You Are Always Manifesting … But Is It What You REALLY Want?

Do you wonder if this ‘manifesting stuff’ and setting intentions really works? Here’s the deal … you are always manifesting BUT is it what you really want?

Maybe you’ve …

• Set goals before and felt like you fell short of achieving them or even failed.
• Really went after what you wanted but the results weren’t what you wanted.
• Tried to figure out ‘how to’ get what you wanted but got confused, frustrated, and overwhelmed.
• Run out of steam, felt drained, depleted, upset, and disappointed, so you wonder what’s the use?
• Done all your positive affirmations, vision board, and for what? They seemed like they didn’t work.

I see you nodding your head and I completely understand … each of us have been there until we understand that there’s much more to manifestation than affirmations, vision boards, and such. Each of these are a good starting point… but there’s more to it.

It’s necessary to ask yourself these questions when it comes to manifesting what you really want …

• Are you a vibrational match to your intentions and vision?
• Are you congruent with Higher vibrational thoughts, feelings, beliefs, and perceptions to allow you to receive what you desire? Or, does doubt, worry, self-deprecation, criticism, or judgement roil within you?
• Do you have past issues, conditioning, or programming ‘running’ you, so you don’t bring your vision into reality?

For example…

If you want a healthy, loving Beloved relationship but behave in co-dependent ways and don’t feel lovable, then you’ll attract someone other than what you envision. And, usually it’s someone who will probably treat you in crappy ways and not give you the love that you want.

If you want a new home or something more than what you have but don’t feel deserving to have what you want or have a need to prove that you deserve it, then you focus on proving rather than being open to receiving what the Universe wants to give to you.

If you want to increase your revenue in your business but do not feel worthy or valuable in what you offer and the rates you charge, then there’s not a vibrational match for the money to flow in, to attract the clients you want, and to be abundant and prosperous.

The Science & Spirituality of Manifestation

The science … every thing and every one is energy. Your thoughts, feelings, beliefs, words, and even actions are all energy and have a vibration to them … high, open, and flowing, or low, constrictive, and hindering.

They create energetic patterns which may OR may not be vibrationally congruent with what you desire to manifest. Thus, if you’re not a vibrational match then you’re typically manifesting something or someone you don’t want.

When this is so, it alerts you that there is a pattern or energetic block which needs to be addressed. This allows you to recognize it, heal it, and complete ‘old’ energetic patterns, conditioning, programming, encodings, imprints, and cycles.

Why? The Universe will deliver what you’re energetically radiating within yourself and ‘vibing’ out into the world. If something or someone other than what you envisioned is manifested, it’s showing you that there’s an energetic shift that’s needed so you can become a vibrational match to what (and whom) you want.

It gives you the opportunity to heal and transform the energetics that get in your way and are no longer congruent for you and what you want to create. There’s conditioning and programming that you learned from your family and society which may need to be revealed and unraveled. You may also have past life bleed throughs that are blocking you, or lineage and genetic encodings that want to be resolved. All of these affect the way you manifest and your results.

When you heal and complete old energetic patterns, then your thoughts, feelings, and beliefs shift. How you perceive and trust yourself, your life, and the Universe shifts.

You create new neural pathways. Neural pathways are the connections between neurons that light up when you think of something for the first time, and the connections form a pattern in your brain. Your brain has now attached meaning to that specific pattern.

Thus, when you create new pathways, these radiate new types of vibrational patterns within you and what you vibrate out into the world … a new you and new energy which can be a vibrational match to what you desire. Again, part of the science of manifestation.

Now, let’s talk about the Spirituality part of manifestation …

1. There are Spiritual principles and Universal Laws which help to create and orchestrate all physical manifestations.
   
   There is an interconnection within the Universe that you cannot see but is there for all to exist. This foundation is built upon the vibrations of Divine Love and Light. When you connect with these vibrations, you’re connected to Universal Source energy from which all is generated.
   
   
2. Ask for help by connecting with the Divine, your Soul’s Essence, and your Spirit Guides. You have an ‘etheric team’ here to support and guide you. They’re standing by to assist you at any given time all throughout the day. They’re there for you during the good times AND the challenging times.
   
   But you must ask … they cannot impose their will upon you or what they see as possible for you. You must invite them in.Most of us were taught to “tough it out” or to prove that we can do it ourselves, and not to ask for help. Many times, there’s a stigma that we’re weak if we ask, or that we ‘should’ be able to do it on our own. Or you may not feel worthy or deserving of assistance due to old programming and conditioning.

   Here’s the good news … you didn’t come here to do this lifetime alone so give yourself permission to ask for the assistance that you want and need!

3. Don’t be afraid to ask for MORE! Many are taught that you must prove yourself first to get anything MORE in your life. You’re not necessarily taught that it’s okay to have what you desire. You might have also been taught that you’re greedy if you want more in life, or to have what you really want and need.

Examine your beliefs about manifesting:

• Do you have a belief that you don’t deserve to have more?
• Do you believe that you must prove you’re worthy of manifesting your wants and needs?
• Do you believe that manifesting what you want is hard and requires a lot of effort?

Not asking for what you want is like going to a restaurant, being provided with an extensive menu and not being able to tell the server what you would like. The server doesn’t know … you’re having them guess … a steak, fish, chicken, etc., ways you like it prepared, appetizers, side dishes, and of course, dessert!

It’s the same with the Universe … by you not being clear and asking for what you want and need, then the Universe is responding to what you are ‘vibing’ within you and out into the world. If you’re unclear, or feel unworthy to receive what you desire, then that’s what will be manifested.

So, think of the Universe like your server … it wants what you want. And you have an entire team … the Divine, your Spirit Guides, Angels, Soul’s Essence waiting for you to ask for what you want and need and even MORE!

Whether you realize it or not, setting an intention is always asking to be elevated into a 4th or 5th Dimension frequency to co-create with the Universe. This is the core of manifestation and it’s the start of the co-creative process of manifestation–the easy way!
