old. If I had learned English as a little girl or been immersed here, I wouldn’t have an accent. But this is me.
Do you find that there are a lot of people in Florida who speak French?
Medge Jaspan: Not really. There is a French community, of course, like everywhere in Florida. Florida might be one of the states that attract the French because life here is a little easier. But you’ll find French people all over the U.S.
You said you had a gift as a child of making people happy, and then it began to blossom. Tell us more about how that gift unfolded. You were helping people become happy, but how did you shift into serving them in areas like mindfulness, consciousness, health, and wellness? How did that come about?
Medge Jaspan: My first company was in Cannes. It was called Cannes Touch. I was consulting to help business owners improve their businesses. I love people, so I was good at connecting with them and helping them discover who they truly are. I was already like that.
It wasn’t as deep, though—we were doing more business work. But then I went to a birthday party, and someone asked, “Are you psychic?” I said, “Absolutely not.” But there were a lot of psychic people there, and they said they could feel I had a gift. I thought, uh-oh, and said, “Absolutely not.” You don’t want to show up as a psychic when you’re running a business, especially in France, where it was difficult to work with big corporations as a woman.
I had to think about it. I asked myself, “Is it being psychic to feel if people aren’t feeling well?” I started investigating my own gift. I laid everything out on the table and discovered my gift in a soft, loving way, instead of thinking I had to fit in. That’s what I teach now. I teach people to stop trying to be like others.
If you look at the world today, especially kids, they all wear the same clothes and look the same. But if you discover who you are, you don’t need to fit in or try so hard. You just need to be yourself. That’s the journey I went through, and it was fabulous. I wanted to share that with others and invite people to be truly authentic because when you are, it’s life-changing.

How did you begin to explore those gifts? You mentioned it was in a soft and loving way. How did that start to come into your life, and how did you ultimately step into the work you’re doing now?
Medge Jaspan: At first, I was trying to understand what I was feeling while being with someone. I’m not psychic—I cannot tell you the future, absolutely not. However, I could feel and see people differently, almost with color or intensity. Energy can feel cold, and I see people that way. I could feel if someone was sick. I started working on that, and someone who influenced my work tremendously was Dr. Martin Seligman. He’s a psychologist at the University of Pennsylvania, and I studied positive psychology with him after I came to the U.S.
The beauty of his work is that humans tend to focus on what’s wrong with them. Traditional psychoanalysis asks, “What’s wrong with you? Tell me about your childhood.” But Martin Seligman, and Peter Seligman as well, introduced a new era in psychology, where you focus on what you have, who you are. That shifted my perspective and perception of myself. I began to explore my strengths and weaknesses, and it was powerful. I realized, “This is me. I can show up with these strengths and improve them.”
Slowly, I introduced positive psychology concepts into my consulting work. I realized I could really learn the tools, so I dove in. I returned to school and earned a Master’s in Psychology from Columbia University. They combined psychology with spirituality and a mind-body perspective, so it was a new journey for me. During this time, I worked with people differently because I was going through the process myself.
The spirituality component of grad school was phenomenal. We studied psychology in a traditional way, but adding spirituality was life-changing because your beliefs define who you are. I also have to mention that I went to college for my undergrad in the U.S. I came here and did it all over again, doing both undergrad and grad school because I hadn’t studied psychology before. Studying psychology in English was quite challenging.

When you came to the United States, how old were you?
Medge Jaspan: I was 40. I just turned 57, so it was 17 years ago.
Did you speak English when you came to the U.S.?
Medge Jaspan: I thought I did. In France, we’re always around British people, so I used to speak Franglish—some words in English, some in French. The British always understood. But when I came here, it was a different story. People couldn’t even understand what I was saying! I thought, “Why don’t they understand me?” It was funny.
So you came back, did an undergrad, and then a graduate degree in Positive Psychology?
Medge Jaspan: I studied the psychology of education, then positive psychology, spirituality, and metaphysics. My doctorate is in the psychology of understanding consciousness and conscious living—understanding that people are different and unique. That is huge.
Who would you say you primarily serve in the work you do now? Is there a certain demographic you connect with more? What challenges are they facing when they come to you?
Medge Jaspan: I work with two types of people. One group is going through physical challenges—those who are sick, with conditions like cancer or Parkinson’s, something significant. The other group consists of people going through a midlife crisis or feeling out of balance. I’ve worked with teenagers, but most of my clients are middle-aged people who want to live their true life, understand their mission, and fully embrace who they are.
This is important because I truly believe, and research shows, that physical illness can be connected to past trauma. These traumas are stuck in the body. From an energetic perspective, The Body Keeps the Score, an amazing book, explains how the things you experience, even in first or seventh grade, stay with you. If you address the trauma, you can heal. If not, the body will remain in a state of dis-ease until it manifests into an actual disease, which is difficult.
When someone comes to you, what can they expect from these sessions? I know in-person might differ from remote sessions, but what are those like and how will they help?
Medge Jaspan: Whether you’re on the computer or in person, the difference is just location. I can do the same work in either setting because it’s all about energy. You can feel and connect with energy even when you’re not in the same physical space. That’s important. Energy is exceptional. When you learn to use it and understand it, you can do tremendous work.
What can you expect? You’ll definitely discover who you are. The first session is about investigation. I won’t do the work for you—that doesn’t make sense. I won’t tell you what to do. I’ll invite and accompany you, encouraging you to open up and embrace your true self.

Is it more like meditation, or is it dialogue back and forth?
Medge Jaspan: It’s a discussion, like what we’re having right now. We also do exercises to help quiet those disturbing thoughts that most people have, so you can really embrace who you are at your core. As we talk, you’ll notice my tone changes, making you more receptive. I believe you’re already starting to feel the energy, which helps you stop just listening and start feeling. We’ve been conditioned to stop feeling because when you feel, you’re more vulnerable. But when you feel, you also become more powerful.
When we start feeling again, what happens?
Medge Jaspan: When we start feeling, we are more powerful.
More powerful. Why is that?
Medge Jaspan: Look at nature. Do you think animals in the wild are thinking about what they do? They feel. The difference between humans and animals is that we think we’re smart and need to analyze everything. When you enter a room, for example, you naturally feel attracted to certain people. Are you thinking, or are you feeling? It’s pure energy. You’re drawn to one person or group. That’s our animal instinct. But we’ve become so focused on using our brain and analyzing that, at some point, it doesn’t serve us.
Now, if I ask you, David, where would you like to live? What’s your ideal place to live?
I’d say probably Corona Del Mar, and I’d like a waterfront home overlooking the ocean. That’s very attractive to me.
Medge Jaspan: How did you come to that conclusion?
I’ve thought about it. I live in the area, I walk and drive by those places, and I think it would be nice to live there.
Medge Jaspan: Are you thinking, or are you feeling?
Well, I’d say the feeling part is when I’m walking there. I like how I feel in that area. Then the thought process kicks in—those houses are $10 million, and I’m not quite there yet.
Medge Jaspan: Exactly. You’re not being yourself because you believe you can’t afford a $10 million house. What’s stopping you from being there is your thoughts. Think about it—you feel that you’d love to be there, you feel it’s the best place for you, but you think you can’t have it. That’s the difference.
When you’re in your heart, you love the oceanfront. If I told you there’s a way for you to be there without spending $10 million, you might find a way. But what’s blocking you is your thinking. Once you go inside your heart, you can visualize and see yourself in that place by the water. The limitations you have are the ones you’ve created. You can be exactly where you want to be just by feeling it. It’s all about energy. When you feel like you’re there, you are there.
From a manifesting perspective, would you say that the more I live in that reality, where it feels natural rather than something to strive for, the more likely I am to attract that into my life? Would you believe that?
Medge Jaspan: Absolutely, without a doubt. And you’ll realize that you don’t need to buy a $10 million house to live there. You never know what can happen. You might meet someone in 5 minutes who says, “Oh, I need someone to stay in my house for a year because I have to move.” You never know. But as you create your reality, you’ve also created limitations, maybe several of them.
One of the phrases you highlight on your website and social media is “Reset, Regenerate, and ReWrite your story.” This aligns with what we’re talking about now—Reset, Regenerate, and ReWrite your story! Why is that theme so important to you, and how do you help people with it? We’ve discussed that you help people become more aware of themselves and what they want. What else happens in your sessions that connects to this theme?
Medge Jaspan: You mentioned something important—what people want. Sometimes what we want isn’t aligned with what we truly love or like. Some people want things because they’re conventional, they make them look successful, but it’s not what they love. When you reset, you reset all those beliefs. You wipe the slate clean, so to speak, and say, “Okay, I’m starting fresh.”
Regenerate means giving your body permission to not only want what’s good for you but also to heal. When I talk about regeneration, I’m referring to deep healing—emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual healing.
Rewriting the story comes when you shift, reset, and start to regenerate. It’s a new story, and you don’t want the old one because the old one isn’t you. When you become who you truly are, it’s a beautiful new story.

I know some of this sounds like conventional coaching, but I also know you integrate some technologies that I’m not familiar with. You use Tesla Biohealing technology and other devices. Do these work in person and remotely? Walk us through these technologies, how they work, and how they benefit people.
Medge Jaspan: When we talk about resetting, you have to embrace your environment and understand that everything is energy. Your nervous system, blood circulation, your brain—everything is energy in your body. All of your cells are immersed in water. When I was 18, I studied physics, mathematics, and biology because I was good at it, and it was my passion. I use this knowledge now because everything we learn is useful. I’ve learned that we can change our physical reality using physics.
For example, I use Tesla Biohealing technology, which involves bio-photons. It’s a machine, but without electricity. When it’s near my body, it helps my body create more bio-photons.
Just so people know, if they’re listening or reading the transcript, Medge is holding up the device in our YouTube video. It’s about the size of a brick, gold, and called Tesla Biohealing. There’s something inside, and it doesn’t need electricity. Does it need to be recharged?
Medge Jaspan: It’s magical, right? I love saying that. There are different forms of it, and this one is prettier to show on YouTube. It’s new technology, only 5 years old, and it helps the body create what it needs. Think about your cells—each one has a nucleus, and the nucleus is made of biophotons.
Biophotons are present when you’re born, but as you age, your cells produce fewer of them. So, when you’re going through changes, like resetting, and you have something like this near you, your body starts to feel better. You have fewer conflicting or disturbing thoughts and enjoy the process more. Some of my clients call it the “happy can” because there’s a version that looks like a little can.
It’s also called the “happy box” because, with it near you, you smile more, feel more relaxed, and…

The Tesla Biohealing, whether in the box or can form, helps you produce more biophotons. I just Googled it, and it says biophotons are a type of light that living organisms produce and emit. So, when we have more biophotons, we’re going to feel better, right?
Medge Jaspan: You feel better because your body is fighting less and relaxing more. For example, someone will come to my center here in Florida. Within one hour, they’ll feel it. Usually, in five minutes, they’re asleep.
They sit down, and five minutes later, they’re sleeping. Why? Because it takes time to relax. Let me tell you something important about nature. What do animals do when they’re not feeling well?
Sleep.
Medge Jaspan: Exactly. And what do humans do when we’re not feeling well? We keep going. We have things to do, always more to do. We never take the time to relax, to stop. When people work with me, they learn how to stop. Nothing is more important than yourself.
That sounds like it’s going to hurt my productivity, though, Medge.
Medge Jaspan: Truly, I assure you that when you stop, you become more productive.
Right.
Medge Jaspan: Because you’re not scattered, which is how we usually are. We always have so much to do, and we keep going. But we don’t need to. We need to stop and embrace the flow. Speaking of flow, I have to show you another technology I use called Flow.
Okay, real quick. About Tesla Biohealing—you said they come to your office and sit near it for an hour. So, this device needs to be experienced in person, not remotely? And I saw that you can buy these devices online, right?
Medge Jaspan: Yes, it’s already on my website. Go to my website, and you’ll see Tesla Biohealing technology. When I work with people, it’s part of their package. There’s an energetic package that comes with the work we do together. They’ll receive their little box, the happy box. Why do we need to struggle to feel better? We don’t. We just need to embrace who we are and what we have around us. We already have everything—nature, the beach—but we need to recognize it and clean our environment.
Now, let me shift to the environment. We have EMF, Wi-Fi, and we’re bombarded by electricity, and we have electricity in our bodies. The nervous system is an electrical system. When you bring more electricity around you, what happens? Our own electricity gets disturbed. Remember, everything is physics. So, my electrical signal, when near other signals, tries to adapt because it’s magnetic. We live in a magnetic field here on Earth. We always have to remember the principles of physics.
You were about to show us another device. I apologize for interrupting earlier.
Medge Jaspan: No, it’s fine, talk to me.
I just want to learn more. Tell me about this second device.
Medge Jaspan: It’s not just one device—it’s a system to protect your workspace or home from all the electricity and Wi-Fi. The U-Matrix technology helps with this, but it would take too long to show you online. However, one system I have is called Flow. It’s three small discs that help the body readjust and communicate again. How does it work? You’d have to ask the inventor. But as soon as you use this system, your body starts to communicate better, you breathe better, and you feel better. It’s like unplugging yourself.
Is this called FLOW, F-L-O-W?
Medge Jaspan: F-L-O-W.
It has three different devices. Do people lie down, and you place the devices on them, or how does it work?
Medge Jaspan: At the beginning of our talk, I had them on me. We have specific points in the body. If you think about Eastern medicine, they use acupuncture and acupressure. There are points, and there is the meridian. If you know exactly where to touch or place this device, your body reacts differently. That’s what I mean when I say we are always rushing and not taking the time. If you stop and gather everything you’ve learned in life, you’ll realize you have more knowledge to use for your well-being.
We’ve got the Tesla Biohealing technology, the Flow discs you use. Was there a third technology you wanted to share?
Medge Jaspan: Yes, this one. It’s the same technology as the U-Matrix. It’s a small coaster you can use on any kind of water. I even use it for my vegetables and food.
When you put your bottle or glass of water on it, what happens? The water regains its essential structure. You’re giving your body structured water. What does that mean? It means the water in your body mixes with the structured water.
Our organs and cells are immersed in water. We’re around 70% water—something we all know. But what do we do? We drink soda and things that don’t help the water inside us.
If I feed my body something better, what happens? My cells feel better. They thrive in the environment of my body. All the technologies I use help the body reset and regenerate. I also use another technology called Tachyon. Advanced Tachyon technology uses small cells.
How do you spell that? T-A-C-H?
Medge Jaspan: T-A-C-H-Y-O-N. It’s on my website; you should be able to find it. They’re small cells of energy.
For those not watching on YouTube, it looks like a little pea—kind of white or translucent.
Medge Jaspan: Yes. For example, when your hand hurts, you put it on the top.
You’re placing it on the top of your hand?
Medge Jaspan: Yes, on top. If you have blockages or pain, what do you naturally do?
I rub it.
Medge Jaspan: Exactly. We naturally rub it. You bring energy back to the spot that needs care, that needs TLC. As I bring energy to that point, the pain eases.
What’s inside that pea-sized device?
Medge Jaspan: I’m not the inventor, but when I first tried it, I could sense energy and understand what it was doing. It was bringing the zero point back. The zero point is neutrality—bringing neutrality back to the part of the body. I found that fascinating.
Great. So, we’ve got these three technologies, and people can learn about them on your website at medgejaspan.com. You also mentioned earlier that you’re an artist. We’ll link to your artist website because I’ve looked into that, as well as your clothing line—you call it wearable art.

How does your artwork and wearable art integrate with your work as a healer and coach, or are they separate?
Medge Jaspan: The first question you asked me was, “Give me a tip to feel good when I don’t feel right,” right? When I paint, I’m in another world. As soon as I touch my brush, I access what I call the flow. In Positive Psychology, flow is defined as being in an authentic state of being, with no outside interference.
When you’re in flow, you don’t hear the noise. You’re just in it. Painting is my secret place to feel good. I love it, and I was able to channel energy into my paintings. I feel it, and I manifest it on the canvas. I do the same with my clothing—it’s wearable art. I create clothes so people can feel great and authentically themselves. You choose your color. People can go to my website, find a painting they love, and choose the design they want.
If you love blue, you’ll wear blue. I always wear dresses. I don’t like pants; I rarely wear them because I feel better in dresses. Wearing dresses makes me feel free. Through my clothing and art, I encourage people to find their own passion, to find a hobby that brings them joy. When I’m in flow, I’m fully joyful.
Nothing else matters. For you, it could be cooking, crafting—anything that uses your hands. Using your hands is beautiful because you’re tapping into a gift. We all have gifts. I’m not the only one with gifts. We all have them. I’m just aware of mine, embracing and enjoying them. As we do that, we feel better and better.
You mentioned earlier that it can be disturbing to discover who we are. It can be unsettling to fully connect with your heart. But being fully authentic and true to yourself is the best gift you can give yourself. I joke that you’re stuck with yourself for the rest of your life, so you need to love and enjoy that person. You have gifts—embrace and enjoy them. That’s beautiful.

Thank you for sharing that truth. One of the things you’re involved in is an organization called FemCity. You have a FemCity chapter in Sarasota, Florida. I actually interviewed the founder, Violette de Ayala, for a different podcast many years ago. There are chapters all around the United States. What is FemCity, and how could it help a female business owner?
Medge Jaspan: FemCity is a fabulous organization where women support and help each other. They learn because Violette de Ayala, the founder you met, is an amazing woman who realized that when women come together, they are absolutely powerful. That’s a true statement. When you support another woman with kindness and develop loving kindness, you help her. You support her business, and you support her because you trust her. The more we build this relationship between women, the more we develop, grow, and become powerful. We have to acknowledge that.
We have a group in Sarasota. I used to live on the East Coast of Florida, and when I moved here, there wasn’t a FemCity chapter. I was in the one in Boca Raton, but there wasn’t one in Sarasota. I contacted the founder and asked if there was a chapter here. They said no but suggested I launch one.
We did that three years ago, and now we’re around 40 women. We meet virtually and in person, and we learn from each other. We learn from our wins, our gratitude, and our mistakes. Mistakes make us stronger. We can learn from each other because the experience I have, someone else will have it too.
When we share and support each other with kindness, it helps us feel better. Being in FemCity is a big part of my life, and we have a beautiful community here in Sarasota. We show up for the community in a kind and loving way.

Wonderful, we’ll include the FemCity website as a resource in the show notes. Now, if people want to connect with you, follow you, or reach out to work with you—I know you have a retreat coming up—how can they work with you, and what’s the best way to reach you?
Medge Jaspan: They can reach me by email at info@medgejaspan.com or check out my website at www.medgejaspan.com.
We have a retreat coming up, where people will stop for five or six days and immerse themselves in energy in Pennsylvania. They will understand what energy is, first, and then immerse in it. They will eat better and understand why they need to eat better. We can eat whatever we want, but if you’re facing a physical challenge, you need to adapt. That’s human nature—we have the ability to adapt. You can transform your life, but you need to make changes.
That’s what we’ll focus on during the retreat. It’s called self-care and teaches you how to be the first one to take care of yourself. We often ask others to help us, but sometimes we’re not ready. When you are ready, if you want to transform your life, I’m here to help.
I love blue, so I wear blue all the time because it makes me feel fabulous. You need to know what you love in order to shift your energy.
