How does a lifetime of intuitive knowing transform into the courage to claim your gifts fully?
For Catherine Ann, the path wasn’t a sudden awakening but a long journey of acceptance—one that began in childhood sensitivity, unfolded through years of intuitive exploration, and deepened through profound personal healing. From astrology and Tarot to energy work and emotional integration, Catherine’s evolution has been guided by a simple yet powerful truth: intuition isn’t something we “become,” but something we remember and allow.
In this conversation, Catherine shares how embracing her intuitive nature led her to channel the Andromedan Council, a ninth-dimensional collective whose central message is one of love, purpose, and remembrance. She reflects on overcoming fear of judgment, integrating spirituality into everyday life, and why cultivating a conscious relationship with spirit is more important now than ever—especially as we move through times of collective uncertainty. I want to hear about your story of awakening to consciousness, mindfulness, spirituality. I know you’ve had abilities and connections from an early age, but if you wouldn’t mind taking us back to your youth, did you grow up with a more structured faith tradition, or were these intuitive experiences already present?
Catherine Ann: It’s interesting, because I would actually say my journey is more a journey of acceptance than awakening. From a very young age, I was having experiences—but I had no framework for them. I didn’t grow up with any kind of metaphysical or spiritual structure. Looking back now, I can recognize that all of these things were happening, but at the time, there was no context to understand them.
I was very sensitive as a child, but that sensitivity was interpreted as being moody or difficult, rather than as someone who was deeply feeling what was happening around them.
Do you have an initial memory—an earliest moment you can point to and say, “Oh yeah, that was something”?
Catherine Ann: Actually, I have a few. I definitely had experiences with mediumship as a child. I still remember the story of a child who came to me and spoke with me. I also had a lot of dreams—recurring dreams—that there’s no way I could have had any conscious knowledge of.
Many of those dreams felt like past-life dreams, especially involving battle scenes. What’s interesting is that I wasn’t even allowed to watch Popeye. I wasn’t exposed to negativity, violence, or anything like that in my childhood. So, to be dreaming these really intense battle scenes was striking.
Wow. Did you tell your parents about those dreams?
Catherine Ann: Oh yeah, I did. But it just wasn’t their thing. They didn’t have any framework to understand that these dreams might be something bigger than just interesting or imaginative. They were recurring dreams, and I remember talking about them when I was around eight years old—they would come back again and again.
I also now realize that I could feel what people around me were thinking or experiencing emotionally. If someone was happy or struggling, I knew it. I always knew what was happening in my parents’ relationship, even though they tried to keep it hidden, because I could feel it.
But again, I didn’t have any context for that. We weren’t a family that talked about emotions, so none of it really made sense to me at the time.
I wouldn’t say I was raised with religion, but I was absolutely raised with faith. I went to Sunday school, and I was very active in the youth group throughout high school, though it was more of a social thing. It was very much, “This is what you do to raise your kids. It’s safe, it’s good, it’s healthy.”
Even within that, I don’t remember it feeling especially religious. But my mom would say things like, “We’re so blessed,” or “Someone’s looking out for us.” Between that language and being part of the youth group and Sunday school, I think I always had an understanding that there was something bigger. If we were blessed, then who were we blessed by?
I was also really fortunate to be part of a church community where the message was very clearly that God is love. That’s honestly my biggest takeaway from all those years in youth group—God is love.
That’s a pretty good takeaway.
Catherine Ann: Yeah, right? And it was something I held with conviction. When it came time for me to have children and consider whether we would raise them in a religious community, that was my one requirement. I could only do it if the message was that God is love—anything else just wasn’t going to work for me.
There are places where you can find that, but not everywhere.

You mentioned that the word “acceptance” resonates more with you than “awakening.” Were there moments along your path where that acceptance became clearer or more profound?
Catherine Ann: Yeah, it’s interesting—especially over the last five years, as I’ve gone even deeper into my intuitive journey, I sometimes laugh about it. I’ll say to people, “I’m kind of coming out of the closet,” and they’ll respond, “That’s the only way we’ve ever known you.” It’s almost like I was the worst-kept secret.
There were definitely times when I was fully accepting of my intuitive path, and, interestingly, those moments almost always happened when I was traveling. When I was away, nobody knew me. I could just be myself. I could talk to angels, see things, have dreams—and when I went home, no one had to know. There was a freedom in that. I could fully be me.
Give me an example. Where were you, and what happened?
Catherine Ann: One of the most profound experiences was when I went abroad for a year to Costa Rica during college. College was really when everything started opening up—getting out of the family home, exploring different modalities, Tarot, Oracle cards, all of it.
Even in college?
Catherine Ann: Oh, for sure. Even as a little kid, I was into astrology. I always knew I was a Scorpio—I had my birthday book and everything. Astrology felt safe to me. Everything else didn’t.
When I went abroad, I honestly thought I would live in Costa Rica forever. I loved it so much. But life didn’t unfold that way. I came back, got a job, and ended up working as an elementary school teacher. A few years in, I had this moment where I literally thought I was having a heart attack. Looking back, it was probably a panic attack. I fell off my chair and had this very clear message: You’re going back to Costa Rica. That’s it. Put in your notice.
I joke now that it was Spirit pushing me off the chair.
It didn’t happen instantly—it took almost a year because I wasn’t going to leave my classroom mid-year. I found a job and made plans. But within three weeks of being back in Costa Rica, I quit that job and learned about a meditation center in Guatemala on Lake Atitlán called The Pyramids. They offer a month-long moon cycle ritual experience. I packed my bags and went.
You stay in your own little pyramid. It was incredible. That month opened everything up. I learned Reiki. I learned crystal healing. I had prophetic dreams with Archangel Michael. I saw angels. I saw galactic energies. Everything just exploded open.
I came back knowing, This is what I’m going to do. I decided to go to massage school because I felt like I needed something official—a license—so I could work with bodies and incorporate crystal healing and energy work. That decision took me deeper onto this path, and during that time, I also met a mentor who helped me expand even more.
During that period, I was much more accepting of what I was doing—but I still didn’t talk about it with my family. I kept things compartmentalized, especially with people from my past.
Were you embarrassed? Afraid of their reaction? Could you put your finger on it at the time?
Catherine Ann: Oh yeah. It was the fear of judgment. I didn’t want people to think I was weird or crazy.
As I’ve continued to work through this path, that’s really been the core lesson for me: you’re not weird, you’re not crazy—you have a gift you’re meant to share. It took me a very, very long time to truly stand in that.
Now, I can talk about it as this is who I am, instead of something I do in secret.
So you’re learning all of these different modalities, and you went to massage school. Did you put that into practice in a more formal way—starting a business—or was it more friends and family on the side?
Catherine Ann: No, I actually had my own massage business for about seven years.
That’s a long time.
Catherine Ann: It is. I really went into it. I opened a practice and began specializing in pregnancy and infant massage. I became a birth doula and started studying to become a midwife. All of that happened within those seven years.
Even though I was doing all of this intuitive study, it wasn’t on my marquee. It wasn’t on my business cards. Publicly, I was a pregnancy massage therapist and a doula—but all of that intuitive information came through anyway.
There were moments where I’d be giving a massage and someone’s dad would come through energetically, and I’d say something like, “Are you thinking about having more kids?” They’d say, “No, we’re done,” and I’d respond, “You might have one more—he’s telling me you’re going to have a boy.” And then it would come to pass. Those kinds of things just happened because I was in that space with people, in their energy field.
I shared more of that intuitive awareness with my doula clients. When I entered a birth space, I would set the energy of the room. I’d clear the space, do energy work, and bring a sense of sacredness into it—even if it was a hospital. It was about holding space for that life as it came in.
So it was there, but it was still discreet.

They’re probably wondering why it smells like sage in here.
Catherine Ann: Yep—exactly. The whole thing. I studied aromatherapy and all of it. I’m a lifelong learner. There’s really no modality I don’t want to learn about.
That actually serves me deeply in the work I do now, because not everyone opens their intuition or connects with spirit in the same way. A lot of times, my guides—or their guides—will drop in and say, “Have you ever heard of this teacher?” or “Have you explored this modality?” I’m not teaching all of those things, but I’m aware of them and can point people in directions that align with them.
At what point did you become more fully accepting, where it was no longer hidden, and you were openly available for intuitive readings and bringing all of it forward?
Catherine Ann: There are really two answers to that. I actually started doing professional Tarot readings back in my twenties. I went to get a reading, and the woman said to me, “Why are you here? You do this.” The next day, she sent me to someone else, and I started working for them. They told me, “If Margie sent you, you’re the real deal.”
Again, nobody in my life knew I was doing this. I’ve been doing readings and intuitive work on and off for about 30 years.
But really stepping into it and fully accepting it came after a very difficult divorce in 2019. I was in what most people would call a dark night of the soul—the lowest of the low. I had to ask myself, “Who am I now if I’m not the wife with the house and the 2.5 kids? If that status quo dream is gone, who am I really? What lights me up?”
It always came back to working with spirit. That’s what I love. It’s fun for me. I love sharing messages from spirit with others.
At first, I dove into it for my own healing. Through that process, I was introduced to another mentor, and that was the real turning point. This mentor taught me the emotional healing piece. Before that, I was intuitive—I could do readings, receive mediumship and psychic information—but emotional healing takes it to a completely different level.
Sharing messages can be interesting or entertaining, but they’re not always transformational unless there’s an emotional healing component. My own healing journey—learning about codependence, boundaries, processing emotions, becoming an effective communicator, having hard conversations—all of that changed everything.
Those practices made it impossible to compartmentalize anymore. They kept saying, “You have to be you.” And if I was going to share that message with others, I had to live it myself.
That’s really where everything started integrating—especially since the divorce—and becoming the work I do now.
I also know you’re a leader in what we might call a ‘day job.’ You hold a strong leadership role. How do you navigate that? Do people at work know what you do, or do you keep it separate?
Catherine Ann: I kept it separate for a very long time. Then, a few years ago, it felt like I was going to burst—it just started oozing out of me because this is who I am.
I’m much more open at work now, though I probably still don’t share the full scope of everything I do. But I have brought aspects of my work in—especially around boundaries, communication, and emotional healing. I share those tools with my staff, and that’s been really powerful.
On the more multidimensional side of my work, I keep that more limited. A handful of people know, but it’s not something I casually talk about because it’s not everyone’s cup of tea.
You’re not pulling Tarot cards at the beginning of staff meetings.
Catherine Ann: No, no, no. Although for a while, I did have Mercury retrograde dates written on my whiteboard. Staff would come in saying, “What is going on? My computer is freaking out,” and I’d say, “Look at the board—it’s Mercury retrograde. Give it a week or two.”
Everyone at work knows I love astrology. But beyond that, I keep it pretty grounded.

I want to dive into how you integrate all of these modalities you’ve learned. I know astrology and Tarot are a big focus for you, but you also have these other intuitive abilities. You offer intuitive astrological readings—how are those different from what others provide? Not better, just… what’s your secret sauce?
Catherine Ann: Astrology is a language. You could study it your entire life and still never learn it all. There are so many layers. I do practice traditional astrology, and I’ve formally studied it over the years—not just the lifelong interest I’ve had since childhood.
But the thing about any archetypal language—whether it’s astrology, Tarot, or oracle cards—is that it becomes a gateway to communicating with spirit. Whether I’m doing moon cycle horoscopes for social media or a newsletter, or I’m in a one-on-one session, there’s no way for me to look at someone’s chart without spirit speaking to me. It’s like opening a door and inviting in what wants to be said.
That’s why I call it intuitive astrology. Yes, I’m using the traditional structure and understanding how astrology works, but spirit always guides me to the points that matter most—or how to say something so it really lands. Sometimes I’ll even say, “This isn’t technically in the chart, but they won’t stop talking, so I’m going to share it.” That’s why it’s an intuitive session. I bring all of me to the table.
When someone reaches out to you, what are the options? Are they getting a birth chart, a natal chart—how does that work?
Catherine Ann: You can start with a natal chart reading, which gives you the basic blueprint of what you came in with—your path, personality traits, how you see the world, how you engage with it.
I also offer something called an astrological weather report. That focuses on transits—what’s happening in the universe right now—and how that’s interacting with your natal chart. We always come back to your chart, but then we look at trends over the next six months to a year.
People ask about career, love, family—every area of life. The natal chart holds what’s called your natal promise, and the transits are what activate it. So it might be, “This transit is really lighting something up for you right now,” or, “That area is more on the back burner—this is where your energy is meant to go.”
What I love about astrology is that this archetypal, spiritual language translates directly into daily life—what’s happening with your family, siblings, work, or school. You take that higher perspective and bring it right down into the practical.
Spirit will often say things like, “Make sure they know that if they’re feeling down for the next couple of months, it’s just the energy. They didn’t do anything wrong. Don’t make any rash decisions—some hard angles are happening. Take care of yourself.” Or on the flip side, “You have beautiful energy right now—don’t waste it.”
Any kind of reading—astrology, intuitive, anything—is really just reading the energies. The person is the one who has to act on it. That sense of timing and encouragement is a big part of how the astrological weather reading works.
Someone can learn astrology—the patterns, the details—but the intuitive part you’re describing, the hearing—can that be learned? Can people tap into that, and do you help them with that?
Catherine Ann: I really believe everyone has that inner ability at some level. Part of it is interest—if you’re not interested, you’re probably not going to develop it, even if the capacity is there.
We all have some form of intuition. People say things like, “I feel it in my gut.” That instinct is there. But you can absolutely develop your intuitive gifts. It comes down to devotion and dedication—seeking, listening, even if it’s just five minutes a day in stillness.
For a long time, I thought I wasn’t meditating “right” because I’ve never been able to quiet my mind. It’s very busy in there. But what I eventually realized was that I was trying to do a type of meditation that just wasn’t right for me.
That’s part of why I’m such a seeker—there are so many ways to access spirit. Sometimes I know I need a breathwork session to move something I can’t clear on my own. Other times, I’ll be in the kitchen and see the same angel number for the fifth time in two days, and I’ll say, “Okay, I get it—you want me to go sit down so we can talk.”
There are many different ways people access intuition. You can absolutely learn how to tap into it, though some people will have stronger clairs than others. For me, it feels like hearing in my ear—more like telepathic communication than actual voices. It’s an internal voice that isn’t mine.
I didn’t have that at the beginning. I knew it was possible, and I wanted it to be clearer, so I took the time to develop it.
One thing that was especially instrumental for me was taking an intensive channeling course with Sara Landon. I’d worked with other teachers before, but that course was beautiful because it showed me I was already doing all the things—I just needed to listen. I needed to sit, listen, and stop doubting myself.
That brings it back to acceptance again. I’m not crazy. I’m not weird. This is happening—and it’s okay. It’s actually my gift.
I think I have this internal belief that you shouldn’t have to work for it—that it should just be there. I interview a lot of people who say it simply is there for them.
And maybe for some people it is very strong, but then I speak with others—like you—who say it takes intention, commitment, and time. I realize I have this belief that if I have to cultivate it, then it won’t be real, like I’m forcing it or making it up.
Catherine Ann: I understand that.
I think part of that comes from having had mushroom experiences where messages about other people come through me involuntarily. I can’t stop it—it pours out for an hour at a time. I’ve even FaceTimed a friend and asked them to give me a name just to test it. I don’t know the person, but I can see inside them. That only happens for me with medicine.
When I talk to people I trust about it, they tell me I can do this without medicine—but that it requires intentionality. I realize I have a block that says, “If I have to sit and try, then it isn’t real.” But I’m hearing your truth again today—that it does require intention and time, and that it’s just as valid as a sudden on–off switch.
Catherine Ann: Absolutely. I’ve had that same belief—that if it wasn’t a snap-of-the-fingers moment where suddenly I was psychic, then none of my experiences were real. That belief has been a major part of my acceptance journey, because it simply isn’t true.
Spirit speaks to us in many different ways. When you look at channels, intuitives, and spiritual teachers, they’re all receiving information differently. Some hear it. Some feel it. Some see it. In many ways, it’s all channeling—the expression just varies.
For me, a big hurdle was learning to get out of my own way. I believed that if I didn’t have a light switch turned on at five years old, then this was just a fantasy. But the more I acknowledged the subtle intuitive moments I was already having, the more I could lean into them.
I was even reflecting on this before our conversation today. I’ve had many experiences where I had a dream, woke up, followed what spirit showed me, walked through that door, and my life changed in a way that was perfectly aligned. Those moments are times when we let our guard down enough to truly listen.

I want to talk about the Andromedan Council. You channel them, and I’m curious about when you first came into contact with them, how that happened, who they are, and what their primary message is. I find channeling fascinating—so tell me everything.
Catherine Ann: I find it fascinating, too. That’s why I believe intention and cultivation are really about getting out of your own way. As soon as I set the intention to channel clearly, the right people appeared to help me do that.
It began with a spiritual mentor, then another, and then another. Each had a different piece of the puzzle. They weren’t all teaching channeling directly, but they were helping me remove the blocks that kept me from hearing clearly.
I consciously began working with the Andromedan Council about five years ago. At that time, I was sitting daily with a simple practice—asking the universe, What do I need to know today? Different beings would come through. Sometimes it was a loved one. More often, it was my guides—Isis, Ashtar—various energies appearing almost as one-offs.
Then the Andromedan Council came through—and they were different.
Were you aware of the Andromedan Council before they came through? Had you studied them, or was this your first time?
Catherine Ann: Not at all. I didn’t even know the name at first. When they initially came through, it was just a feeling—and I still get that same feeling every time they arrive. I describe it as a warm hug made of pink, sparkly light. That’s what the Andromedan Council feels like to me.
I would sit and ask, What do I need to know today? And this loving, sparkly presence would come in, and the messages would flow. Over time, I realized it was the same collective energy coming through again and again. That’s when I got curious and started asking, “Who are you? What’s your story?” Eventually, they gave me the name the Andromedan Council.
Then I had to figure out what that meant. What is Andromeda? Even though I love astrology, I wasn’t really a skygazer. Anytime an energy like Isis or Ashtar came through, I would look them up and ask, “What is this? What’s happening?” So with the Andromedan Council, I researched it and discovered there is an Andromedan galaxy. Over the first year or so, they shared more and more information with me.
What they’ve told me is that they are a ninth-dimensional collective of beings. They refer to themselves as a collective because they are individuals, even though they come through as one singular voice. They can take form, but they don’t want to come into the third dimension—they’ve told me that being in physical form is very uncomfortable. It’s more like, “Bless you for doing it—we don’t want to.”
They are from the Andromedan galaxy, and their purpose has been clear from the very beginning. The core message they bring is simple: You are love. You are loved. That really sums up everything they want to share.
I’ve done meditations with them where they show me that they are surrounding the Earth with loving energy. They often speak about how precious our planet is in the context of space and how deeply humanity needs love and compassion right now. That’s why they’re here.
I asked them if I was the only one who works with them, or if I was the only one who calls them the Andromedan Council, and the answer was no. There are a handful of other people, and it’s somewhat interchangeable—some people channel the collective as a whole, others channel individual beings.
Since working with the Andromedan Council, more galactic beings have come in. I regularly work with a group of three Arcturians, and other galactic energies will appear depending on who I’m reading for, especially if that person has a strong connection to a particular lineage.
What’s interesting is that before this, I didn’t know much about the Andromedans at all. I had heard about the Pleiadians—that kind of felt like the introductory galactic group.
The popular galactic.
Catherine Ann: Exactly. And now I do have connections with the Pleiadians. I’ve recently learned that the keeper of my Akashic Records is a Pleiadian guide. I knew the Pleiadians were involved in my Akashic work, but I hadn’t been individually introduced to any of them yet.
That became another acceptance moment for me—another Am I crazy? experience. Why am I working with the Andromedans? Isn’t this supposed to start with the Pleiadians? But that just wasn’t my path.
When I asked the Andromedan Council, “Why me? Why are we working together?” they showed me this incredible scene. If you’re a Star Wars fan—especially the newer movies—you’d recognize it immediately. It was like a massive federation meeting, similar to the United Nations, but for all galactic races. Princess Amidala is standing there, and these pods float forward to speak. That’s how they showed me the Galactic Federation.
They told me that before I incarnated, they put out a call for volunteers—and my team nominated me. I do have my own personal galactic guide team, called the Council of Ka. They’re a mix of Pleiadian, Sirian, and other galactic beings. The Andromedan Council isn’t my personal guide team—I work with them. And apparently, my team said, “She’ll go. She’ll be your messenger.”
So what it really came down to was this: when I was finally ready to accept not just the channeling, but that I was meant to be a voice for the message you are loved, that’s when they started coming through more and more strongly.
Do you have a sense that you’re from Andromeda—like a starseed—or are you simply working with them as a council?
Catherine Ann: No, I don’t feel that I’m from Andromeda. I do believe that all of us have starseed lineages, absolutely, but I don’t believe I’m Andromedan or some kind of hybrid. What they’ve shown me is very straightforward—my team volunteered me, and here I am.
I actually feel a much stronger resonance with other galactic histories. When I’ve explored past lives or gone into deep meditations, I’ve seen other places—but never Andromeda.

I know you offer private sessions where you channel the Andromedan Council. I’m curious—do different people tend to come to you for different things? Is there one type of person who wants an intuitive astrological reading and another who wants to hear directly from the Andromedan Council? Or does it depend more on where someone is in their life? And what does a session like that look like?
Catherine Ann: I think a lot of it has to do with how safe someone feels in the intuitive realm.
It does feel like a next-level experience.
Catherine Ann: It really is. Astrology feels much more mainstream now—at least to me—especially compared to channeling. We have horoscopes in newspapers, and people talk openly about their signs, so astrology feels like an accessible entry point. If someone is going to dip their toe into this world, astrology often feels like the safer place to start.
The people who come specifically for a session with the Andromedan Council are usually coming for a different reason, even if they don’t consciously realize it. Almost every single one is seeking a reminder of their own light, their magic, and their gifts.
There’s usually a thread in those sessions where something they love or feel drawn to gets validated. They’re encouraged. They’re given gentle direction—maybe suggestions like a class to explore or a podcast to listen to—little stepping stones toward what brings them joy.
At its core, those sessions often feel like permission to shine. And that feels very full circle for me, because my own awakening journey has been about giving myself permission to shine. Now I get to help others do the same.
I absolutely love it. I love sitting with someone and watching them light up. Often, the Council will start speaking about something, and the person will say, “Yes, that’s true—I do love that.” And in that moment, they’re being permitted to be who they really are.
What do your kids think about all of this? How do they navigate having a mom who does this work?
Catherine Ann: My son is on the spectrum, and he’s very linear—very much a scientist. We actually have amazing conversations because he talks about physics and the structure of the universe, and I can meet him there with metaphysics and quantum reality.
But if I say something like, “Did you ask Archangel Michael about that?” he’s not interested at all, which I actually love. It’s great.
My daughter, on the other hand, is profoundly intuitive. When she was little, I would find her in this room—this is my extra room, what we call the Zen room—where I keep my altar and cards. She would be in here throwing cards for the cats.
They’re both teenagers now, so neither of them wants a whole lot to do with Mom at the moment. But they understand the rhythms of my work. If the meditation room door is closed, they know not to come in. Sometimes they’ll even say, “I just need to go sit and meditate. I need some quiet.”
Especially since the divorce and all the emotional healing I’ve done, my parenting has completely changed. I don’t hide this part of myself from them, and I feel like I can see them more clearly now. That’s been really beautiful.
What’s Mom doing behind the closed door? Oh, she’s just talking to the Andromedan Council.
Catherine Ann: My daughter once had a friend over and said, “I don’t know—she talks to herself.”
In some sense, that’s not entirely wrong. You’re talking to your higher self.
Catherine Ann: Exactly. Or there was a phase where I was deeply into Kundalini yoga and mantra meditation, chanting every morning. I know my daughter was thinking, “What is happening in there?”
But at the same time, this is all they’ve ever known of me. And in a way, that feels really nice.

I know I asked you beforehand if you’d be open to bringing through a message from the Andromedan Council. If you’re still open to that, I’d love it.
Catherine Ann: Yes—absolutely. When I asked them what we were going to talk about, they mentioned 2026. I don’t usually know ahead of time. I’ll ask, “Do you have a message for the collective?” or “Do you have a message for me?” I don’t really know what’s going to come through.
I’ll just close my eyes, take a few breaths, and allow them to speak.
From a practical perspective, for those interested in channeling, does it come easily for you now, or do you have a longer ritual or process to drop in?
Catherine Ann: It’s gotten easier and faster over time, the more I’ve let go and accepted that they’re always there. From the very first time they came through, they’ve said, We are here. We are always here.
Now it takes just seconds. In the beginning, when I was nervous, I needed deep breaths and a very specific, carefully prepared space. I don’t need that anymore.
Alright—let’s see what they want to share.
Catherine Ann (channeling the Andromedan Council):
We are here. We are here. We are always here.
We are always here for you—for everyone who is listening.
We want you to know that you are always guided. Whether that guidance comes through your own spiritual team or through us, you are never alone.
In moments when your light feels so dim that you can no longer find it, we ask you to reach out—to your angels, your loved ones, your guides, your galactic teams. Ask them to help you. Ask them to whisper in your ear. Ask them to create synchronicities in your life that make you say, I couldn’t have made that up.
Trust that those moments are messages from beyond. You are a multidimensional being living within a multidimensional landscape that is always trying to communicate with you—always encouraging you to shine.
You came into this planet, into this incarnation, with your own unique magic. That magic is needed now more than ever. Even those of you who hid it when you were little—who learned it wasn’t safe to be seen—we say to you now: it is safe.
Come out. Come out.
The world needs you.
You are the only one who carries the exact gift you brought into this lifetime. We ask you to climb out of whatever place you have hidden it, because now is the time to shine.
As you move through 2026, you will see continued upheaval—more shaking, more searching for balance. The instability of 2025 does not simply disappear. What will anchor you through this time is the cultivation of your connection with your spiritual team and the embodiment of your true light and purpose.
That connection will ground you.
It will remind you why you are here.
You chose this moment. You intended to arrive now.
So stand tall.
Shine brightly.
This is what is needed most.
Thank you. How does that feel as that comes through you?
Catherine Ann: Hot. I feel a lot of energy moving through me. What I find interesting is how abruptly the channel ends—it’s very clear. They come in, deliver the message, and they’re done.
In sessions, it’s often more fluid. I’ll channel directly, then hear them speaking to me, then describe what I’m seeing, then drop back into channeling. But when it’s a message for the collective, it’s one and done.
Amazing. Where can people follow you and book sessions with you?
Catherine Ann: You can find me at CatherineAnnEnergy.com, on Instagram, and Facebook.
I also have a separate Instagram and YouTube specifically for the Andromedan Council. They asked for their own space, so I’ve begun sharing more of their messages there.
Before we close—tell us about the dragon behind you.
Catherine Ann: He’s very powerful. His name is Ahmed. He normally sits at the top of the bookcase behind me, but today he was very clear that he wanted to be in the shot.
He came to me a couple of years ago. I walked into a HomeGoods store, and it felt like he called out to me from across the room. I knew he was coming home with me.
He arrived at a time when I was just beginning to connect with dragon energy, shortly before a month-long journey through the United Kingdom and Scotland. He’s helped me remember past connections with the land and with dragons. He’s strong, loud, and protective—and today, he wanted to hold space.
I love it. Catherine, thank you so much for being here.
Catherine Ann: Thank you.
"For me, a big hurdle was learning to get out of my own way. I believed that if I didn’t have a light switch turned on at five years old, then this was just a fantasy."
