Behind layers of self-doubt, mental barriers, and emotional “masks,” lies each person’s true self, brimming with love, light, and innate power. Unveiling this authenticity is essential to fulfilling our soul’s mission and purpose here on Earth.
Recently, I found myself frozen in self-doubt.
Panic rose in my chest.
I felt as though I was losing my ground, my foundation slipping away. Every part of me wanted to run from the building and leave.
Even though I knew my lines and was fully prepared to speak, I felt a wave of dread. I was terrified of falling apart, of failing completely.
In that moment, my mind raced with an escape plan. I plotted every detail of how I could leave the event without anyone noticing.
I didn’t truly want to go, yet the impulse to flee felt overwhelming. What kept me seated was a deep, unshakeable sense that I was meant to share the truth of my message on the stage.
My call to speak and share my authentic self has been a mission of growth and healing, a journey I have been committed to for years. I knew I needed to push through this barrier to become the person I am destined to be.
I began to walk my own talk.

I breathed in Divine love and light, drawing it from the heavens into my heart.
As I exhaled, I sent gratitude down to the center of Mother Earth. Inhaling again, I absorbed Divine support, nurturing, and connection from Mother Earth into my heart, then released gratitude back to the heavens.
As I continued this cycle of grounding and gratitude, the panic began to dissolve, but I still felt the pull to leave. Then, I remembered the words of my speaking peers as they had shared their stories on stage:
“Trauma is not here to define you; it’s here to refine you.”
“You are either choosing triumph or defeat.”
“Step off the cliff and seize the day.”
These words echoed in my mind, awakening something within me. I knew my true self was not afraid. But choosing success felt like an impossible task—I had often fallen short so many times before.
I remembered that I’ve ALSO faced and won battles with self-worth like this many times, even refining a self-healing method that anyone could use for moments like this.
I had to walk my talk.

So I dug deeper and I prayed, “Thank you for helping me choose success. Thank you for helping me step onto the stage with authentic presence, charisma, and connection.”
With my willpower anchored in my inner Divinity, I felt the light and love within me expand, filling my being. In this calm, empowered state, I declared:
“I choose success.”
“I choose to own the stage with authentic presence and charisma.”
“It’s time to win.”
Then, I addressed my fearful, defensive self:
“I release my need to run, hide, fall apart, or fail.”
“I release my need to doubt the power of my authentic self.”
As I spoke, feelings of inadequacy, undeservingness, and fear of judgment melted away.
Later, in the lounge after the event, audience members approached me with words of appreciation:
“I was so moved.”
“Your story helped me accept my mom.”
“How do I heal the way you have?”

As I autographed a book for a mother with a story similar to mine, I felt a newfound sense of pride and fulfillment.
I had done it. I faced my fear, embraced my authentic self on that stage, and let my message flow freely. What I once believed impossible had become a moment I was meant to live. My story, finally set free, was now helping others heal, empowering them to step into their own portals of personal power and triumph.
Your authentic self is the essence of your soul—the part of you that exists beyond the masks of social appropriateness, self-defense mechanisms, or attempts to appear better than you feel. It’s the self that lies beneath self-defeating habits like blaming, shaming, guilt, sacrificing your needs, or letting others take the lead while you fade into the background.
To open the portal to personal power, I focus first on amplifying your inner light, then gently release patterns of self-sabotage. Understanding your soul’s true personality—and the protective defenses that hide it—from a higher perspective is key.
Finding the courage to move beyond ingrained survival fears that surface as we expand and reach for our highest potential isn’t easy. But with guidance, it’s deeply transformative.
The best way to embark on this healing journey is to work with an experienced coach and healer—someone who has been there, understands the process, and can guide you in the gentlest, most effective ways to express your authentic self with confidence.
TAKE ACTION: If you’re ready to step into your portal of personal power, let’s set up a time to connect.
