What could happen if you focused on one project and poured your heart and soul into it?

Gail Lynn’s story is nothing short of extraordinary. It’s raw, messy, and beautifully human—a rollercoaster of trauma, heartbreak, and mind-blowing transformation. From surviving childhood abuse to being blindsided by betrayal in Peru, Gail’s journey feels like something straight out of a surreal novel. But instead of letting life’s curveballs break her, she turned them into stepping stones, eventually creating the Harmonic Egg, a device that uses sound and light to heal people on a deep, cellular level. Her life is proof that even the wildest twists can lead to something bigger than we ever imagined.

What makes Gail’s story so gripping isn’t just the big moments—it’s the unexpected details and the synchronicities that feel too perfect to be coincidences. Who else can say they found their way back to spirituality through Elvis Presley’s stepbrother or discovered a life-changing invention after a car accident? Gail doesn’t sugarcoat the struggles, but she also doesn’t dwell on them. Instead, she shares the lessons she’s learned about trusting the universe, embracing flow, and using the vibrations of sound and light to help others heal. It’s a journey that will make you laugh, cry, and question everything you thought you knew about life. Gail Lynn - Awakened Magazine

Tell us your story of awakening to consciousness, spirituality, and mindfulness. Did you grow up with some sort of faith experience?

Gail Lynn: It’s been interesting. I know you were a Christian pastor. I hate to lead in with this, but I was molested by the priest of the Catholic Church when I was 14, and I walked away from God. But it was my journey. I’m very grateful to him. He’s passed away now, but I’m very grateful to him because now I’m able to help people who have similar experiences around molestation or rape.

It’s not when my spiritual awakening happened. It was later on in life, in my late 20s, but that was a thing. And I walked away from God but then went on a search for something else. What else was out there? How were people treating each other? Buddhist and Hindu, different explorations that I made.

Then, in my late 20s, I met a Shaman, and so I thought, oh my gosh, I know a Shaman, and I was enamored. But, oh my gosh, probably one of the most bipolar, screwed-up people I’ve ever met, now that I know what I know. But I was really enamored, and I married him. I was just going to live this great life, and he was going to help me rewire my brain.

He was teaching me about Carlos Castaneda and Ayn Rand. “Atlas Shrugged” is one of my favorite books, and just so much education. So, we go to Peru, and we’re going to have the spiritual journey. He says, well, I’m going to go a week before you because I want to spend some time in the Amazon jungle. And I said, okay, I’ll meet you there in a week. I want to experience Machu Picchu, do Ayahuasca, and just really dive into spirituality and learn.

I show up there a week later, and he says, “I want a divorce. I fell in love with the assistant tour guide.” So, I’m like, okay, am I in the twilight zone here? He didn’t speak Spanish, and she didn’t speak English. And he’s telling me how much he loves her in Spanish. I’m looking around, thinking, I swear this is my life in fiction. This is even in my late 20s. I didn’t even go into before that. I thought maybe I entered some twilight zone, so I was really flabbergasted.

I took this as an opportunity to learn. There’s a reason why this is happening. So, the tour guide would not let me do Ayahuasca. He said, in the state that you’re in, and you’re so angry, I can’t let you do it. It was the right decision. But I was angry. I came out to Peru to have this experience, and I couldn’t do any of it. I probably would have had what they call a bad trip because of the state I was in.

I’m so grateful for the experiences, but I really felt like this is when my spiritual awakening started happening. I began learning that things aren’t always as they seem, and titles aren’t necessarily something that gives you respect. You get respect from being a good human being, a good person, and not taking advantage of people.

So, when people say, “Oh, I’m a healer, I’m a shaman, I’m this, I’m that, I use my intuition, and I look into their soul,” I look at them differently now.

My goodness, I’m so sorry for all the experiences you had.

Gail Lynn:  It’s not my story. I love my life, I have an amazing life. And if those things didn’t happen to me, I wouldn’t be the person that I am today. So I really am not in my story, and that’s part of what I saw beautiful, that I’ve learned is don’t be your story.

Gail Lynn - Awakened Magazine

After that experience, how did things start to unfold for you? Were there key moments that stand out as breakthroughs or steps forward in your awakening?

Gail Lynn: Absolutely. There were so many synchronicities and things that happened. Shortly after I got home from Peru, I decided I needed to release some of my anger. I joined a Kenpo Karate school to learn women’s self-defense and to channel my emotions by hitting things—not people, but bags or during sparring and fighting.

One day, we had a seminar, and my sifu announced we’d have a special guest speaker: Elvis Presley’s stepbrother. He was going to share his story with us. I thought, Who even knew Elvis had a stepbrother? It felt like someone claiming to know Mickey Mouse. I thought, This guy is probably a fraud.

Being a Scorpio and a little direct, I asked him about it. He replied, “I’ll bring books and photos tomorrow to show you.” True to his word, he came back with pictures of himself with Elvis and shared stories. He explained that he had been one of Elvis’s personal aides and bodyguards, starting at 16. He even revealed he was one of the first to find Elvis when he passed away at Graceland. I was blown away.

We later worked on a few films together about his life with Elvis. What’s funny is that he was also an evangelist. For someone like me, who had walked away from faith, ending up connected to an evangelist was a pivotal moment. That’s when I found my way back to God, to Source, and to exploring a higher power. I returned to reading the Bible and studying spirituality again.

There were so many beautiful things that happened during this time. I realized the universe was taking care of me, even when I didn’t fully understand how. It just works, and I have so much love and respect for the way it all unfolds.

You’re blowing my mind, right now. I’m like, oh my gosh, catholic priest, shaman, Elvis’s stepbrother.

Gail Lynn: Yeah, his mom married Vernon Presley after Gladys passed away. His mom’s name was Dee Stanley and so his name is David Stanley. Everybody knows him. He’s been on all the shows, Larry King, and he has books and he’s just out there. So everybody knows. If you’re in the Elvis community, you know about David.

But you’re not with him anymore.

Gail Lynn: No, we still talk, but he lives in the Las Vegas area. And, yeah, we still talk, but we’re not together anymore. That didn’t work out.

That’s the second quite phenomenal relationship you have just described. I want to hear number three. That’s going to take it to the next level.

Gail Lynn: Oh my gosh, you’re funny.

Gail Lynn - Harmonic Egg - Awakened Magazine

At what point did the idea for the Harmonic Egg come to light? How did it come about?

Gail Lynn: Well, I believe it came to me because the universe had to show me I was going to die. I had spent a number of years in automotive, telecommunications, and then in Hollywood. I was always an overachiever, always competitive. After over 20 years—maybe not quite 25—of the stress from trying to get to the top, it took a toll on me. It’s everybody’s healing story: “Oh, I was really sick, I healed myself, and now I’m a healer.” But I don’t consider myself a healer. I help other people find their journey to healing, but this had been my journey.

I had 23 years of headaches. My hair was falling out. I had cystic liver problems, thyroid problems, and reproductive issues. They wanted to do a hysterectomy on me. I thought, “This isn’t the life I signed up for.” I wanted to be vibrant, healthy, and enjoy life, but things were going downhill fast. I ended up with a diagnosis of severe cardiovascular stress, on the verge of an instant heart attack. The doctor told me I had the heart of an 80-year-old, and I was only 37.

I realized things had to change. I knew I was good at corporate work—executive leadership, operations, producing, and project management. But I also remembered something David had taught me: the biggest mistake of all is to not use your God-given gifts. Still, I tried to force a square peg into a round hole. The universe was trying to teach me a lesson, but I kept resisting.

The universe would open doors, suggesting I open a wellness center or something similar. I kept saying, “What? I’m automotive, I’m Hollywood, I’m corporate—no.” Time and time again, the doors would open, and I’d slam them shut. Then I would go to corporate interviews, and those doors would shut too. I kept hitting brick walls and realized things weren’t flowing.

I went to some seminars and met people—not by accident. A gentleman passed me a note at a seminar with “LIFE” written on it. He explained it meant “Let It Flow Effortlessly.” I thought, “That’s profound, but I don’t know how to let things flow.” I knew how to make things happen, force them, and jam them into existence, but I didn’t know how to let them flow.

I began to take notice of this concept because I respected him. Suddenly, things started flowing. A center opened, using a sound and light therapy technology. I worked with my mentor, the inventor of a light box, and learned everything I could from him. I’m a researcher—I could have been a private investigator. I figure things out and weave them together.

I opened the center and began seeing tens of thousands of people. Then I realized improvements could be made to the device. I proposed my ideas to my mentor, but he wasn’t interested in making changes. He didn’t want a partner and was set on his original design. I suggested 360 degrees of healing, a different light system, sound system, and music. He said, “No, this is what I downloaded.”

I felt stuck, believing women didn’t invent things. Then a Shaman client came in, almost wanting to slap me across the face. She told me, “Girl, you’re going to invent something.” I said, “No, women don’t invent things.” She replied, “You need to get over your bad stuff. You’re going to invent something.”

I didn’t want to be a teacher or in the public eye. I wanted to work behind the scenes, helping others, like I did with my husband and David. But I realized I had to take my power back and own it. That has been the hardest part—owning it.

People have been so loving and amazing to me, and I don’t always understand it. Even my sister said, “It’s just you. You’re my sister. I shared a bedroom with you when we were young.” It feels surreal when people react strongly to meeting me. But yes, the Harmonic Egg evolved from my own sickness, opening a center, and helping others with their health challenges. I’ve realized this is my gift.

Gail Lynn - Awakened Magazine

Why light and sound? What drew you to those modalities over others like supplements, meditation, or Ayahuasca? And how did you go about the invention process—what steps did you take, and what didn’t work before you found success?

Gail Lynn: Well, somebody said something very profound to me one day and said, “We’re vibrational beings of light from God, from source.” And I said, “Then why aren’t we healing with sound and light?” And that started that path.

Trying to bring this to being a product was such a challenge. I contacted several manufacturers, and they said, “You cannot build a large wooden egg. It’s not possible because of the different planes across and the different dynamics and geometry. You cannot do it.” And I remember hearing Walt Disney say, “If you can dream it, you can do it.”

So they said to me, “You’re not Walt Disney.” So I hung up and called someone else. I wasn’t getting anybody to really want to take this project on. And so I had one of my dear ones, who I believe is kind of the reincarnated Tesla—I know a lot of people will say he really has the consciousness of Tesla, probably a lot of people have that consciousness, but he is one of them. He walked into my center, and I said, “This is what I’m trying to do.” And he said, “Well, let’s just do it.”

And I said, “Okay, but I’m being told it can’t be done.” And he said, “I don’t need any tools or anything, but I think I can do this for you.” I said, “Well, I’ll buy you the tools if you want to build this.” And it was funny—I fired him once. He quit twice. I fired him again. I was like, “This is not right.” He’s like, “I don’t know what you want.” And I was like, “This is what I want.”

I drew it out because I have a CAD and engineering drafting background. So I drew out front view, side view, top view, cutout view. I’m like, “This is what I want.” So he kept coming up with different things. He’s like, “You know what? Maybe it can’t be done.” No, it had to be done. So he took about a month off, and we started researching things. And I found a terrarium kind of structure in a mall and told me exactly how we needed to do the structure of the egg.

The way that they had done this was exactly what we needed to do. So I showed it to Wayman, and he was like, “Aha, okay, this is how we’re going to put it together, and then we’re going to panel it. It’s going to be perfect.”

He was able to build one for me, and there were still some things that weren’t right. And I said, “I want a hexagon platform.” And he said, “Why?” I said, “I don’t know. I’m just being shown it needs a hexagon platform,” and later on, only to find out that the center of a hexagon can be a portal. And so people are having these experiences connecting to their higher self, really feeling like it’s a galactic technology that they’re really immersing themselves into and feeling like they’re really connecting to universal wisdom of everything and all things.

It was very comical. It looked like it was going to fall down, and I started calling doctors that I was working with. I said, “Can you come in and check this out? You know, I’ve got some music I’m going to play.” So I had a DO doctor, an acupuncturist, a plant therapist—she talked to plants and she played music—a shaman, and six people that came in, and they were my test subjects.

We were testing, like, how long should you be in there? How long should the sessions be? How many days before you should do it again? And so we did this for about six months, and we came up with a protocol. And it was quite comical to have these characters in my script, if you will, to bring this to the world.

Then, I had two clients at the center, and I had usually kept that door closed. I didn’t want any of it, because it looked really like it was going to fall down. It was those little sawhorses. The door was propped up, and it wasn’t painted, it was just raw wood, and the light string was kind of hanging down on the top. And they happened to see it with the door open. They said, “Can we buy one of these?”

And I was like, “Why would you want to buy this? I was just trying to create it because I thought it would be cool.” And so that was 2016, 2017. These two ladies bought two of them, and now we’ve sold over 250 in 12 countries.

Gail Lynn - Harmonic Egg - Awakened Magazine

Why did you choose an egg shape for the structure instead of a round sphere or a box?

Gail Lynn: Well, the box, and if you have spiritual listeners, and I know you do, a lot of times entities can store in a 90-degree corner. And so I wanted something that people couldn’t release something, and then it would be attaching to someone else.

I had a lot of shamans. My center was called the Healing, the Healers Center. I had doctors, chiropractors, my horse’s vet was there, my dentist came to the center, the shamans, the massage therapists—they were coming to the center. So they taught me a lot, and with the old light box, they said there were entities that were left behind from other clients.

Now, I’m an engineer. That didn’t make any sense to me. What do you mean an entity? And so I found that there are energies that we hide and there are energies that we attach to other people—not generally, but sometimes it is intentionally. And there are energies that take on, and it’s a whole circle. And we need to learn how to clear those things and not walk around like Swiss cheese because we’ve lost pieces of ourselves or we’re taking on pieces of someone else.

And so the 360 degrees could have been a sphere or maybe like a vesica piscis. But I thought, well, life comes from an egg. Why don’t I just make it an egg shape? And then the name came in as Harmonic Egg. We’re playing music in an egg. It’s a harmonic egg. That’s where the name came from, and everything just fell into place so easily, and it flowed. I let it flow.

What was the experience like for those first six people who were testing the egg? What feedback did they give in those early days?

Gail Lynn: Oh my gosh, that’s such a great question. They were having profound effects, like detoxing and clearing. One lady had a really systemic virus, and what she noticed was this herpes virus just came out with a vengeance right after a session. I’ve known her now for 15 years, and she’s never had it again. So, they felt like things were coming up systemically to release at a cellular, deep level—trauma.

My experience was that I remembered being born. I was also a test participant, but I didn’t really trust my results because I was biased. I remember being in there, floating almost above my body in the hospital room as I was being born. I see my mom and dad, the nurses, and I hear someone say, “She’s here,” with someone rubbing their hands together with excitement. I thought, the doctors could care less if I’m here, as long as they get paid for delivering the baby. My dad seemed really scared but loving, and I thought, did I just make this up? Because that’s who I am—I thought maybe I just made up the whole thing.

So, I called my mom and dad. They were still alive at the time; they’ve both passed away now. I called them up and asked, “Was dad there when I was born?” My mom said, “Yeah.” Okay, good, then that’s real. I asked, “Was dad scared?” My dad said, “No, I wasn’t scared.” But my mom said, “You were scared, you were scared to death.”

At that moment, I felt like I smashed love and fear together. It took me about 45 years to separate those two things. I had ruined many relationships thinking I was in love, only to get scared and push people away or something happened. But I realized, in that moment, whoever was saying “she’s here” knew I was going to be doing something to help humanity, as we all are here to do something.

That was such a huge revelation in the egg. I feel like it really connects you to your higher self. It clears things out of the cellular trauma memory, releases things systemically, and we’re vibrational beings of light and sound. So, light and sound for healing just made sense to me.

Gail Lynn - Harmonic Egg - Awakened Magazine

Can you walk me through the experience of using the egg? What happens when I approach it, and what’s the session like?

Gail Lynn: When you walk into a center, what I wanted to create was a protocol of love, and so I made our brand attributes for the Harmonic Egg Company: love, integrity, reliability, and community. We’re not a franchise. It’s a divine feminine business model of cooperation and love. And so I know you’ll understand that because you’re a bringer of love. And so I wanted to create a loving experience that people didn’t feel like a number or a dollar amount. So, I wanted my egg guardians, as we lovingly call them, to talk to these people, connect with them, asking them about their life, and I believe most disease is emotional. So we’ll store anger in our liver, we’ll store fear in our kidneys, we’ll store it in our lungs, and the list goes on and on.

I wanted to avoid what I saw my patients going through in the medical system. I didn’t want that experience for people. I wanted them to be able to share and have more than five minutes with a doctor. So they see this person who’s loving, and they’re going to ask them, “What do you want to work on? Share. Okay, well, what made you have an intention?” So we’re setting an intention that they’re going to take into the egg, and we’ll create a musical prescription just for them. So we have all these different music pieces, which we can talk about the music here in a minute. Each different music piece is a different waveform with different instruments, and we don’t use MP3.

They create a musical prescription for them, and then they look at what light colors match this intention to help them to strengthen a chakra or bring a different color vibration in their life, to manifest something that they want to have. So, the practitioner will then put them in a reclining chair inside, and they’ll recline them. They’re in there for 40 minutes and then 10 minutes of silence.

I read an article from a German doctor—it was a white paper—who said if you do a deep meditation or a healing with music, it’s best to do six and a half minutes of silence at the end so that it’ll best integrate, so that it will really take your nervous system and show your nervous system, “Hey, this is how we want to be,” not light, but this very calming, relaxing state of being.

I created 10 minutes of silence at the end. So you’re in there for 50 minutes total, reclined in a zero gravity chair. Zero gravity is your feet at the level of your heart or above, and so people feel floaty in there. No reason for somebody claustrophobic to start freaking out, because there’s a doorbell in there and they can push the doors open on their own. And so I just wanted them to have this experience where, when two or more are gathered in a certain intention, that can help manifest it much more quickly.

They’re in there for 50 minutes. After the silence, you’re removed from the egg and asked, “How was your experience?” and you’re there, having a conversation. We like to just listen, because if somebody listens to you, you can process a lot of things just by speaking it out loud. So, we didn’t want people to have to relive, like talk therapy or reliving things, and I think it pushes it deeper into the small memory. We want to release it, give them a lighter feeling, have them experience the lightness and the love, and many people will say being in the cocoon, they feel like they’ve been hugged, they feel the love.

It’s been a profound experience to see the thousands and thousands of testimonials from people who said, “I was going to commit suicide and I went in the egg. I didn’t want to. I loved myself.” And a lot of these I read, and they make me cry because I got to bring this through. It’s not from me, it came through from God, from the universe, but it’s for humanity to have a healing at the greatest and highest best for themselves.

What makes the music for the egg unique? Who created it, and can I use my own music if I have the egg at home? Tell me all about the music.

Gail Lynn - Harmonic Egg - Awakened Magazine

Gail Lynn: Sure. The egg has a certain resonance, it has a certain cubic airspace, just like any engineer knows, if you go to a concert, every room is different, every stadium is different, every venue is different, and that you want to maximize the sound for that cubic airspace or that venue. So some music might be absolutely beautiful, but it won’t sound good in the egg and there’s reasons why. The egg has a certain vibration to it. It’s resonating right now at 1800 Hz, just by itself. And we test with pendulum, with dowsing.

I read a lot about the 528 Hz, 432 Hz, 440 Hz, different Hz, but I feel like we’re all these galactic beings and we’re all vibrating at a certain place. David Hawkins talks about different frequencies in his book Power Versus Force. I feel like sometimes I might be vibrating at 800 Hz and sometimes, if I’m angry, I might be at 200 Hz. So for me to say I want to play 528 Hz, for somebody that’s vibrating at 800 Hz, I feel like I would bring them down.

I wanted to create something that went outside of that. And we use the waveforms of instruments. So we’ve got the waveform of drumming, which is helping to build the immune system, and the waveform of flute, which is helping the liver, and the waveform of the piano, which is helping the nervous system and resetting the autonomic nervous system, and so I thought this is brilliant. And again, it came through me, and I just synchronistically, as I’m always finding the right person that will educate me, that I can take my work to the next level.

I really love the music. I do produce most of the music. With musicians, they have to have a high heart energy. They have to be in a place of wanting people to heal from their work. So I had a musician over to the house yesterday. I do have an egg at my house, and he said, “I want to do a mixing session in the egg, with the egg, for the egg.” So he said, “I want this to be perfect and I want everybody who experiences my music to really feel the energy of it.”

This piece that we’re working on is about oxygenating the body. We’re going to call it Breathe. And he’s such a beautiful soul, but he’s also a first responder, he’s a police officer. This is his side gig, and just such a loving spirit. And so he was in there. He was downstairs for two hours tweaking and making sure that it panned the right way and that the music was going to be perfect for the egg.

When he listens to it with headphones, he said he didn’t get it, but in the egg, because it’s the different resonance, he said it was just a whole different mixing session than he’s ever done with any kind of music. So we really try to do the music with love, integrity, and have it help everyone with the intention that they want for their session. Not everyone’s going to get what they want, but they get it.

If I own an egg at home, am I trained to select the lighting and music, or are there automated settings? How does it work for someone with the egg in their home?

Gail Lynn: We have three hours of training videos, and then we have an Egg Guardian support system. So we have a private page that we can all get on and we can ask questions. I do a monthly call with all the egg guardians. They can come and ask questions. I’m constantly creating new music, updating the protocols.

They can tune into that knowledge base. They’d have the three hours of training videos, and then when they receive their egg, there’s an orientation on how to use the equipment that comes with it.

Is the egg like an Ikea egg, where I have to assemble it myself, or does it come pre-assembled, like a flat box showing up at my house?

Gail Lynn: It actually comes in two crates, that show up with frapping, and that is one of our challenges. Freight shipping these days is not the best quality. We’ve had forklifts put right through the center of them, even though there’s a spot in the bottom that the forklift’s supposed to pick it up and it’s lift here. I just put it right through the center of it.

I think they’ve drugged them across the road from Denver to Portland on the back of a truck. I think it just drug it down the street. Yeah, it’s so annoying. But it does come in pieces and it is assembled for you on site.

My dream is to have a self-assembly Ikea egg that anybody could put together with videos and PDF files. But right now we do set installer. It’s 11 foot by 11 foot by 7 foot, so it won’t fit through the… you can just drop it off and shove it through a doorway.

So, 11x11x7. That’s going to take up a lot of space in the living room.

Gail Lynn: Exactly.

Can you tell me about the new pod that’s more vertical, the Lift? What’s that option like for people?

Gail Lynn - Harmonic Egg - Awakened MagazineGail Lynn: Yeah, during the time when we were at home, people couldn’t come out and I missed my egg sessions, and so I never closed my center. I stayed open the whole time. But I did create a home for people, and most people don’t have the living room space to put in an egg, but they can use this light.

We use the same music, the same lights, the same light strings, the same geometry, but it’s not the shape of an egg. It is a capsule that fits in the corner of your home. So it’s a smaller device. It can be used every day, whereas the egg is not for everyday use. You want to let it integrate, you want to let the body digest the energy before doing a session, but the Lift is something you could do every day.

I have a Lift at my home as well, and I like it for meditation in the morning. I take a little notepad in my day and it’s just a beautiful thing.

Is it something you sit in or stand in or…?

Gail Lynn: The Lift, you would sit in it, unless you’re very short, you couldn’t stand in it.

How large is that device?

Gail Lynn: It’s 48 inches in diameter and 78 inches tall, and then there’s a cap and then there’s a base, so the inside of it, I haven’t really measured, but I’d say maybe three and a half and could stand in there. I sit in there in my lotus position with my meditation pillow. You can also put a small bench or you can just sit in there and lean against the wall. My sister likes to fetal position with some pillows and it’s just rejuvenating for her to get away from her 12-year-old and her husband.

What is the timeline on ordering one of the pods? How long is the lead time of having it delivered?

Gail Lynn: We were at about 220 days, but we just had a show on Next Level Soul podcast with Alex Ferrari. We’re about 4 to 6 months out now to deliver them, because they are all handmade in Denver.

What advice or encouragement would you give to someone with an idea, whether it’s a book, album, clothing line, or something else? What should they know about the challenges in starting, the tough middle, and reaching the end?

Gail Lynn: That’s a great question and I have a lot of advice because I’ve been through it and I’ve tried other things that didn’t work. I’ve helped other people and after I left watched them, just everything fell apart because they didn’t have any focus. I will go back and say, because I spent 10 years in automotive, eighties. I think that’s where that limiting belief came from that women don’t invent things. Because I worked with a bunch of men. I’m glad I was able to overcome that. So, women out there just know that you can do anything. I mean, anybody can do anything.

I think the biggest thing is have focus. I have friends who have 101 inventions, never put one out there. And I think that the impressive thing is even to get one out there. The impressive thing is not you have 101, that you’ve not doing anything with and never will. So, as an entrepreneur, as a businesswoman, I would say that having focus, you can’t do 101 projects well, but you can do one well. So if 101 projects, I’d start with one and I’d focus on that. Build a project plan, build a budget, figure out what you’re going to need to launch that and get some people involved with it, create a team and community around it, and that’s really what I’ve done and everything has worked out.

I can go into probably hours and hours of how to launch a project, but having the project management background really helped, because I could build the project plan in my head, the budget to it, and I could communicate what my objective was to the audience. And so there’s a lot of inventors who are really shy, and so they need to find a spokesperson that can maybe speak for them.

If you don’t have money, it’s just energy. Come on, guys, like it’s just energy. So take the energy of money, because that’s all it is is energy. I created the energy to create. This is crazy, but it happened. I created the energy to create a prototype for the egg by being in a car accident. Don’t ask me. This is what happened. I was in a car accident. I was hit 60 miles an hour, I got T-boned, I had a near-death experience, and then, after the event, the insurance company called and said it was our driver’s fault. So we do a settlement. I said, no, I’m not going to sue anybody. No, no, you don’t understand. We have to do a settlement.

The amount of energy exchange of money that they sent me was the exact money that I built the project with. So you could manifest anything. It wasn’t probably the best way that I would have manifested it, but that’s what happened.

I want a large sum of energy to come into my life that does not hurt me physically, emotionally, spiritually, financially, relationally.

Gail Lynn: Exactly. Careful which one right.

I also want to bring to people’s attention your book from several years ago, Unlocking the Ancient Secrets to Healing: Why Science is Looking to the Past for the Future of Medicine. Who is this book for and how would it benefit them?

Gail Lynn - Harmonic Egg - Awakened Magazine

Gail Lynn: Anybody who wants to read about this crazy person, Gail, in the story and how she got to where she is. That’s the part one of it. Part two is a lot of research on sound therapy. Part three is light therapy. So you have different components of the book that prove the efficacy of sound and light therapy from a medical perspective, not necessarily together but separate. So that people can read different references on how sound works, why it works.

Then, there’s stories from musicians and a DO doctor and clients that tell their story about their journey with the harmonic egg. So I think it’s for everyone, entrepreneurs who want to see how crazy life can get, but how you can still overcome. And no matter what happens to you, you don’t have to worry, you can get anything really. Adapt and overcome is what my Navy boyfriend says. Adapt and overcome.

You’re going to be speaking at Conscious Life Expo in February in Los Angeles. Tell us about what are you presenting about?

Gail Lynn: Well, it’ll be a little bit of a surprise, but it will be sound and light. But I’m going to focus more on tone that’s missing from your voice, how it can correlate to emotional and physical ailments. So I think it’s going to be interesting for people to learn that trauma can create the absence of a tone, and then all things start spiraling out of control.

And what if you could just replenish tone and you could heal? So I want to bet to people to get their minds blown and thinking, but I’ll talk about sound and light therapy, of course. I’m really excited. It’ll be my first time speaking at this Life Expo, and so I’m excited. I’ll be on a panel one day, I’ll have a lecture, and I’ll have a workshop.

I am so excited. I’ve heard amazing things, and I feel it’s the tribe, it’s the people that come together with love for supporting each other on this journey of life. So I’m really excited to meet a bunch of people there. I’m sure I’m going to be energetically drained from just giving and receiving the whole three. I’ll need a rejuvenation afterwards, but I’m really excited about it. I can’t say it enough.

Where can people learn more about you and the Harmonic Egg if they’re interested?

To find me, I’m at harmonicegg.com. I also have just produced a documentary. It’s called It’s Time. It’s all about how to bring more love and kindness and less judgment to the world, and then incorporating sound and light therapy into your healing journey.

As an entrepreneur...you can't do 101 projects well, but you can do one well. I'd start with one, and I'd focus on that.
