Finding myself again was both an enlightenment and an epic experience, a feeling beyond words. Coming back into myself, my full self, is what happens when you dare to go behind the veil. Shadow work for me was not just a concept; it was a room. A sacred room where I could stretch, pray, meditate, sing, scream, light candles, curl into a fetal position, and be still.

Each sip of tea was a prayer. Each slow breath is an act of gratitude. Shadow work requires disconnection from the outside world so you can reconnect to the deepest parts of yourself. I enter that space, reflect, see what caused the wound, and thank it. I honor the lesson, honor how it shaped me, then release it with grace. I never stay long enough to decorate the walls, because this room is not for living, it is for transforming.

This room came alive because someone saw me. She gathered my favorite things, my crystals, my Buddha, my instruments, velvet pillows, and a sacred altar that radiated alignment. Suddenly, the space felt like an extension of me, an altar built not only for my own healing but for the women’s circles I hold and the souls I guide.

Shadow work is not a door you close. It’s a threshold you return to again and again. You dust it off, you cleanse, you exfoliate your soul. It’s the place where avoidance ends and learning begins.

Stepping out of that room, I found myself woven back into nature—the true heartbeat of my existence. The birds soothe my mind. Flowers whisper to my spirit. Trees gift me their breath. I harvest food and gratitude in equal measure. Nature is my survival, my sanctuary.

Shadow work walked me home, to my morning mantras, to my nightly gratitude rituals, to the sacred water I have been blessing and drinking for many years. Each night, I infuse it with intention, love, and gratitude for all that has come and all that is yet to arrive. First thing in the morning, that same water becomes my anointment for the day. I drink it slowly, letting it set the tone, awaken my senses, and align my energy with the life I am creating. This simple, sacred act reminds me that gratitude is not just a practice, it is a state of being, a lens through which I move through the world fully alive.

And now, I leave an impact not because I escaped the shadows, but because I embraced them, honored them, and allowed them to guide me back to light.

This is the work we do together. This is the movement of Corporate Hippie Connection, a community, a safe space, a revolution of heart-centered living. If you are ready to walk yourself home, to rise from shadow into light, we welcome you.
