Have you ever tried to walk around your home or bedroom in the middle of the night without turning on the lights? Maybe you stubbed your toe or tripped over a pair of shoes or the dog’s bowl, then you think to yourself I should have turned on the lights because light would have provided illumination and a clearer path to walk.

Well, when we are surrounded by the darkness of life’s challenges, we begin to value the light of joy, smiles, and happiness. We notice the importance and meaningfulness of light.

How do we walk in the light or have a radiant journey?

First, we must be conscious of being in the darkness. We must identify the limitations of walking in darkness, such as depression, anxiety, addictions, toxic relationships, negative self-talk, and so much more.

Second, search for the light. Go to therapy, pray, meditate, regulate your sleep, exercise, forgive those who have hurt you, and remove dark and toxic people from your life’s path.

Third, embrace the light and begin to see life through a different lens. Have a grateful heart, develop healthy relationships, and focus on personal growth while exploring your passions and purpose.

We encourage you to be a light among shadows and guide others with your glow.
