What if the chaos we see around us is not simply the world falling apart, but a sign that something hidden is finally being revealed?
Most of us carry fears, beliefs, and patterns we rarely stop to question. Sheila Seppi calls this conditioning the “false matrix,” and she believes spiritual awakening helps us recognize its influence, understand where our fear comes from, and begin healing what has kept us disconnected from our deeper knowing.
In this conversation, Sheila shares how her own extraordinary awakening transformed years of illness and pain into a life devoted to spiritual teaching and energetic healing. She explores light language, intuitive gifts, soul identity, and the possibility that humanity is moving through a beautiful, if sometimes unsettling, unraveling. Whether her experiences deeply resonate with you or simply awaken your curiosity, this dialogue invites you to look beneath the surface of your fears, reclaim your sovereignty, and consider what may be trying to emerge within you.

From your perspective, what’s going on in the world right now? We have a lot of good things and a lot of perhaps not-so-good things. What do you sense is unfolding on our planet at this moment?
Sheila Seppi: Honestly, there is a huge reorganization effort taking place—not just within humanity, but with Earth herself. On the surface, it seems like everything is totally chaotic, which, in fact, it really is. We have division, fear, and all these things coming up. But the way I view it, they are all coming up to be healed.
Everything that was out of coherence now has an opportunity to come forward and be healed. No one ever said healing was going to be easy, right? We’re going to have a lot of ups and downs. I believe humanity has reached a level of mass consciousness where we’re shining such a bright light that everything out of balance is showing up.
There’s this energy of polarity at work: the brighter the light, the more darkness we’re going to see. That darkness is coming up to be exposed, released, and healed.
In my view and in my memories, there are a couple of things at play. There is the eternal structure—the source-aligned architecture of creation. Then there is the organic matrix, which is the living expression of that architecture through Earth, nature, our human bodies, and the evolving consciousness that is taking place.
And then, of course, we’ve all heard about the false matrix. That was a developed overlay. For anyone who has ever worked with me, I always tell them to imagine a pearl: We are the perfect pearl at the bottom of a Kleenex box, and everything over us is made up of different layers of veils. These veils are being pulled off one by one.
Think of a Band-Aid being ripped off. The Band-Aid has to come off, but it’s not necessarily pleasant when it happens.
I prefer the Kleenex analogy to the Band-Aid.
Sheila Seppi: I know. But over time, this false matrix—the overlay—began to feed off fear. It brought in codes of fear, separation, trauma, and control. As people begin to experience some of these vibrations, they build upon what is already out there, and the false matrix becomes a little stronger.
It exists wherever there is conditioning to surrender our discernment. It builds on distrust of our inner knowing, feelings of abandonment, and even infringements upon our sovereignty. When we experience those things, the false matrix gets stronger and stronger.
The false matrix has been around for thousands of years, so of course it has been imprinting itself into the DNA of humanity. But when someone has a spiritual awakening, I believe it awakens us to a higher vibration that allows us to see the false matrix. When we see it, we have the opportunity to step out of it. We can’t totally step out of it because it’s part of the human condition, but we can become aware of it.
When feelings of fear begin to arise, we can recognize what they are and what they’re about. We can discover where they’re coming from and be grateful for the experiences that brought them forward because they are reflecting something within us that needs to be healed. So the false matrix is both good and bad. I look at what’s happening now as this beautiful unraveling, this dismantling of all the chaos we’re seeing around us.

We had an in-depth conversation about your journey of awakening earlier. For those who haven’t watched it yet, I’d like to offer a brief overview of what you experienced earlier in your life. What was your life like before? What happened? What was life like afterward?
Sheila Seppi: Before, I was a very sick person. Starting in my twenties, I was diagnosed with a whole plethora of illnesses—everything from bone cancer and a brain tumor to fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue. I walked with a cane, and I had erythema nodosum. They told me I had the beginning stages of rheumatoid arthritis and multiple sclerosis and that I would end up in a wheelchair. To be quite honest, everything was looking pretty bleak for me.
I was also emotionally exhausted because those illnesses take so much out of you. I had three kids and a demanding job, and I was emotionally spent. I went to bed expecting nothing other than to wake up in pain.
On September 22, 1999, I went to bed as that person. Then, at what felt like around seven o’clock in the morning, it seemed as though someone reached down, grabbed me by the hair, and pulled me bolt upright in bed. It was like lightning ran through my body, and then I was in a white space.
I don’t know how long I was there, but I was out of pain. I was very comfortable and surrounded by unconditional love. Had I been given a choice, I’m sure I would have chosen to stay there. But I wasn’t given a choice.
The next thing I knew, I found myself sitting up in bed. Everything was blank at first, and then my peripheral vision began to return, followed by my frontal vision. As I sat there looking around the room, everything was exactly the same as it had been when I went to bed the night before, but everything felt different.
It was as though the photographs were telling me their stories and the clothing had a story. It was extremely odd. I thought, “This is super weird. Something strange has happened. I must have been in a dream or something.” I had no idea what had happened.
When I stepped out of bed and put my feet on the carpet, it was like the first time I had ever experienced carpet. Then, as I walked through the bedroom and caught my reflection in the mirror, I stopped. I looked at my hair, my teeth—everything about me. It felt as though I were looking at myself through somebody else’s eyes.
Then I began to be flooded with past-life memories. The significant thing is that when I went to bed the night before, I didn’t even believe in past lives. What I was experiencing was cellular memory. I also had all these universal truths spinning around in my head about creation, along with holographic information that I had no idea how to understand.
Then I began remembering healing modalities I had never studied. Not only that, but all the clairs suddenly turned on, which completely overwhelmed my senses. I began seeing people walking around and hearing them speak to me. I thought, “Okay, I’ve lost it.” Between the illnesses, the dysfunctional marriage, and everything else, I believed I had finally reached my breaking point.
Within three months, I had left that dysfunctional marriage. Within another three months, I had moved to a new state and started a new job. I was researching places for the kids in the back of the phone directory—of course, we didn’t have Google or iPhones then. I did have a BlackBerry, but we didn’t have what we have today.
As I was looking through the directory, it was as though a light shone down on one particular section. When I looked closer, I saw an advertisement for spiritual counseling. I thought, “Boy, do I ever need that.”
I was very religious at the time, and I didn’t even understand the difference between religion and spirituality. But I picked up the phone and made an appointment. My background had included psychology at one point because I had wanted to become a therapist. I left a message saying, “I’ve got to see you. I think I’m having a psychotic breakdown,” because I knew just enough psychology to start diagnosing myself.
After a couple of visits, she said, “I don’t think you’re having a psychotic break. You’re not showing any signs of psychosis.” Then she asked, “Have you ever heard of a walk-in?”
I said, “No. What is a walk-in?” She explained that it is when the soul of the body leaves, and a totally different soul comes in. I got up and walked out.
I wanted the little blue pill. I didn’t want to know about everything that was out there. I wanted to go back to my dysfunctional life. But even after I left, I kept hearing her explanation about the walk-in rolling around in my head. By the time I reached my car, I was already on the phone booking my next appointment.
I began seeing her regularly, and she also invited me to women’s circles. She was of Hopi descent and was the seventh daughter of a seventh daughter, which is very significant in the Hopi lineage. Chief Dan Ivahima had asked her to establish women’s groups and begin teaching them about the Hopi Way. He called the women the White Eyes.
I began meeting women who were studying with her, and the first thing we studied was shamanism. I had never heard of shamanism, but it made so much sense to me. As we learned about the shamanic journey—traveling into the upper and lower worlds and meeting our guides and totem animals—I began to encounter my guides.
They were the same people who had been walking around my house, speaking to me, and giving me advice. The experience had already transformed my entire life, but it transformed even further because I now had that immediate connection with my guides, who began explaining more and more to me.
Thank you for sharing that. That was essentially 27 years ago, and I’m sure the twists, turns, growth, and ups and downs you’ve experienced since then have been tremendous. How much of your current worldview and what you teach is rooted in memories and downloads, versus what you have studied and learned from people such as this woman of Hopi descent? How much of it is intermingled?
Sheila Seppi: About 100%. Everything I have is a memory. Everything I teach is a memory.
What I teach comes from the things I arrived with but didn’t understand—the universal truths for which I had no language. My guides at the time later became part of my collective, which then became part of the Omnistream of Divine Consciousness. They told me that everything about this life is an experience. We are here to experience and discover who we are at the core of our being.
The core of our being is the operating system for the physical body, but it is actually divine source energy, which people call the soul. The soul itself is a compression of this source energy. I have worked with hundreds and hundreds of students—probably thousands by now—helping them understand who they are at the core of their being. That understanding affects my view of life.
I understand that we are here on a mission as humans to have this experience. Everything is about experience, so I really try not to get entangled in worry. I’m just not a worrier because I know it’s not real. It is real in the sense that we’re having the experience, but it’s all part of the play of life. We’re here to understand who we are and to grow.
Even the soul itself has a desire to grow. Some of the memories I have are actually from being on the other side, and I can tell you that eternity is a long, long time, according to our understanding of it. Even there, we’re always looking for different things to do and experience and new ways to grow because we are a compression of source energy.
What does Source desire to do? It desires to know itself, and it desires to create. Humanity has exactly that same desire to grow and create.
My dad is a news watcher, but I haven’t watched the news in 25 or 26 years. He watches it and becomes so concerned about everything. I tell him, “Dad, first of all, you’re religious, so this shouldn’t bother you. Second, what’s the downside? Really, what is the downside if everything goes haywire? We’re simply propelled into the world of spirit from which we came.”
We’re here on a temporary human assignment. When I look at things and they become really bleak, my mantra is, “It’s just a human experience. It’s just a human experience. Take a breath. Take a breath. It’s just a human experience.” That brings me back to reality.
That doesn’t mean I don’t get upset or that I don’t have bad days. But I look at those moments as part of the experience. I recognize what they are, and I choose not to give my energy to them.

As you interact with students, do more memories come in? Are you learning from them or through the teaching process over time? How does learning take place for you in this season of life?
Sheila Seppi: As I prepare different teachings, all of a sudden there will be a spark of remembrance. I have to make a note and say, “Okay, team, we’re going to come back to that.” Then I sit with them and let the information flow.
Just like everybody else, I ask, “Are you sure? Am I hearing what I think I’m hearing? Am I seeing what I think I’m seeing? Is this what you’re showing me? Am I interpreting this correctly?” I ask and ask and ask before I ever share anything with anyone.
Recently, they showed me these 12 columns of consciousness around the body. These streams of light extend approximately two and a half to three feet around us and form what is called the sovereignty container. The sovereignty container is almost like a protective shield, and each of these columns brings in a different energy.
Some are foundational energies, while others help us lock into reality through the embodiment process. These conduits don’t necessarily become corrupted, but we draw energy from them into our fields when we need it. As a result, they can become dimmed or diminished, and then we have to refurbish them by bringing in more and more light.
I’m so curious because whenever I talk with you or watch your videos, you seem to have a very cohesive way of seeing life and understanding someone’s existence and experience. I haven’t been through any of your programs, and perhaps I asked you this last time because the question seems so obvious to me. How do you navigate coming into contact with another teacher who has a cohesive view of existence that doesn’t quite align with yours? Do you think, “They’ve got it all wrong”? Do you duke it out? How do you process that?
Sheila Seppi: No, no, no. The way I look at it, there are various layers of consciousness that we tap into. When we are downloading information, whether it’s me or anyone else, we’re tapping into a certain layer.
I believe all these teachings have their own elements of truth based on the perspective from which they are seen. Imagine a little case in the center that is flat on one side and flat on the other. Someone standing over here will interpret it one way, while someone else will see it differently. But if we turn it around, a person might say, “I didn’t see that emblem. Where did that come from?”
It depends on our perspective, our level of consciousness, and our ability to hold certain vibrational frequencies. Every person has come here to share a different truth. Someone may resonate deeply with my truth, or they may not. They may resonate with another teacher’s truth, or they may not.
By having this selection of information, teachers can meet students wherever they are. I like to think of everyone as a traveler on the pathway of life. As we travel, we pick up different little nuggets along the way.
How do you respond when those teachers are more aggressive about saying theirs is the right way?
Sheila Seppi: In my mind, if anybody says their way is the only way, I’m kind of like, “Okay, thank you for sharing.” But I really love hearing views that are completely contrary to mine because I’m always able to learn something new.
That doesn’t mean I have to agree with them, but I really enjoy hearing their perspective. If they say, “Well, I don’t believe anything you say,” that’s okay because I’m not here to convince anybody. I’m here to share what I know, from my perspective, to be true.

I’m relatively new to this world, having explored it for only the last five to seven years. As I listen to different teachers, it can feel overwhelming. I might think, “Okay, I have to adopt Sheila’s way of seeing the world. Jerry Sargeant has an interesting perspective, so perhaps I need to say these codes while I’m healing. Or maybe I should speak light language like Ken Lloyd.” What advice would you give people who are in the process of awakening, exploring, and healing, but feel overwhelmed by the different worldviews they encounter? What encouragement would you offer them?
Sheila Seppi: The reality is that when all these different teachers share their perspectives, they are offering people nuggets of information. We already have everything we need inside us to heal.
For example, when I use light language, the codes that come through me enter someone’s field, activate, and create a resonant frequency. They serve as a battery charger to awaken that person’s own codes. I can bring in a high vibration, a lower vibration, sonic sounds, or whatever that field needs. But it is the field itself that either receives those codes, stores them for later, or allows them to wash out of the system because we are perfect and divine.
I can also see the human grid, and there is so much happening within that aura. When I first began seeing it, I probably went to the eye doctor a dozen times. They would say, “Sheila, there is nothing wrong with your eyes.”
I would tell them, “But I have these floaters, and they look like graph paper.” My team never told me, “You’re seeing the holographic grid. You’re seeing the pixelization of the tree.” I asked them, “Why didn’t you tell me that?” They said, “Because you needed to discover it for yourself. If we give you the answer to the test, you haven’t learned anything.”
For me, learning what I was seeing was really about learning to trust myself. I had to step out in faith and say, “Yes, I see this grid. Yes, I see this ring. Yes, I see these pillars of light. Yes, I see these ley lines.” I had to learn to trust myself before I could share anything with anybody else.
You say that you work with the holographic architecture of the energetic field. What does that mean?
Sheila Seppi: As I mentioned, when I look at someone, I’m able to see a holographic field around them. It’s a field we can see through and also feel.
Would some people call that the aura, or is it different?
Sheila Seppi: It’s within the aura. When I say I work with the holographic architecture of the energetic field, I mean that I perceive the aura as more than a glow or a single bubble of energy surrounding the body.
I do see a glow around the body, but that is what I call the etheric body. It is like a blueprint for the physical body. What I’m actually seeing are all the multidimensional systems that compose these interconnected structures.
Remember, the soul is the operating system of the physical body. The soul also requires a different set of energies. The physical body needs food and water, but we also have these energetic operating systems. Most people call them chakras, and many people also talk about meridians. All of these are energetic systems.
When I look at someone during a session, I see a luminescent grid throughout the aura that resembles multidimensional graph paper. It is a framework of intersecting horizontal and vertical lines. This grid helps organize the person’s energy, consciousness, memories, and connection to the physical body.
Do you see that grid around me right now, or do you have to tune in to see it? I’m not asking you to look at it—I’m just wondering whether you can already see it.
Sheila Seppi: If I relax my focus and look, I can see it. I’ve also seen something in the body that looks red and moves in a certain way. I wondered, “My gosh, what is that?” My team explained that they call it the trauma body.
The trauma body is literally made up of fibrous strings. It also looks like graph paper, but those strings contain all the trauma, drama, chaos, pain, and everything else we’ve experienced in our lifetime. It forms an overlay around the body and functions almost like a protective shield because it keeps distortions from entering.
But once distortions enter the body, they can become illness or dis-ease. Both are simply the body’s language for communicating what is happening within the field.
Within the trauma body, I also see blotches. I used to call them little Brillo pads because they are literally attached to the grid itself, but they are actually compressed distortions. It could be negativity that has become caught in our field. As more negativity enters, it sticks together in the field like cotton candy.
When I apply light codes or work with someone, I send the codes directly into those distortions to help disperse them. If people really want to understand what happened, I may be able to say, “When you were three years old, you experienced this trauma,” and take them through the story. But I try not to focus too much on the story because I don’t want people to become stuck in it.
Sometimes, when trauma opens the door, more and more begins pouring out, and the person needs to be able to clear, clear, clear. What I find, however, is that many people drop into those individual traumas and begin reliving them. Post-traumatic stress sets in, and they start operating from that state.
Then their nervous system falls out of balance and is no longer in coherence. We begin to experience misfires in the field. The next thing you know, the person is in bed because they can’t function or handle what’s happening, and they become emotionally burned out.

That’s fascinating. I know you and Ken Lloyd have spent quite a bit of time together. When I interviewed him the other day, he explained that his healing methodology goes straight to the energetic issue without bringing up the story. I like how you describe the possibility that revisiting the story can actually exacerbate things for the individual.
Sheila Seppi: It can, but I had a client today who needed to talk about the story. I approach every client a little differently. Ideally, I don’t focus on the story, but if someone really needs to talk—if they need to speak it in order to release it—then as they’re speaking, I use the codes to help release it from their field. Then they can be done with it, close that chapter of the book, and move on to something else.
What have you learned in the last year or so? You mentioned the 12 pillars a moment ago. I don’t know whether that discovery happened within the last year, but what have you learned recently that has shifted the way you work with or serve other people?
Sheila Seppi: Honestly, discovering these 12 vertical consciousness channels was a huge eye-opener for me. When I look at the body and see the chakras, they have this energy that appears to move in a particular way. Many people see them as spinning wheels, but as I began examining them more closely with my team, I learned that each one actually has 12 layers.
Each of these layers is oscillating and connected to a different dimensional realm, much like the concentric rings around the body. Each one is connected to a dimensional frequency, different densities, the body’s ley lines, various consciousness conduits, and especially those vertical channels.
Every layer has its own frequency and vibrates differently, creating the appearance that the chakra is rotating. That was huge for me because I had always thought they were spinning wheels of light. That was what I had always heard and believed.
I’ve also discovered that these consciousness channels are incredibly important. They help anchor consciousness into the body, stabilize the human field, and preserve our energetic integrity. They also help maintain a person’s connection with their oversoul, Earth, and the original divine blueprint. To me, that was a major discovery.
How do you live your life here on Earth with all this knowledge and everything you’re seeing? How do you approach each day? Do these things consume you, or do you have other interests? What is life like for you?
Sheila Seppi: I see clients, receive my downloads, and write a lot. I also love my boat, so I love getting out on the water. That was one of my dad’s dreams, and he’s 91 and lives with me. I try to get him out of the house as often as possible, and he loves the water.
We go out there and drift while I send codes to the water. Sometimes I get into the water and really connect with it. But even then, I remain conscious that I’m a soul having a human experience.
I have to get out of my head a lot because I’m receiving so much information. It feels as though the planet’s current vibrational frequency is bringing all this remembrance forward. The more I write, work, and explore, the more I remember and the more information comes in.
I asked my team, “Will it ever stop?” They said, “No, it will never stop, but you don’t always have to share everything with people.”
I developed the Institute of Living Light Archives, and I have programs through which I certify practitioners. I want them to know what I know so they can go out and share it with more people because I’m only one person. I try to keep my classes small—around 20 or 30 people—because with larger groups, people don’t always have the opportunity to share and ask questions.
Within the Living Light Archives, which began this year, I’m currently in what is called the third pathway. I have approximately 20 people who will move into the teacher’s pathway in December. I’m like, “Thank you, God.”
I also have close to 50 students practicing the Soul Reconnection Technique that was given to me. I have a team of Arcturians with whom I work during healing sessions. One day, in the middle of a session, they suddenly stopped and stepped back.
I asked, “Did I do something wrong? What’s happening? Is everything complete?” I didn’t understand what was going on.
Suddenly, an angel appeared, followed by an Andromedan and another Arcturian. The Andromedan turned to me and said, “Now we’re going to teach you about the ley lines of the body.”
I said, “You mean the meridians?”
They replied, “No, we’re going to teach you about the ley lines of the body.”
I said, “Yes, we call those meridians.”
They said, “No, Sheila—the ley lines.”
I said, “The ley lines?” And they began teaching me about these structures.
The ley lines begin approximately one foot beneath our feet, at the Earth Star, and extend at least six feet above our heads. They connect with all the dimensional layers and run through the human body from left to right and front to back. They connect us to the grid of everything—to all things.
This is how we receive and disseminate information. It travels down through the central channel from the oversoul to the core of Earth and then moves outward through all the ley lines. These structures also form part of the shading I was seeing within the aura and what I used to call the graph paper.
Now I don’t have to do all this work one-on-one. I have students performing these techniques and achieving phenomenal results. I’m just over the moon.

You’re going to be with us at the Awakened Lifestyle Expo on August 22 and 23 in Costa Mesa, where you’ll present a workshop called “Learn Light Language and Activate Your Intuitive Gifts.” Do you believe people can learn to do it, or is it a gift that is given only to certain people? Help me understand.
Sheila Seppi: I believe light language is the true language of the soul. Many people say, “This is an Arcturian dialect,” or, “This is an angelic dialect.” Because we are eternal beings who have experienced so many different lifetimes, I believe we pick up pieces of these different dialects, and sometimes people can recognize them.
But I believe light language comes from the cornucopia of experiences we have collected throughout all the eons of our existence. I don’t really believe it is something you can teach someone. It is activated, and every person can activate it within themselves.
It is a multidimensional form of communication that emerges through sound, tone, symbols, movement, and energetic transmission. Often, when I’m speaking light language, my hands begin moving on their own and doing all kinds of things.
Light language can be sonic and very laser-focused. It can be calming or energizing. It can also be disruptive—not in a negative sense, but because it can enter the field, break things apart, and move them out. It isn’t something you can memorize or manufacture, and it isn’t something you have to receive. It is something that becomes activated within you.
When I work with people, I want to demystify the process and guide participants step by step. I’ll have them soften their bodies and relax their jaws. We’ll go through a complete relaxation process because one of the most important elements is quieting the analytical mind so the soul can come through.
I can’t tell you how many people have said, “I want my light language activated.” You can send codes to help the body relax, quiet the mind, and allow that energy to rise and flow through them.
They might say, “I feel something.”
I tell them, “Just go with it.”
Then they say, “I’m going to practice first and come back to you because I feel silly and self-conscious.”
I tell them, “I completely understand, but it’s just us. Let it come out.”
When I activate people’s light language, they begin speaking because everyone has a soul. Otherwise, the body would not be animated. Everyone has a soul, so everyone can speak light language.
At the workshop, participants will receive a light language transmission designed to release common blocks such as fear of judgment, self-doubt, shame, and overthinking—anything that might prevent them from speaking. Then they will be guided to begin accessing their own expression of light language.
Some people may feel everything rising immediately. Others might experience warmth, tingling in the third eye, or even strong emotions. I’ve seen many people begin to cry because, as you’ve experienced, it can be an overwhelming energy moving through you. Often, it brings a sudden knowing.
For some people, this opening can be very powerful. For others, it may be very gentle. It isn’t something to force, and there is no pressure to perform. Anyone who chooses to speak after the activation will have an opportunity to do so.
Once we’ve opened that channel, we’ll move into the intuitive gifts. Many people are already experiencing vivid dreams, heightened sensitivity, synchronicities, and similar things. I want to teach people that most of them already have their intuition turned on.
Their clairvoyance is already active. They hear voices, and almost everyone has heard their name called at one time or another. That is their clairaudience. I want to help people understand that they aren’t making these experiences up or imagining them. Again, there will be an activation of trust.
We’re going to explore how intuition communicates and how to distinguish our inner knowing from personal fear, fear created by false-matrix conditioning, and collective fear. We’ll also examine the difference between wishful thinking and the analytical mind.
I believe the intuitive gifts are the natural senses of the soul. They aren’t reserved for a chosen few. Many people have simply been conditioned or taught from a young age to distrust themselves.
Participants will leave with practical ways to continue working with light language and developing their intuitive abilities. This isn’t about becoming someone different. It is about remembering who they already are and tapping into the senses they already possess. I’m super stoked. I can’t wait.
I’m already thinking, “Let’s do this, and let’s do that.” I’ve created a little slide presentation with examples people can relate to. You might think, “I want that parking space next to the door,” and lo and behold, it appears. How did that happen?
If we begin following the synchronicities in our lives, we’ll understand that we’ve had these gifts all along. Most people are waiting for a big “ta-da” moment. They’re waiting for all the lights to turn on, but our gifts are often very subtle. We develop them by noticing and recognizing them. Like any muscle, we have to practice.
AwakenedLifestyleExpo.com is where people can get tickets for August 22-23 here in Orange County, CA. I also want to talk about the ways people can work with you. You mentioned that you work with people one-on-one and that you have the Living Light Archives, Monday-night gatherings, and many other offerings. What are some good first steps people can take to work with you personally?
Sheila Seppi: All they have to do is visit my website, SheilaSeppi.com. They can book a one-on-one personal support session. I offer private sessions that can focus on anything from the human field and their soul journey to helping them overcome fears they’ve experienced in their own lives.
I also offer workshops, experiential programs, and different courses, which they can find through the Living Light Archives on my website. For those who feel called to go deeper, the Living Light Archives offers many different programs.
I have independent programs that people can download, watch, and learn from, as well as courses they can enroll in and practitioner programs. The Living Light Archives takes one year to complete. If someone wants to become a teacher, that process takes two years because they practice and hone their teaching skills by working with different modules.
When people study with me, their biggest complaint is, “My God, the amount of paper you give us!” I provide so much information. Through the Living Light Archives, they’ve probably received between 500 and 700 different teachings, along with examples to help them understand the material.
One of the things I’m really excited about is the upcoming anniversary of when I became a walk-in on September 23. My birthday is also in September. During this past Monday-night transmission, my team told me, right in the middle of the transmission, “You’re going to start transforming the way you offer these Monday nights.”
They said, “We’re going to begin working with the Songs of Wisdom of the Wisdom Tree. We’re going to focus more on anchoring people into their bodies in the same way you were anchored into yours—by learning these different journeys.”
I’m not ready to reveal everything yet, but these gatherings will weave together sacred wisdom, remembrance, and, of course, light language activations. It’s going to be a completely new experience.
I asked, “Why did you give me this information during a transmission?”
They replied, “Because you were listening.”
I said, “Okay, that makes sense.”
Everything will begin to transform. Honestly, a Monday-night gathering is probably the best place for someone to start. They can keep their camera off, so no one has to know they’re there. They can simply sit back, receive, and begin accessing what their soul needs.
My team has also told me that during the different journeys we’ll be taking, everyone will have the opportunity to release exactly what they need to release. Then, during the transmission, they’ll be activated with exactly what they need. I can’t wait. I’m super excited.

I’ve started asking guests a fun question to wrap things up, and I sent it to you ahead of time. Is there a recent purchase under $100 that has made a meaningful difference in your life?
Sheila Seppi: Yes—my houseplants. They obviously cost less than $100, but they transformed the entire energy of my house when I brought them in. I’ve only lived in this house for about four months, and they brought in new life, beauty, and a sense of calm.
I love caring for them and watching them grow and reach toward the light. I’ve planted some outside as well, and I love watching them bloom.
I got so tickled one time because I told my husband, “I feel like I’m talking to you all the time, and you’re just not listening.”
He said, “Look, I’m going to be honest. When you’re talking, I don’t know whether you’re talking to me, your guides, the dog, or the plants. I just hear you talking. If you want to talk to me, say my name first. That will get my attention, and then you can continue the conversation.”
I can’t wait to have conversations with these new plants. I’m super excited about them.
I love it. Sheila, thank you for being with us today.
Sheila Seppi: Thank you so much.
